Author's Note:

Hey, guys, Season's Greetings! :o) Well, here it is at long last: MC15.
Enjoy. I have included a lot songs in this installment because it warrants
them.

Music selection: Alanis Morissette/ "21 Things I want in a lover, You owe
me nothing in return, & Utopia"; Josh Groban/ "Alle luce del sole, Canto
alla vita, & Gira con me"; Engima/ "Return to innocence"; Deep Forest/
"Lullaby" (original remix); Marc Anthony/ "Love is all, & My baby you";
Darren Hayes/ "Insatiable"; Celine Dion/ "If that's what it takes, The
greatest reward, & I surrender"; Savage Garden/ "Truly, madly, deeply";
Tina Arena/ "Symphony of Life"; Mono/ "Life in Mono"; Operatica O/
"Melancholy Rose"; and Dido/ "Thank you".

Also, below are the lyrics to one of my favorite love songs of all time.
The lyrics truly resonate with me and perfectly reflect my views and
philosophy on love and relationship. Hope you'll give it a listen
sometimes. It's truly beautiful.

"You Owe Me Nothing In Return" by Alanis Morissette

I'll give you countless amounts of out right acceptance if you want it.
I'll give you encouragement to choose the path you want if you need it.

You can speak of anger and doubts, your fears and freak-outs and I'll hold it.
You can share your so-called shame-filled accounts of times in your life
and I won't judge it.

And there are no strings attached. You owe me nothing for giving the love
that I give.
You owe me nothing for caring the way that I have. I give you thanks for
receiving.
It's my privilege, and you owe me nothing in return.

You can ask for space for yourself and only yourself and I'll grant it.
You can ask for freedom as well, or time to travel and you'll have it.

You can ask to live by yourself or love someone else and I'll support it.
You can ask for anything you want, anything at all and I'll understand it.

I bet you're wondering when the next payback you'll eventually drop.
I bet you're wondering when my conditional police will force you to cough up.
I bet you're wondering how far you now have danced your way back into debt.

This is the only kind of love as I understand it that there really is.
You can express your deepest of truths even if it means I'll lose you and
I'll hear it.

You can fall into the abyss on the way to your bliss and I'll empathize with.
You can say that you'll have to skip town to chase your passion and I'll
hear it.
You can leave and hit rock bottom, have a mid-life crisis and I'll hold it.

Previously:

I'm so glad to be released from the hospital today. My family came early
this morning to help me prepare for my discharge. My parents suggested
that I come home with them so they can look after me while I recuperate;
but I strongly declined since I really didn't want to trouble them. Plus,
I really wanted be alone right now, to think and sort out my feelings about
everything that has happened, and I can't do it with them around, including
Chance. Chance appeared devastated when I expressed my desire to get away
for a while to sort things out. I could see the hurt in his eyes when I
told him that I would be staying at my Uncle Ted's cabin for a few days.
It pained me to see that he's hurt, but I knew that this was something that
I have to do, that I needed some time a part from him to do it. My parents
were adamantly against my going to the cabin by myself in my condition, so
I compromised and asked Eric to come with me, which seemed to ease their
minds a bit, but appeared to deeply hurt Chance when I told him. God, I
felt like such an asshole for doing this to him, but it's something that I
needed to do, and I must do it. I tried to reassure him that everything
will be okay. But he didn't seem to believe me. And I guess I can't blame
him because, to be honest, I'm not too sure myself. I guess that's life.

And now, MC14: Epiphany

"Last one into the water washes the dishes tonight!" Eric exclaimed with a
smirk as he started to undress.

Catherine and I hurriedly joined him in stripping down to our
undergarments. Eric plunged into the water first, followed by Catherine,
and then I.

"I guess you're doing the dishes tonight, bro." My brother snickered as he
tossed up me across the water. My light 12-years-old body flung easily
across the water surface.

"Hey, no fair. You had a head start," I protested as I splashed water at
him. He had a sly grin on his face as his wet, 17-years-old body glistened
magnificently in the soft evening sunlight.

"Alright, little bro, I'll help you out tonight," Eric paused and splashed
water at me, "if you can catch me." He chuckled and quickly swam away.

I irritatedly coughed out the water that got into my mouth. "Urrghh, I'm
going to get you for that," I declared as I sprinted after him, but it was
no use. His powerful strokes quickly propelled him far from me.

