    We left off with Shane's parents planning something for tomorrow.

The following morning Kolby got up, dressed and came down stairs to find
out when they were going to the to hospital. Mom and dad said that they had
some errands to do and would be gone for several hours and when they got
back they would go. Kolby said OK. Mom and dad left and Kolby awaited their
return.

    Kolby was just coming out of the kitchen when he heard someone knocking
on the door. He answered it and said may I help you. The man at the door
asked if his parents were home. Kolby said who want to know. I am Sgt
Preston from the QCPD and I have some papers for them.  Kolby said they
should be back shortly and asked if he wanted to come in and wait. The
officer came in and Kolby said please be seated The officer was sitting and
Kolby asked if he would like something to drink and the officer replied no
thank you. Just them Kolby heard mom and dad pull into the drive and told
the officer that they were home.  They came inside and mom asked may we
help you officer. The officer said that every once in a while he had to do
something that he thought was outrageous. He said I am sorry and handed the
papers to her. Mom turned as the officer headed out the door and said what
should I do, The officer said get a lawyer. Mom turned and look at Kolby
and said son please got upstairs, Kolby said OK and left. She called her
husband into the living and when he got there they started reading the
papers.

    Shane's parents had decided that they did not want any part of this
situation and the papers basically said that they were giving up custody of
Shane and placing him in their custody. Mom was absolutely furious. She
said honey follow me across the street. They went across the street and
knocked on the door. When Shane's mom answered Kolby's mom said fine have
it your way.  We will be back in a couple hours and you had better have
shane's belongings packed neatly and read to go or I will be contacting a
lawyer. Shane's mother said his stuff is ready now take it with you.  She
looked inside the door and all of Shane's stuff was indeed neatly pack and
read to be take. I will need to make two trips . Shane's mom said fine. Mom
and dad took almost everything the first trip and mom went back for the
remainder of Shane's belongings. She was headed out the door and turned and
I hope you can live with what you have done. Shane's mom slammed the door
in her face, she turned and said BITCH.

    Kolby aware of all the commotion but had no idea what it was about.
Mom came in from the last trip and called Kolby downstairs. He said he was
coming and came down stairs at once. Kolby said mom what's going on. She
said son you know that we only bough a two bedroom home, we never thought
that we would need a bigger one, Kolby interrupted and said mom your
pregnant, mom laughed and said not hardly.  but we will have another person
staying with us. Kolby's eyes dropped and said not Aunt Sally, Mom smiled
at her husband and winked, she said much worse than that, Kolby lost his
almost forever smile sat down and said who. She just said that I want you
to promise me that you will do every thing you can to make this person feel
wanted and loved. Kolby took a deep breath and said in a very low voice I
promise, good boy, Kolby now will you tell me who it is. Mom said OK you
better sit down. Kolby sat and said OK I ready, mom said it's Shane. Kolby
jumped off the chair and said really, Shane, Thanks mom. Then he said wait,
why. She said Shane's mom and dad don't want him any more, Kolby said how
could someone not want hi, he is really sweet and loving. mom said Kolby
tomorrow we will not be able to go to the hospital till late tomorrow. We
will go and legally become his legal guardians. Kolby said lets go tell
Shane.

       Mom and Kolby went and got in the car and headed for the hospital,
On the way mom was telling Kolby all the changes that there would be around
the house, First you guys will have to share the same bed Kolby said oh my,
secondly you guys will have to put up with being together 24 hours a day,
Kolby said absolute torture. and thirdly and most important you will have a
permanent smile on both your faces, I hope. Kolby said what do you mean you
hope. Kolby, Shane's parents just basically said we don't want you any
more, how do you think he will take that, The smile on Kolby's face
disappeared. and he said I don't know mom. They pulled into the parking lot
at the hospital parked and went in. They stopped at the desk and told them
who they were there to see, They said oh he has been moved to a different
room they told them were and they headed up to see him. While in the
elevator Kolby said mom can I tell Shane she smile and yes. They went into
his room and he was awake, and smiled as they came in, He said I thought
that maybe you forgot me. Kolby said that would never happen. Mom said I am
going to get a cup of coffee. While mom was gone Kolby proceeded to fill
Shane in on all that had happened since he was in the hospital. Shane said
my mom and dad threw me out, where am I going to live, Kolby said well it
may not be as good as your real home but you can live with us. Shane looked
at Kolby and said really, your not kidding. Kolby said really. Once again
Kolby saw that smile and the twinkle in those beautiful green eyes.

