CHAPTER TWENTY NINE

"I agree." Jonathon replied, "But I think a blind eye turned away on the
odd night now and then wouldn't do much harm and needn't be broadcast for
all and sundry to know about. I have spoken to Brent, Davey's roommate.  He
is quite happy and willing to spend a couple of nights in my room on the
quiet if it means Davey will be performing at his peak in Moscow."

Much heated discussion followed which went on for some time until the head
coach announced that this was getting them nowhere.  He would make the
final decision and let them all know what that was in the morning.

True to his word the next morning the head coach handed down his decision
that he would allow during the camp for Davey and Johnny to spend one night
together on the understanding that the whole thing is kept secret.

This of course made the boys very happy and Davey's state of mind regarding
his training improved considerably. The boys decided that half way through
the camp they would spend a night together. The head coach also requested
that the two boys along with Jonathon meet him in his office.

Not sure what this was about all three were just a little bit nervous when
they knocked on his door and were invited in. He invited them to sit down
before explaining what this meeting was all about, "We do have a little
problem here." He explained, "Russia is very anti-gay and homosexuality is
against the law and punishable by a long jail term. Therefore boys we have
to be very careful because the Russian authorities will be watching you two
very closely.

I suspect that your rooms at the athletes village will be bugged about
which we will of course protest but I urge you to be very, very careful
boys and this means no kissing or holding hands in public. I appreciate for
two young guys like you in love this will be difficult but if the Russians
can get you disqualified they will.

Davey you are the biggest threat in many years for their champions and I
believe the whole of America from the President on down is hoping that you
will be able to knock them off their perch" He then went on to explain that
around the clock secret service agents will be guarding both of them. Later
on in the day they will meet the head of the secret service team allocated
to keep you both safe.

Both boys and Jonathon were a little bit shook up when they left the head
coaches office, "He's right you know, we will have to be very careful."
Davey said as they went back to training. At the end of the two week camp
they had three weeks at home before heading for Moscow. Then they would be
back for about six weeks before heading to the American training camp in
Madrid for the Olympic Games.

It was a real clandestine operation the night Johnny and Davey had together
during the training camp.  The boys decided that it would be easier if
Davey joined Johnny in his and Jonathon's room because then in the morning
they could get dressed and go for a run which is their normal routine
before breakfast.

Needless to say it was a hot session after being celibate for so long but
the gory details are best left to one's imagination except to say by the
time the sky was beginning to lighten neither of the two lovers had been
asleep. They set out for their run making it look as if Davey had collected
Johnny and in case anyone was in earshot he made a big thing of wishing
Jonathon a good morning.

Out on the track one or two athletes were already jogging as the two set
off together. After a while Johnny stopped and began rolling on the ground
laughing non-stop. Davey who was running slightly in front also stopped
asking his partner what was wrong, "I just noticed when you got in front of
me it looked as if you're running with my dick still up your ass." Johnny
explained between laughs.

Grinning Davey fell on top of him playfully punching him, telling him to
shut up. They rolled around on the grass for a while until they noticed
several of the others looking at them so they stopped and began running
again.

The rest of the camp went well with visas and passports sorted out for
everyone and several lectures on how to behave in Russia and how they must
never go out without a security escort and so on. Then it was all over with
a big afternoon session when everyone wished everyone else the best of luck
and so on. A big bullshit session as Jonathon called it and then it was on
a flight home for three weeks in El Paso before heading to LA for their
charter flight to Moscow.

During those three weeks when of course the training never let up it was
also time for Luke and Pru's wedding. All the arrangements had been made
and everything was ready for the big day. It was hard to tell who was the
most nervous Luke, Jason or Francis, who still had a little scarring on his
face but had more or less recovered from his brutal bashing.

Sally and Bethany were also nervous and hoped that there would be no
protests or trouble on the day.  Sally had a brand new outfit with a
flowery summer dress and a tiny flower hat for her head while Bethany had
gone all butch with a pin stripped suit and a bowler hat along with a gold
tipped swagger cane.

Pru was dressed in a traditional white wedding gown complete with a silk
train and lace veil which was her mothers. To say Pru's mom was nervous
would be an understatement with her fluttering around and fussing around
her daughter as she got ready. Pru's father also looked elegant in a brand
new suit his wife insisted he get for the wedding so he could walk their
only daughter down the aisle.