"Don't worry, Michael. I'll head him off for you," Catherine declared as
she swam in his direction. I continued to swim as quickly as I could
towards him. Catherine caught up with Eric and tried to hold him. I soon
joined her in trying to restrain him. We splashed water mercilessly at his
face.

"Alright, alright." Eric chucked as he made a futile attempt to shield his
face from our water assault. "I'll do the dishes tonight."

"You promise?" I asked as we continued to splash him. "Yes, I promise."
He laughed.

Satisfied with his promise, we ceased with our water assault, and I swam
back to the wooden pier. The evening sun slowly descended behind the
mountains as it cast an orangy pink glow upon the water surface, causing
the lake to shimmer like sparkling diamonds. I sat and watched Eric and
Catherine horsing around in the water. I gazed enviously at Eric's
beautiful lengthy body, watching how the evening sunlight gently graced his
nicely toned body and highlighted his classically chiseled face.

* * * "Hey Michael....Michael."  I felt a tap on my shoulder.

I snapped back to reality.

"Hey, are you alright?" Eric momentarily shifted his gaze from the road and
glanced at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I smiled and sat up in my seat.

"You looked like you were somewhere else."

"Yeah, I guess I was. I was just remembering back to when we were little,
spending our summers at Uncle Ted's place."

"Yeah, we had a lot of fun, didn't we?" Eric grinned. He has as such
great smile. Warm and sweet.

"Yeah, we did. I'm looking forward to spending some time there again.
It's been a while since we been up there."

"Yeah, it should be nice. I'm glad you asked me to join you." Eric smiled
at me.

I smiled back and lowered the car window, allowing fresh air to enter.

Eric and I are driving to our Uncle Ted's cabin in the mountains. We have
about another 2 hours to go before reaching his place. We made a stop at
one of the bigger towns on the way to have dinner and to get some stuff for
our stay at the cabin. After dinner, Eric went into a grocery store to buy
some essentials while I browsed through some CDs in a music store next
door. Alanis Morissette's latest CD caught my eyes. I'm glad to see that
she has a new CD out. She's an incredible lyricist and is one of my
favorite artists. I also grabbed a couple of DVD movies, "Big Eden" and
"Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." I made my purchases and went back to the
car. A few minutes later, Eric came back with a couple bags of grocery,
and we soon headed back on the road.

I unwrapped Alanis' CD and popped it into the CD player. The first song,
"21 Things I Want in a Lover," came on. An explosion of guitar-crunching
chords and rock-ish beats commenced this funky song. I slouched slightly
back on my seat and listened to the lyrics. They're pretty good. Alanis
always amazed me in writing lyrics that I often resonate with. I stared
out my window, admiring the beautiful scenery as I continued to listen to
the CD. When track 9, "You Owe Me Nothing in Return," came on, tears
suddenly welled up in my eyes as I listened to this incredibly beautiful
and heart-felt song. The song spoke of unconditional love, which prompted
me to think about Chance. Tears started to trickle silently down my cheeks
as I listened to the poetic lyrics. It's truly one of the best songs I
have ever heard, and every word of the lyrics resonated deeply within me,
touching my heart and soul. The lyrics truly reflect my philosophy and
views on love and relationship. Tears continued to stream down my face as
I turned away from Eric to hide my tears. But he quickly noticed my soft
sniffling.

"Michael, are you alright? What's wrong?" Eric asked with concerns.

I quickly wiped away my tears and strained a slight smile. "Huh, I'm fine.
I just got something in my eyes," I replied. But Eric didn't seem to buy
my white lie.

"Come on, Michael. I know you better than that. You don't have to pretend
with me. What's wrong?" Eric retorted as he slowed down and started to
pull onto the shoulder of the road.

"Please, don't stop," I protested. "Really, I'm fine. I just..." I paused
and turned away from him towards my window. I just couldn't meet his eyes.
I knew that if I look into Eric's eyes, he would see right through me, and
I would immediately ball. "I just don't want to talk about it right now,
okay," I tried to explain, still averting his eyes as I continued to stare
out into the distance.

"Okay, I won't push it," Eric resigned. "But I trust that you will tell me
when you're ready."

I turned to face him. I can see the sincere concerns in his warm brown
eyes. "I will, I promise," I said as I nodded.

