LIVING IN A LIE

Please note this story contains boy-to-boy sexual activity and if you do

The dark cloud on the horizon was that in two days' time the trial of
Domingo Gonzales the new security guard who tried to rape young Trent was
due to take place. Because he was pleading not guilty, Trent along with
several other eyewitnesses had to give evidence.

Trent was taking this badly and looked to be on the verge of a breakdown so
the boys set up a spare bed in their room to keep an eye on him. It was
during the first night that the boys were wakened by an earth shattering
scream...

Quickly turning on a light the two boys saw Trent curled up in a corner of
the bedroom in a foetal screaming at the top of his voice. Jordon and Geoff
both rushed over to him but when he saw them approaching he screamed even
louder if that was possible.

Jordon began yelling to that he could get through to the poor boy, "Trent
it's all right it's me Jordon I'm not going to hurt you please stop
screaming and listen to me." At first it didn't look as if he was getting
through to the boy but after repeating those words several times Trent
began to realise who was talking to him and looking around it began to dawn
on him where he was.

This allowed the two boys to get close to him, pick him up and carry him to
their bed were they sat him down putting their arms around him as he began
to sob uncontrollably. Both boys were at a loss of what else they could do
except try and calm him down.

There was a knock on the door and Jordon said for whoever it was to come in
and Damien stepped through the doorway wearing only a pair of boxers which
he had obviously put on in a hurry because they were on backwards. While
both boys wanted to laugh they didn't think it was appropriate right now.

Damien began to move towards the trio on the bed and when Trent looked up
and saw a man coming towards him he began yelling and screaming again
causing Damien to beat a hasty retreat back to the doorway. Once again
Jordon had to calm him down, explaining that Damien was here to help.

Geoff suggested that Damien might like to go down to the kitchen and make
Trent a hot chocolate drink. With Damien gone Trent once again began to
slowly settle down and both boys wished they could do more to help him. He
clung to Jordon hanging onto him so tight that Jordon thought if he grips
me any tighter I won't be able to breath.

"Trent don't worry you're with friends and we won't let anything happen to
you, I promise you that. Now Damien as gone to fix us up with a hot drink
so when he comes back remember he is one of the good guys." Jordon told
him. He must have understood because he nodded his head before laying it on
Jordon's chest.

Both Jordon and Geoff were very worried at the fragile state this young guy
was in and they could understand why. After all the abuse he suffered
before he arrived at the farm and when he thought he was safe to be
assaulted by someone supposed to be protecting him it was enough to push
him over the edge.

Clive the head of security and Jennifer's new boyfriend knocked but didn't
come in asking if all was ok. Clive was taking this whole business badly
feeling responsible for what happened. What he thought was a foolproof
system he used to vet people before he hired them had let not him down but
one of these poor boys as well.

Jordon assured him that Trent was settling down and it was best if he left
them alone for the time being. Just then Damien arrived back with the hot
drinks for everyone and the first thing the boys noticed was that he had
his boxers on the right way round this time. He cautiously came into the
room and stopped when Trent looked up but the boy remembered what Jordon
had told him and accepted the fact that Damien was a friend.

After giving them their drinks Damien said, "I called the hospital and one
of the doctors who was just about to go home said that he would drive out
straight away to see if he could help." Jordon explained this quietly to
Trent who nodded his head having calmed down considerably but was still
shaking like a leaf and Geoff was helping him drink his hot chocolate by
holding the mug to his lips now and then.

They remained like this for about twenty minutes until security rang
through to say the doctor had arrived. When he came into the room Trent
looked at him with a scared look on his face until he realised that this
was the young doctor who had helped at the time of the attack.

"Hi Trent, having a bit of a tough time right now are we?" He didn't wait
for an answer but continued, "I'm going to give you an injection, nothing
drastic just something to help you relax and make sure you have a good
sleep. You have nothing to worry about Trent, you're among friends here who
look after you and keep you safe."

Trent looked up at him while he was speaking but it didn't look as if much
of what he said registered. Meanwhile the doctor produced a syringe from
his medical bag and filled it with a clear liquid before swabbing a spot on
Trent arm and giving him the injection. Turning to Damien the doctor said,
"That will knock him out for about six or so hours but if possible I'd
appreciate it if someone could be with him at all times. I don't think he
will try and do anything silly and harm himself but let's just make sure.

