Subject: Chapter 12 kids will be kids

CHAPTER 12 TIME STARTS TO MOVE QUICKLY

It seemed like we had been in bed for hours. I lifted my head from the
pillow to find that it was only 3pm.  Well I decided that I had, had enough
sleep for this afternoon so I decided that I would get up and go downstairs
and leave Cameron sleeping. After all it has been an emotional day for him
today and he needed his rest. I took my teddy bear and put it under his arm
like I had done before. I know he liked waking up with teddy before. I
easily picked up his arm and put the bear under his arm and I quietly left
the room and shut the door.

I decided that I would go into the fridge and get some grapes and go and
chill out on the front porch till Cameron woke up. I don't think I was
outside on the porch but only a few minutes when I saw Cameron's grandma
driving up in her car. She slowly came to a stop in front of the house and
parked the car. She got out and saw me sitting on the porch and motioned me
to come over to the car.  I had no idea what she had in the car but I
quickly got up and ran to the car to see what she wanted.

I got out to the car and Cameron's grandma was just opening the trunk. I
looked inside and I saw about three suitcases that had tags on them with
Cameron's parents name on them. "How can I help Grandma?"  " Well, first
you can take these bags up to your room. They contain all the rest of
Cameron's clothes." "But why are you bringing all of them over here. Don't
you want to leave them packed so that when you go back home you won't have
to repack these bags?"  "JR please just take them into your room and I will
explain when we get inside." I took the bags and looked at Grandma and
there were tears coming down her cheek. She just brushed them aside and
started walking to the house. I had no idea what was bothering her I never
saw her cry through this whole ordeal. We walked into the dining room and I
put the suitcases down on the floor. "Grandma why are you crying?" "JR I
got a visit from your Mom and Dad earlier today and they talked to me about
letting Cameron move with you to California. I didn't realize that the time
was coming so fast that we were going back to my home. After talking to
your parents I have decided to allow Cameron to go with you and your folks
out to California. And when I pulled up here I realized that I was letting
my only grandson that I have in the world go to live with strangers and it
just got the best of me. I am sorry that you had to see me cry. I have been
trying so hard to be strong for Cameron that I had forgotten about my own
loss and emotions." "Grandma, please don't feel as though you have to be
strong for Cameron he is doing better than expected right now just be
yourself and take care of yourself." With that I walked over to her and
gave her a hug. She started to cry all over again. My parents weren't at
home now and I figured that I will have to be here for grandma
now. "Grandma everything will be okay I promise. Cameron will be just fine
and you can come and visit anytime you want."  Just as I got those words
out of my mouth my mom and dad walked through the front door. "Mom, Dad can
I talk to you please its real important?" "Grandma we will be right back I
need to talk to my parents about something really important. If you can
just sit here for a minute or two we will right back I promise." "Sure JR
go ahead do what you have to do I will be okay."

I went into the living room and my parents followed close behind. " Listen
Mom, Dad Cameron's Grandma feels like she is losing the only relative that
she has by you guys allowing Cameron to come and stay with us. Don't get me
wrong I am very happy to hear that news it really makes me very happy to
find out that Cameron will be living with us.  But, I have to ask for one
more favor." "What's that JR?"  " I know this is a stretch dad but is there
like anyway possible that there would be room in the house in L.A. for
Cameron's Grandma. She seems so alone and lost, please Mom, please Dad I
think she will die without Cameron living with her. She was crying very
hard before cause she felt like she was losing the last member of her
family." " Listen, JR your father and I are going to have a talk about
this. This is a great responsibility and it will require a conversation
between Cameron's grandma and the two of us. I want you to go up to your
room and wait for us to call you. We need some time to discuss this." "Okay
Mom Cameron is sleeping upstairs I think its time I woke him up and gave
him the news about him living with us in L.A." "Okay sweetie you go do what
you have to do with Cameron and Dad and I will talk to Grandma." "Thank's
Mom and Dad I love you both very much." "Okay JR no sucking up now is not
the time." "Okay Guys but I meant what I said." "Yeah we know JR let your
Dad and I get started on this talk to you in a little while."