Temporarily satisfied with my answer, Eric pulled back on the road, and we
continued on our way. The CD ended with another wonderful song called,
"Utopia," which also resonated with me. It's amazingly written,
beautifully orchestrated, and well sang. My hat goes off to Alanis. She
once again released another amazing CD. After the Cd finished, I inserted
Josh Groban's CD into the player, and the powerful, crisp vocal of Groban
permeated the car with his first track, "Alla Luce Del Sole." "Gira Con
Me" soon followed and later a duet with The Corrs on "Canto Alla Vita."
I'm always blown away by his vocal power and the elegance and beauty of
these songs. I continued to listen to the rest of the CD as Eric drove.
Eric and I didn't talk very much as we continued our way to Uncle Ted's
place.

We finally arrived a little after 9 pm. We quickly unloaded our stuff, and
promptly settled in. My uncle's and his family are currently out of town.
They usually spend part of the summer at their beach home in Maui. After
putting away our stuff in our respective rooms, Eric and I proceeded to
build a fire in the fire place. We soon had a nice sized fire going and
settled on the couch to relax. Eric and I chit chatted a bit before we
decided to go out back to the pier. We sat on the pier for a while,
listening to the concert of nature's calls, and gazing at the new moon,
which appeared to be dancing on the ripples of the lake surface. I've
forgotten how beautiful and peaceful it is up here, the perfect place to
get away from everything and just contemplate. It's been about 3 years
since I have come up here, and I'm so glad to be back here again. Eric and
I continued to take in the ambiance as we reminisced over the good times
that we had as kids up here. God, I still remembered those times like they
were yesterday. It's amazing how time fly, and how we tend to not
appreciate those precious moments until they are simply memories.

Even though a part of me just wanted to be alone, I'm so glad that Eric is
here with me. It's good to have his company. I feel so safe and protected
with him around. I always feel that way when I'm around him. I don't why,
but I just do.

"Thanks for being here with me, Eric. I know you had to cancel some of
your business engagements to do this."

"Michael, family is always first, you know that." Eric's eyes sparkled in
the moonlight as he smiled sweetly at me. "I'm very glad to be here. It
gives me the opportunity to spend some quality time with you, which we
haven't had much since you've gone to college. We definitely should do
this more often because..." Eric suddenly trailed off and paused. He
appeared to be choked up. Eric sighed before continuing. "Because you
never know." Eric looked earnestly into my eyes. I know exactly what he
was trying to say. Tears started to well up in his glassy eyes as he tried
to hold them back.

I immediately reached over and embraced him tightly, which he promptly
reciprocated. I started to tear up too as I sighed heavily.

"I know," I whispered softly as I continued to hug him. God, I love this
guy so much with all my heart and soul. No mortal words can adequately
describe how much he means to me. I wouldn't know what to do without Eric
so I know what he's feeling. "I'm here, Eric...I'm still here." I tried
to comfort him. I can't remember the last time that I have seen Eric
cried. He rarely does so in front of others. He always put on such a
strong and manly facet, but I know deep inside of him is this incredible,
vast reservoir of emotions and silent strength, a side of him that most
people rarely gets to see. He's truly amazing in that way. He's like this
incredibly precise, well-built, magnificently perfect and beautiful
Egyptian pyramid that exudes ever-lasting beauty, confidence, strength,
power, and mystery.

We finally released each other and silently returned our gazes back to the
water. We sat in silence for a while before a cold breeze prompted me to
go inside.

"I think I'm going to head back in," I announced as I reached over and
hugged him and kissed the side of his face. "I love you, Eric. Thanks for
being here with me."

Eric smiled appreciatively. "I love you too, Michael."

I smiled as I got up.

The cabin was nice and warm when I got back. Feeling a bit tired, I
decided to take a quick shower and settle into bed. I soon dripped off
into my dreamland:

It appears that I'm floating in a sea of warm radiant liquid light, and
light seems to be everywhere--all around me, below me, and above me. An
indescribable sense of peace, calmness and love overcomes me as the liquid
light appears to permeate every cell of my being. I am mesmerized by the
streaks of multi-colored lights, spiraling all around me like an
orchestrated dance.

Abruptly I feel a sharp pain in my chest as I hear, "Without any pain and
heartache,"echoing faintly in my head. Suddenly, I find myself standing on
Chance's balcony. He is sitting on the railing. I can sense the guilt and
ache in his heart as his thoughts streamed into my head: "I am so sorry,
Michael. Please forgive me, angel."

"No...please don't let him, God!" I screamed in my head. "No,
Chance...please don't!"

