It had been a week since the break off and Mikael for once, was still
brooding about it. All the things had happened so fast. In the week itself,
Mikael was not able to concentrate in school and his daily life. He was
always seen with a daze outlook and had been staring out the window in all
of his classes. As he was a bright student, the teachers did not bother him
or requesting for attention.

Day by day he went through his classes in the same lifeless
expression. Nick was beginning to be concerned at Mikael situation, but he
did not know what to do. He just does his best by being there for him. Nick
missed the old Mikael.


As the days gone by, slowly yet surely, Mikael had returned back to his
normal self, confidence, righteous, happy guy and everyone around him do
felt relieved to see him perking himself back into life, especially Nick,
who was worried sick about Mikael had somehow been enjoying every second
and moment given in consoling Mikael. By doing that, he got the opportunity
to get close to Mikael by holding him in his arms, hugging him, giving him
soft kisses just to soothe Mikael.


The truth was, Mikael felt distraught and miserable about the break off
with Drake. He never knew the day eventually came sooner than he
expected. He did love Drake but what Drake had done to him was really the
epitome of all bad things that should not have happened in a relationship.


Mikael could not help it but felt betrayed, used and dirty. He sympathizes
with Malcolm, Drake boyfriend in Montana, as he seems to be so in love with
Drake. It was good that he found out about it and took action before it
became too bad for him and Malcolm.

Nick had somehow calmed him down with all the unconditional attention and
as of that moment he became clear of the promise he made together with Nick
to where they want them to go with.

So far Nick have not approached him for any sexual favor but he knew it
will happen somehow. He was going to make himself readily available if ever
he was asked too, as of that day he was a free agent and single. He was
free to mingle. Nonchalantly he does hoped, what Nick and him had agreed
upon will take it course soon.


It would not be easy for the either one of them, especially Nick. He was
still in a relationship with Amy. It would not be easy for him to came out
with a reason to break up with her. It was true, she does had her flaws and
yet she had been as good as any girlfriend should be. He used to look
forward to spent time with her and the sex they usually had, might not be
as what he felt when he was doing it with Mikael, was still pleasurable. It
felt like it was just a fulfillment of a relationship, rather than a proof
of everlasting love.

But when he did it with Mikael, he felt so right and wonderful. So many
emotions was involved and Mikael was really passionate being the bottom. It
was their first time together and yet it was full of passion, erotically
motivated. He knew Mikael had done it with Drake and yet it did not bother
him too much. He's falling for Mikael rather strongly. His feelings towards
Mikael had drastically grown in him ever since he made love to Mikael.


Mikael was lounging around in the living room alone still in his boxer,
watching television while eating popcorn on a Saturday morning. His father
was away on a conference trip in another state and would only be back on
Tuesday night. He was going to have the house to himself and usually, Drake
will be around to keep him company. But now.... Hmmmmm.


He was engrossed with the movie that he was watching on Netflix, when the
main doorbell chime. He raised up from the couch, walking toward the door
only in his boxer. As he looked through the peephole, he was surprised to
see Nick standing on the other side of the door. Mikael opened the door, he
saw Nick grinning widely in his white flannel shirt with a beige colour
cargo shorts and a black vans. As always, Nick was looking so deliciously
handsome. Mikael was not sure to why Nick had that effect on him.

To say that the school lack of good handsome looking guys, was not true at
all. There were lots of them, especially the jocks from the football team,
then there was the swim team and even some nerds from the debate and
science team had some good looking dudes. It might the fact that, during
that time, he was not on a looked out to find a partner and Nick happened
to be the first guy he set his eyes on during the first day of school. Or
maybe he was still in the closet and would not dare to expose himself.

"What are you doing here Nick? Aren't you supposed to spend your time with
Amy like all other weekends? " Mikael asked Nick with a quizzical
expression. It was not so Nick not to be with Amy. They had an
understanding that Nick will spend his weekend with Amy and to conclude his
decision to whom he wanted to be with.

"Aren't you gonna invite me in before asking me with questions. " Nick was
still grinning at Mikael. As much as he wanted to lunged himself to hug and
kiss Mikael, he knew he had to control his action and not to freak Mikael
out.


Mikael steps to the side and invited Nick into his house. Nick went
directly into the living room, sat himself on the main couch and tapped the
space beside him and asked Mikael to sit with him. Mikael as though being
in a trance, walked up to Nick side and sat beside him.

"I thought you might need a companion as your father was not around this
weekends." Nick sounding nonchalantly calm.

"What about Amy?" Mikael asked Nick.

"What about her...?" Nick acted cool and it's making Mikael rather worried
with Nick's bold answer.

"Nothing...." Mikael was looking at the floor and he was fidgeting with his
fingers.

"Look, I just want to spend as much time with you these weekend. Remember
like what we had planned together. I think it is the right moment we really
get to know each other." Nick was smirking at Mikael. "It is as a good of a
time to be together, as we will not be bothered by other people."

Nick reached out his hands towards Mikael face, put it under his chin and
lift up his face to look directly at him. Mikael eyes glanced towards Nick
face, before he could realized what was going on, Nick was leaning his face
closer to Mikael. When Nick lips was about to touch Mikael lips, he felt
Mikael hands on his chest, gently yet firmly pushing him away. Nick was
puzzled with what Mikael was doing.

"What?" Nick asked.

"Nothing. As much as I want to be with you, it just feel it is not right
for us to do this when you are still attached with Amy." Mikael
responded. "It will never feel right to do anything when she is still in
the pictures." Mikael giving Nick the looked of distraught.

"I have done my part Nick... now it is up to you to do yours if you want us
to be together. If you really want this to happen with us." Mikael giving
Nick ultimatum to decide on the fate of their relationship.

"It is not fair Mikael... you had every reason to break up with Drake after
he breaks your heart be two timing you." Nick sighed deeply, "What reasons
do I have to break up with Amy?"

"Then it is fair for me, is that what you are saying Nick? " Mikael
sounding frustrated, "I would not want to be a third wheel in your
relationship. I just do not want to be a spare part in your relationship
with Amy. It is either me or Amy.... It is your choice. " Mikael felt
angry.

"Please Mikael, I need time to sort out with Amy. I love you and I want to
be with you but... " Nick was cut off from mid sentence

"But what Nick... you do love Amy too isn't it" Mikael was turning away
from Nick, not wanting Nick to see him cry.

"This is so sudden for me Mikael. Yeah... I love Amy and I love you
too. Why can't I just have the both of you? " Nick pulled Mikael by the
shoulders to face front him. He could see the streams of tears down Mikael
face and it makes him sad and guilty.

"It does not work that way Nick... never going to happen." Mikael was
beyond anger. He was furiously mad at Nick for saying what he said.


"You came to me. We have sex and you said you love me and want to be with
me. We have made an agreement for it to work, we have to let go what we
have and just be the two of us.... " Mikael was bawling badly, "And now
you're saying it will not happen?"

"I did not say that Mikael... Please give me time and I will do my part
eventually. Please do not be mad at me." Nick was begging to Mikael.

"Okay Nick... You just do your part and we can decide about us
later..... but if you slipped just one more time... I'm moving on. " By
this time Mikael had cooled down a bit.

Nick not able to say anything just nodding his head, telling Mikael he
understood.

Mikael saw at that moment, how vulnerable Nick was, so he do what he think
best. He pulled Nick closer to him and kissed Nick passionately.

That weekends, Nick stayed all the way with Mikael. Totally Ignoring all
calls from Amy, who was wondering where had he gone to.

And both nights they make love again, ignoring the fact that they had yet
to settled any compromised things.

What happened next... Only GOD knows!
