Because of the three week break between chapters here is the last paragraph
from the previous Chapter.

Walking down the road to the school he had a feeling that he was being
followed, yet when he turned around he couldn't see anyone. There wasn't a
lot of light behind the gym and as he turned the corner he called out
Archie's name but there was no reply. He felt the hair on the back of his
neck rise as he shuddered with fear. This wasn't right and he should get
out of here quick. Turning to run home he ...

Now read on:

As he turned, standing right behind him were four of the schools senior
hockey jocks who were without a doubt one hundred per cent redneck.

"So the faggot tried to run away instead of being man enough to stay and
face what's coming to him." The biggest and meanest of them said.

"No one around here goes about kissing other guys, no matter if they're
really snocked or not."

Jordon began to protest but one of the guys grabbed his arms pulling them
behind his back while another put his hand over his mouth, "Are going to
take your punishment like a man or are you going to cry like the faggot you
are?"

Unable to answer Jordon just stood there certain that he was going to be
hurt and hurt bad.

"Get your hands off my boyfriend you big bullies."

All four of them turned around in surprise to see Betsy Merryweather,
Jordon's so called girlfriend standing there with fists clenched,
determined to help her boyfriend and hopefully save him from a beating.
Once they had recovered from their initial shock the four redneck jocks
began laughing and mocking Betsy, "Oh yea and what's a faggot lover like
you going to do to us?" One of them asked while another insulted her even
more, "Fancy being a `fag hag' when you can get serviced by four real
guys."

Fighting back tears at those insulting words Betsy was determined to get
the upper hand no matter what, "How dare you even think that I would go
with bullies like you guys are?"

"So you prefer to go with fags do you? Well if he were a man, he would
demonstrate in front of us just how big a man he is in more ways than one
by satisfying his girlfriend right know, right here."

Both Jordon and Betsy went deadly white when this remark was made. "No way
am I going to fuck my girlfriend with you four looking on, that's for
sure."

"And I wouldn't let him either, how dare you even suggest it." Betsy added.

"Just you two wait a fucking minute we're the ones in charge here. We're
calling the shots and we say who does what to who." Just then a dozen or
more figures appeared on all four sides of the group, with Archie appearing
first out of the dark followed by a whole gang of juniors from Jordon's
class.

"I think you guys should let these two go if you know what's good for you."
Archie said.

"And do you think you little squirts are going to stop us?"

"If we have to." Was the calm reply. "I can whip all of you on my own with
one hand tied behind my back." The four rednecks noticed that each of the
juniors had a baseball bat in their hand, along with a look which said they
were going to use them.

The brash noisy one calling all the shots was the first to back down
saying, "Come on guys let's move on, we can't waste all night on a fag and
his girl." With an act of bravado they swaggered off down the street.

All the guys were cheering and congratulating each other on winning against
four of the toughest guys in the district while Betsy and Jordon were still
shaking like a leaf.

"Thanks guys, I just can't thank you enough. I was sure I was going to get
beaten to a pulp by those redneck stubble jumpers. Look Archie, I'm sorry
I got you into this just because I was drunk."

"No worries man; don't forget I was just as drunk and it was a great party
anyway."

All the other guys agreed with him as they walked back towards Jordon's and
Betsy's house. They all said goodnight at the gate to Jordon's house and
Betsy stood next to him holding his hand. Once the guys had gone Betsy
kissed Jordon on the lips and he felt guilty that he would never be able to
carry on a full and honest relationship with her because of who he was. He
really likes his next door neighbour "Thanks for sticking up for me
earlier, that was very brave. They could have knocked you rotten just like
they were going to do to me."

"That's ok; I knew the others were right behind me, so we were safe."

"You mean everything that happened was planned?"

"Yes, right down to the last detail, Archie and I got together during the
day and worked it out when we knew the guys were out to get you." Betsy
told him.

"I never realised I had so many good friends." After a hug and kiss Jordon
headed indoors because it was getting late. Once he was gone Betsy also
went indoors thinking how much she loved this great guy with that
infectious smile.

As soon as he was inside, he went to his bedroom, booted up his computer
before having a quick shower. When he got back he went onto Skype to call
Miles, his Texan friend and lover.

He told him all about the threatened bashing and how the guys and Betsy
helped him which impressed Miles and made him relived to know that someone
in Redneck country was looking out for the cute guy.

Once more they chatted in general talking about anything and everything
under the sun with Miles steering the young guy away from sexy talk for
fear of their chat being monitored. "We have to remember your age Jordon,
and talk of you and I having sex or even talking about it on the net is
taboo. Now that the authorities, not only the RCMP, but the Texas Rangers
as well, know about us, they are almost certainly checking up on us."

"I understand that but I ache for you. My balls are sore and full, wanting
you."

"THAT'S ENOUGH OF THAT TALK JORDON." Miles yelled into his microphone.
"I'm sorry buddy but we just can't talk like that. I know you want to and
you're not the only one, but please no more. I would be the one to go to
jail, not you, and it would be for a long time."

Jordon was almost in tears after Miles had shouted at him but realised that
everything he was saying was true. "Sorry Miles I'll try and watch what I
say from now on." he told his older friend. "I have some bad news. I will
be with my dad all next week so I won't be on the net at all because he has
no access out there. I might have about fifteen minutes if he's late
picking me up from school but that will be all."

Miles wasn't very happy about that news but had to accept it. They said
their goodbyes around one a.m. in the morning with both of them going to
bed and dreaming about each other.

Next morning Miles slept late and his mother was out when he climbed out of
bed. He had a late breakfast and was just settling down to watch some TV
when his cell phone rang. He didn't recognize the number but answered it
anyway. "Miles Fortuna speaking."

"Hi Miles, I don't know if you remember me, I was one of the Texas Rangers
who called on you the other night when that young Canadian boy was missing,
my names Keith Jameson."

"Oh, hi Keith I remember you now. What's happening? Am I in some sort of
trouble because I can tell you I still chat with the guy."

"No trouble Miles." He paused as if deciding what to say next, "I was
wondering because this is my day off, if you would like to meet me for
lunch or something if you're not busy?"