"No!!!!" I shrieked as I jolted up abruptly from bed. I heaved as I wiped
the sweat off my eyebrows and forehead with my hand.

Eric bursted into my room. "Michael, are you okay?" he asked alertingly.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just had a bad dream. Sorry to wake you up."

"You, didn't. I was in the bathroom washing up when I heard you screamed.
You sure, you're alright," Eric asked as he tightened the towel around his
waist.

"Yeah, I'm fine, really." I reassured him.

"Alright, well goodnight."

"Goodnight."

Eric turned and left the room. I gradually settled back into bed and went
back to sleep.

* * * * *

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I squinted my eyes against the
morning light and glanced at the time; it's 7:30am. I slowly got out of
bed and walked to the hallway bathroom to empty my full bladder. A posted
note was stuck on the bathroom mirror. It read: "Gone for my morning jog.
Be back soon E."

I quickly brushed my teeth and took a shower. After getting dressed, I
went into the kitchen to make breakfast. I was in the middle of making
french toasts and frying sausages when I heard the front door opened.

"Mumm...smell good," Eric commented as he came into the kitchen and poured
himself a glass of orange juice. He was sweating profusely.

"Hey, morning. Had a good jog?"

"Yeah, it was great jogging around the lake again. It's beautiful out,"
Eric replied as he took off his sweaty Tee-shirt, and used it to wipe away
the sweat on his face and chest. "Alright, I'm going to hit the shower.
Be out in a few minutes."

"Okay, these should be done by then," I said, pointing to the sausages.

Eric nodded and took off for the bathroom. Ten minutes later, he appeared
in the kitchen, freshly showered and groomed. After breakfast, we decided
to go hiking. I haven't gone hiking for quite some times now, and it was
nice to do it again. As we hiked, Eric and I talked leisurely, catching up
on the happenings in each other's life, and reminiscing over our childhood
summers that we spent up here. It's so nice to be able to spend some
quality time with my brother and have these long meaningful conversations
with him. We haven't gotten together very much since I went away to
college and he's usually busy with work. I truly missed spending quality
time with him and having these long leisure talks. We should definitely do
this more often. As I was thinking this, it suddenly dawned on me that
it's kind of sad that it took an unfortunate event to prompt us to spend
some quality time together.

* * * * *(Later that evening)

After dinner I went out to the pier. It was a clear warm night so I
decided to bring out a sleeping bag to lie down to watch the stars.

"Mind if I join you?"

I glanced back to see Eric walking onto the pier.

"No, not at all," I said as I moved over on my blanket to make room for
him.

Eric lay down next to me. We chit chatted as we stared up at the heavens,
commenting on the different constellations. Eric and I used to do this
when we were little. I remembered how he would point out the various
constellations in the sky to me as we lie on this pier.

"So are you going to tell me what's going on with you and Chance?" Eric
asked nonchalantly after a long silence.

I sighed, remembering my promise to him. "Yeah." I guess it's time that I
talk about this with someone. So I proceeded to tell Eric what's been
going on with Chance and I, about the events that happened, and how I feel
about the whole situation. Eric listened attentively.

After I finished, he turned to me and asked seriously, "Despite of
everything that happened, do you still love him?"

"Yes," I replied as I looked into his eyes.

"Then give him a second chance. I can tell that he truly loves you. Let
go of your hurt and forgive him 'cause life is too short, Michael, " Eric
said as he slowly got up. "I'll see you inside."

As Eric walked away, his advice reverberated in my head as I stared
contemplatively up at the luminous heavens above.

* * * * * I could hear the distant cries of seagulls as I find himself
standing on a white sandy beach. I could feel the warmth of the brilliant
sun shining down on me as the turquoise ocean water gently laps at my feet.
Everything seems strangely enhanced and vivid and brilliant. There seems
to be a mesmerizing quality to the environment the sight, sound, smell,
taste, and touch of this exotic place seem intensified. Everything seems
to emit an iridescent hues of splendor and glow. The ocean breeze sounds
like strings of melodies in perfect harmony with the crescendos and
diminuendos of ocean waves and seagulls' cries. Even the swaying of nearby
palms seems to sing to me. It's so surreal. The salty air tastes
unusually sweet and smell heavenly fragrant. And as the sun shines on me,
I feel this indescribable, overwhelming sense of peace, calm, and love that
I have never felt before in my entire life so pure and unconditional. It's
intoxicating. No words can adequately describe what I'm experiencing.
This essence of unconditional love seems to envelop me, permeating into the
core of being as I become one with it and it with me. It feels so
familiar, like a home I've so long forgotten and deeply yearn for.

