Chapter 5

Part 1

Last time:

"Mrs. Doorman, Linda, Please say he's ok" as Randy begged Linda.

Please tell me nothing has happen to Jason.

Randy kept looking at Linda, Jason's mother, with the most horrified face
she had ever seen, he kept asking her if Jason was ok. As he stood there
looking at her, she had a beautiful smile on her face and asked if she
could come in.

"Randy my I come in and speak with you and you mother if she is home. I
think I have a lot of explaining to do. And I own you and your mother an
explanation."

He moved to the left and invited her in and called for his mom to come down
stairs because they had a visitor. When she came down, she literally
screamed with joy and called out Linda's name and ran to her and gave her a
big hug. As they were speaking and talking about how there summers where,
Linda came to a stopping point. She had a sad look on her face and started
to cry.

"Oh Linda please have a seat, was it something I said." Margie asked.

"No, no, no, I just came over here to see both of you and tell you why we
have been gone so long with no reasoning behind the fact before we left.
It's been really hard to deal with and very painful as well. I just can't
believe it's really true and that our family is dealing with what happen to
Jason."

Randy stood up and almost fainted as he stood, but his mother was right b
eside him and she had her hand on her

chest with a horrified look on her face. She grabbed Randy to keep him
standing. Linda looked at Randy and reached out for him and told him to
come to her. When she said this Randy just lost it and started to cry.

"Randy, Randy it's ok, Jason is fine. The Jason you know is ok, but his
father whose name is `Franklin Jason Doorman' passed away last month of
heart disease. This is why he (little Jason) had to leave for the summer. We
went to New York where we are from. I am just so sorry I didn't tell both
of you before we left and I feel so horrible that I didn't."

Both Randy and his mother Margie had sad and horrified looks on their faces
and both went to Linda to support and hugged her. Randy kissed Linda on the
forehead and hugged her tightly.

"Mrs. Doorman, I am truly sorry for your loss." Randy said while he and his
mother had Linda in a 3 way hug.

" Is there anything we can do for you, I mean ANYTHING"

Margie said putting her hands on both sides of Linda's face, while both were
crying. As they talked, 20 mins later Randy asked to be excused so that he
could go and find his best buddy and be there for him in his time of need.

"Randy, Jason's mother said, calling to him as he was walking away."

"Jason won't be at school until the day after the funeral."

Randy looked sad about the news that came out of his friends mothers mouth.
As she explained, Jason would come home in about two weeks in the middle
part of September 2009. Randy was thinking hard and long about what Jason
would miss. As he was thinking, Jason's mother noticed and assured him that
he would be back and that he had already spoken to the school about his
school work and to his coach about his cross country races for the season.
He would make it back in the middle of this season ready to race before the
upcoming state finals.

Randy decided he wouldn't go to Jason's house but would try too get a hold
of Jason through the internet, on video chat.

____________________________

Jason was sitting in his room thinking, Matthew decided to go for a run,
when all of a sudden he heard his computer beeping letting him know that
someone was trying to video chat with him.

Jason then looked at the computer screen and notice it was Randy who was
trying to get a hold of him. He sat there thinking about what happen last
time they talked

and got so nervous. He thought Randy may be calling to yell, since he knew
his mother was over at Randy's.

Jason was more nervous than ever and as he

went to get up too walk away from the computer.

"Sweetie, why don't you talk to you friend" His Grandmother said.

His Grandmother came in the room and sat down on the bed next to Jason
while he was at his computer desk. She talked to him and insured him that
if Randy was a true friend and truly cared about him, then he would
understand why things ended the way they did at the end of the school year.

Jason took a deep breath, and as his grandmother left the room and closed
the door; Jason clicked the screen on the computer to open the picture and
there he was, his friend who he loved more than life himself.

"Jason, JESUS MAN", is all that came out of Randy's mouth. Jason smiled

"Dude, I missed you so fucking much bro, I can't explain how much agony I
felt when I couldn't just go over to my boy's house and hang out with him."

Then Jason just started to smile and laugh a little more. Inside he was
just as happy as Randy, but for some reason he was just too afraid to show
it.

"Jay, I heard what happen to your father man, and I don't know what to say
bro." Randy saying this sadly and shaking his head looking seriously at the
computer screen.

"Randy, it's ok man, Jason said."