"Err, yes, well that would be great-- just say where and when and I'll be
there." Miles answered as he remembered the younger of the two police
officers admitted he was gay and he was cute as well. "There's a quiet
little place some ways out of town, which is good. If we meet somewhere in
town the people will talk if you get my drift."

"I agree, so I'll meet you there." They set a time and Miles dashed off
into the bathroom to shave, shower, and splash on a bit of deodorant making
himself look smart and clean. It had been a long time since he'd been on a
date and that's what he looked upon this meeting as being.

For Damien Clyde in Toronto it was his first day back after the holidays at
the special school for gays. The Triangle Program was unique and this was
the only school of its kind in Canada. He was thinking a lot about Jordon,
the guy he picked up on the highway, who said he wanted to come to this
school, and he had mixed feelings about that.

The school was aimed at those who had come out and Jordon was very much in
the closet and Damien was sure that the young guy was not ready yet to tell
the world that he was gay. The school itself also had ongoing problems with
funding and on occasion there were too many applicants for too few spaces.

Some of those attending also had personality problems such as transgender
cross-dressing with a couple of others waiting for sex change
operations. At times Damien found it difficult morally to handle some of
the problems facing these people. When he took the job he declared himself
to the school board to be above any prejudices he might have.

Damien decided that he would give Jordon a call later that night and make
sure he was ok, thinking that it might be nice for him and Bentley to take
a trip to see him.

For Jordon, the next day was just another boring one at school. All his
classmates were still talking about the previous night when they beat off
the senior redneck ice hockey players. "Did you see the way they backed
down when they saw all those baseball bats ready to take them out?" Archie
declared. Everyone agreed with him laughing and joking until Jordon pointed
something out to them, "Do you really think these guys will let us get away
with this? I don't think so. They'll come after us one by one and sort us
out, believe me."

Once that statement began to sink in, the guys realized that Jordon was
right and it was decided that they will all have to watch other's backs.
Feeling depressed Jordon thought to himself, "What's the point in this
region where everyone's a redneck? Even his fellow classmates were
rednecks in the making anyway. The sooner I'm old enough to get out of
here the better," he thought to himself. I'm not like them and I never
will be.

Betsy kept hanging around him but he was getting used to that and it was
good for his image as far as he was concerned. As for the girl in question,
she was so much in love with him that it was hard for her to keep her hands
off him. She would love to hold him, kiss him all over. That lovely cock
which she had in her mouth recently, she would willingly allow into her
body any time. She had already made up her mind that when the opportunity
arose, she was going to tell him that she was willing to go all the way.

It was a mildly excited Miles who arrived at this tiny Roadhouse some miles
out of town. The place was almost empty and he couldn't see Keith, his
Texas Ranger friend, anywhere. He asked for a table in a corner away from
all the other diners. He then ordered a drink telling the waitress that
someone else would be joining him.

In fact, Keith was fifteen minutes late and came rushing in. Looking around
and hoping that he hadn't missed his date. His frown changed to a smile
when he spotted Miles sitting in the corner. Making his way over, he
extended his hand with Miles shaking it before he sat down.

"Sorry I'm late, I got called into the office and couldn't get away on
time."

"That's all right I figured something like that might have happened." The
waitress came across and they ordered drinks, then when she returned, they
ordered lunch. When she left the table Miles spoke first, "I was surprised
to get your phone call. I thought once you left the other night you would
be gone and that was that."

"To tell you the truth I kept thinking about you. My partner who was with
me, who by the way is a happily married man with two kids, kept on and on
about the electricity going between us two." They both laughed, secretly
admitting to themselves how true that was. Keith continued, "It was obvious
that I couldn't say much because of your mother who is a bit of a tyrant if
you don't mind me saying?"

Laughing Miles agreed, "Yes and she is totally anti-gay which makes things
very difficult for me at times."

They were quiet for a while secretly summing each other up. Keith was
dressed in a very smart tan pair of slacks with a shirt open at the collar.
The pants were just the right fit to show what attributes he had and Miles
noted that he looked to have a very nice package faintly outlined by his
pants. He also had a cute looking ass. Miles had noted all this while
Keith was walking towards him.

Keith in the meantime had noted the tight jeans his companion was wearing
and the T shirt that showed his well-developed muscles and upper
body. Plus, he too had noticed the promising bulge in his pants.

Keith went on to explain that he also had a mother who was born and bred in
the Bible belt and homosexuality was never discussed in the home or
anywhere else for that matter, "She has no idea that I am gay and would
have a heart attack if she found out." He told Miles.

"So we're both in the same boat?" Keith nodded his head in agreement.
"I'm afraid so and if our relationship develops any further we will have to
be very careful."

Miles agreed with him adding, "I'm sure my mother thinks that I am
different than other guys anyway, because she keeps sending me to our
Pastor for talks." Keith burst out laughing at this revelation, before
apologizing for being rude. "That's ok, it is a problem but I think I can
handle her."

Their food arrived and as they ate the conversation was more of a general
nature, until they got their coffee when Keith said, "How's your young
Cannuck friend doing?"

"He's ok I guess. I worry about him because he's a great little guy with a
smile which melts you. But, he is so mixed up right now because of where he
lives and his situation that I worry something bad might happen to him."
He then went on to tell Keith about the episode last night when he almost
got beaten up.

"It was good that his classmates backed him up, but he does have lots of
problems and not a lot of support."

Agreeing with him, Miles also confided that he is terrified that Jordon
might decide to run away again and head for Texas. "If he does that, I
don't know what I will do because I will also have to come out to my mother
and her church, which will have disastrous results."

Smiling, Keith was silent, gathering his thoughts before he spoke
again. "And what about you and I?" he asked, and then continued on before
getting an answer. "I must admit the minute I saw you, I was attracted to
you. After this wonderful lunch and being with you for even this short
period of time, I feel that I would like to get to know you better."

"Yes, I have the same feelings right now but where do we go from here? We
have to remain so closeted that our meetings will have to be very carefully
planned and may not be as often as we would like. Is that what you want
and could you cope with that kind of a relationship?"

"I would certainly like to give it a try. Right now it is taking a lot of
my will power not to lean across the table and kiss you on those beautiful
rich lips of yours." Keith told him.