It was a beautiful day and no sign of any protesters at the church as Luke,
Jason and Francis arrived. A large contingent from the hostel had just
about filled the church with Garrett and Edwin acting as ushers showing
people to their seats. Little did Jason and Francis know that Luke had a
couple of surprises arranged for them as well.

Soon it was time for the bride to arrive and with her mom still fussing she
walked down the aisle on her father's arm with two of her old school
friends as Bridesmaids.  Bethany was her matron of honor which looked a bit
odd considering the outfit she wore.  The service was a traditional church
one and as it progressed nothing unusual happened until it came for the
blessing of the rings.

Jason produced the two rings but then Luke produced two other rings from
his pocket which surprised Jason and Francis who wondered what on earth was
going on. Without batting an eyelid the young priest blessed all four rings
and then handed two to Luke and the other two to Jason with a wink of his
eye.

It was then that the two young guys realized what was happening.  They both
began to tear up as the priest went through the process of getting the vows
repeated at first Luke and Jason slipped the rings on their partner's
fingers before the whole process was repeated with Pru and Francis
repeating together their vows to their partners.

There were a few gasps and surprised mutterings from some of the
congregation, especially Pru's mom and some of her friends.  A lot of the
boys had tears in their eyes when the whole event turned out to be what
amounted to a double wedding.

As the happy couples left the church the big surprise that Chief Falster
had prepared took Luke by surprise.  A guard of honor was formed outside
consisting mainly of senior officers who worked with Luke and Paul Alverez,
the other assistant to the chief of police. Even Paul and the chief were
present in the guard, all looking resplendent in their dress uniforms.

All in all a memorable day which Luke, Pru, Jason and Francis would never
forget. It was then time for photos to be taken with family members and so
on. Both Jason and Francis's parents were there and they looked on proudly,
not worried in the least by the fact that their sons were gay, but happy
they were in a stable relationship.

Once all the pictures had been taken a motorcade complete with police
escort headed back to the hostel for the reception. It was being held in
the grand ballroom provided free of charge by the hostel owners and the
boys themselves acted as waiters and bar staff all dressed in black shirts
and pants with matching bow ties.

The room itself was decorated with hundreds of balloons and garlands of
flowers and looked beautiful. While there was a DJ on hand to provide music
a couple of other surprises were also on hand for later in the
evening. Once the main course had been served and eaten it was time for the
speeches and Jason as best man stood up to speak first, "First of all thank
you all for attending what was a memorable event today.

Francis and I would like especially to thank Luke and Pru for giving us the
honor to be part of their day and more so for the big surprise they sprang
on us by making it a double wedding. We had no idea that was going to
happen and for me to join the police force and be part of Luke's team was
the best thing that could have happened to me and I feel honored and
privileged to be a member of what is fast becoming one of the finest police
forces in Texas." This brought forth a lot of cheering and applause which
when it had died down gave Jason the opportunity to continue.

"Again thanks to Pru, Luke and also to Paul and Chief Falster." He turned
to face the chief before continuing, "Sir, thank you for having the faith
in me to give me an opportunity to serve in such an important position
within your police force, and to give a gay person the chance to prove that
we homosexuals can do the job just as well if not better than other members
of the force."

That statement brought the house down with almost everyone giving him a
standing ovation which was understandable when you consider the number of
gays at the reception, "Finally I would like to propose a toast to two
wonderful people Luke and Pru." With that everyone raised their glasses and
toasted the couple.

It was decided by Pru and Luke that the speeches would be few and the only
other one to speak was Luke himself, "On behalf of my wife and I." This
brought some applause and cheers before Luke continued, "I would like to
thank you all for coming and also thank my boss for the guard of honor
which was a big surprise. I would also like to thank Jason for those kind
words.  Also I would like to include Francis in my thanks for helping us
get through the day and also to wish them a happy and long life together."
A lot more applause and cheers followed that statement

"Also thanks to everyone who helped with the day.  There are so many of you
that I won't name you all for fear of missing someone, but you all know who
you are and again thank you. There has been a lot of speculation regarding
our honeymoon.  I can now reveal that we will not be going on our honeymoon
for some weeks to come because we are heading to Madrid in Spain for the
Olympic Games so that we can cheer on our champion gymnast Davey." He
pointed Davey out to everyone who stood up and acknowledged the cheers and
applause, "I have another surprise to announce." And some bright spark at
the back yelled out, "Pru's pregnant."