And as I continue to explore this exotic landscape, I am guided by some
unknown force that was urging me on. I feel an incredible magnetic pull to
something ahead, and as I got closer, the feeling and pull intensified. I
soon see a figure approaching me. It's Chance. Immediately upon that
realization, I find myself instantaneously standing just a few yards before
Chance. I feel my heart aches for him. And when I reach out to touch him,
he suddenly dissipates into thin air.

"Chance!" I called out as I abruptly woke up. I stared bewilderedly into
the darkness as my mind gradually become cognizant of where I am--in my
room, awakening from a dream, albeit, a very vivid one. I continued to
stare at the wooden ceiling above me as my eyes adjusted to the darkness.
I have the strangest feeling, almost like a deja vu experience. My mind
strained to hold onto the rapidly fleeting images and feelings. My mind
continued to race fiercely, trying to recall images and feelings that seem
to be on the tip of my consciousness. Slowly fragments of images and
feelings surfaced as my mind tried to piece them together. Suddenly I had
an epiphany. Everything became crystal clear to me, and I abruptly bursted
into tears of joy and elation. As I lay in bed crying my heart out
uncontrollably, I felt this enormous weigh lifted from my heart as a sudden
renewed sense of peace, joy and love overcame me. I broke into a smile as
I felt my heart brimming over with love and excitement.

* * * * * I woke up to the smell and sizzling sounds of frying eggs and
bacon. It appeared that Eric has woken up and is cooking breakfast. I lay
in bed for a few minutes before getting up, recalling my revelation last
night. I smiled to myself and sprung out of bed with a renewed sense of
excitement and vigor. I went to the bathroom and quickly took care of my
morning hygiene before joining Eric in the kitchen. After breakfast I
decided to go out to the pier to do my Tai Chi routine before engaging in
my meditation practice. After the Tai Chi exercise, I settled into a
comfortable meditative sitting position, put on my head phones, and began
my meditation. As I closed my eyes, the first song, "Return to Innocence,"
of my meditative mix came on, followed by Deep Forest's "Lullaby" (original
remix). I meditated for about 15 minutes when I felt faint footstep
vibration behind me. I took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly before
concluding my meditation.

"Ready for our hike, bro?" I asked as I stood up and turned around,
expecting to see Eric. To my surprise, I turned to find Chance standing at
the other end of the pier with a nervous smile on his face as Eric
approached me.

"Please don't be mad with me," Eric pleaded. "I called him last night and
asked him to come today. I think you two ought to work this out."

I was speechless and completely surprised. I just nodded dumbfoundedly as
he hugged me.

"Thanks, Eric," I finally uttered as we released from our embrace.

"I'm going to take off now and let you two work this out," Eric informed
me.

"No, Eric, you don't have to do that," I protested as I grabbed his arm.

"Really, it's okay. My stuff is already in the car. Just work this out,
and we'll continue this outing some other time, I promise," Eric insisted.
"I'm fine, really." He smiled sincerely at me.

"Alright," I finally gave in as I hugged him again. "Thanks again, Eric.
I love you."

"I love you too, bro. I'll call you later," Eric said and walked away as I
turned my attention back to Chance.

Eric momentarily stopped where Chance was. "Don't hurt him again." I
heard Eric warned Chance.

"I won't," Chance replied. "I promise."

"Just take good care of him, okay."

"I will. Thank you," Chance said as he shook Eric's hand.

As Eric walked back to the cabin, Chance's eyes met mine. Chance's nervous
smile quickly changed into a grin of relief when I smiled welcomingly at
him. We raced towards to each other, and threw ourselves into a passionate
embrace as we kissed hungrily.

Chance momentarily broke our kiss to utter, "Michael, I'm so..." I
immediately hushed him up with another passionate kiss. We continued to
kiss passionately as our tongues probed each other's mouth. God, he tasted
so heavenly. I've missed his sweet kisses. We finally released each from
our embrace, and we stood there smiling in silence for several moments. I
can't believe that he's here. We continued to smile at each other as we
savored the sight of each other. Without exchanging words, I took his hand
and walked him back to the cabin.

"Michael, I've missed so much," Chance said with a big smile on his face as
he pulled me close to him and gave me another lingering kiss.