Both remained silent looking across the table gazing into each other's
eyes. Miles spoiled the moment when he looked at his watch saying, "I have
to go and pick mom up at her church."

Keith laughed replying, "I don't know about you, but I can't stand up right
now and walk past those people sitting near the door without embarrassing
myself and them."

"I am in that predicament as well?" Miles said, also bursting out laughing.
The laughter did the trick and they were finally able to stand up because
their bulges had gone back to normal. Keith insisted on paying the bill
and once out in the car park they stood beside their cars neither of them
wanting to be the first to go. "I guess we were both thinking the same
thing back there, which is why we ended up the way we did."

"When will I see you again?" Keith asked. "Anytime you are free, just give
me a call and maybe we can find somewhere nice and quiet where we can get
to know each other better."

Miles agreed, and with a handshake which both of them wished was a kiss,
they got into their cars and drove away. On the way to pick up his mother
Miles decided that he wouldn't mention anything about Keith to Jordon
because it might just send him over the edge.

Jordon's sister Veronica was also worried about her kid brother. He never
really opened up to her when he arrived in Port Hope after running away
from home. Plus to be brought there by two guys who were obviously gay set
alarm bells ringing. She said to her boyfriend, Eddie, "How come he spent
the night with two gay guys instead of being driven straight here?"

Eddie agreed that it was a bit strange. "I don't think Jordon is telling us
everything about what is going on. I think we should invite him down for a
weekend soon so we can try and get to the bottom of this. I've always
worried about my kid brother and if he is gay, I for one, will support him
all the way."

"Do you still have the phone number of the two guys in Toronto who drove
him here?" Eddie asked.

"I think so why?" "Well maybe we can talk to them and try to find out a
bit more of what is going on. I think they know a lot more than we do."
Eddie added.

Veronica agreed saying that she would call them that evening.

When she did call them, Damien was very non-committal, "Veronica I'm happy
that you are concerned for your brother because I believe he is a troubled
young man, but it is really up to him to talk to you about his problems."

"True Damien, but he has always been a loner and never opened up to any of
the family. I thought while he was in the car with you for all that length
of time, he might have said something."

"He spent most of the time asleep. After all, he had been through a bad
time living rough for a day. I admit we did talk for a bit and he told me
a few things in confidence which I swore I would not tell anyone. If you
like Veronica, I'll call him suggesting that he talk to you. I think
that's all I can do."

"Thank you Damien. I really appreciate all you're doing for Jordon. He is a
good boy and I love him dearly." Damien then went on to explain that he
had to give a lecture at Saskatoon high school and was planning to head off
to Headland Valley just to make sure he was all right.

Because Jordon was off line at his father's place this week, Miles had to
be content to chat to his old friend Fred, which in his mind, was a poor
substitute. He told him all about his meeting with his Texas Ranger friend
Keith and what a nice guy he was.

"It's going to be difficult Miles, for you to have a relationship with this
Keith without the both of you coming out and declaring your sexuality."

"I can't do that Fred, and never will do that because of my mom. She's not
getting any younger, her health's not the best, plus she is so set in her
ways that an announcement like that could kill her. She is already
suspicious about me and to announce openly; `Hey mom, guess what, I'm gay'
would be the straw to break the camel's back." Miles explained. Then, he
continued, "Plus Keith is in a similar circumstance with his mother."

"Well I think you're both wrong and should come right out and tell your
mothers you might be surprised at the reaction you will get." Fred
insisted.

Miles was beginning to get angry at Fred's insistence that he declare that
he's gay, "Fred I'm telling you for the last fucking time, there is no way
I will tell my mom what my sexual preferences are and that's final and if
you're gonna persist with that kind of talk then I'm signing off." After
that he broke the call and when Fred tried to call back he refused to
answer.

Jordon was picked up by his father Freddy straight after school, so he had
no time at all to check his e-mail or anything. When his father picked him
up, he was in a foul mood. Apparently one of the cows was sick and the vet
said she might have to be put down or have an operation for a twisted gut
or something. Jordon didn't know a lot about farming and didn't really
care anyway. He had no idea what he wanted to do after he left school
except get away and go to college. Then get a job a long way from where he
was right now.

Once they got to the farm his dad said he wanted some help moving a stack
of hay to make way for the next crop, and when they were finished he was
hot, tired and dirty. "I think I'll take a shower dad."

"Ok son, I'll have one when you're finished."

The warm water flowing over his body began to relax him right away and the
muscle aches began to disappear. While he was washing himself his thoughts
turned to Miles far away in Texas.

"Oh, if only you were here right now Miles, to kiss me and shower with
me. To let me play with your cock and you with mine, then I'd bend over so
you could take me and make me whole."

While this fantasy was flowing through his head, his hand was rubbing his
dick and two fingers were in his ass up to the knuckle, moving around
inside him getting him hotter and hotter until he could begin to feel his
juices rising and as they flowed out of his cock he moaned "Oh Miles, my
darling." As a long stream of sperm flew across the shower cubicle, his
father walked in.

"Sorry boy, I didn't mean to catch you doing that deliberately, but I heard
voices and wondered what was happening. Who's Miles, that sounds like a
guy's name?"

"Err, no, err dad, I was saying how much I loved Betty's smiles and how I
wished she was here right now."

"You sexy young devil, I didn't know you were fucking her. Well done son,
I'm proud of you; following in your old man's footsteps." He reached into
the shower ruffling his son's wet hair with a proud and happy face, while
Jordon was allowing the relief of not being caught to flow through his
body.

"What would you have done if I had been talking about a guy dad?"

"Half fucking killed you; I'd have flogged the faggot feelings right out of
your body."

"Gee, good thing I was thinking of Betty then, hey dad?"

His father started to laugh thinking it was all a joke, as he began to take
his clothes off so he could take over the shower from his son. He stripped
right down and this was the first time he'd ever seen his father fully
naked and he just couldn't help but stare. His father's dick hung right
down almost to his knees and must have been all of ten inches long and
thick, it was enormous. His dad caught him looking and began to laugh,
"yes it's not a bad size is it, used to make your mother's eyes water I can
tell you."