I'll pop back in later on my way back into work and check up on him and
maybe give him another shot although I don't want to dope him up too
much. I was going to suggest that we admit Trent into hospital but I think
it would be better if he stayed here among people he knows and trusts. I
would like to talk to the prosecutor in his case and see if he can get away
without him giving evidence because of his fragile state I fear for his
mental health right now and seeing his attacker face to face in court might
send him over the edge."

Damien said that he would talk to the prosecutor and see what he can
do. Jordon thanked the doctor for his help as he headed out reminding them
to keep watch and he would be back in about six hours.

By now Trent's eyes were getting heavy as the drug began to take effect so
Jordon with Geoff's help laid him down on their bed before assuring Damien
and Clive that they would keep an eye on him. They left and the boys made
Trent as comfortable as possible before climbing into bed one on either
side of him so he had the feeling someone was there to comfort and look
after him.

While Trent was sleeping like a baby the boys had trouble getting back to
sleep both being worried about the young guy lying between them. When they
did finally close their eyes they were jolted awake every time Trent moved
or made a sound.

It was barely light when Damien knocked on the door and came. He looked at
Trent sleeping peacefully and then at the other two saying, "You too look
terrible, maybe you should stay in bed for another couple of hours while
Trent is sleeping like a baby."

"No we'd better get up soon, Miles, Keith and Jeremy will be over for
breakfast soon and we shouldn't neglect them." Jordon told him. Damien
agreed but also added that they should both take it easy today and not go
too far away from Trent. When he left the boys dozed for about another hour
before reluctantly getting out of bed heading for the bath room.

Once they had showered and dressed Geoff volunteered to stay with Trent
while Jordon went down to have breakfast with their guests from Texas. He
explained to them about the night they had with Trent and both Miles and
Keith offered to sit with him today, "Thanks for the offer but to him
you're strangers and that might scare him a bit. Right now his mind is very
fragile and I feel the slightest thing will push him over the edge."

Jeremy told them, "I will sit with him if you like."

"But aren't the twins going to show you how to tell the sex of day old
chickens today?" asked Miles.

"Yes, but they can do that any old day. Another chicken farm is bring in
two thousand chicks today for them to sex. This is another little paying
sideline which Jimmy and Timmy have to bring in money." He proudly told
them. He then went quiet before softly saying, "Do you know Jimmy and Timmy
have sex with each other?"

Trying not to laugh Miles said, "Don't you think that is their business and
not yours son?"

"Well yes bit isn't it wrong for two brothers to be like that?"

Miles looked at Keith and then Jordon who both shrugged their shoulders not
offering much help at all, "Look son that's their business so don't worry
too much about it ok?"

By way of a further explanation Jordon told him, "We do know this is
happening but because of the state of mind these two young guys are in
right now after what they went through we are turning a blind eye but a
special doctor will be seeing them soon and hopefully he will be able to
help them."

Jeremy appeared to understand and accept the reasoning. So Jordon
continued, "Well Jeremy you go with them and help out. There are several of
the boys who will be able to help out with Trent who he already knows, but
thanks for the offer." Jordon told him. Just then the doctor arrived to
have a look at the boy so Jordon excused himself and headed with the doctor
to the bedroom.

Both Trent and Geoff were asleep when they went in but woke up when they
heard someone else in the room. Looking around Trent wondered where he was
but appeared to be in a much calmer state of mind than the previous
evening. The doctor examined him checking his vitals and so on before
telling the boys that he won't give him another injection right now but if
he has any problems give the hospital a call.

Thanking him for everything he has done Jordon showed the doctor out before
helping Geoff shower and dress Trent. He appeared to be much happier and
enjoyed the attention in the shower getting hard and excited when the boys
washed him. Both of them ignored his erection deciding that wouldn't be the
right thing to do.

Trent announced that he was hungry so they took him down for some
breakfast. Damien came in to tell them that he has spoken to the prosecutor
in his case and he has approached the judge who as agreed that Trent will
give his evidence in another room via a television camera so the he won't
have to face Domingo Gonzales his attacker.

