	Jayce is going to stir things up! Last chapter there was the Jayce
told Peter and Jake he was bi. Arius kissed Antoine. There was another GSA
meeting. Antoine told Nick he liked guys. Nick strongly hinted that Antoine
was into guys to Isaac. Jayce began to plot things.

	This chapter begins a couple of things. Isaac, Tyson, Nick, Leo and
Jayce get down to business on something. Leo is going to have something
major happen and then disappear for a few chapters. I promise he wont
vanish completely just what happens takes a bit of time for it to come to
pass in the time line of the story.

	LLL – Chapter 8 – Starting "New" - Broken


	Isaac Adams' POV

	"What did he say? I wanna know!" It's been a couple of days since
Antoine and Nick had their talk. Currently I'm at his house attacking him
for details about said conversation.

	He just shook his head, "Isaac I'm not telling you, I promised."

	"You already told me he's into guys, you might as well tell me the
rest." I gave him my best 'stink eye' I could.

	He span around in his chair, "Didn't say that!"

	"Close enough to that!" I continued to stare at him. He kept
smiling and spinning around. "Nicholas!"

	"Okay fine! You have to promise that you must never tell anyone!!"
It was an unspoken promise. He knew I wouldn't. "He's confused about
it. He's scared of Matthieu and his family's reaction."

	I had a moment of sorrow for him. I know those fears he's
feeling. I just wanted to hold him and help him out of his closet. I had
Kale for that, he made it easy for me. The next thing I felt was the
longing to tell him he's not alone but I knew I couldn't.

	"You have no idea how much I wanna hug him!"

	Nick grinned from ear to ear, "This is why I didn't want to tell
you." I threw a pillow at him, it got him square in the face. "What do you
think of Jayce Miles?"

	I thought about him for a moment. "Smexy."

	"Tell the truth." He looked at me like he knew what I was
thinking. "He reminds you of Kale doesn't he?"

	I put my fingers up to signify a small amount, "Little bit..." Nick
gave me a different, more 'don't go there' look. "Nick, it's not like
that!"

	"To hell it is! You have a crush on him just from first glance and
I can tell. We've been best friends for 2 years I know these things." I
rolled my eyes, "Don't roll your eyes at me boi!"

	Again I rolled my eyes, "I'm not just going to walk up to the guy
and be like, 'You remind me of my ex, will you be my boyfriend?' That
sounds like the best way to start a new relationship."

	Nick had a little chuckle, "Fair enough. Plus you wouldn't ask him
out without knowing him a little bit first." I nodded. "So what's the plan
now? You wont be able to keep your mouth shut about Antoine and we both
know it."

	The shit-eating grin on my face showed Nick was right. "I can't
just not help such a cutie out! You could say you told me..."

	"I promised him I wouldn't tell anyone though."

	"Then tell him that I guessed it. You have a hard time lying and
you know it. I did guess it so you wouldn't be completely lying." I looked
over at Nick who was on his phone, "Who are you texting?"

	"Antoine. I'm telling him exactly what you just said. I'm assuring
him that you won't tell anyone and you and I share everything together." He
sighed, "I feel so bad right now..."

	I waited a few minutes. "What is he saying?"

	"He's slightly freaking out... but I'm calming him down. Again, I
feel so bad..." He got another text. "Okay he's calmed down... I
think. Still feel bad!" The hostility in his voice was pointed at me.

	"YOU COULD HAVE SAID NOTHING AND WALKED AWAY!"

	Suddenly a pillow hit my face, "You and I both know that you would
have found out anyways!" He's right I'll give him that. "Holly shit!"

	"What?"

	"Nothing." He span around away from me. I creep up behind him and
he turns around before I could see anything on his phone. I gave him a
look, he blushed. This continued for a good five minutes before he caved,
"He likes you!"

	I was speechless for a moment. Then I fell on the bed and squirmed
and squealed, "And you're allowed to tell me this?" God I am so giddy right
now.

	It felt like forever before he answered, "He wanted me to tell you,
he thinks you're cute and enjoys spending time with you." Again I squirmed
on the bed. "God if you don't take this boy to bed, your an idiot!" Yes
Nick... yes I would.


	Nick Bells POV

	Sitting in the middle of the school, after it was all done, just
hanging out. John, our technical director at the theatre walked up to Lucas
and I. "I need you to bring this box up to upstairs Language and Math wing
for me." For the lack of use of that part of the school they closed off the
upstairs of that wing of the school.