After the laughter died down and Pru stopped blushing, Luke continued, "No
not yet, but the surprise I do have is for Jason and Francis. Pru and mine
thank you gift is that you will be joining us on our trip to Spain to cheer
Davey on." There was silence for a while as the news sank in and then both
Jason and Francis with tears in their eyes rushed over to embrace the pair
of them unable to believe that they would be going to the Olympics in
Madrid.

Once the hubbub had died down Luke then proposed a toast to the bridesmaids
and also to Jason and Francis. It was then time for the dancing to begin
with Pru and Luke taking to the floor before inviting Jason and Francis to
join them.  Then the DJ invited the parents to go on the dance floor with
Sally and Bethany and then Pru's parents joining the bridal couple. It
certainly looked odd to the straight people and especially Pru's mom who
was having trouble coping.

Soon just about everyone was on the dance floor with more guys dancing with
guys than anyone else. After about thirty minutes of dancing the DJ invited
Pru and Luke along with Jason and Francis to cut the two wedding cakes.  He
then said they had another special surprise for them, "Luke has asked Davey
to put on a demonstration and show you all why he should win medals in
Moscow and Madrid."

The gym where Davey worked out was next door to the ballroom and a
partition was opened with everyone gathered around while Davey went through
his routines for the games. This display brought forth lots of cheering and
applause with the chant of, `Ten, ten, ten.' While this was going on
another event was being made ready at the other end of the ballroom where a
band was being set up.

Once Davey was finished the DJ invited everyone back in announcing that
Platinum record recording star Josh and his younger brother Brandon would
bring some great country music to the proceedings. They entertained for
over an hour with Josh towards the end of the set saying, "On behalf of the
Governor of Texas, my dad, we would like to offer our congratulations to
the happy couple and my father apologizes that he is unable to join you
today because of pressure of work but is thinking of you at this time and
hopes you have a wonderful day."

They then went into their final song followed by a couple of encores before
they handed back control to the DJ so that everyone could dance the rest of
the night away. Pru finally got the opportunity to sit down with her mother
for a few minutes before they left, "I must say Luke has some strange
friends are you sure he is not like um, well you know, them?"

Laughing Pru replied, "I can assure you mother he is defiantly not like
them."  Her mom blushed but Pru thought it was hilarious until she began to
realize that her mother lived in an entirely different world to her and
Luke and this more modern gay lifestyle was something very new to
her. Giving her mom a kiss and cuddle before saying goodnight and thanking
her and dad for everything.

As soon as her parents had gone Luke whispered that it might be a good idea
for them to sneak off and leave the young ones to continue dancing, "I
think I'd like to take you home to our bed and make made passionate love to
my wonderful new wife." He said kissing her passionately before grabbing
her hand and heading quietly towards the door.

Garrett and Edwin were dancing cheek to cheek, their arms entwined around
each other's necks as was Davey, Johnny and several others. In fact very
few adults were left with Chief Falster and his wife leaving almost the
same time as Luke and Pru. The only ones dancing were Sally and Bethany and
they too were getting amorous and ready to continue their own little dance
in the privacy of their own room.

Jason and Francis also decided it was time to leave and continue their love
making in their own bedroom and that was more or less how the day came to a
close.

It was just over a week later that the trial of the thugs who attacked
Francis started.  Security surrounding the courthouse was unprecedented
with not only EP police in abundance but also members of the FBI helping
out also.  The biggest problem was the protesters.  There were two
different groups banner waving and chanting. One was in support of the GLBT
movement urging the government and the courts to stamp out all this
anti-gay violence. While another group protested against the gay movement
shouting the best way was to stamp out homosexuality all together. Attached
to each group were radical fringe organizations such as the neo Nazi's
whose members were standing trial today and a variety of different church
groups.

The biggest problem the police had was keeping these two groups apart.  It
was proving to be a very difficult task with more and more officers being
rushed to the scene with Chief Falster overseeing the whole operation. Luke
and Jason were safely ensconced in police headquarters out of harm's way
while Francis was being guarded by a dozen or more officers in a small room
within the court house until he would be called to give evidence.


A twenty four hour watch was being kept on Jason's and Francis' apartment
while they remained overnight in a city hotel under police guard. The same
applied to the several witnesses who were being threatened on a daily basis
if they gave evidence against the four men.

The DA had his work cut out for him in keeping all these witnesses from
pulling the plug.  In fact a couple had already withdrawn their statements
fearing for their own and their family's lives.

