Aphrodite's Curse - Chapter 5 by Andrew Lake

Recap - "What in matter of hours you will be love" He said as his teeth

First Death - Chapter 4
************************

[Hank's POV]

I ran as fast as I could to the tower fearing for Sky. I followed the ghost
trail vampires leave behind. The ghost trail is this thin, almost
transparent line that's left when a Vampire attacks. I found one in a car,
and down the crack of the car door blood was seeping out. I recognised the
car to be Ethan's. I looked up and saw Ethan's body falling down from the
tower but then in thin air he disappeared. Sky leaned over the edge to look
for Ethan but didn't seem to see him fall. I ran into the tower thinking I
wouldn't make it in time and if I took the elevator. Instantly, veins
turned gold and I ran to a side of the tower that didn't have people
wandering around, grabbed onto the metal bars and jumped up from pole to
pole like a ninja. My body began giving out the golden glow it radiates
when adrenaline shoots through my body.

I reached the maintenance area and heard Sky begging for help. I ran
towards his voice and saw Ethan pinning him to edge, his teeth dangerously
close to Sky's neck.

"STOP!" I screamed making Ethan look back at me, he smiled evily, his lips
curled in a very sinister way, he opened his mouth, I jumped to him but as
I was about to push him off his teeth sinked into Sky's neck, he looked
back at me and threw a kick in the air making me stumble hard into the
ground, he licked around Sky's neck as blood trickled down his neck and
stained Sky's body, the blood, even for me, it looked delicious, it had
golden threads running along with it, most was red though. I tried to move,
but I couldnt, the kick Ethan did on me was meant to paralize my body and I
just stayed there.. unable to close my eyes, seeing how my love was beeing
killed, I tried to move, couldnt, tears ran down my cheeks as SKy whimpered
and sobbed gently as Ethan smiled and ate like if he was starving, the look
on his face was pure pleasure.

[Ethan's POV]

SOOO delicious, never in my life have I tasted blood like this, my toes
fucking curled as I was sucking on Sky's blood, I felt the metalic sweet
taste on my lips I try to not let it fall away it was to delicious to not
drink, his blood made me feel so satisfied, I licked around trying to get
all the blood into my mouth, he was whimpering like a cute puppy under me,
damn this kid he is soo perfecet, I will make him my mate aftert this. As I
felt my body get full, which was odd since I wasnt nearly done absorbing
and feasting on his blood, I started ejecting my venom into his blood

started shaking, I walked to Hank with a smile on my face.

"Seems like you lost him" I said with a smile on my face. I snapped my
fingers and my binding spell made him able to speak again.

"Y-y-you how could you I swear to God I will kill you!" He stood up and was
about to jump at me.

"If you kill me Sky dies... We are tied until he becomes a vampire" I said,
his fist stopped in mid air.

"Why did you do this Ethan.. He is all I had, I love him so much" He said
as fresh tears ran down his face.

"Well too bad because I've never wanted anything this bad in my life, I
lust after him like I cant fucking believe and I never felt this satisfied
after drinking someone's blood" I said licking my lips for any remains,
Hank's eyes were fixated on Sky's convulsing body. He ran to Sky and
stroked his face and pulled him onto his laps, he wasnt bleeding anymore,
when we vampires turn someone, we leave some blood in his organism and seal
the wound with our venom.

"I'm so sorry baby, I'm so so sorry I wanted to save you, I tried and now
you are gone.. Baby.. I love you soo much and I wont give up I promise" He
sobbed in Sky's shoulder.

"Touching.. Now get the fuck away from here, you know I cant leave Sky
right here he would die, I need to nurture him until he is fully
transformed and it will take at least a week.

"B-b-but school would notice him missing.." He begged holding Sky tighter,
ha, love.. so stupid.

"Yeah but not after my Dad has a talk with them, you will see they wont
even notify his parents" I said kneeling down and looking at him in the
eye.

"Please take care of him" The huge hunk of a guy said sobbing.

"Just get off him and thats all.. You will never see him again you
understand. You will cry everyday because you miss him, you will try to get
to me but you wont.. Better start to teach yourself how to live without
Sky.. He is mine. forever" I said smiling, he looked down and stood up, he
walked to the elevator.

"Please dont leave him alone" He said, his voice cracking as he went down
the elevator. I picked up Sky's body, I looked over at the car, I could
teleport, but just to places at my eyesight, I appeared infront of the
limo, I opened the door and placed his body on the back seat, I opened the
door of the driver side, good, my dad sent people to pick up the driver's
body, I took a seat and started to drive.. Next stop, my house.