"I've missed you too," I replied as we released our embrace.

"Oh, I got you these," Chance said as he went to grab the bouquet of wild
flowers on the coffee table and presented it to me with a big grin.

"Thanks, they're beautiful," I said as I took the bouquet of flower and
gave him an appreciatively kiss. "You're such a romantic."

"I try." Chance smiled sheepishly. "I know how much you like receiving
flowers." He's right. I love thoughtful romantic gestures like these.

I went and put the flowers in a vase. When I returned to the living room
Chance took out a wrapped object and handed it to me. "I also made this
for you," he said, smiling radiantly. "I hope you like it."

"Angel, this is too much. I don't know what to say." I took his gift and
hugged him.

"You don't have to say anything. Just open it."

I quickly ripped off the wrapping to reveal a home-made CD with the
following inscription on the cover: "For my love, Michael. No moral words
can adequately express my unending love for you. But the following songs
come pretty close. Love, Chance."

"Angel, this is so thoughtful of you," I said and gave him a kiss.

"I put together a mix of songs that hopefully convey how much I love and
care for you."

"Chance, it's perfect. I love it. Thank you."

"You're welcome. I hope you can forgive me for being such a jerk to you.
I'm so sorry, angel. I really am," Chance pleaded earnestly. I could see
the guilt in his eyes.

"Angel, please don't apologize anymore. I know how sorry you are, and it
pains me to see you blaming yourself for this. It's no one's fault, okay.
I love you so much, and there's nothing for me to forgive, okay."

Chance nodded in silent agreement as I leaned in and kissed him gently.
After we finally broke from our kiss, I helped Chance to unpack.

We spent the rest of day enjoying each other's company. It started to rain
heavily during late afternoon, so we decided to make it a movie's night.
We built a nice little fire in the fire place and snuggled closely on the
couch and commenced our movie marathon with "Big Eden." I completely loved
this heart-felt movie. I truly love movies that resonate with my heart and
soul, that motivate and inspire me and remind me what life is all about.
For those of you who haven't seen this movie yet; it's a must-see in my
opinion. It's the best gay movie that I have seen. It's wonderfully
written and acted. I highly recommend it. Chance loved the movie too.

After the movie, we took a break and cooked dinner. We prepared a quick
veggie pizza and a Mediterranean salad, and continued our movie marathon
with, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," as we ate. I have seen this movie
twice now in the theatre, and I continued to love watching it. I love
everything about this movie. The script is excellent. The actors and
acting are superb. And the cinematography and choreography are
unbelievably amazing and poetic. It always takes my breath away watching
it. It's definitely one of my favorite movies of all time, and the most
poetic movie that I've ever seen. It's another movie that I very highly
recommend.

After the movie, we retired in front of the fire place and listened to
Chance's CD mix. The mix started off with Marc Anthony's "Love is All,"
followed by "My Baby You." I truly love listening to music; it's one of my
favorite pasttime. Then, Alanis' "You Owe Me Nothing," came on, followed
by Darren Hayes' "Insatiable," and I just melted in Chance's embrace. I
love the lyrics to all these great songs. Chance really know how to pick
just the right songs. We made out as the music played softly in the
background. Then, a medley of Celine Dion's songs followed: "If That's
What It Takes; The Greatest Reward; and I Surrender." Again, another great
selection. We continued to talk and make out sporadically as we listened
to the rest of the tracks: Savage Garden's "Truly, Madly, Deeply," Tina
Arena's "Symphony of Life," and Mono's "Life in Mono."

God, it felt so good to lie naked next to Chance again. I could feel the
warmth of his body and his breath on my skin as he spooned me. As he
gently kissed the back of my neck, I moaned in ecstacy, and I slowly turned
around to kiss him. We kissed each other hungrily, savoring the sweetness
of our lips as our tongues intertwined. I can't seem to get enough of his
tender, sweet kisses. I just want to inhale his manly essence. We
continued to kiss passionately and fiercely. Then Chance slowly kissed his
way down to my chest, where he momentarily lingered at my nipples. I led
out an ecstatic groan and arched my back slightly as he flicked his tongue
rapidly on my nipples and abruptly nibbled on them and gave them a gentle
tug.

"God, angel..uahhh," I sighed in pleasure as I rested my hand lightly on
his head.

Chance looked up and grinned before licking his way down to my belly
button, where he stopped momentarily and poked his tongue into it. I
continued to grunt and moan in ecstacy.