Bro it's not ok and I seriously wish you would have told me what was going
on. I would have totally understood and tried to help you through this. I
love you Jason, and would move mountains for you bro."

Jason just looked at Randy through the computer screen and was amazed at
what just came out of Randy's mouth. He has known this guy for only a year
and a half, and he never in his life had any guy tell him that. But now
here was Randy a guy that is now his best friend telling him that he loved
him and would move mountain for him. What did this mean?

With tears starting to form in his eyes, Jason looked at Randy on the
computer." Randy... I think I better go.... I"

"Jason Dude, please don't leave" Randy pleaded as he cut Jason off mid
sentence.

"I haven't seen or heard from you in 3 months man, and

missed you like crazy!" Randy is telling Jason this while starting to tear
up.

"I know its hard dealing with this man, and can't blame you for not wanting
to talk about it, but it's best to get things off your chest." Randy tells
Jason.

Jason sitting starts to think deeply as to what Randy just said. He was in
deep though at this point with tears still in his eyes and was snapped out
of it by Randy talking.

"Jay looked at me! I know its hard man. Please, let's just meet up and
talk. Hell, you can do all the talking and I will listen. I told you before
man. I love you with everything I have; you're my best friend dude.
Please."

Randy said this in the most loving and caring way.

Jason just looked at him on the computer screen and started crying and as
he did Randy just told him it was ok to cry and it will get better. Randy
was just basically being a best caring friend.

But Jason just couldn't hold his own feelings in and quickly felt
embarrassed at how he was crying and Randy was noticing it and assured him
he had every right to cry. But Jason just told Randy what time the memorial
was to be in the next couple of days and where, which Randy already new
because Jason's mother was at his house. Jason started to get up and cut
off his computer and leave.

"Jason, please man just talk to me." Randy begged, while Jason still felt
shy about crying in front of his best friend.

"I will talk to you soon." Jason said and quickly cut Randy off mid
sentence and cut off the computer crying.

Jason climbed in bed and started to doze off. He couldn't help but feel so
good at the fact that his best friend said how much he loved him. Soon he
started to remember that night in bed when he was staying at Randy's and
woke to find Randy's arm around him. What did it mean, he thought. Then he
started to get a boner at this point.

Jason started rubbing at his crotch and got even harder as he thought about
the sexy guy who is now his best friend and Jason started to get really horny.
Pre cum started to flow and soon it helped get Jason's uncut cock wet and
slippery. Soon Jason's 7.5 inch dick was solid and he was stroking and think
ing of Randy. The love that spread though him, made him feel so good and
soon he was panting and his cock exploded with his cum going all over his
well shaped muscled body.

As the next coupled weeks went by, it was the day that

Jason wasn't looking forward to, his father's funeral. A few days before his
mother told him something that had him thinking.

"Hey Jason, I think your father will be very pleased at how his memorial
was planned and you will have a special guest speaking as well."

"Who is it mom"

She said nothing and just told him to be ready at 3:00pm on the dot because
the funeral is at 3:30pm.

When they made their way to the church, it was very full. People from all
walks of life from Jason dad's work (his father was a Physics teacher at
the University), fraternity brothers (who Jason new two of them), Family,
friends and others.

As the Pastor was speaking there wear tears forming in some of the guest
eyes. Jason was still wandering what his mother was talking about.

Then after the Pastor spoke, he walked in front of Jason's father's casket
which was made up beautifully with flowers and 3 pictures on the top. The
first was of him. The 2nd photo was of Jason and his father when Jason was
just a little baby. The 3rd picture was a portrait of the family.

"I will like to have everyone's attention", said the pastor.

"We have a special request by one of the family's friends to come up and
speak."

Jason sat with wander in his eyes and his good friend Matthew's arm around
him to comfort him when he saw the person walking up to the area where his
father lay. His eyes got big, and his heart started to beat a million miles
a minute.

"Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. I know this may be a surprise to some people"
Randy said looking a Jason finally for the first time in person in 3 long
months.

"I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Doorman some time ago and found out
that he and his son Jason played the Violin. I to play the Violin and
figured it would suit well to play a song that I think you would enjoy. I
would also like to say a few words after I finish if that's ok with the
Doorman family?"

Randy said looking at Linda. Then as he sat in the chair that was by
Jason's father's casket, he looked right into Jason's eyes.

