Subject: Cruising For Love 3

Author's Note: Ok, I know it's been like forever. Actually, it's been like 5
months or something, but yeah.... well... yeah. This isn't a real chapter,
just a sort of interlude type thingy. It's not crucial to the story, but it
does raise some questions and drop some hints. Hope you enjoy, however brief
this is.

Diary of Jewels 1

	The first day of the cruise went pretty
much normally. Tink was prety fast to find me, I think she set a new record.
Of course, Chris and Andrew showed up pretty soon after, Chris toting his
new exploit proudly. Rebecca I think was her name. Anyway, we all chilled
for a little while before heading down to the youth meething they have every
time. That was when the day started to get interesting. There was this
guy... he joined our table with his younger brother. They were talking to
the other girl there that none of us knew, and I caught his name. Alex. He
really was a cutie. I wanted to do something to get to know him, but besides
Tink none of the others know... Anyway, they went swimming after the meeting
and I made my excuses from the rest so I could folow them. Alex looked like
a fish in water he swam so great. I just got back from 'reading' by the pool
and I have toget ready for dinner tonight. I keep feeling like He's gonne
show up. I don't want to see Him. Not after...

	Tonight was... fantastic! I
knew it, I just knew he was-- sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself. Alex and
his brother (his name's Danny) and that girl, Claire were looking for a
table to sit at, so I waved them over without really thinking. Chris started
to whine about it but he shut up before they got near enough to hear,
especially after Tink jabbeb him in the ribs. I guess I was still a bit
paranoid that He might turn up, but I don't think anyone noticed. At least,
I hope no one noticed. Anyway, Alex sat right next to me this time and I had
such a hard time eating and trying not to be too obvious in looking at him.
I got a bit sad cause it was clear the chick was into him, but he didn't
seem to be returning the attention. That made my hopes soar.
	The Teen
Scheme manager came out again and did his routine telling the kids about the
cruise. I have to talk to dad about that... It gets more annoying each year.
Anyway though, when Danny heard about the Karaoke he got all excited. When
Alex announced that they were gonna go, I saw my chance and took it. I was
going to just spend the whole night sitting next to him, getting him buzzed
and then start hitting on him, but it turned out I didn't need to. After a
few drinks and intervention from Danny, we got Alex to go up and sing. He
looked stunning, with the lights on him. He sang one of the standard Karaoke
songs, but it didn't matter. He was amazing. They even let him to an
en-cour. I recognised it imediately. "In Your Eyes" by Kylie Minogue. He
started pointing out across the room with the song so I looked about me. I
figured it must have been Claire. It's weird, he's not what I'd usually go
for. I mean, yeah he's cute, like really cute, but he's pretty small. Ben
was--- nevermind.
	Anyway, after he finished, he was coming to join us when
Chris almost ruined it all. He made some comment about Alex being a fag and
he heard. He just turned and ran. I could have punched Chris. I went after
him, but not before threatening Chris. I found Alex out on the balcony and
he got real mad with me and then shouted that he was a fag. That was all I'd
been waiting to hear. I just grabbed him and kissed him.
	The look on his
face was great! He looked like he'd died and gone to heaven. We split
without even telling the others (Tink is sooo going to kill me tomorrow, but
it was so worth it!). We got in the elevator and I got the shock of my life.
I remember a ltitle while back, my dad did some buisness with the Parker
family and they all came over for a dinner. But their son, Jason I think was
his name, was in the elevator and some gorgeous guy. I never even suspected
Jason was gay, but the way those two started kissing didn't leave much
doubt. I totally have to catch up with him later.
	Anyway, I'm about to
crash. I have to get up early so I can find out which is Alex's cabin and
give him back his shoes. I hope it wasnt just a one night thing. He really
is adorable.