All the time he was talking, he was flapping it around and it made Jordon
sick it was so big and gross. "Yours will never be as big, but it will
grow another inch or so, enough to keep all the local girls happy."

Jordon got dried and dressed as quickly as he could dashing out of the
bathroom into his bedroom as his father started to sing at the top of his
voice.

The way his father carried on made him feel sick in the stomach as he went
into his bedroom shaking like a leaf because he almost got caught. I would
never be able to come out to my father he certainly would kill me, Jordon
realised.

While having breakfast the next day before heading for school, he got a
phone call from his sister asking how he was. "Pretty good sis how are
you?"

"We were wondering if you would like to come down to us for the weekend if
it's ok with the parents. We could drive up on Friday and pick you up from
school and bring you back late Sunday night. I know it's a long drive but
it will give us chance to talk to the oldies as well." she said with a
laugh.

"Sounds good to me big sister, Hang on I'll ask dad right now."

Veronica could hear the sound of voices and then Jordon came back on the
line, "It's ok with dad and I don't think mom will mind either. I'll ask
her when I get to school and if you don't hear from me you know she's cool
with it as well."

"Bye the way Jordon, has Damien called you?" Veronica asked.

Jordon panicked a bit because his dad was sitting just opposite and while
he couldn't hear Veronica, he was listening to every word his son was
saying. "Err no should he have?"

"He said he was after we had a bit of a chat last night."

"Well he hasn't called me, but then he wouldn't know my number here."

"That's right, I'd forgotten that little brother, see you on Friday." She
hung up the phone wondering why Jordon didn't want her father to know about
Damien and his pal. Then it dawned on her that her redneck father wouldn't
like a gay guy talking to his son or even to his daughter for that matter.

Once again after dropping his mother off at church, Miles was able to catch
up with Keith, the new love interest in his life. Keith was on duty, but
his partner was covering for him while he had lunch with Miles for the
second day in a row. "Hi, how you doing?" Keith asked once more greeting
Miles with a handshake with both of them wishing it was a kiss.

Miles gazed into Keith's eyes and started to get hard, so he moved quickly
to a table and sat down. Realizing what the problem was, Keith began
laughing as he joined him at the table. "Like that, do you?" Miles, also
laughing, nodded his head.

After they had ordered drinks and food, Miles spoke for the first time, "I
wish we could find somewhere private and get to know each other better."

"Me too, my partner and I have been checking out a couple of places. We
would have to go some distance from town, almost to the next state to be
somewhere safe. I wish this area of Texas wasn't so bigoted." Miles
agreed with him, but had no solution to their problem, so for now they had
to be content with some time together in public view.

Miles explained to Keith that he had spoken to a friend of his Fred, who
last night suggested they come out and to hell with the
consequences. "There's no way I can do that Miles. Like your mother, my
mother wouldn't be able to cope, "It's alright for someone who doesn't
understand and in fact isn't even gay to say that, but he doesn't have to
live with it after, and there's no way either of us can do that."

Once the food arrived they began eating making only light general
conversation, until Keith's cell phone rang and it was his partner telling
him they had a job and he would pick him up in three minutes. "I'm sorry
Miles we're going to have to cut this date short because duty calls."

The look of disappointment on Miles face said it all. Keith stood up
heading for the washroom and noticing the nod of the head, Miles followed
him at a distance. The washroom was empty as Keith headed for a cubicle
with Miles following making sure no one was following them in.

He closed the door behind them and immediately Keith had his arms around
him, kissing him and allowing their tongues to fence with each other. Both
of them could feel the others hardness against their bodies but there was
nothing they could do about it right now. Moaning softly Keith said, "Oh
Miles, I've been waiting to do this since that first night we called around
to your place looking for Jordon. I was attracted to you right away."

"Don't worry the feeling was mutual Keith. I just wish we could get away
somewhere and be alone." Just then they heard the sound of a siren in the
distance and had to pull apart so Keith could join his partner. Miles went
back to their table and just sat there for a while thinking about Keith and
how he felt. He was falling in love with this guy and if he did, would this
impact his relationship with Jordon?

He was thinking about what to tell Jordon, the truth or not to mention
Keith at all. Once again he also had thoughts regarding Keith. Should he
tell him everything about his relationship with this young guy in Canada?
He knows most of what is going on through the police investigation, but
should he tell all. After sitting there for close on thirty minutes
thinking all these thoughts and achieving nothing, he decided he'd better
go and pick up his mom and go home having solved nothing.

Jordon and his classmates may have thought that everything was finished
with the redneck seniors but no, that wasn't the case. During lunch Jordon
made sure it was ok with his mom to go to his sister' places for the
weekend and she had no objections at all. He walked outside to join Archie
and some of his friends when a whole gang of senior redneck hockey players
surrounded them.

Once again it was the same ringleader as it was a couple of nights ago, "So
you fucking faggot lovers thought you'd got away with it? Well think
again, because once we get you alone Jordon Foster, we'll teach you to go
around kissing guys and this time your fag hag and her faggot loving pals
won't be around to help you."

This remark was followed by a lot of pushing and shoving until the
Principal began heading their way and they split up. Although she
suspected something occurred, no one was telling her anything, but she was
worried about the attitude of some of the senior boys.

Jordon knew that he was relatively safe while he was with his father unless
the rednecks convinced him that I was gay and then it would be worse than
ever.

Fred was a lonely old man, there was no getting away from it, and while he
had quite a few people he chatted with on the internet, his live social
life was non-existent. His mother had died about eighteen months ago and
before that he had looked after her almost twenty-four/seven because she
had been virtually bed ridden for several years. Retired with a pension
which he got by on, more and more lately he had been turning to talking to
younger people. Anyone checking up on him for the first time would suspect
that he was a predator but nothing was further from the truth.

He enjoyed the youthfulness and happiness which the younger generation had,
because usually they didn't have a care in the world. He didn't know why,
but he was also attracted to gays rather than straight guys, which
surprised even him, because he had never considered himself gay.

Fred had never married due mainly to his mother's health, and his father
passed away many years earlier. The internet, with its chat rooms,
Facebook, Twitter and Skype were his link with reality. Once every couple
of weeks he would go shopping, but only got what was on his list and rarely
spoke to anyone.