Jordon explained this to Trent and he appeared to accept that saying,
"That's good just knowing he will be in the next room will be bad enough
but I can cope with that." He then burst into tears apologizing to the boys
for all the trouble he was causing.

Taking him in his arms Geoff wiped away the tears explaining that they were
all there to help each other out and not to worry. After breakfast Trent
insisted that he help with the chores and Bentley suggested that he might
like to help out in the bakery, "This way I can keep an eye on him and keep
him busy so he doesn't have time to dwell on things and you guys can look
after you're guests."

Thanking Bentley the boys agreed that was a great idea and they both went
to join Keith and Miles outside. George was talking to them telling the two
Texans that he was going to the sales today to look at buying some sheep
and would they like to go along. Over hearing this both Jordon and Geoff
asked if they could go as well.

"Of course." George said, "After all it's your money." Martha, George's
wife fixed them up a big box of sandwiches for lunch and they headed off on
what is a fifty miles trip.

Having never been to a animal saleyard before the guys were fascinated by
the crowd and also at this particular sale the mixture of livestock for
sale. George pointed out, "Normally you would have cattle or sheep or pigs
sold at their own auction but this is different and while we came to look
at and possibly buy sheep there's a couple of pigs which look good."

Once the auction got under way they were even more intrigued by the fast
talking auctioneer who could spot a big in the middle of the crowd with
just the nod of a buyers head. The pigs came up first and George got them
at the right price due to the fact there wasn't much interest.

While they were waiting for the sheep to come up George called the farm to
get someone to bring the big truck. It wasn't till after lunch that the
sheep came into the centre pen. They were being sold in lots of twenty with
five lots and George said they could do with all of them and they looked to
be in good condition and not fly blown or anything.

This time the bidding was fast and furious and the while George finished up
with the pen he wasn't too happy because he had to pay top dollar. The
second pen went far too high and he dropped out of the bidding. He managed
to buy the remaining lots at a more reasonable price.

Before the sale ended Chris and Ben who now lived at Bennett's farm arrived
with the cattle truck and once the new stock had been paid for they all
helped to load them onto the truck. They stopped off at the newly leased
land to drop off the sheep before heading to the farm to put the two new
pigs in with the rest of them.

By the time all this was done the day was over and both Miles and Keith
remarked how tiring it was being a farmer. Jeremy came running up to them
to give them all a hug and then went into great detail on how you can tell
if a day old chicken is a cock or a hen. They headed off to wash up for
supper which was Bentleys famous steak and kidney pie, followed by freshly
picked strawberries and cream.

Trent appeared to be quite cheerful has he sat to with the boys, although
he did ask if he could sleep in the boy's room again tonight. Once supper
was ended everyone trooped into the TV room which was soon bursting at the
seams with most of the boys sitting on the floor. Trent sat next to Jordon
resting his head on his shoulder and his mood changed a little as the
evening went on.

"What's troubling you Trent?" Jordon asked.

He didn't answer for a while before quietly saying, "Are you sure I won't
see that man or he'll see me when I go to court?"

"No, the lawyer assured Damien that you will go in to the court by a
different entrance and be taken to another room with just you and a camera
and I think maybe a court reporter. You will be able to hear everyone on
the court and they will be able to hear and see you." That appeared to
satisfy him and he settled down once again on Jordon's shoulder and before
long was asleep.

With Geoff's help Jordon carried the sleeping young man up to their room
and again placed him in the centre of their own bed before undressing him
without waking him before they also undressed climbing into bed one on
either side, "This is playing havoc with our love life." Jordon remarked
with a grin. Being tired after a day at the ales both of them joined Trent
in the land of nod and all three slept right through till morning.

Next morning being a Saturday it was market day so everyone was up very
early to load the truck up with stock and travel into the nearest town
which was about fifty miles away to sell their produce. This market was
held once a month and attracted visitors from miles around and the farm
always sold a lot of stock.

Bentley and his bakehouse crew had been up since three baking bread and
pastries while others had been out picking strawberries and a host of
vegetables. The farm had a reputation for selling quality produce and
Nathan with his laptop was there as well keeping stock on what was sold and
along with Veronica looking after the cash.

Occasionally someone would pass by and pas a nasty remark regarding gays
but all in all the clientele were pleased to do business with them. Timmy
and Jimmy had eggs by the dozen plus fresh chickens ready for the oven as
well. They always sold out first and the boys were working on providing
more dressed poultry each month but because of their age they had trouble
killing and plucking the birds and they had to get others in to do it.