Meanwhile Chief Falster's resources were stretched to the limit and his
overtime budget dead in the water with all days off and leave cancelled
until after the trial. The publicity surrounding the trial had also created
a media frenzy with all the major TV news channels lined up, nose to tail
outside the courthouse.

The courtroom was packed and Judge Garcia had been asked by the Governor if
he would preside over this trial and he was nervous expecting trouble along
the way. Already tight security had been put into place to keep him and his
family safe after threats continued to come in on a regular basis.

The jury too once picked would be kept under lock and key until after the
trial for fear of their safety. This would certainly be one of the biggest
trials this part of Texas has ever seen. In one way this was good because
the world media and other visitors had boosted the hotel and restaurant
trade bringing in millions of dollars into the city.

Francis sitting alone in his secure room got a message from Judge Garcia
suggesting that he go home because jury selection is going to take at least
one if not two days. The four accused had top lawyers flown in from New
York to handle their case so the DA knew he would have his work cut out to
secure a conviction. He had already approached their legal team with a view
to securing a plea bargain but they laughed in his face.

The court bailiff called for them to rise as Judge Garcia entered the
courtroom. As soon as he sat down he addressed everyone in the room, "My
name is Judge Garcia and I warn each and every one of you that I will not
tolerate any nonsense in my courtroom. Any outburst from the public gallery
and also from legal council will result in a contempt charge. I have
already made sure that several cells down below are free for any trouble
makers in my court, so you have all been warned.

Are we ready to begin choosing the jury?" All those involved said yes or
nodded and the first one hundred potential jurors were called in. As he
expected, the process was a long drawn out one and by the end of the day
three hundred people had gone before the court and only seven had been
selected.

The following morning Judge Garcia was informed that one of those jurors
picked yesterday had called in sick and a doctors certificate was produced
to back up his illness. This meant only six jurors had been selected. The
courthouse staff was being run ragged trying to organize enough people and
it wasn't until the end of day two that twelve had been selected with two
reserves.

Judge Garcia told them that they would be sworn in first thing in the
morning and then informed them that for their own safety they would be
locked away in a secure hotel for the duration of the trial, "I'm sorry
that you are going to be separated from your loved ones for what could be a
while but it is essential that we make sure you are safe and security right
now is being put in place to protect your families." He then adjourned the
court until ten am the next morning.

Jason and Francis spent the night together cuddled up in bed with a patrol
car parked outside the apartment block and a police officer sitting outside
their door. The next morning they were up early and Jason cooked breakfast
making sure there was enough for the poor officer who sat outside and they
invited him in to join them in the meal.

While they were eating the phone rang and it was the DA's office informing
Francis that he wouldn't be needed today. Jason rang Luke asking if he
could take the day off and spend it at home with his lover. Luke
immediately agreed warning them to stay safe.

Judge Garcia had the jury sworn in and then spoke at length on the task in
front of them before the DA himself opened up with the prosecution argument
which took up most of the morning. Judge Garcia called a break for lunch.
After, the defense took up the argument for the four guys accused of the
brutal crimes committed against Francis. Because all four were represented
by different lawyers this dragged on all afternoon until the judge called a
halt saying the defense argument would continue in the morning.

The jury was already bored with several of them trying very hard not to
close their eyes and have a snooze as the lawyers droned on and on. After
all four lawyers for the defense had put forward their case it was once
again time of Judge Garcia to call it a day. Due to the fact that the whole
process was taking a long time the crowds had dwindled with no way near as
many protesters for either side of the argument outside the courthouse,
plus there were spare seats inside as well.

The following day the first of the witnesses was due to be called and again
Francis wasn't needed. It was just before the court was about to start,
almost seconds before Judge Garcia was due to walk in that a bomb threat
was received. Several practice runs had taken place before the trial
started in the event of this occurring.  So the building was very quickly
evacuated with the jury being taken back to their hotel in an armored
vehicle on loan from Fort Bliss while Judge Garcia was also moved to a safe
place.

The last to be moved out and under protest from their lawyers were the four
accused and then the building was ready for the bomb squad to move in. In
the ladies restroom next to the court room an explosive device was
discovered and very quickly removed by the squad. The question was how it
was planted there because a sweep of the building is carried out every
morning before any one is allowed in.

