Erik's Song

Chapter 6! Excited? Because I am!

I shut my mouth, when I saw his snicker and grin. At this moment I couldn't
help but look at his features and how beautiful he looked with that grin on
his face.

He had such smooth skin, that I just wanted to reach out and brush my hand
against, to feel the warmth that burned inside him. His eyes, as corny as
this sounds, they really did pierce through me, like a sword through
butter.

He had this hair that was a perfect blend of colors, the most beautiful
shades of brown, with light blonde and a hint of red. Even his teeth were
perfect, was there anything about this boy that wasn't made perfectly? I
swear god had to re-create him a thousands time and the finished product
was perfection.

"So, are you going to or not?" He asked, knocking me down from my dream.

"I hate reality" I muttered under my breath.

"You hate what?" He replied.

"Nothing" I said very quickly with a smile.

He smiled back and started to move closer to me. I was in full view of his
lips, how red and luscious they were, how full the bottom lip was, at a
curve and the top lip that matched the bottom.

"So, are you?" He asked again

I couldn't say anything so I just gulped. I looked around for an escape,
but never in my life have I seen my room so vividly, the green color of the
walls that offset the ugly brown carpet and the Plain walls, which drew in
the blank cream, colored walls.

"I.... I..." I stammered on.

He then brought his finger to my lip and started to unbutton my jeans. Time
seemed to slow down as his hand that was a little cold by the way, reached
out for my throbbing dick, that was leaking my juice like a faucet. He then
leaned in to kiss me.

"Jay...Jay....wake up" I heard a voice say. I opened my eyes, and realized
it was all a dream. I was so mad at myself.

"Sorry for waking you, but the movie is over." Erik said with a
heart-warming smile.

" No, it's ok" I replied with a hint of frustration as I slammed my head
down on my pillow. I then ran my hands through my hair and spoke.

"So, what do you want to do now?"

He shrugged then replied. "We could, go for a walk of something"

"Yea, a walk...sounds like fun," I said as I swung my feet over the edge of
my bed and just sat there until my boner went down. Erik was already
putting his shoes on when I grabbed my hoodie and shoes.

"Isn't today a perfect day?" He asked me with his giddy smile.

"I don't know, I think it's kinda cold." I said, still a little
frustrated. We continued to walk, and I continued to drift towards him, not
really realizing what I was doing I grabbed his hand.

"Uh, Jay...dude," He said

I looked down, and freaked out, he saw my face and calmed me down.

"All you had to do...was ask" He replied so smoothly and calmly. I just
gulped as he reached for my hand this time. I gratefully put my hand in
his, and just let his cold, but yet warm hands warm me up.

Every time I was around Erik, I would notice something, or someone. I saw
runners running, In heavy, deep thought, I saw leaves changing colors and
falling right in front of me, which reminded me of hope and life, and also
death.

" You know, when I moved here I thought the scenery here was so beautiful,
so I sat outside on my porch from noon, to sunset just watching everything
around me." He spoke.

"That's when I knew that this place wouldn't be so bad after all" He
replied with an uneasy laugh.

"I never really noticed any of this until now, I just always hated this
place, I never left, born and raised here." I told him. He raised an
eyebrow.

" You never left? never traveled with your family?" He asked concerned.

I shrugged, "No, not really, I don't really like my family, they go places
every spring break...I just kinda keep to myself." I told him, gazing off.

"So...you're gay?" I asked him

"I'm Erik." He replied "I know you're Erik, but are you gay, bisexual, or
what?" I asked again

"I don't categorize myself, I've fallen in love with girls and boys, let's
just say...I'm a equal opportunity lender." He said with a chuckle, which
made me laugh.

"That's really cool, but me...I'm gay...and I'm not anything else, I'm
nothing special, nothing to remember, no one that's going to change the
world, or cure something or make a lasting impact on someone...the only
thing I have is my homosexuality." I said all in one breath.

He looked at me, and studied my face. He then gently took his hand and
traveled from my eyebrow to my jaw.

"My ex killed himself," He said. I just looked at him.

"I'm sorry, but why'd you just tell me that?" I said.

He shrugged," I don't know, I just feel like I can talk to you, I never
told anyone else besides family and police what happened, and it's one of
the reasons why we moved here." He said

I opened my mouth to saw something, but I couldn't.

"I did love him, and I knew he loved me, but it's just the world, the same
world that you think your not going to make a difference in the one that
made him crack. He made a hell of a difference, and impact in my life, so
who's to say that you won't?" He asked me.

"I...I don't know" I replied, and put my head down. By this time we had
stopped walking on the trail.

"I'm sorry," He said.

"For what?" I replied.

"For being a dramatic, emotional head-case," He said with a smile.

"No, it's ok" I smiled back. He then took my hand and led my somewhere. We
traveled down a row of trees. I looked up and u could see the crisp, blue
sky with not one cloud, and the greenery of the trees and woods that
surrounded us.

"This is the first place I discovered when I got here." He said

"Wow, this place is really...beautiful." I replied in awe.

"Yea I know," He said with a grin. He laid my down on a bed of grass and
put his head on my chest. I nonchalantly started to comb his hair with my
fingers. " That's really nice" He commented. I leaned down to his
beautiful lips and I kissed him. I couldn't believe that I had kissed him,
but I did. He smiled at me and I smile back, and we both feel asleep.

When I awoke it was nightfall and already turning a gloomy, black blanket
that would cover the sky, so I woke Erik up and we started to walk home.

"Thank you for the walk" I told him when we had reached my house.

"No, problem kinda gentleman." He made a bowing gesture and like he was
taking tipping his hat. I just laughed at him and pushed him
playfully. When I pushed him he grabbed my hands and swung me around until
I was in his arms.

"Thank you, for my first date." He said as he drew in closer for a kiss...

...This...was not a dream...

Well that's chapter 6...and as you can see it is way longer, and in my
opinion better than the first 5. I was rushing them, and decided to slow
them down. People have written so many nice e-mails, and comments, and
suggestions. Thank you to everyone, who writes me, I truly do appreciate
it. And thank you Skylor, for giving me pointers.