"This is called, Kiss the Rain",

After he played the 3 min solo, there wasn't a dry eye in the Church. Then
he got up and went to stand in front of Jason and his mother.

"I just wanted to say a few word to you and Jason about Mr. Doorman. I knew
him for a short time but, Linda, the time I have known your son Jason, it
has struck me that your husband must have been a great man."

Linda had tears rolling off of her face at this point with Jason holding
his mother.

"I have the greatest friend in the world sitting by you, and love him to
death."

Randy said that comment with a small smile trying not to break the mood he
needed.

I wish there was something I could do and it just kills me because I know I
can't. Mr. Doorman made me promise him when I had that chance to speak to
him on one of my visits to your lovely home. He asked me to watch over his
son because he has no brother's or sister's. At first I wondered why he asks
me that. And now today, I fully understand why. He loved both of you dearly
and now I feel it is my duty to show that same love to you and Jason
as a family.
If there is anything I can do please let me know. I just wanted you both
too know that I and my family are here for you. You two still have family
who will care and show the same love that Mr. Doorman showed."

Randy spoke more on how much love he had for the family and what the
meaning of love truly was. He said this looking at Jason the whole time not
taking an eye off of him and Matthew notice this.

Finally Jason couldn't take it anymore and was beginning to feel sadder and
hurt more than ever and got up and just walked off.

Linda and Matthew started to go after him but Randy steped in and looked at
them both and the look on his face was basically asking if he could go
after him and talk.

Matthew knew Randy should be the one and looked at Linda and asked if Randy
could go and talk to his friend. That it should be him. She agreed.

As Randy walked quickly after Jason, he found him outside in the courtyard
area crying with his head and arm down on his knee's sitting on a bench.

It was so beautiful out there Randy thought as he walked toward a crying
Jason slowly.

"Hey buddy, I just wanted to come and see if you were ok."

Looking up with a face full of emotion and tears Jason

spoke remembering what Matthew had made him promise.

"What did you mean by all that?" Jason asked.

Randy looked confused at first, then it hit him as he sat next to Jason and
put his arm around a his best buddy.

"It meant exactly what I said. Dude ever since I meet you, you have been
one of the greatest friends a guy could have. I never thought I could have
such a close and awesome relationship with a friend like you."

Jason, with tears still on his face, looked at Randy still confused as ever.

The next thing that happened sent shock waves through Jason's body.

"If you can't understand my friend how much I care about you, then I will
just show you."

Randy looked deep in Jason's eyes and started to wipe the tears that had
formed on his face. He pulled Jason in closer to him and kissed him deeply.
Their tongues twisted and Jason's heart was melting and he just relaxed in
Randy's big arm's and felt his body go weak.

As they broke off, Randy just smiled and gave Jason one of those fake face
punches.

"How are you feeling now big guy?" Randy asked.

"Like a bag of bricks just got taken off of my back."

They laughed, and then Jason had a weird look on his face like he was
surprised or something.

"What's wrong, it looks like you have seen a ghost."

"Well..., I thought I saw... Well"

"Spit it out silly" Randy said giggling.

"I thought I saw Ashley behind some tree's over there starring at us.

Randy looked at the direction Jason pointed and just giggled and said he
was just in the moment and not to worry.

"Let's get back to your dads funeral so that our mother's don't worry.

Even though Jason was still sure he saw Ashley, he let it go and went back
to the funeral. As they went back in the church and just before the door
closed, he heard a car door slam and the sound of wheels speeding off....

Author's note: I would like to send a big thank you to a new found friend

Editors' note: Wow! What do you guys think about Ashley being at the
funeral? There is definitely something up with her. I am not sure but
believe she will try and throw a wrench into Jason's and Randy's new found
relationship.

I thought it was interesting that Jason, his dad and Randy could all play
the violin. You should take a listen to the link above. It is really great
and I am listening as I write this. Music can make us feel so many things.
It has the ability to lift us when we're down or make us cry even if things
are going great.

I am glad that Matthew did not have a problem with Jason liking Randy. That
is a sign of true friendship. And what about Grams? Grandmothers always
seem to know everything about you, sometimes before you do, and know what
to say. Anyway, I think you are going to enjoy this story as it continues.

Thanks, Clinton