[ Hank's POV ]

I got back to school. I went to my room, Sky's stuff was gone, I guess
Ethan sent someone to take it to his house... God I miss Sky, his smile,
his beautiful face, body, his personallity, I miss everything. I need him
back with me, there has to be a a way to get him back, there just has to be
a way! I cant give up on him now he is my beautiful baby and Ethan can't
just take him!! He is mine not his!! I stood up andpaced the room,
thinking, I need to get Sky back, nothing works without him, I started to
think about Ms. Anderson she kinda warned me, she has to know a little.

I stepped out of my room and made my way to the library, I walked inside
slowly, it was really dark since it was very late at night, I kinda doubted
she would be here, but there on the counter was a lamp, laying still I
walked to it slowly.

"Ms. Anderson are you here?" I asked looking around, no one answered. I
grabbed a hold of the lamp.

"Come to me" A raspy voice spoke. I looked around and got ready for to
fight if I had to.

"Who are you?" I ask grabbing the lamp tighter and walking behind the
counter, following the hissing of the voice.

"I have the answers" The same raspy voice said, I walked slowly inside the
storage room of the library.

"Where are you?" I say loooking around trying to find where the voice came
from.

"Here. Just followe my voice" It said in a loud whisper, I followed the
voice into the deepest part of the room, I hit a dead end, just a wall
infront of me, I touched trying to see if I could pass through it but no,
it wasnt that type of wall, I just stared at the wall and it suddenly
liquified and it seemed to be made out of water, the wall started to shiver
and a door apperaed infront of me, I took a step back to look at the new
door and opened it, I walekd slowly into a room lit with a purple light.

"Welcome" I heard a female voice say infront of me, I turned to see
Ms. Anderson infront of me. She was wearing a white cloak with a hoodie
that covered almost all her face.

"Ms. Anderson" I said as I walked closer to her.

"They changed him.. I felt it" She said looking up at my eyes.

"How do you know everything?" I asked curious looking at her suspicious.

"I am an oracle, I was born for this moment.. The moment the prophecy
stared to become a reality.. If we dont stop what is about to
come.. Everything is going to change. The world as we know it is going to
change" She said looking at me with worried eyes.

"Why? What is the prophecy?" I ask as she led me to a table with a hole in
the middle, the hole was filled with clear silver water.

"The prophecy starts with a story.. Something that happened long ago" She
said as her finger tips touched the clear water, the touch made the water
shimmer a little and images started flashing through it.

"What?" I asked looking at the water and the images that flowed through it.

"Aphrodite's Curse.. Its a curse of beauty, inherited every 100
years.. Until one of the heirs was a male, who got turned into a vampire,
normally the female heir would be healthy her whole life.. But the male
one.. Sky, wouldnt, that's what he believed to be "Anxiety" Atacks.. But
what really was happening inside him was a battle, a battle that he fights
against his own ancestor.. Kin, Kin is was the first one to cary the beauty
curse, even before Aphrodite.. The curse was supossed to be given to one
person every 1000 thousand years until Aphrodite made it inheritable but
how did Aphrodite go the curse? Let me tell you the story.. Do you know how
the sun and the moon were created my dear?" She asked looking at the images
of Aphrodite that flashed through the water.

"Yes, I read it on The Book Of Ages, It was a fight between to Gods because
they were in love of a beautiful maiden" I said with a monotone.

"Almost.. It was a fight between the lost son of Rhea and Cronus, brother
of Zeus, Darius , he was sent to the world to protect the humans as theri
king alongside Vakryl his nephew, son of his brother Hades they both had
their throne side by side, both were Gods, Darius had a massive strong body
with a beautiful golden skin and so did Vakryl, although his eyes were red
not golden, everything in their kingdom was perfect, there was no sun or
moon, just perpetual white light that covered the world, the humans payed
grace to the Gods and both ther kings. But it all changed one day, the day
Hades came into the picture, he wanted his son to be the only king but it
worked right against him" She looked at me as she talked, the tale had me
completely wrapped, she then raised her hands and made a circular motione
with her wrists, a light enveloped me and I vanished and appeared infront
of a scene, like watching a movie but before my eyes the events of the past
were about to unfold.

***************************************************** The Tale Of The Sun
And The Moon - Third Person POV

Hades looked at the pacific world people lived in, he hated it, his
underworld barely had souls in it, it was sad. He wanted this little happy
world to become as haunted as it can be, so he thought of a plan, a master
plan, he sought for the woman on the village who was about to have a baby,
he found her in the woods, carrying water to her house, from afar he looked
at her swollen tummy, he had a plan, he would curse the child she bore with
beauty so that her daughter could enamore king Darius, and when the king
gave his inmortallity to be with the girl his son would be king and they
could wreck this world together.  But what not even Hades was aware of is
that the oracle that told him the daughter that was in that womans voom was
lying, cause the woman didnt have a girl inside her, she had a boy, the
oracle lied thinking that if the boy was born with beauty he wouldnt be
sought by the king so Hades plan would fail, but she underestimated the
power of ones beauty. Hades flashed his curse into the woman, she never
felt a thing, that same day at night, the woman gave birth to Kin, a
beautiful baby with blue eyes and blonde hair that had a cute smile on his
face, the town was all in love with the kid, always wanting to hold him or
see him but the way people looked at him changed as he grew, when Kin hit
the age of 16 he noticed how men and women would look at him with lust, he
had a very beautiful body, thin but toned, his face was twice as beautiful
than the preeties women in the village, Kin hated his beauty, he hated the
looks, he hated himself, but he was about to hate everything a little more.

