Oh yeah one other thing I forgot to aid this is a building story the sex
will come but not for a little while if you're looking for a quick story to
get your rocks off on this isn't it.

The sun was just starting to peak over the mountains here in my
east Tennessee hometown on what could have be the biggest day of my life,
it is my first day of high school the day I had been dreading since the
fourth of July. Going from being the macho man in middle school to the
small fish I the lake scared the shit out of me honestly and I really
didn't want to go. So I had drug me feet on all the summer preschool things
most the kids my age were excited to do getting a new backpack, clothes and
shoes I fought every step of it not wanting to go shopping or really
leaving our farm for that matter often hiding out in the back lot by the
pound. But eventually I learned you can't hide I the dog days of summer
forever the calendar flipped to August I knew my days of freedom were
marked and I should just accept the fact that high school was coming at me
hard and fast.

So when the first day of school arrived I couldn't sleep at all the
night before so I finally gave up on sleep at about four in the morning and
threw on an old pair of running shorts and worn down shoes and went down
the stairs of our house and through the kitchen where my mom was cooking a
big breakfast. After explain to her that I couldn't sleep and just wanted
to run so steam to which she agreed that it would probably be a good idea
to help get my nerves out over something as silly as the first day of
school. As I laced up my old shoes and started down our long gravel drive,
at the end of the drive I could go left into town or right which would lead
out the winding two lane road to the lake seeing as how I figured there
would be people trying to get a start on their work and not wanting some
fourteen year old kid running around I went right. I hadn't been on the
road running more than five minutes when I heard someone yelling "hey Hank
wait up!"

I didn't to turn my head and look to see who was yelling at me to
slow down at this ungodly hour as my dad would always say when he had to
get up early to work on something on the farm. It was my best friend in the
world Hunter, the only kid our age that was like me and would run when he
had something that he wanted to sweat out. I better stop and describe both
of us now so yall have a better idea of what we look like we are both on
the shorter side with Hunter being five three against my five four frame
and both weighing at a whopping one hundred ten pounds soaking wet. That's
where the similarities end though he has short blond hair that he often
styles based off the latest athletic trend he see on ESPN while I stay
simple a buzz cut to my dark brown hair that keeps me cool in the hot
summer with hazel eyes. As he comes closer to me I can tell that he hasn't
been running in a while since he is already winded and not even a mile from
his house.

Hunter catches up and grabs my shoulder, "Hank man are you ready
for the first day of the best time of our lives man?" to which I reply
"Hell no man, are you crazy we are going to get ate up and spit out before
lunch today." He laughs and shakes his blond locks at me "Dude you will see
we are going to own that school just like we owned middle school, and there
will be no one to stop us!" "If you say so man, but we do need to find a
sport or something to make us stand out" I reply.

He nods his head and we notice that while we were talking we had
covered about another mile and a half and should turn around to head back
if we want anything to eat before getting ready for school. The run back
was in silence as Hunter left me to my thoughts and weigh what he had told
me as well, once we got back to his drive way he turned off and waved and I
continued on home back to the smell of moms bacon filling to air and the
gravel crunching under my shoes. I got back to the porch and grabbed the
paper off the rocker while untying my shoes, once I had done that I took
the shoes and the pair inside the house dropping the paper on the kitchen
table and carrying the shoes to wash room. On my way back through the
kitchen I grabbed a piece of bacon from a plate and no sooner had I placed
it in my mouth then mom entered the room "Hank you know the rules we eat
together as a family, but first you better wash up your covered in sweat."
I just grinned and pounded up the stairs to my room that's the one good
thing of being an only child you have your own room and in my case this
came with its own bathroom as well.

I shucked off the dirty running clothes I had worn into the hamper
at the bathroom door and padded across the cold hardwood floor, once inside
the bathroom I fiddled with the old knobs of the ancient shower and let the
water heat up. I jumped I and washed quickly that was the one thing my mom
did care about more than stealing bits of food from the kitchen was how
much water one used when showering odd right? Anyway after a quick scrub of
my body and a hair I jumped out and dried off, walking into my room one
would know a teenage boy lives here clothing scattered across the floor and
sports stuff tossed about too. In one corner there was my baseball bag
propped up with two bats and a busted outfielder's glove, my old Jr high
football helmet sat on top of my bookshelf which was crammed with as many
sports biographies as possible ranging from baseball to football and
basketball. Yeah I was a jock in middle school and planned on continuing
that in high school because it was the only place I feel normal was on a
field or court playing some sport.

I went to my closet and drug out a pair of new wrangler jeans while
it was still hot outside I still wore my wrangler jeans and old Justin
cowboy boots I was a country boy on a farm after all. The only real choice
was what shirt to wear and I finally picked out a new American Eagle button
up I had bought at the mall last weekend , I grabbed my backpack off my
bedpost and headed back to kitchen to meet my mom and dad for a quick
breakfast and a ride in dads truck to school. Breakfast went by way too
fast and quite uneventful so ill spare you all the small talk as they
peppered me with how not to be nervous of my first day and before I knew it
we were in the truck headed to the high school. My dad was beaming at me
telling me how I was growing up to be a man now and that he was so proud of
me. I just nodded my head and tried to think of anything other than
throwing up in the truck. And after four red lights we were here in front
of the school I gave dad a hug and opened the truck door jumped out and
watched him drive away.

Well there it is the first chapter of life in the south, I hope you liked
it. I know it's rough but just bear with me and we can make it through this
I promise lol. But really if there is anyone out there that would like to
be my editor and sound board to bounce ideas off of then end me an email at