After school Jordon's father was running late. So he had time to dash home
and check his e-mail and also if he was lucky talk to Miles. He'd just got
indoors when the phone rang and with his mom still at school he answered it
and was surprised to hear Damien on the other end, "Hi good buddy how are
you?" Damien asked in a bright cheerful voice.

"Oh I'm alright Damien, just surprised to hear your voice that's all." said
Jordan.

"Your sister called me last night and she's worried about you. She tried
to get me to open up about what we talked about in the car but I told her
that was in confidence and it was up to you if you wanted to talk to her."

There was silence as Jordon once again began to panic, "What do you think I
should do Damien?"

"Well, your sister sounds like a really nice young lady who cares for you
very much and she is very worried for you right now. I believe that
whatever you tell her if you ask her to keep it secret she will.
Personally I think you should come out to her, tell her everything."

Jordon never spoke, he sat there listening, still worried of what might
happen if his sister was told he was gay. "All right Damien, if you think
I should, then I will speak to her this weekend when she picks me up."

"The other news I have is that I am speaking at Saskatoon at the high
school on the Triangle program. Bentley is coming with me, so we thought we
could drive the extra couple of hours to Headland Valley and spend some
time with you. How does that sound?"

"Sounds great guys, looking forward to seeing you again." Jordon said
before quickly hanging up because his father had arrived to take him out to
the farm.

The next day was pretty ordinary except whenever the senior rednecks were
around, they made threatening signs in Jordon's direction which was
beginning to get him down and freak him out completely. Betsy hung around
him hanging onto his arm whenever any other girls were around making it
very plain that Jordon was hers and keep off.

This suited Jordon fine because it helped to keep up his hetero image. He
was quite excited at the prospect of meeting up with Damien and Bentley
once more. They had arranged to meet straight after school tomorrow, so he
had to convince his father that he had to remain at mom's that night. He
thought he might tell dad that he had a school project to do with Archie
and it must be finished in time. That should satisfy him.

Once again after school the redneck seniors were waiting for him when he
came out of school but luckily his father was waiting to pick him up, so he
jumped into his four wheel truck and was gone before the hockey guys
realized.

He was pinning for Miles and hoped that once Damien and Bentley had gone,
tomorrow he would be able to talk to his long distance friend. He was
hopelessly in love with the guy; dreaming about him all the time and when
he jacked off he blew and blew as he pictured making love to this great
Texan. He lay in bed, his hand moving under his shorts to fondle his hard
cock and before he knew it he was splattering juice all over the sheets.
Once he came back to earth he realized what a mess he'd made and he could
do nothing about it but sleep in the mess.

The next day the school day dragged on and on with Jordon thinking it would
never end. For the sake of secrecy he had arranged to meet Damien and his
partner Bentley in the car at an old historic church which was a local
tourist attraction seldom visited by the locals.

He arrived early and sat around waiting for his friends to arrive. When
their car drove up he dashed over to meet them. Bentley was first out and
he grabbed Jordon putting his arms around him hugging and giving him a kiss
on the cheek. This scared the young guy who quickly looked around to see
if there was anyone around who might have seen the welcome.

Damien climbed out but was a little bit more conservative giving Jordon a
manlier hug before kissing him quickly and lightly on the cheek. "Hey how
you're doing?' He asked also looking around and checking.

"It's great to see you guys again, I thought I would never see you again
once you dropped me off at my sisters."

"Let's face it, we were worried about you little buddy and us guys have to
watch out for each other. Let's take a walk and you can tell us everything
that's been happening." Looking around, both of them being used to the
city could understand why Jordon was so lonely and exposed.

As they walked they talked about coming out to his sister's this weekend,
"I think she suspects something anyway from the way she questioned me and
I'm sure whatever you tell her, if you want it kept a secret, she will.
Her boyfriend Eddie also is sympathetic. He likes you and told your sister
that he wants to help."

Jordon was encouraged by this news, "I think I will talk to my sister and
Eddie and tell them everything, maybe they will let me move in with them
and go to your school Damien?"

Before replying, Damien thought carefully about how he was going to explain
to Jordon that he didn't think the Triangle project was right for him, just
yet. "Jordon the school I teach at might not be right for you just now,
and remember I said just now. Most of the kids who attend there are older
than you, but that's no reason because we have had kids younger than you
attend when they have felt threatened in mainstream schools. First you're
not in a life threatening situation right now."

Jordon was about to protest but Damien held up his hand to stop him before
continuing, "Before you say anything let me finish. Yes, the senior jocks
or rednecks as you call them are giving you a hard time right now but
that's only because you did something which really is trivial when you were
drunk. They'll get over it and soon find someone else to bully, believe me
and your sexuality won't be revealed. Believe me so many of us have been
through all this and we know and understand."

"But why don't you want me at your school? You still haven't fully
explained?"

"To go to `my school' as you put it. You have to be right out one hundred
per cent. Most of those in the school right now are more on the effeminate
side, even more so than Bentley here. Plus we currently have more lesbians
than gays, along with cross-dressers and a couple of guys seeking sex
change operations. These are kids who are way out there and if they
attended regular high school they would not survive. Do you understand
where I'm coming from my young friend?"

Jordon nodded his head, agreeing with Damien but still feeling let down
because he thought he had found a solution to his problems which would also
get him away from this terrible place that was home.

They began walking back to the car with the guys suggesting they go get
something to eat. Laughing, Jordon pointed out to them that they only have
one eating place in town, so the choice of food was limited.

Just as they got to the car a couple of trucks came roaring in with four or
five rednecks in each one. Both Jordon and Bentley looked terrified but
Damien said to them quietly, "Don't worry I'll handle things just don't say
a word."

As the farm boys and high school jocks got out of their wagons they looked
menacing as they approached the three of them who were standing alone and
isolated in the middle of the car park.

"Hey Jordon are you going to introduce us to your faggot friends?" One of
the guys asked and the others laughed. Jordon just went paler and paler
thinking that this was it, they were all going to get killed for sure.

"Hello guys allow me to introduce myself." Damien said catching the
rednecks by surprise as he held out his hand in friendship. They were not
used to such good manners around here, but a couple of them returned the
handshake. Damien continued, "I'm Damien a school teacher in charge of
special education and I was just interviewing young Jordon Foster here for
a special education program especially for gifted children. Did you know
that Jordon has a particularly high IQ?"