Kin Belius walked down to the creek to get some water, he never went alone,

his mother was very sick lately so he had to do it himself, he collected
the water and walked up the creek back the the village, he head a twig
break, he turned around and saw a dark hooded figure floating and hidding
behind a tree.

"S-s-sir?" The beautiful boy with shoulder lenght hair asked to the figure.

"Son.. Your mother is sick isnt she?" The hoode man asked.

"Yes sir, who are you?" The boy asked trying to see through the hood.

"I'm Hades.. The God of the underworld." The God said as the boy looked
awestruck.

"What do you need sir?" Kin asked in fear.

"Your mother will die soon.. Im sorry" Hades said, his eyes feasting on the
boys body, he too was tempted to have his way with the young beauty
himself.

"B-b-ut she can't die, she is with child sir.. I really want my brother to

"There is a way.." Hades said looking thoughtful, his plan was well cooked,
he know what he was doing.

"What can I do to save my mother sir.." The boy asked, his eyes wet with

"The kings.. They can save your mother with th elixir.. You just have to go
to the castle and beg them to help" Hades said sizing up the boy.

"Are you sure that would save my mother sir?" The boy asked with hope in
his eyes.

"Im mostly certain I will give her as much time as I can boy.. But hurry
you need to save her" The evil God said as the boy thanked him by kneeling
and kissing his feet, such an erotic sight Hades thought. Even if he is not
a girl my plan will still work. He thought.

Kin ran to his home, he left the water in the table and spoke to his father
about what just had happened, his father was scared he knew his sweet

obviously he came with something to present to them as a thanks for them
helping him, his mother had made beautiful cloacks that were to be tied

cloacks to thank the Kings for giving the village safety throughout the
years but fallen ill she was unable to present the gifts to them, the
guards of the kings let him in, the guards were beasts, werewolves, in this

still was nature order were some beast will kill other due to the need to
feed but that was the natural way of things.. No malice in each kill. Kin
rode to the entrance of the castle and hoped off his horse, he opened the
doors slowly and walked in, his robe with the hood covering all his body,
just his hair seemed to be visible, he walked to the Kings wo where massive
studs of men, he bowed and removed the hood. Both Kings gasped, at the same
time, both kings had deflowered and had sex with many beautiful maidens in
the village, but none took their breaths away, the image of the beautiful

"Your mother surely made a good job with the cloacks my dear angel.. What
is your name?" Vakryl asked admiring his cloak.

"My name is Kin" The boy said smiling, both Gods had fallen.. Fallen HARD
for the boy infront of them, they wanted to touch him, kiss him, fondle
him, mate with him and make him theirs... But Gods dont share.. They never
do.

"A beautiful name that matches your beauty aswell, Here angel" He said
handing the boy a tube with a bronze liquid inside.  Kin took it and smiled
up at the Gods.

"Thank you so much King Darius and King Vakryl" He said as his eyes feasted
on Kings Darius body and then shifted to King Vakryl's.

"Your welcome dear" King Vakryl said kissing Kins cheek, the boy blushed
and ran back to his horse, he was happy, his mommy was going to be ok.

Kin took the elixir to his mother, she healed up as soon as it touched her
lips, the family was healthy and happy once again but nothing was ok at the
castle, both kings couldnt forget Kin, even after a long time had gone by,
the boy had them in love the couldnt listen to anyone, they were unfocused
and they were stupidly in love. Darius was ever more confused since he
never had felt anything like this for a boy, he was hopelessly in love, so
he started courting the young beauty, sending daily gifts to the boys home
and making sure he knew that he was always in his mind, Kin was always
feeling giddy whenever Darius sent him a gift, he would blush and giggle
and take the presents, one day, oblivious to Vakryl, Darius took the day
off, he visited the boy at his home and asked him to come with him to the
palace, the God took the boy to his palace and kept on telling him how
beautiful he was.

"Thanks your magesty" The boy said as Darius praised him.

"Im in love with you my angel" The man spoke as he lifted the boy and laid
him on his bed.