	I grabbed the box for our new projector and Lucas grabbed his keys,
"OKAY!!" I enjoy going to places normal kids can't. It makes my day!

	I ran down the hallway, Lucas right behind me. When I got there I
bounced up and down waiting. "God, you love it up here." I just smiled and
bounced and waited.

	He opened the door and I shot up the stairs. By the time Lucas got
up I had dropped the box and entered a completely different, unlocked
room. Lucas came looking for me, "Found me!"

	"You love this room don't you?"

	"I love it up here in general!" Lucas came over to me and wrapped
his arms around me, "Why hello there." Facing him, I kissed him.

	"You know... no one would find us doing anything up here..."

	"Really? Hmmm, what do you have in mind?"

	His hand wondered down and grabbed my crotch. "Well, since I've
been back I've had blue balls except for a few meetings with my hand. I was
thinking for some old, new action."

	I leaned into his shoulder. "Lube?" He pulled some out of his
pocket. Why am I not surprised. "Oh Mr. Bear, will I get an A if I do
this?"

	Lucas laughed, "You might even get an A+ if you're good enough." My
zipper went down and his hand went for my balls. "Why don't you get nude
and get on the desk for me." I looked over and saw a teacher's desk at the
front of the class room.

	"Tyson we're going away for a month." Dad told me out of the blue.

	Mom walked out of the closet carrying some of her cloths she wears
to meetings. "We're going to Vancouver to see how things are down at the
shop. Then off to Calgary to see how renovations are going. Toronto to
start training, and then finally back to Calgary to start training. We'll
be back before you know it." Long trip to big cities without me... great.

	"You have school or else you'd be coming with us." Dad told me. It
was one of those comments that you don't respond directly back to. He's
telling you there is no way your coming with them.

	"Who's looking after me then? The maids are only here during the
day." I don't want to be alone in the house.

	Mom walked back into the closet but continued to speak, "One of the
high school teachers nephews, Ms. Albore I beleive her name was. He should
be here in the next couple of minutes. Why don't you go wait for him by the
front door."

	"Okay..." I went and waited outside the front door. Down in the
dumps I waited with my chin resting in my hands. I couldn't have been out
there for more than 5 minutes before a beat up truck stopped at the end of
the drive way.

	Out of it stepped a tallish boy. His blonde hair was kinda long and
as he walked closer I noticed his eyes, like emeralds. He waved, "You must
be Tyson. My name is Zachary, but you can call me Zach."

	I offered a small, shy wave, "Hey..."

	"Why don't we go inside. You can show me around, if you'd like." I
got up and let him inside. "We should say hello to your parents first. Just
so they know I'm here."

	I nodded and started making my way to my parent's room. At the door
I cleared my throat. "Zach is here." I stood out of his way for him to wave
into the room.

	My dad's voice became cheerful. That fake, 'someone is in my home'
cheerful. "Welcome to our home Zach. Thank you so much for looking after
Tyson while we are away."

	Zach smiled... god what a gorgeous smile! "It's no problem at
all. I do have school to go to myself, as you know, but I will work
something out with Tyson. I'm sure we'll be just fine."

	Mom came out of the closet, heh, and grabbed something off their
head board. "This Zach is a bank card attached to our bank
account. Anything this house, or Tyson needs you can buy with this card,
okay? I will ask for receipts when we are back okay?"

	"Thank you ma'am." Zach examined the card and the paper that goes
with it. Then put both in his wallet. "Well, you two seem busy, Tyson was
going to show me around. So we'll stop bothering you now."

	He waved again and we went on our way. I showed Zach around using
faint whispers as my way of communication. Zach always asked me to speak
louder and I did on a few occasions. I finally showed him to the room he'd
be using and my bedroom.

	Once that was all done we made our way back to the kitchen. Zach
and I talked for a bit. I learned he's going to school in the next town
over and he gave me a copy of his schedule. "On Tuesday I'll be here for
just enough time to make breakfast, and on Friday I wont be back until
about 9pm." He explained. Collage schedules are weird.

	In an hour mom and dad were gone and I was in the house with just
Zach. This is going to be one long month... At least I get breakfast and
dinner everyday of the week. That's something to look forward to.


	Leo's POV

	Today is a day that my social worker, Kelly Finch, comes in and
checks in on me. Which means I mess up 'my room' with some of my clothes
that are in Annie's room. We've been fooling here for the past 2 plus
years. I looked around my room, looks messy enough for me.

	So I went downstairs as the doorbells went off. "Here we go..." I
said to myself.