They had no idea how to react to this guy who was so confident in front of
them. "We didn't know, and we don't care, and who the fuck are you anyway."

"I already told you that, my you do have a small attention span which is
the sign of a low IQ, but we can't all be geniuses. But if you want to know
a bit more on why I am here let me explain. The Canadian education system
is considering young Jordon Foster here for a special education program in
which he can cope and progress without being held back by some of the more
slower students at his school." He emphasized the slower bit while staring
closely at the guys surrounding them.

Being dumb redneck hockey players and farm boys they didn't have much idea
of what Damien was talking about but appeared to accept it rather than look
even dumber than they were. Poor Jordon and Bentley, too, for that matter
were trying so hard not to burst out laughing as Damien continued; "Now
gentlemen if you will excuse us we are hungry and thirsty." With that he
went to get into his car with Jordon and Bentley following.

They drove off leaving the whole mob of guys just standing there with their
mouths open. Once they had left the car park all three burst out laughing.
Jordon couldn't believe all the things Damien had said and got away with,
"That Jordon, is how you get out of trouble when you're gay and not a
fighter."

After a bite to eat at the only café in town, they said goodbye to Jordon
before undertaking the long drive back to Toronto. Damien explained that
when he does these lectures all around Canada they usually give him a
couple of days off. After a quick macho type hug, they left after once
more suggesting to Jordon that he seriously considers coming out to his
sister.

It was a very happy and elated Jordon who finally made it home going
straight into his bedroom and firing up his computer, hoping to talk to his
friend Miles. In actual fact, Miles was in a dilemma over just what to
tell his Canadian friend. Should he come clean and tell all about Keith,
his new found boyfriend, or not say anything at all. Miles thought if he
didn't tell Jordon he would be cheating on him, even though their affair,
if you could call it that, was long distance and wouldn't amount to
anything serious for at least three years maybe longer. Even then, because
of the distance, any relationship might never get off the ground, or last
the test of time.

Miles was so confused and uncertain on what to do that he decided to stay
off line that night until he had definitely made up his mind. Of course
Jordon was upset when he didn't find his friend available for a chat
because he desperately wanted to discuss what he was going to tell his
sister.

In desperation with nobody to talk to, Jordon watched a gay porn movie
before jacking off and going to bed early for him.

Next morning Betsy was waiting outside. They walked down the road to school
together to find the usual group of Rednecks waiting at the gate for
Jordon, "Here comes the fag and his hag." One of them remarked bringing
loud laughter from the other guys. The ringleader pushed Jordon up against
the school wall saying, "And don't think we bought all that bull shit your
faggot friend told us last night either. You know what I think?" he said
grabbing hold of Jordon's shirt and pushing even further into the wall.

Jordon whispered, "No."

"I think we got there just in time last night to stop a three way fuck
session between those two faggots and you." He brought his fist up to
Jordon's face holding it just inches from his nose. Jordon was trembling,
believing for sure that he was going to get beaten up well and truly.

"Everything that teacher from Toronto said was true and Jordon is not gay
and I know that for a fact." said Betsy.

"And what might that fact be, or is this just another story you expect us
to believe."

"No it's true. When the schoolteachers left, I met up with Jordon and we
spent the next three hours alone in his bedroom and we weren't playing
chess." Betsy said smirking and looking like the cat which got all the
cream.

"And why should we believe you? What proof do you have?"

"Well we didn't take pictures if that's what you mean but he's not my
boyfriend for nothing if you get my drift." The tone in Betsy voice
intimated that a lot had occurred while in fact nothing happened because
she wasn't even there.

Just then the bell rang for the start of classes and everyone began to head
off into school with the rednecks muttering among themselves, not sure if
Betsy was telling the truth of not, "Thank you Betsy for providing me with
an alibi. I'll always be in your debt." Jordon told her.

"Yes you will and I think after school tonight we'd better let what I said
happen otherwise I might just have to admit I was lying." This was just
about the last straw for Jordon now he would have to go all the way with
Betsy, a thought which made him feel sick in the stomach.

All day Jordon spent worrying and trying to think of a plan to get out of
having sex with Betsy but he couldn't think of anything. Then just after
lunch he had a brainwave. He called his father telling him that he felt
guilty because he didn't stay at the farm the previous night. To make
amends, instead of staying with his mother, he would spend the night with
him and do a bit more work around the farm.

This of course made his father very happy because it meant a bit of free
labour around the place which would be better than paying someone. He was
still smarting from the massive vet's bill for a sick cow which died
anyway.

After speaking to his dad, he found Betsy telling her the news, which
didn't make her very happy but she had to put up with it, "Don't try and
wriggle out of our deal Jordon Foster because it is going to happen or
you're going to get beaten up by the Hockey Jocks, it's your decision."

"Don't worry Betsy I'll stick to my side of the bargain it's just that dad
asked me to help him out and because of my teachers coming up from Toronto
I couldn't do it last night."

Betsy wasn't thrilled with the arrangement, especially when she had told
several of her girlfriends that tonight was the night and now she will have
to make an excuse and they'll think she made the whole thing up.

His father made Jordon work hard cleaning out the dairy, the chicken coops
and other menial and dirty jobs, all of which he hated doing and refused to
pay someone to do them, so Jordon was it. He slept like a log but still
had time to think of Miles and how he hadn't heard from him for what seemed
like weeks but was only a few days. He hoped Miles was just as lonely for
his company as he was.

Sadly, this wasn't quite true because the past couple of nights when he
first avoided talking to Jordon and then his young boyfriend wasn't on line
the next night; Miles was able to chat to his new found local friend Keith.
Keith called him on the phone two nights in a row and they chatted for
close to four hours on each occasion.

They shared their innermost thoughts and secrets with each other, discussed
their likes and dislikes and found that they had similar tastes in most
things. It would have been obvious to anyone listening in that these two
guys were falling in love in a big way.