    They sat and talked all afternoon about how they would change the room
and where they would put, and that and were just verbally redecorating the
room. they talked about being able to walk to school together, doing
homework, sleeping together Shane said not to forgot that, Kolby smiled,
just think of it, Kolby said playing games together, Shane said sleeping
together, shane said helping each other, Kolby said sleeping together, and
after all that they both started to laugh. mom came in and said well I
think it is time to leave. kolby said mom do we have to, she said yes.
Honey I left my coffee at the nurses station would you get it for me, Kolby
very unhappy said yea I'll get it, and walked out. Mom looked at Shane and
said the doctor said you could go home today as long as you take it
easy. Shane said really and mom said yep, how fast can you get
dressed. Shane said one minute, mom said I'll time you he was dressed but
then said I can't find my shoes. mom said you did not have any on when you
got here. She then said go behind the door, hurry, Kolby said here and then
said were is Shane mom said in the bathroom. we have to go, Kolbu said but
mom, She said there is that but mom again. You just get what is behind the
door so we can go. Kolby looked behind the door and saw Shane standing
there and said you guys are gonna get it. Shane smiled and said you
promise. Mom looked and said take it easy.

    They all headed for the elevator and the nurse stopped them and said
just where do you think you are going young man. Shane said I am going, and
he put his arm around both mom and Kolby, home.  The nurse said that if you
don't sit down in this wheelchair you will be going nowhere, Shane said but
I am ok and I can walk the nurse said hospital policy says you either let
me push you or you can't leave.  Shane said fine then he sat down and said,
home James, and the nurse smiled and said lets not push it

    They left the hospital and mom asked what do you want for dinner, Both
boys looked at each other and said in unison McDonalds Mom called dad to
see if he wanted anything and then they stopped, placed their order, drove
thru and paid and picked it up and were on their way home.

   They got inside and ate and the boys disappeared upstairs and spent the
entire evening in their room moving things around dropping things and a lot
of time laughing. Mom looked at dad and said you know I thing we did
something really good today, dad said I agree. It got to be fairly late and
mom went upstairs and knocked on the door, Shane answer it and said "yes
mame may I help you", Yes you can you guys can get ready for bed it is late
and you need your sleep.

     Shane walked over to Kolby and ut his hand on his shoulder and said
you know I think I could get used to sleeping with you. Kolby said you know
what the feeling is mutual. Kolby stood up to get undressed and Shane
grabbed his arms and said please let me do that. He started to undress
kolby paying very close attention to thing that he knew Kolby liked. While
he took off his shirt he made a point of rubbing his nipples. Kolby just
shuddered. He started to take off his pants and as he slid them down he
nibbled Kolby's cock through his underwear, Kolby legs almost
buckled. Shane said kolby thanks for being you. Shane hurridly got undessed
and pick up Kolby and carried him to the side of the bed placed him gently
on the bed and said I will never get tired of you, you are my whole world

sit beside him and said you are my reason for living. When I thought I lost
you I thought my life was over, but someone, Shane put his finger to

would be able to see the most important person in my life. and I could not
beleive that some one that is as beautiful as you would what some bilnd

or flowers. you have more sight then most people I know.  Kolby look into
Shane's eyes and said will you make love to me tonight, Shane said I would
be happy to but I feel a little weak and whem I do make love to you I want
it to be perfect. Kolby I understand. Shane kissed him gently on the lips
and said lets go to bed so we can get our strength back after all I will
have to be ready to love you.  the cuddled up close and fell asleep wrapped
in each others arms.