Chief Falster was furious, mainly with his people who were supposed to
check and handle these things. As it was court was cancelled for the day.
Not only with that trial but all cases in every courtroom until the matter
could be investigated. This was going to cause a backlog of cases to be
heard.

The big surprise came at the end of day four when the defense lawyers
approached the DA with a plea bargain.  They said that the four accused
would change their plea to guilty in exchange for a sentence of fifteen
years. This took the DA by surprise and he said that they would consider
the offer and give the states answer in the morning.

Several of his team thought that this was too lenient suggesting no less
than twenty five years.  But as the DA pointed out, this was costing the
city millions of dollars a day in providing security to witnesses and jury
alike.  If they didn't accept the plea the trial could and indeed would
drag on for days.

That evening he spoke to Chief Falster and Judge Garcia who both agreed
that he should take the easy way out and accept the plea. The only ones not
happy with what was to them a light sentence was Luke, Jason and Francis
but in the end they had no option but to accept the plea. The DA went to
bed that night still not fully decided on what to do.  The next morning
when he met with the defense in Judge Garcia's room at the court house he
announced his counter offer was twenty years.  Take it or leave it and all
four surprised him by agreeing.

When court resumed Judge Garcia thanked the jury for their time, effort and
inconvenience, "You can now safely return home to your loved ones and I
order that you be exempt from jury duty for the next five years."  This put
a smile on the jurors faces as they left the courtroom.

Judge Garcia then turned to address the four accused, "I believe that a
plea bargain has been struck with the district attorney is that right?" All
four lawyers for the defense said yes and then the DA explained that they
would serve twenty years in a correctional facility. Garcia then turned to
the four men,, "In my mind you have gotten off light for the horrendous
crime you committed and you are all lucky not to be serving a much longer
period for murder. While I believe you should be incarcerated for a much
longer period of time I accept the plea, if only to save the city millions
of dollars on what was an expensive trial. I therefore sentence you to
twenty years in the state penitentiary with no possibility of parole but
I'm also adding a further five years' probation with an ankle device being
put into place and forbid you to go within twenty feet of the accused or
his partner. This means that when you are released if you find yourself
living next door to the victim then you will have to move and quick."

With a bang of his gavel the court was adjourned and it was all over. Well
almost as a final protest the anti-gay come neo –Nazi group detonated a
bomb in a garbage can outside the courthouse. Luckily no one was hurt in
the blast but a message was sent to the people of El Paso that it wasn't
over yet.

All too soon it was time for the trip to Moscow and both Davey and Johnny
were a bit nervous. For the past week their CIA guard had been briefing
them continually on what to do and not to do, "The word is that the
Russki's are planning something but we don't know what it is.  You are the
biggest threat ever to their supremacy in the field of gymnastics and they
will stop at nothing to prevent you from either competing or competing at
your best."

This was certainly unnerving the young boys while Jonathon was a totally
nervous wreck. Just before they left it was Johnny's fifteenth birthday and
Davey's would be while he was in Madrid for the Olympics. For a while now
Davey had been talking to his brother about expanding the Karate school and
the birthday surprise for Johnny was a big one.

The two families had gathered at the hostel for the party in Johnny's honor
with his father flying in from Austin for the occasion. After the
formalities and the blowing out of the candles Johnny began opening his
presents. Once that had been done he noticed there had been no gift from
his lover.

Davey then stood up calling for quiet and once he had everyone's attention
he spoke, "Happy birthday Johnny, I love you dearly and what do you buy
someone who got everything when he got me." He paused while a lot of
mocking comments and laughter was made, "My older brother and I have been
talking for some time about expanding my Karate school and opening
Franchises throughout America. My gift to you Johnny is my school and all
the profits from the Franchise."

Johnny stared in amazement at his lover as the news which in the end would
make him a millionaire. Finally he stood up and with tears in his eyes
embraced his lover, kissing him long and deep, Thank you darling, but
remember whatever we have we share."

"No baby this is all yours. The company will run the whole business for you
but you will be chairman of the board and have the final say in
everything. The company is yours."

Still in a state of shock but revering enough to whisper in his partner's
ear, "How soon can we get away so I can make love to you Davey?"

"Patience lover, everything comes to those who wait."

In fact the party broke up not long after because the boys still had a
tough training schedule and the Moscow trip was only three days away. True
to his word Davey made sure that once they were alone in their room Johnny
wasn't disappointed. In fact he had a birthday he would never forget.