Miles, Keith and Jeremy went along and really enjoyed themselves with
Jeremy loving standing next to the twins selling eggs by the
dozen. Wandering around the different stalls Miles and Keith were able to
pick up some nice gifts for their mothers plus Jordon and Geoff were able
to spend some quality time with them including the novelty of fresh fish
and chips from a van at the market.

Sitting down enjoying their lunch Miles said, "It is amazing what you guys
have achieved in such a short space of time." Keith wholeheartedly agreed
with him as they sat in the warm sunshine. Several times Miles caught
Jordon looking at him and thought he still has a spark of love there for
me. I hope my being here isn't going to interfere with the relationship he
has with Geoff.

Later that evening Keith remarked that while Jordon still had the hots for
him he too got that look in his eyes a couple of times, "Don't worry I'll
always have a soft for Jordon because we did have feelings for each other
for a while and I always will have some affection towards him but you are
my man and always will be." He told his lover.

By mid-afternoon at the market they'd just about sold out so Damien
suggested they pack up and head home. Nathan was thrilled because it was
one of their best trading days and he handed Damien several thousand
dollars of which a large amount was clear profit.

Just as they were about to leave a guy approached Damien introducing
himself as the owner of a chain of seven grocery stores which had the main
warehouse here in town/ after the formal introductions he asked Damien if
he would be able to supply eggs for all his stores on a twice a week basis,
"I have a large turnover of eggs in my stores and I like the look and
quality of yours." He said.

Damien called over the boys along with Timmy, Jimmy and Nathan. He
explained to them the guys requirements and Nathan punched some figures
into his lap top coming up with a wholesale price right away based on his
requirements, "How reliable are these young kids' figures and can I trust
them to keep up the supply and demand?" He asked Damien.

"The farm is run by these kids as you call them I'm just a figurehead, they
are the bosses of their own departments." Damien explained. He could see
the unbelieving look in the guy's face and thought he wasn't going to take
the deal.

Jordon spoke up next, "This project was started by myself and Geoff here to
help young gay guys like these who have had a hard time being abused and in
some cases thrown out by their parents. We have tried to give them
responsibility and a feeling of being needed in the community. Now if you
don't want to do business with a bunch of young kids as you called them
that is all well and good, but we can assure you we run a proper business
and just because we are only in our teens and in some cases younger is
neither here nor there."

The guy was speechless for a few minutes then laughing he said, "Well I
admire your attitude and the fact you're so outspoken so yes I will do
business with you and maybe look at some of your other produce in the near
future but for the time being if you can deliver what I want to my
headquarters twice a week you've got a deal."

He shook hands with Jordon and Geoff to seal the deal before then shaking
hands with Timmy, Jimmy and Nathan to whom he said, "Nathan if you leave
this project when you're older I will have a job waiting for you running my
computer programs." Beaming all over his face Nathan thanked him. Once the
deal was done they went over the final details before heading off for home.

Damien remarked at how well all the boys handled the deal. While in the
back of the car the twins were already planning an extension to their egg
production to make sure they could handle the new contract.

Later that night with Trent still sleeping in their room but tonight in his
own bed Jordon remarked, "Most of these boys when they do leave here will
have a career path which should set them up for life." Geoff agreed before
suggesting that they make quiet love, "After all we've had Trent in our bed
for the past couple of nights and I don't know about you but my balls are
ready to burst."

Laughing Jordon replied "We'll have to be very quiet and not wake Trent
after all he might want to make it a threesome and I want you to myself
tonight." Geoff agreed with him and while it wasn't easy not to make a
noise they did enjoy a wonderful love making session.

Being a Sunday the boys got an extra hour sleep in except for those on
milking duties and in the bakery, but most of the boys got up at their
normal so they could get all the chores done and relax later in the day.

Jordon and Geoff woke up when they heard Trent beginning to stir and the
first time since the assault he looked across at the two boys with a big
grin on his face saying, "You made me jealous last night when you guys got
into bed and I'm sorry but I soiled the sheets." Both of them blushed but
laughed at the same time.

