			  At The Company Meeting

	  Chapter One:  Grab Some Warm Southern Sunshine Together

	It was the much anticipated annual company meeting week and Jimmy
Stanson and Bill Morris were `same company' employees, but Bill worked in
Chicago and Jimmy was stationed in Cincinnati.  Once a year the company had
these "company wide meetings," for all of their managers, and the location
this year was at an upper scale, beach resort in South Carolina.  The
employees were treated very well for these meetings.  Wives was always
included and treated to some very exciting and interesting events for their

	This particular day was Thursday, and Bill and Jimmy had only met
on Monday of that week, but had quickly become rather close friends.  They
had mentioned that fact, a couple of times, and each man had rather agreed
that since they were each new individuals to the company this year, that

	Bill was a distribution manager, and Jimmy was an area retail

meet down by the beach front at about two o'clock, and grab some warm
southern sun together.  Jimmy had agreed, --- "That sure does sound like a
good idea," and did admit he was hoping to take home a little bit of a,
---South Carolina tan.
	"Hey, tell you what!"  Bill stated to Jimmy just as they were each
headed out toward their rooms in opposite directions.  "Come on up to my
room when you're ready.  We'll meet there, then go to the beach, okay?"

	As Jimmy approached the door to Bill and Janet's room, he tapped
slightly and heard Bill say, "Oh Jimmy, come on in.  Come on in."
	Jimmy opened the door, stepped inside, shut the door behind
himself, and much to his major surprise, realized that Bill was standing in
the middle of the room completely bare assed, and obviously physically