So, I left them and headed upstairs to tell my sweetie the good news about
him moving in with us in L.A.  When I got to my room I saw Cameron still
asleep. I gently massaged his hair just trying to wake him up.  He stirred
a bit but I guess he was in a deep sleep as he didn't wake up at all. So my
next move was to make sure he knew who it was. So what do I do I open his
fly and take out his manhood and start licking.  I thought sure that would
have done it. As a matter of fact I was kind of dissapointed that it
didn't. Just as I was ready to stop I heard a voice. Who was it but
Cameron. " Did you think I was really going to open my eyes, I figured that
if I stayed quiet you would just continue." " Gee thanks alot buddy." "Hey
JR don't get mad I was just enjoying the feeling of you giving me a bj." "
Well you could have atleast opened one eye." "Now why would I do that."
"Hey, Cameron you know all you ever have to do is ask me and I would be
more than happy to do that for you." "Hey, I know that, don't go getting
all bent out of shape I was only kidding. Anyhow how come you came upstairs
to wake me up?" "Well number one I thought you had enough sleep since you
have been here in bed for three hours. And besides that I have some news
that may cheer you up." "Yeah, like your going to tell me that I am moving
to L.A. with your parents and you huh." "Wow I can't believe you guessed
that." "What do you mean, what are you talking about." " Listen Cameron
that is the main reason why I came up here to wake you up. I had a talk
with my parents and they talked to your Grandma and she decided to let you
move with us." "I am so excited I can't can't can't believe that." "Look
Cameron try and get a hold of yourself I know you are happy about it but
there is no reason to cry." " You don't understand JR this means that I am
going to be leaving my Grandma all alone. As much as I want to move with
you to L.A. I don't want to leave my Grandma alone." "Listen, Cameron I
understand that and I have asked my parent's to talk to your Grandma about
her moving with us too. I don't know what the outcome of the conversation
is because they are downstairs talking right now." "Oh, JR I love you for
thinking so much about me and my Grandma. That means so much to me." "Well
Cameron I love you too and I would try and do anything for you. You are my
life. Without you I have nothing. My life would be so empty without you."
"Well JR I feel the same way about you. Can we go downstairs now and find
out whats going on?" "No Cameron my Mom and Dad asked if we could stay in
the room until they are done talking to your Grandma. So you want to go
online and check your email? Cause I am going to check mine." "Yeah, sure
JR sounds like a plan.

So we both took turns going to our mail centers to read our emails. It
seemed like it took for ever for my Mom and Dad to come and get us. Right
after I thought about that there was a knock on the door.

"JR, Cameron we want you two guys to come downstairs right now." "Okay Dad
we are just checking our email and then we will shut the computer off and
come downstairs."  "Look , JR I seldom request that you stop what your
doing but I want you two guys front and center right now. Do we understand
each other?" "Uh, okay Dad were on our way down right now." "Okay I will be
downstairs in the Dining Room." "Listen cmon Cameron my dad seldom hollers
like that so we best get our butts downstairs." "Okay JR I am right behind
you."

We flew down the steps into the diningroom. When we got there my Mom and
Dad and Cameron's Grandma were all sitting at the table. "Have a seat
boy's."  "Yes sir" "Yes sir".  "Now lets first let Cameron's Grandma talk
to him before we voice our opinion on the subject of him and his Grandma
coming to live with us." "Now, Cameron I need to know how you feel about
you living on the West Coast and me living on the East Coast." " Well
Grandma I love you and if it is going to upset you that I want to move with
JR and his family then I won't go." "Cameron don't be silly sweetheart I
know you love JR and I wouldn't expect not to go if you got the
opportunity." "Well Grandma I don't want to leave you behind." "Well then I
guess I will have to tell you that thanks to a generous offer by JR's Mom
and Dad I also will be moving to LA with you. Now young man there is only
one thing you have to understand about this whole moving situation. I am
going to have to stay in your parents house temporarily until we sell
it. And then I will have to go back home and pack my own house. So as much
as I know it bothers you to come back to your old house I am going to need
some help packing the rest of your parents things up you are going to have
to come over and help me and maybe if you ask real nice JR may come with
you. You see the faster we get things packed here and in my house the
faster we can put your parents house up for sale and we can move to LA. So
I need to know if you will be able to help me, will you?" Cameron got up
from the table and went over to his Grandma and gave her a big hug and told
her that he would help her even it hurts.  That brought a tear to my eye
since I know how sensative Cameron is about that house and his
parents. "Mom, Dad is it okay now to tell you that I love both of you?"
"Yes JR its okay." "Well I always love both of you all the time because of
what you have done for me while I was growing up you know the younger years
when I was so wild and didn't pay attention." "Yes, dear we remember those
days and by the way your father and I expect you to go and help grandma
with all her packing." "Sure Mom Sure Dad of course I will go and help
them. Your the best parents that any kid could ask for. I love you both.
And by the way Grandma is it okay if I call you Grandma?" "Sure JR if it
makes it easier for you, you can call me Grandma, and by the way I need to
get to know all of you folks alot better than I do right now. So how about
if we all go out to dinner on me and we will discuss things as a family?"
"Sounds good to me Grandma." "Yes that is very nice of you Mrs. Randall."
"Oh please don't be formal just call me Grandma." "Okay Grandma if thats
the way you want it."

So we all loaded up into my Dads minivan and we went out to eat dinner at a
nice restaurant in town.

sorry that I took so long to get it done. I am now back into the swing of