"Love, look like you're leaking badly. I better take care of this."
Chance looked up at me and smiled mischievously.

Before I could reply he quickly freed my very hard dick from the
confinement of my underwear, and engulfed it. He proceeded to give me a
long slow hard suck. I led out a loud cry of total pleasure as Chance
slowly deep throated me and pulled back hard on my cock. My extremities
tingled as the blood rushed from them to my engorged dick. I felt a bit
light headed as Chance continued to make love to my cock. After a few
minutes of his powerful suction and deep throating, I couldn't hold back
any longer. I was on the brink of eruption.

"Angel..,." I moaned and heaved heavily, "Angel...uhhaa, fuck...I'm going
to cum."

Hearing this, Chance sucked even harder and more fiercely on my dick.

I yelped and cummed into his mouth. Chance continued to suck and swallow
hungrily as I squirted load after load of cum in his awaited mouth. After
I stopped shooting, he licked the remaining drops of cum that were oozing
out of my slit, and kissed me passionately, sharing my sweetness with me.

"I love you so much, angel." I looked lovingly into his deep, sky blue
eyes.

"I love you too, Michael, with all my heart and soul." Chance smiled
sweetly and kissed me again. "God, I've missed making love to you so
much."

"Me too, angel, me too." I smiled and leaned in for another long lingering
kiss.

We finally broke our kiss, and I snuggled closely next to him under our
blanket as Chance spooned me and held me tightly in his arms. I slowly
closed my eyes and simply savored the afterglow feelings of our love making
as Dido's "Thank you" played hypnotically in the background. I could feel
the faint beating of his heart and the warmth of his body against mine as
my body surrendered to his loving embrace.

I woke up a little later to the soft touch of Chance's lips on my eyebrows.
I opened my eyes to see Chance staring sweetly at me.

"Hey," I uttered softly and smiled sweetly at him.

"Oh, I'm sorry, angel. I didn't mean to wake you up," Chance apologized
sincerely. "You looked so sweet sleeping there like an angel. I couldn't
help kissing you.

"It's okay, love. I love being kissed by you, always." I smiled and
gently pulled him down to kiss him. We continued to French kiss for quite
a while before releasing from our embrace.

I stared into Chance's azure puppy eyes. "You have the most beautiful blue
eyes, love."

Chance smiled shyly. "I love your eyes too angel," Chance complimented me
as he leaned slowly down and kissed me softly on my eyebrow. "You know
what they say. The eyes are the windows to the soul."

"Then you have one of the most beautiful souls I have ever seen."

Chance lightly laughed. "You sure know how to sweet talk a guy, don't
you?." He retorted jokingly.

"I tell it as I see it." I smiled innocently.

"Yes, you do." Chance sweetly concurred. "Have I told you lately how
much I love you?"

"Yes, but I never get tired hearing it." I assured him jokingly.

"Then, you shall hear it again." Chance grinned. "I love you very much,
angel, with every fiber of my being. Now to eternity. Chance looked
seriously into my eyes, and then suddenly sported a sly smirk and added,
"Unless, you keep rolling over and fall fast asleep after cumming into my
mouth."

Chance laughed as I joined in, feeling completely embarrassed and
mortified.

"Oh my God...I am so sorry, angel," I started to apologize profusely as I
cupped his face and gave him my puppy-eyed, regretful look. "I am so
embarrassed."

"It's okay, love. I was just joking," Chance quickly interjected.

"God, I can't believe I did that," I said emphatically, still utterly
mortified by what I did. "I'm so sorry, Chance," I apologized again and
leaned in to kiss him.

"Really, love, it's okay. I was just joking." Chance grinning beamingly
at me, trying to reassure me that he was truly only joking and that it
didn't bother him at all as he quickly hushed me up with his kisses.

"I love you so much, angel, with all my heart and soul. Now and forever.
I hope you always know that." I looked deeply into his deep blue eyes.

"I love you too, angel. I wouldn't know what to do if anything, God
forbid, ever happens to you," Chance said seriously as he sighed.

"Me too, love...me too."

We continued to hold each other closely in silence as I stared
contemplatively at the flames in the fire place. I fell almost into a
hypnotic state, watching the flames danced in the fire place, which
reminded me of the multi-colored spiraling lights that I've seen.

After a long moment of silence, I turned to Chance and looked into his
soulful eyes. "Can I tell you something?"

