Subject: Colby's Life Expectations - Ch. 1 Introductions

	Colby's Life Expectations is a story written and owned by the
author Kuragari129. It is in every way a fictional story. If it has
similarities to your or someone you knows life, it is entirely
coincidental. This story will contain sexual acts between two boys under
the age of consent. If this is illegal for you to read in your local area,

	Colby's Life Expectations is a spin off story of Life's
Expectations. It is meant to give an inside look on Gage and Nick's
childhood. The story itself will center around Colby Brown, a 15 year old
boy. Colby will act as Gage's babysitter for a number of years and yes they
will have sexual contact.

	This story will feature some characters from Life's Expectations
such as the Bells family and Sam Little. For the most part though the story
will focus around Colby and his friends and family.

	All the chapters, including this one will have two titles. It will
have it's chapter title and it's song title. So you'll see each chapter as
not Chapter one but as Introductions for chapter one. Enough ranting
though, here is Chapter one of Colby's Life Expectations.

	Chapter one – Introductions – Can't Stop This Thing We
Started

	Colby Brown walking home is no random occurrence. More often then
not he walked the 10 or so minutes home from school everyday. His way home
had him passing by his elementary school where he would normally see kids
playing at the play ground.

	On this October day though Colby's walk was interrupted with a
young boy running, for what appeared to Colby, his life. Colby is in no way
a muscular boy. In fact for being 15 he was one of the smallest kids in the
high school. Barely making 5 feet he stood more often than not, to people's
shoulders. With the young boy though, Colby was a good foot taller than
him.

	Colby himself has quite bushy brown hair. His green eyes were
hidden behind glasses most of the time. The young boy though, had straight
black hair and blue eyes filled with panic. What caught Colby's attention
was not what the boy looked like but that he had a stuffed cat in his hands

	When the boy was about 20 feet away from Colby he saw what was
happening. There were a couple older boys chancing the kid. To Colby this
was much to similar to what happened to him when he was younger. He was
always the week, girly-boy who was picked on. Turned out he was gay but
back then he didn't know that.

	When the boy went by Colby, he grabbed onto the kid's backpack. The
boy screamed, "NO LET ME GO PLEASE!!" He flailed his body about, "They are
gonna rip up Kits!"

	To this day he couldn't tell you what made him do it but it
happened. Colby squatted down to the boys size and smiled at him, "I'm not
gonna let them have Kits, okay?" The boy, surprised nodded furiously and
hid behind the tenth grader.

	The pursuers finally reached Colby, "Thanks dude, we were just
trying to catch up to our friend." The leader of the trio said.

	"Bullshit." The boys awwed at the language Colby used, "The look in
his eyes tells me that your just bullies. So scoot."

	"I'll just get my older brother to kick your ass!"

	Colby looked at the boy, "Who's your older brother, kid?"

	"Trevor Vines!" Colby knew exactly who that was. Trevor and him
were best friends. He had always said that his kid brother ruins everything
when he had people over, so Colby had never met him. They met each other in
grade 8 and have been inseparable ever since.

	"Has your older brother ever mentioned his friend Colby?" The kid
looked at Colby and swallowed. He nodded. "That would be me. So go tell
your brother your side before he hears mine."

	The boys scattered off before anything else could be said. Colby
felt two small arms wrap around his legs. "Thank you mister."

	 Colby turned to the boy, "It's not a problem. Do you want me to
walk you home?"

	The boy shook his head, "No, I'm sure you have better stuff to
do. Plus I have Kits to keep me company."

	"How bought this, I'll walk you home just this once. I don't want
my new friend's friend to get ripped up." They both shared a giggle, "I'm
Colby by the way."

	"My name is Nicholas and I already told you Kits' name." So they
went on their way. It turns out Nick's home was closer than Colby
thought. He lived right beside the high school but within walking distance
of the elementary school.

	When they arrived at the door Colby knocked not thinking he had
someone who lived their with him. Another boy, slightly older, answered the
door. He looked at the sight before him and turned his head, "Mom Nick's
home! There is someone with him!"

	Nick's face lit up in a blaze. We went up and smacked the older
boy, "You suck Gage!" He made his way past him and went up stairs and
slammed the door.

	"Oh my, what happened?" To Colby it was a familiar voice. When he
saw who 'mom' was he was speechless. It was his English teacher
Mrs. Bells. "Oh hello Colby, I presume it was you who was with Nick?"

	Colby Recovered from his awe, "Uhh, yes Ma'am. I escorted him
home."

	"Gage, why don't you go and play. I want to talk to Colby alone."
Mrs. Bells pushed her son towards the stairs.