"Sir what are you doing?" The boy asked confused.

"Would you give yourself to me.. Let me make you mine.. Rut with you?" The
man asked as he stroked the boys face, the boy nodded, he was scared, the
God made him underss slowly so that he could feast on the boys body with

everything, remembered how much he loved Darius and what Vakryl did to him,
he wanted revenge on both, on Vakryl for taking him, and on Darius for
abandoning him. Kin escaped the castle after he woke up, he left a note for
Darius that said he would leave and never come back, he went home for
shelter but it went the wrong way, when he was home, he hugged his father,
and felt hungry.. He was confused and his new instinct took over, that day
he killed his father, after he had fed and realized what he had done he was
sadenned beyond limit and swore to kill Vakryl and Darius but what he didnt
know was that in the castle a battle weighed.

After reading the note, Darius went balistic he sought for Vakryl and found
him in the room where the thrones laid, both of them started to fight,
angry at one another, Darius used his powers to fight and Vakryl did so
aswell, they were both almost dead due to the exhaustion so they recurred
to the last weapon they had.. Their soul power.. An attack that would
destroy the user because it uses your soul as a power fountain, Darius
power manifested as a huge ball of fire, extremely big and throwing rays of
heat everywhere, Vakryl's power manifested as tons of white circular
spheres big aswell but not as big as Darius', Kin arrived in mid battle
field, Each God holding up the powers about to throw them at each other,
Kin sensed the power was to big and it would destroy the village if they
colided, the powers would kill the world and both the Gods if they
collided, so Kin.. he ran, both Kings threw their powers at each other, the
huge fire sphere agaisnt the ton of white shperes were about to colide but
Kin got in the middle, and without him controling it, his own body
manifested a soul power, from his body a huge orangish barrier appeared,
making it impossible for the Sun, and the moons to colide, keeping the
bareer from shattering Kin felt his body start to give out, the sun made a
crack on the bareer and one flash of light escaped and hit Vakryl right on
the face and with that hit he forever cursed his specie to never come out
at sunlight, the bareer holding the moons and the sun to colide was about
to break so Kin used all his power, soul and heart combined and his heart
shatered inside him, the sun and the moons were impulsed to opposite sides
and sent off to space, Kin's body colapsed in the middle, both Gods were
spent and both fell to the ground, Darius crawled to the body of the boy
who loved.. the one who gave his life to safe everyone elses.

After the battle everything changed.. The sky went black, and the moon was
high up in the sky , people didnt know what was happening it was the first
time they ever knew what darkness was like, just the moon light was
shinning on them, inside the castle Darius sobbed into Kin's body he hugged
him tight and never wanted to let go, the night went on, people where
confused and Athene the godess of wisdom had to come down and tell the
humans what happened.

Darius created the sun with his power, Vakryl created the moons with his
and Kin created Dusk and Dawn, the time of the day that separated the sun
and the moon. Vakryl woke up in the night and escaped daylight almost
killed him but he reached the underworld to keep safe, he created a new
race of monsters evil ones called vampires, Darius planned the burial of
his beloved Kin, people and beast knew Kin had saved their world soo
together they forged a jewel known as the Earth Stone, its a diamond that
was forged by every creature alive, every creature helped so it could be
created, it is a green diamond like jewel that lies in the casket where
Kin's body was in.

Thousands of years later people found the casket, they opened, the golden
casket was empty, no body, no jewel and the legend says that Kin's body
turned into essence, the essence of beauty who was inherited by
Aphrodite.. And accordin to the jewel, the Earth Stone, with the capacity
to grant a wish dissapeared from the face of the earth.

[ Hank's POV ]

I opened my eyes, I was sitting on the chair on the oposite side of the
table were Ms. Anderson sat.

"T-t-t-that?" I asked confused.

"That is the story of the moon and the sun.. Dusk, and Dawn. And that
explains why Sky is so beautiful" She said looking at me with sad eyes.

"But that dosent explain the prophecy nor why you said everyone will regret
if Sky turend into a vampire.." I said confused.

"Well The prophecy says: "She, by the sign of the twins, will give birth to
a pair that will share on body, one will take the sign of the day he was
concieved, and one the sign of the day he was born but both will end the

the one when he was born.. Because he wasnt concieved like that.. The twin
will take the sign of the day of SKy's birth because he became a host of
Sky's body" She said trying to explain.

"Do you mean that.. The host... It's the curse.. Aphrodite's curse..." I
asked confused but my mind was starting to get it.

"Yeah.. But the curse is Kin's curse.. That means that Sky's twin"

"Is Kin.." I say wide eyed.

"Yes.. And Kin, is evil, real evil, he will try to get the earthstone using
SKy's body as a vessel.. So both will end the world" She said with a tetric
smile.