"Yes, of course," Chance replied as he propped his head up with his hand
and looked at me curiously.

"I've been having these unusual dreams...," I paused, trying to find the
right words to convey what I wanted to say. "Or rather, more correctly,
these deja vu-like experiences."

Chance's eyes widened as I paused again to consider what I wanted to say.

"I know this is going to sound really crazy, but I had a dream a couple of
nights ago, that you were sitting on the railing of your apartment balcony,
getting ready to jump."

Chance had stunned look on his face as his jaw dropped and his eyes became
wide-opened like a deer caught in headlights. Chance appeared speechless.

"What.....how....?" Chance stammered, trying to find the words to
articulate his thoughts. He appeared shocked. "Who told you that? How
did you know about this?"

"What? Are you telling me that it's true?" I asked, a bit stunned. Now I
was in shock. I didn't know what to think or what to feel. Stunned.
Shocked. Confused. Suddenly slightly angry and irritated. Despite
feeling stunned, somehow, deep inside, a part of me knew that it was
true...that there were something more to these vivid dreams and deja
vu-like experiences than meets the eyes. But a apart of me also didn't
want to believe it.

We both sat up in silence, both trying to process and make sense of this.

Finally Chance spoke up. "Michael...I...ahha...I don't know what to say.
God, I don't even know how you knew that...Did Dade or Stacy tell you
this?"

"What...they knew about this?" I unintentionally raised my voice a bit as I
felt anger starting to arouse within me.

Surprised by my sudden angry tone, Chance backed slightly away from me as
he had a look of confusion and nervousness on his face.

Suddenly realizing what I was doing, I immediately lowered my voice and
apologized profusely to him.

"God, angel, I am so sorry," I apologized regretfully. "Please, forgive
me. I didn't mean to raise my voice and sounded like I was interrogating
you. It's just that...." I abruptly trailed off as I felt a lump forming
in my throat and tears welling up in my eyes. "It's just that I wouldn't
know what to do if anything ever happens." Tears started to trickle slowly
down my face.

Chance quickly reach over to comfort me. He embraced me tightly.

"It's okay, love...it's alright." Chance wiped away my tears and dried
them with his tender kisses.

"I'm so sorry, angel." I apologized regretfully again as I looked into his
eyes, which seemed to be tearing up too. "I didn't mean to get mad at you.
I got upset because I love you so much, Chance, and the thought of you
doing such a thing is unbearable to me. I couldn't bear the thought of
anything ever happens to you. I would never forgive myself." I explained.

"I'm so sorry, Michael. I didn't meant to upset you. I'm completely
shocked that you knew about this." Chance shook his head in disbelief.

We held each other in silence for a minute as we continued to process this
bizarre revelation.

Chance finally spoke up and asked, "How did you know about this? Did Stacy
tell?"

"No...I actually dreamt about it I think..." I started to explain to him.
"But it felt more real than that...like I was actually there." I frowned.
"I had sporadic flashes of that scene in my head a few times now, and I
dreamt about it a couple of nights ago.

"Really?" Chance asked curiously.

"Yeah, I also had this vivid dream that I was on this white sandy beach..."
I went on to describe the dream to Chance.

Middle way into my description, Chance interjected excitedly, "Oh, my God,
I had that very same dream." Chance's face lit up.

"What?"

"Yeah," Chance replied and proceeded to describe the rest of the dream,
which matched up pretty closely to my dream. We both looked at each other
in disbelief after he finished.

"This is too weird."

"What else do you remember?" Chance asked. He appeared really curious and
fascinated.

I went on to describe some of my other deja vu-like dreams...about the
multi-colored spiraling lights and so on. He listened attentively.

"Wow, it sounded very much like a near-death experience," Chance suggested.

"Huhmm..." I nodded contemplatively. Perhaps, he was right.

"Angel, promise something?" I looked gravely into his eyes.

"Of course, anything."

"Promise me that no matter what happens to me (God forbid), you will not
blame yourself and," I paused before continuing, "you will never try to end
your life, okay."

"I promise. Now you much promise me the same," Chance insisted.

"Okay, I promise."

We both sighed in relief as I turned my gaze back to the fire place. We
continued to snuggle closely next to each other as the wind howled outside
and the rain continued to pound the roof. We soon fell asleep in each
other's embrace as Operatica's "Melancholy Rose," played softly in the
background.

To be continued.