	"I want to hear it though!" There was a stern look and then Gage
went up the stairs.

	"Come on in. You must be chilly."

	Colby shook his head, "No I'm fine. I should be getting home."

	Colby turned to leave, "It's not everyday my best student brings
home my youngest son. I believe you said you escorted him..."

	With a sigh he turned and entered the home. From the entrance was
he could see three bedrooms and a bathroom up stairs. An office to his left
and a living room to his right. Mrs. Bells led him into the living room.

	Their conversation was brief, mostly Colby talking about what he
had saw. Mrs. Bells listened intently the entire time. "Well it seams that
Nick has a bully issue."

	"I know the kid's older brother, Trevor Vines."

	Mrs. Bells looked up in her thought, "Ahh, Trevor, the boy you
can't stop talking to." Colby blushed. "Well I think the boy will be
straightened up once his brother hears about it. If not then I'll have to
do something."

	"I'm just glad I could protect Kits. I should get going now
though." Colby turned towards the front door to see Nick siting looking
through the rails on the landing upstairs. He waved and Nick blushed but
waved back.

	"He's taking a liking to you. When his cousin's come over he
usually becomes Gage's shadow," Mrs. Bells waves to her son. "Let me make
you an offer. If Nick likes you I'm sure Gage will. Our usual babysitter is
doing something this Friday night, would you like to look after them for
us?"

	"Gage and Nick?"

	"We have a 12 year old daughter as well. Her name is Clair but
she'll probably take care of herself. Nick is 8 and Gage is 10, they
shouldn't be to much though. You'll get paid 20 dollars an hour."

	"When do you want me over?" Colby smiled and was on his way
home. Friday was still a few days away but he couldn't wait to babysit for
Mr. and Mrs Bells.

	As soon as he got home he went online to find Trevor online. They
immediately started talking about the events of that afternoon. When Trevor
heard about his brother bullying another kid he said 'brb, teaching my bro
a lesson'. A few minutes later he returned and stated, 'bak, my bro is soo
grounded.'

	Trevor was just under 6 feet tall. His dirty-blonde hair was just
as bushy as Colby's. Trevor was the 'leader' of Colby's pack and everyone
knew it. Colby might be the boy who stays at the back but he is the only
kid in the school who pokes jokes at Trevor. When it happens everyone is
usually stunned.

	When they aren't in public or talking while they are on msn it's
always like that.

	Trevor: So who you crushing on this week, girly?

	Colby: No one! And im no girl.

	Trevor: I don't know. Your gay... that's pretty much saying your a
girl.

	Colby: Being gay and having the horrible thing you call a vagina is
different.

	Trevor: Not by much, dude.

	Colby: Your just happy that you get the girls instead of me.

	Trevor: That is a plus in knowing you, yes. But I like having a gay
friend around to tell me how much a bitch a girl is.

	Colby: Told you you loved me.

	Trevor: Shut it! But ya, back to what I asked. Who ya crushing on?

	Colby: No one.

	Trevor: Bullshit! In gym today you were zoning in and out of
existence. Now tell good ol' Trev.

	Colby: You noticed? Dammit.... It's no one.
		Say something...
		Trevor are you there?

	Trevor: Who is it, Colby?

	Colby: I'm not telling you, okay? It's never gonna happen anyways.

	Trevor: If it's not gonna happen, then whats the harm in telling
me?

	Colby: Why should I tell you?

	Trevor: I'm the only person who knows your gay and I haven't told a
soul. I've known you for going on three years now. Lastly we are best
friends.

	Colby: Fine it's Mitch Stannus.

	Trevor: I knew it!!

	Colby: WHAT!?

	Trevor: anyways I'm going to bed tttyl.

	Before Colby could get a message in Trevor was offline. Colby went
to bed in an attempt to get sleep to no prevail. His mind was up and about
how Trevor known it was Mitch. He had only just started crushing on him
since the kid moved to town at the beginning of the year.

	When Colby found Trevor the next morning he pulled him aside, "How
did you know?"

	"Dude if they were actually paying attention they would know." They
referring to Vicky and Mitch, the remaining part of 'Trevor's crew'. "You
have the tiniest blush when he talks to you or when we talk about him."

	"I'm that obvious?"

	"Oh ya dude. Don't worry I'm not gonna tell him. I don't think he
even realizes it." The boys went off to their classes not knowing what will
become of them in the coming day months or years.

	Chapter end.

	So this story is originally planed to be a 10 chapter but it may be
longer. Like this chapter was meant to have the first time Colby Baby sits
but that didn't happen. Anyways though be happy it might be longer than
that!
