We have been spending all our free time together. Even though he has his own car, I pick him up each morning, and then bring him home in the evening after track. Then one afternoon I did not want to lie to him any more so I was I ask him if we could go to the park to talk. "Hey Rich can we go to the park?" I asked. "I need to talk to you about something" "Sure" He said back to me. "I need to tell you something too" "Cool" I was getting scared at the time of what he might need to tell me. ~*~Rich OMG. When he asked me if we could go to the park and talk, I was a little scared! But after awhile I started to calm down. We where going over the overpass a truck hit us and sending his car over the rail and off the bridge. After the car stopped flipping it was on fire. I got out ok but Colten was stuck in there with his seatbelt trapping him. I ran over to help him. I got him out just before it blew up. I dragged him over to safety. He was crying in pain because he looked in to the fire and he couldn't see anything. I was really scared. It took about 30 minutes for the ambulance to get to us. ~*~Colten Everything was going great when a truck hit us sending us to go over the rail and down a hill. The car was now on fire and i was trapped because of my seatbelt. Then I felt Rich grab and drag me just before the car blew up. I was freaking out because I couldn't see. Rich was saying I was going to be ok. And saying that he was here by my side and won't leave me. I heard the sirens and then I realized we were at the hospital. I heard my dad, brothers and sisters yelling for me but I couldn't see. Then I was passed out. ~*~Rich We got to the hospital and Colten's family was there. He was so scared wouldn't let go of my hand. The next thing I knew he passed out. 5 hours later. ~*~Colten I woke up and couldn't see. Then I heard Rich. "Hey Colt! How are you? I been so scared." He said. "I am fine." I told him back. "How are you?" "Ok. You scared me" "Is any one here?" I asked. "No. They went to get some food." "Oh, ok. Why didn't you go?" "Because. Like I said I will never leave your side" At this point I was in total awe. Then finally said side. "Hey Rich?" "Yea Colt?" "The reason i wanted to go to the park was because I want to tell you that....... Um........ I-I.. um.... I-I Love you." Then I ducked under the covers. "Well Colt. I love you to and I been in love with you sense you and Gracie got out you car the first day of school." Tell Colten while walking over to them. Colten Put his hands up and reached for Rich's face. Pulling his face closer and closer to his face. Then they were in a passionate kiss. It seem to be going on for ever. Until the door open letting in Colten's family. Rich broke the kiss and ran out the door, leaving Colten screaming, and asking what was going on. ~*~Rich We where in the hospital room alone, when Colten told me he loved me. I walked over to him and we started to kiss. Then the door opened, letting in Colten's family in the room. I broke the kiss and ran out the room while Colten was screaming and crying. ~*~ Doctor "Well Colten. I am sorry to tell you that you are blind." I said. Colten stared to cry. And asking for Rich. So I left the room, leaving Colten and his sister. ~*~ Aimee` I am Aimee` Colten's sister. "Where is Rich. I want him and need him. WHERE IS HE!" Scream Colten. "He isn't here. He hasn't been here for 2 weeks." I told him back. "I'll need to go have a smoke. Know one will be on here so just beep the nurse if you need any thing. ~*~ Colten The doctor told me I was blind and I started screaming for Rich. And the Aimee` and I got into a huge fight. Then she left me alone to go smoke. I was pissed then I heard the door open. "Hello?" I asked "Hi?" "Rich oh my god!" "Listen Colten. I am sorry for leaving you after you family walked in. And not being here will the doctor told you that you where blind. Colten... I am so sry and I love you. Please forgive me" Said Rich. "I don't care. I love you with all my heart and I need you." I told him. "Please never leave me again." "I won't and never with again" Then they went into a kiss. And then Aimee` walked in. "Oh I am sorry" Aimee said with a shaken voice. "Aimee`?" I ask. "Yea I am here." "Rich, Richie are you there?" I scream out. "Yea I am here sweetheart." "I will leave y'all to alone." Aimee` told us. Then walked out the room ~*~ Rich I said sry to Colten. He for gave. Then he kissed me. We where kissing when Aimee` walked in. Then we talked then left us to alone so we could talk. We talk what seemed forever, then the doc said that I could take Colten home. Colten and I didn't have to go to school for the rest of the year. The school let us do our schoolwork and suck at home. Then Colten ask.. "Rich do you want to go to my summer house in Mississippi?" "Are you sure you want to?" "Yes. I won't to go only if you where to go with me."