While Miles had been chatting away to other gays on the internet for
several years now, Keith had never ventured into that field. They talked
sport, food, drink, their mothers and past loves and sex romps which for
both of them had been few and far between. Mind you neither of them were
virgins, not by a long way, but sexual adventures were pretty conventional
for both of them.

Both of their domineering mothers were suspicious of the time they spent
chatting on the phone commenting, "What on earth do you talk about?" To
that question they only got non-committal answers and were none the wiser,
but would have a fit if they knew just what was discussed.

Veronica and her boyfriend Eddie, as soon as they had finished work, headed
out of Port Hope near Toronto for the long drive to Headland
Valley. Luckily they were able to get away early just before lunch time and
make good time as well. They only stopped once to eat, fuel up and change
drivers. Both of them were good drivers so they arrived at Veronica's
mothers place not long after Jordon and his mom had got home from school.

Walking into the house Veronica and Eddie were greeted with open arms by
her mom who missed having her daughter at home. They sat down, had
something to eat and caught up with all the gossip while Jordon showered
and packed a few things he might need into a bag.

Their father arrived but didn't come into the house and Veronica and her
boyfriend went outside to chat with him as well. While their parents
didn't get on at all, both kids got on reasonably well with their father
and very well with their mother.

Soon it was time to make the long journey home with Eddie driving the first
part of the journey so that Veronica could chat with Jordon. "So how are
things going at school?" was the opening question.

"Oh pretty good. I guess it's not a bad school as far as schools go." was
the non-committal reply from Jordon.

"I rang Damien before we left and he told us that the visit they had with
you went well but once again he wouldn't say anything else, telling us that
you would tell us more. What puzzles us is why you, all a sudden, made
friends with two guys who are obviously gay. Don't get me wrong they are
both very nice caring young men, but how come you became friends?"

"Well Damien did give me a lift, helped me get to your place and they made
me feel so very welcome."

"And because of that you appear to have become lifelong friends with them,
which quite frankly I find strange, in fact very strange indeed. So is
there something else you would like to tell us bearing in mind that we will
never betray any secrets you have and don't want others to know about."

Jordon thought what's the point in telling her, she has guessed already,
"Sis, please I beg you don't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you. Please
promise me?" He begged almost in tears. Veronica was sitting in the back
with Jordon and she took him in her arms almost in tears herself, "Jordon I
love you dearly and would never, ever betray a confidence and if you don't
want anyone else to know, well it will be our little secret. I have a good
idea what you are about to say but I would like to hear it from your own
lips."

Still hugging her brother Veronica waited until Jordon was ready to speak.
"I'm gay, a faggot a homosexual--- call it what you like but I'm different
from everyone else because I prefer my own sex instead of girls." As soon
as he blurted that out he began sobbing into Veronicas shoulder and she
attempted to pacify him.

"Jordon, it's nothing to be upset or ashamed about. You are made that way
and that's it plain and simple. We will never tell anyone else unless you
ask us to, but I do think you should consider telling mom. I'm sure she
would be just as understanding and supportive as Eddie and I, but I don't
think you should tell dad because he is so set in his ways that he just
wouldn't understand."

A good many miles passed before anything else was said with Jordon still
hanging on to his sister, sobbing now and again. Then he went quiet and
when Veronica looked down he had fallen asleep, looking so calm and
peaceful in her arms almost like a baby.

Veronica too found herself closing her eyes for a while. They both woke up
when Eddie pulled into a roadhouse announcing that it was supper time for
them and the car. Over supper Eddie who had been silent in the car
concentrating on driving said to Jordon, "Don't worry Veronica and I will
look after you and if things do get too bad at home you can always stay
with us. We have a spare room until we decide to have kids, which won't be
for a couple of years."

"Thank you Eddie, the both of you are wonderful people but right now I
don't know what I want to do or what my plans are, well let's face it I
don't have any plans. Also I don't want to leave mom, she's a bit lonely
these days. Ok, she has her friends but not all that many, and all they
talk about is school and teaching because that's all they know."

Eddie continued hoping to find out a bit more about Jordon and his
sexuality, "And what about you, do you have a boyfriend or anything like
that? I think Damien had some idea that you had someone but he wouldn't
tell us."

This put Jordon on the spot because he wasn't sure if he wanted to talk
about Miles right now or tell anybody else about him, not even his sister
and her boyfriend, "If you don't mind Eddie there is someone who lives a
long way away and I'd rather not talk about him right now."

"That's ok, I'm sorry I didn't mean to pry and I won't push it, but if you
want to talk about it at any time we're quite happy to listen and if
possible advise."

Back on the road Veronica took over the driving with Eddie sitting next to
her making sure she didn't drop off to sleep. Jordon feeling tired and worn
out stretched out on the back seat and slept the rest of the way to Port
Hope.

Poor old Fred wasn't very happy because just about everyone he normally
talks to on-line wasn't about. Jordon hadn't been on line all week but of
course he expected that because he knew he was with his father. But Miles
was a worry. Since they had words about him and his new boyfriend coming
out to their mothers, he hadn't heard from him at all, which worried Fred
because he thought it might have been the heated discussion they had.

In fact the only reason Miles wasn't on line a lot was because he was on
the phone chatting to Keith for hours on end. Keith's duties as a Texas
Ranger had kept him busy so they had no chance of meeting for anymore lunch
dates.

Both of them realized that their relationship was going to be a long time
happening and they may never have the chance to consummate their love, but
they will keep trying.

Damien's and Bentley's relationship also wasn't always as smooth as it
could be. They both loved each other dearly and had been together for
quite a while, but Bentley was inclined to be a bit of a flirt especially
if he's had a few too many glasses of red wine which he loves and drinks a
fair amount of. Secretly when they were in Headland Valley, he was eyeing
up Jordon. While he was respectful of his young age and knew what he wanted
to do wouldn't happen, he did start flirting a bit with Jordon. Of course
our young virgin didn't realise what was going on, but Damien did, and on
the way back to Toronto there was a blazing row, which resulted in Bentley
sleeping for a couple of nights with an old boyfriend.

Damien hated himself for bringing the subject up but at times Bentley had
to be brought into line. He knew that his lover would be back in a couple
of days and making up was fantastic. Thinking about it, Damien had to grin
at Bentley chatting up Jordon because both were bottoms and they would have
spent hours arguing about who was doing what to whom.

