Subject: The Hound of God update

Hey everyone! Sorry to get your hopes up, but I'm still working on this
next chapter. But I did want to bring something to your attention before
the concluding chapter is eventually posted.

One of my close friends has been gracious enough to place some of the songs
from the story on his webspace so that you guys can check them out if you
want. I'm doing this for three reasons: 1) Because I can. 2) I figure if
you've kept up with this story thus far, it's not because of the action
(there hasn't been any!) but probably because you like the
characters/story. In my opinion, listening to these songs gives an added
emotional dimension to the main character and his thoughts. So it might be
nice to check out. 3) This upcoming chapter will bring it all to an end,
but it probably won't be posted for another two weeks (I'm shooting for
March 18). But I didn't want to leave you fellas hanging for such a long
time without offering something to tie you over.

So if you're interested in this opportunity (and I hope you are), shoot me
an email and I'll send you a link to the web address. I would post it up on
here, but I wanted to give my friend a little bit of privacy ;-) And just
so you know, the songs up there are the three serenade songs from Part V
and two songs from Part VII (Fallaste Corazon and Crucifijo de Piedra) and
one song from the upcoming chapter (but that'll be a mystery for now).

Oh! And I just noticed after rereading the last chapter that I made a huge
mistake: There's a line that SHOULD have read, "I'm NOT conservative, and
well, the jury's still..." I kinda forgot the "not." My bad. Normally I
would just forget it, but my Marxist best friend would slap me in the face
if she found out I didn't fix the oversight. So there we go! Ok, bye!