They had to fly three days later to New York to catch their flight to
Moscow.  Before boarding their aircraft a farewell reception was held with
President G.H.W. Bush addressing them and wishing them all the best. The
President then walked among the athletes shaking hands and talking to most
of them.

When he came to Davey and Johnny he shook their hands before saying to
Davey, "I have been watching your career and despite having a tough
beginning to your life you have shown that anyone can climb out and with
sheer determination and guts become someone the Nation is proud of. I know
you will do your best for the United States of America, but win or lose you
can hold your head up high." He shook their hands again before moving on to
meet and greet other members of the US Team.

It was then time to board their aircraft for the long flight over the North
Pole to Moscow. A secret service agent sat next to them all the way and was
talking to others via some sort of communication device throughout the
flight. Not that it bothered the two boys who promptly after dinner was
served and eaten, fell asleep.

They were awakened when breakfast was served and the agent told them they
had about another hour to go before landing.  They would have to stay in
their seats until everyone else had left and then wait for instructions
from him before leaving the plane, "The Russians are up to something but
we're not sure what it is but they are determined to stop you from
competing."

This news worried the boys but left it up to those who knew best and they
did as they were told. It was cold and raining outside the aircraft as they
landed in Moscow.  They were surprised to see a large number of police
surrounding the aircraft when it came to a stop at the terminal.

Everyone else left the aircraft except for Davey, Johnny and a half dozen
secret service agents. One of them who appeared to be in charge spent a lot
of time talking on his two way radio and didn't look at all happy. Finally
he came up and spoke to the boys, "We have a situation right now boys and
we have to try and get you off the plane without you being seen until we
can sort things out. Just do as we say and follow instructions to the
letter and you will be safe."

"What's the situation you speak about, what's wrong and why can't we land
like the rest of the team?" Davey asked getting anxious and worried with
all this talk.

The agent took his time answering, obviously summing up whether he should
tell the boys or not, "Well it appears the Russian Police have a warrant
for your arrest." ...

Writers corner:

Sorry I know another cliffhanger and a bit of a doozie one too.

Well two major things occurred in this chapter which I struggled
with. Having writers block is a curse which dogs' authors from time to time
but I think I have got over it now.

First at the training camp Davey and Johnny were finally able to have at
least one night together and I bet they made the most of it. I know I would
but then at their age I was horny twenty four seven (still am) LOL

The wedding between Pru and Luke went off without a hitch but the big
surprise was the exchanging of vows between Jason and Francis and also the
announcement that they would be joining Luke and Pru on their honeymoon to
Madrid for the Olympic Games.

Then we had the trial of the four thugs who almost killed Francis and again
this wasn't without some drama with a bomb threat and then a real bomb when
the trial ended. It was obvious that their defense lawyers could see they
were in a no win situation with the evidence and eye witness testimonies
stacked up against them. A plea bargain was the only way out.

Then I almost forget about the setting up of the franchise chain of Davey's
Karate school with Davey handing the whole operation over to Johnny as a
birthday present.

Finally the time came for the trip to Moscow for the world gymnastics
championships and the Russians according to CIA intelligence were
determined to either stop Davey competing or put him off his game.
Remember the Cold War was still happening back in 1992 although it was
slowly coming to an end, plus Communist countries were ruling the gymnastic
arena.

What grounds do you think have the Russian police got to have Davey and
Johnny arrested and will the secret service get around it and get the pair
of them off the aircraft?

What do you guys think? I'd love to hear from you regarding this and of

Well guys Trevor has sure packed a lot into this chapter.

I was thrilled to see what happened with Luke, Pru, Jason and Francis.  It
was so awesome that Luke and Pru shared the most important day in their
lives with Jason and Francis.  How special was that?

I was glad to see that the four thugs got 20 years in prison and five years
probation at the end with no early release.  By the time they get out I do
not see any of them after spending 20 years in the pen willing to try
anything that could put them back in the slammer.

I agree with Johnny, that whatever one of them owns, so does the other.  So
while Johnny may be the actual legal owner the Karate studios, Davey as his
equal partner will also own it.

Now for that cliff hanger... Trevor you are cruel to leave us up in the air
like this.  Being they have never been in Russia before I cannot but wonder
what grounds the Russki's have to arrest them.  I will not tell you what I
think they would arrest them for or what I would do because if that is what
Trevor is planning I do not want to put him in a position where he feels he
needs to change his story.  So, it's up to Trevor to get us a new chapter
"quickly"