	By the time I got down into the living room she was already coming
into the kitchen area. "Hello Leo, how are you today?"

	Nonchalantly I replied, "Fine." I sat down at the kitchen table.

	"Well, I guess I should get down to business." She took out her
notebook, but strangely enough there was already writing on the page and
she didn't change it. She usually writes down things every meeting on a new
page. "Leo, I have some major news for you to digest."

	"Okay... What is it?"

	She took a big breath and sighed, "Your father has contacted us."

	The room went silent, "I've never known my dad... ever. How would
he know if I'm his son? How would you know if I'm his son?"

	"Remember the time I took a spit sample. From that we tested your,
your mother and father's DNA together and it was a 98% match." Is it a good
thing she warned me? I kinda wanna know what my thoughts would be like if
it was just thrown at me.

	I mean why haven't I known about him for like my entire life? Or
why did my mom not want him in my life? No matter what I wanna know the
answer. "So what does this mean for me?"

	"We are currently doing a couple of things to make sure he is safe
for you to meet. We have a criminal record check in the works. He is going
to send us a copy of paper work to record he was in a relationship with
your mother at or around the time of your birth. We are taking the
necessary precautions before you will ever see him. Your safety is our
number one priority."

	The meeting went on and on about things. She did her inspection of
the house and of course we passed yet again. She informed me again that I
wouldn't have to make a decision about anything until my 'dad' passed all
the tests. Until then I guess I'll just live my life as it was.

	That night Annie is snuggling me on the couch, "What do you think
you're gonna do?"

	"Depends on him... It all depends on how he answers the questions I
have lingering in my mind." We left it at that. We just sat and watched
TV. It was a calm night in mine and Annie's world.


	Jayce Miles' POV

	Okay so it's the first day of week three of school, but I'm going
to get down to things. This week, what's up with Nick, Peter and Jake. More
so Jake. I wanna know what's up with them. Maybe I'll help them on the way,
but who cares if I do.

	I started by interrogating Jake and Peter first, "Tell me what's up
with you and Nick Bells."

	He rolled his eyes, "I told you, I used to bully the kid."

	"You still bully kids, you know?"

	Again rolling his eyes, "If you're looking for more information
about it I'm not telling you and you can go fuck off."

	Jake got up and walked off in a fit. Peter looked at me, "Even I
don't know the real reason of why he did what he did. He's given me all
kinds of excuses. The best bet you got is to talk to Nick. He shares his
side of the story all the time."

	The bell went for first class, "Thanks Peter, I'll see you later."
We went out separate ways.

	The entire bio class I was thinking about Nick. How could I talk to
the kid? I could ask a friend of his if it's okay to ask him. I mean I can
be a dick sometimes but I understood personal boundaries. Then I noticed
Chester Vermont sitting in rows behind me.

	I'd seen Chester hanging out with Nick and his friend a few
times. He'd probably know if it was okay or not. So as soon as the class
ended I walked over to Chester, "Hey, can I ask you something?"

	He shrugged, "Sure, what's up?" So I explained everything to him. I
explained that I wanted to ask Nick about his relationship, or lack of it,
with Jake. Chester offered simple advice, "He doesn't explain it to just
anyone. Give him a good reason and he should tell his side."

	So it being said I didn't go out looking for him. I sat through
English impatiently waiting. By the time that class ended I had the need to
find Nick and ask him. Luck would have it as he came into his mom's
classroom as I was about to leave.

	Him and his mom talked for a few minutes. As he left the room I
caught his attention, "Hey Nick."

	Nick looked at me for a moment, "Jayce right?"

	I nodded, "I was wondering if I could ask you something..."

	"Sure, what do ya wanna ask?"

	With a deep breath I told him, "I want to know more about
Jake. I've been hanging out with him for a few days but I feel like I'm
missing something. Can you tell me your past with him?" Total lie, this was
just my of figuring shit out.

	Nick studied my face for a moment. "Sure, how 'bout after
school. Lucas is busy and I have nothing to do. I'll meet you by the main
doors."

	"Okay, cool thanks." One step closer to finding out more about this
Jake kid who wants to be my friend. I wonder how juicy this gossip is.


	Chapter end.

	Zach is back!! I hinted at it on the facebook page the other day
but not everyone is on it.

	Next chapter we're gonna have a flash back. In LE there is some
mention of what happened between Nick and Jake but it's never actually went
back to what it was. This is Nick and Jake back story and I'm looking
forward to share it with you!