Once they arrived at Port Hope, Jordon asked if he could use the computer
and Veronica and Eddie had no objections because they were both tired and
headed straight for bed. The minute he logged onto Skype he noticed Miles
was on line and started chatting to him right away telling him how much he
had missed him, then all about Damien and Bentley visiting and his coming
out to his sister. He gabbled on non-stop for about thirty minutes before
he realized that Miles wasn't looking too happy.

"Hey what's the matter with you Miles is something wrong?"

Miles paused for what appeared to be an eternity before opening his mouth
to speak, "Jordon I must tell you something that I don't really want to
tell you, but, right from the start we said that we would be totally honest
with each other."

Jordon's good mood sank, dreading to hear what Miles was going to say next
but having a good idea of what is was anyway. Miles continued, "You are
still too young for us to have an affair although I do love you dearly,
plus you are such a long distance away." He paused again, took a deep
breath and continued, "I have met a local guy about my age and we like each
other very much. Having said that, there is nothing to stop us being very
good friends and chatting all the time like we do and maybe when you are
old enough and if we are both available for each other we might just meet
up. I still love you Jordon, I love that gorgeous smile and I hope we
don't let this come between our friendship."

Jordon couldn't answer him and took the video off of his conversation so
that Miles wouldn't see his tears. He felt as if his world had been torn
apart, "I gotta go Miles, this is my sisters PC and I don't want to hog it,
bye for now." And click he was gone.

He ran into the bedroom he was using, flung himself onto the bed, his face
buried in the pillow so that his sister couldn't hear him crying. All
sorts of thoughts flew through his head, none of them making sense, he was
so sad and miserable, finally he cried himself to sleep.

Miles too, as soon as Jordon rang off so abruptly, knew that he shouldn't
have told him about Keith, and he tried to call him back but without much
luck because he was showing offline. So it was a very sad Jordon and a very
worried Miles who finally went to sleep that night.

Next morning Veronica and Eddie slept in being a Saturday and when Eddie
finally headed for the bathroom he found the door locked. Thinking Jordon
had just gone in there he waited for a while before knocking again because
his needs had become urgent. He then checked in Jordon's room but it was
empty so he tried knocking again but got no reply this time, he called to
Veronica and they ...

To Be Continued.

Writers Corner:-

Sorry another cliff hanger but a fairly obvious one or is it?

Chapter two has finally found its way onto the site and I hope you are all
coming back to have another read. This story to me is important because it
highlights the many problems gays are experiencing in this modern day and
age. With homosexuality in the spotlight more and more some people are
beginning to accept it as a way of life, so one would think it would get
easier for us all. Wrong, if anything it is more difficult with gay bashing
and youth suicides on the increase.

Now to the story itself. In this chapter quite a lot happened. The most
important being that Jordon came out to his sister. Veronica and Eddie
accepted Jordon for what he was with no questions asked. I think the next
hurdle could possibly be his mother, what do you think?

The bullying at school is still continuing and I loved the way Damien
bluffed the way out of a bashing. A bit of quick thinking on his side.

Also Betsy has him over a barrel now that she alibied him and it looks like
he will have to comply with her sexual wishes or get beaten up. What a
cunning conniving B...

Miles, well he also has problems. He met a guy he loves and the feeling is
mutual but because of their mothers, they are having trouble meeting and
getting to know each other better. Will Keith or Miles for that matter get
tired of not being able to be with their lover and the relationship end
before it began?

Finally how stupid could Miles be? He might have guessed that Jordon would
be upset finding out about Keith and I think Miles could have been a bit
more tactful explaining things. We also found out very briefly that all is
not well from time to time with Damien and Bentley. A lot of partnerships
like theirs do go through rough patches and that is sometimes all part of
life.

Anyway I hope you enjoyed reading chapter two and once again my editors and
I would love to get your thoughts and comments on this and indeed all my
stories and Jacob's as well. Believe me, we both spend many hours writing
away in the hopes that we will entertain you with our words. Until next
time, Thanks again for reading.

Editor's corner:

I was glad to get this second chapter as I have become fascinated with the
characters, the problems they experience, and the people with whom they
interact. Trevor rarely includes a dull moment in his writing!

Bullies are a major problem in our society and they come in all shapes,
sizes, genders, and ages. Just for example, think of the famous Dolly
Parton movie, "9 to 5," and think of the boss of the girls. In this story
most of bullies are male jocks, but Jordan's dad is, in some ways, also a
bully.

How well Jordan is able to cope with such problems is always in doubt. The
locked bathroom door may just be a bit of evidence. Suicides among gays
have been increasing in recent years.

What bothers me most is that so many folks seem so shocked and surprised
when they should be asking themselves how they missed the clues OR did not
act when they saw the clues!

Please let Trevor know your reactions, ideas, and suggestions. They are
his ONLY pay for his writing efforts on our behalf! Feel free to send me a
copy as well!

Jack's Corner:

Another chapter full of excitement, thrills of an awakening love, and
sadness as well because the characters in this story are unable to be who
they really are. As Kent has said, bullies come in all shapes and sizes.
Their ages span the wide range from youngsters on a school playground to
aged adults trying to control the lives of their children. This is human
nature as our sociologists like to say. All we can do is lead by example
and hope that our future generations will not tolerate bias and hatred,
working hard to accept others without condition.

Jordan is going to find it more and more difficult to put off having sex
with Betsy. She has become a rather manipulative bitch and I dislike her
more and more. For now Jordan has friends who have his back and keep the
bullies from beating him down, but what is going to happen when Jordan's
friends learn his secret? I would like to think that they will still be
there, but these are red-necked bigots in the making, so I am not confident
they will remain friends.

I am happy the Jordan has come out to his sister and her boyfriend because
now that he knows about Miles beginning an affair with Keith, Jordan will
need their support. I just hope Jordan has not hurt himself at the close
of this chapter, but we will have to wait and see what happens in the next
chapter.

Please let us all know what you think about this story and how it is
unfolding. With all that is going on in our society, this story needs to be
told. Moreover, it needs to be read, and most importantly, it needs to be
read by everyone, regardless of orientation.