"We tried to be quiet but obviously not quite enough," Geoff said, "Still
it's good to see you looking a bit more cheerful. We might have to look
around and find you a boyfriend." It was Trent's turn to blush this time
but he nodded just the same in agreement.

Today was also a sad day because later the Texas visitors would be leaving
and heading home. Jordon was worried because he found as the week went on
that the feelings he had before for Miles were coming back and while he
loved Geoff dearly and would never leave him for anybody else he still felt
love for Miles who after all was the first person he fell for.

Miles too was beginning to sense this and mentioned to Keith that the young
guy still had the hots for him, "But don't worry darling you're the one for
me for ever." He told him as he gave him a kiss and a cuddle after a hot
love making session the previous evening.

Smiling Keith replied, "I don't know if it's something in the air here in
Canada or what but I've been as horny as hell for you this week." Laughing
Miles agreed with him as they made out some more before Jeremy was knocking
on the door telling them to hurry up or they'll miss breakfast.

Several days earlier Jordon and Geoff had been interviewed by a television
news team about the work that was being done with these young guys on the
farm and Damien was a little bit upset when Jordon relayed some of the more
negative questions the reporter asked. Therefore that evening with every
one sat around they were very surprised when the segment had nothing but
praise for the work Jordon and Geoff were doing to help abused young
children.

The boys themselves were busy trying to recognize each other because none
of their faces were allowed to be shown so only the backs or blacked out
face were seen as the cameraman filmed them doing their chores around the
farm. They all laughed at Bentley getting quite excited about his bakery
project and showing what a queen he was, and of course Nathan the computer
geek while you couldn't see his face made them all laugh with his knowing
ways.

One of the guys yelled out, "And Nathan never even got to mention his
famous supply of condoms and lube." Every one fell around laughing even a
blushing Nathan. Afterwards a more serious looking Damien remarked to the
boys, "That kind of publicity can only do us good. The downside is I bet we
get a lot more request to take in more boys."

Both Jordon and Geoff agreed with him. Then it was time to say goodbye to
Miles, Keith and Jeremy. Just about all the boys gathered outside the
farmhouse to see them off and tears were shed by Timmy, Jimmy and Jeremy
who had become so close during the week he had been there. Consoling all
three Miles said, "Don't worry we'll stay in touch and hopefully will make
it back with not too much a gap between visits this time."

Jeremy promised to Skype them the minute they got home then he said to his
two fathers, "Why can't we start a farm like this one in Texas dads?" Both
of them looked at Damien who shrugged his shoulders saying, "Why not? If
you think it would work and are able to do it we will give you all the help
we can in getting started."

Both Miles and Keith looked at each other not agreeing but then not
disagreeing with the idea. Nothing more was said on the subject as they
went the rounds saying goodbye to everyone and thanking them for a
wonderful time. When it came time for Miles to say his farewells to Jordon
he hugged him before kissing him on the cheek, "Don't forget Jordon while I
have Keith and you have Geoff I will always have a soft spot for you in my
heart." He whispered.

Tears formed in both of their eyes as Miles made his way to the car ready
for the long drive to the airport. In fact most of those gathered had misty
eyes as the car went through the farm gateway heading down the road with
everyone waving until it was out of sight.

Jordon stood facing out and down the road long after they had disappeared
from sight with tears streaming down his face. Geoff came up putting his
arms around him saying softly, "I know you love him darling and it's a love
that can never be but don't forget I love you dearly and will always be
here for you."

Jordon turned realizing for the first time who was talking to him having
been lost in his own thoughts, "Oh Geoff I'm so sorry I do love you so much
that sometimes it hurts, but Miles was the guy I first fell for even it was
just on the internet and at the time I was too young for our love to be
legal anyway and we both understood that, but..." He couldn't continue
because Geoff mouth and lips were in the way as he kissed him hard and long
only breaking the kiss off when they ran out of breath.

It was a quiet crew that sat down to supper that night all of them missing
their visitors especially the twins who became such close friends with
Jeremy. While on the aircraft heading for Dallas Jeremy too was very quiet
entirely different from the excitement and noise he was making on the way
up.

He was sitting between the two of them and leaned over to Miles saying,
"Dad, am I gay?"

Taking Miles by surprise he didn't answer right away then he said, "Why do
you ask that son do you think you're gay?"

"Well no. I like girls and while Timmy and Jimmy are nice guys I don't
think I could do what they do to each other. Yet I think I love them."

Keith had been listening in to the conversation and looked at Miles with a
bit of a grin on his face as if to say, I'm glad you're answering him and
not me, "There is nothing wrong with loving someone yet not kissing and
cuddling and doing stuff like that. You love the twins as very close and
dear friends not as a lover. Do you understand that Jeremy?"

"I think so dad. So I'm not gay then?"

"I don't think so son. Just because you love another guy doesn't always
mean you're gay and as you say you like girls anyway." That appeared to
satisfy Jeremy and he sat quietly for a while thinking things out before
dropping another bombshell.

"Dad, do you and my other dad do all the stuff that Timmy and Jimmy said
they do?" This time Miles was lost for words and Keith was no help trying
so hard not to laugh.

Not sure how to answer Miles pondered on what to say for some time before
deciding to take the easy way out, "What you're asking is very private
something that goes on between two people in love. Did you ever think of
asking your mom and dad that question? No and really what we do or any
couple for matter do in private is just that private. Timmy and Jimmy
should never have revealed to you or anyone else for matter what happens
when they are alone. Now I don't want you asking that kind of question to
anyone. Is that understood?"

"Yes dad." Jeremy answered hanging his head down. Miles put his arm around
him telling him that asking questions was all part of growing up and they
both loved him dearly. Looking across at Keith who was still smiling but he
did mouth the words, `well done'.

Meanwhile back at the farm after watching the Boys on TV they all headed
for bed with Chris and Ben getting onto the old truck and heading back to
Bennett's farm for a good night's sleep. They came around the final bend
and noticed right away smoke and flames coming out of the hay barn
beginning to light up the night sky.

Damien had given them a cell phone mainly for emergencies and Chris called
emergency services first before calling Damien telling him what was
happening. As they got closer they saw several people running off and new
straight away the fire was deliberate. Only one security guy was left at
the farm and both boys worried for his safety as they pulled into the yard.

Watching the flames get higher and higher they knew nothing could be done
to save the barn. They didn't have enough water on hand to cope with a
blaze that big all they could hope to do was make sure no stray speaks fell
onto any of the other buildings. About five minutes later they heard the
sound of sirens a couple of fire trucks arrived.

The fire chief agreed with Ben and Chris that they couldn't save the barn
and the hay bales inside but he ordered his crews to play hoses on the
house and surrounding buildings. Damien and the boys along with several of
the older guys arrived to help and while not much livestock was on the farm
they moved tractors and farm implements along with some chicken to safety.

Clive came racing up from town asking about his security guy and a search
began to try and find him. Finally he was located laying close to the
burning building lying in a pool of blood...

To be continued.

Writer's corner.

Firstly an apology to those of who I said I wouldn't have a cliff-hanger in
my stories for a while. Some of you were finding the wait between chapters
to find out the outcome was proving to be too stressful. I just couldn't
help myself.

I hope this farm stuff isn't boring you because this is how it is, and
talking in general about eggs and livestock which may be boring to some
might just be interesting to others.

The Texans certainly had a wonderful week on the farm especially Jeremy who
became close friends with Timmy and Jimmy our egg producing guru's. He was
so friendly that he was beginning to question his own sexuality which
emerged on the flight home.

Jordon's love for Miles also got rekindled when he saw him again face to
face and I suspect that love will never die because after all he was the
first even though their love was never consummated.

The trip to the saleyard and to the market was an eye opener for Miles,
Keith and Jeremy. Plus it was good to see the media taking and projecting a
more positive attitude to the work being done to help these poor abused
boys.

Let's not forget poor Trent who was so traumatized by the image of seeing
his attacker in court that he almost had a mental breakdown. You may
remember he was one of the boys who was in the care of church group and had
already been sexually abused by those supposed to be looking after him. Now
history repeated itself and luckily the prosecution was able to convince
the judge that he should give evidence in private.

Hopefully this will prevent the poor lad undergoing more mental anguish. I
could go on and on about this chapter especially regarding the fate of the
security guard.

Please let me know what you think of this chapter and if I've missed
anything on my writer's corner I'm sure Richie will mention it in his.
