"Wake up" Daniel's voice breathed gently in my ear. I wiggled under him and looked up at him. He was looking down at me. He brought his lips to mine and kissed me. I touched his cheek and kissed him deeper. After a couple more kisses we both stood up. "Guess it's time to head home" I said as Dan dusted his butt off. "Wanna ride?" He asked as we started to walk down the lightly forested area. We went over the fence and back into the school grounds. "No, I have some stuff I need to discuss with Kevin and Li." I said as he nodded knowingly. "Ah... Good luck with that. I've been wondering... would you go out with me tomorrow? Movie?" He asked with a slight hint of nervousness. We we're nearing the parking lot. "Why so nervous? We are already dating stupid. You're paying, both tickets and popcorn. I like mine with extra butter and jalapeńo juice. Which is about 2$ extra" I said winking as I started to head towards Kev's car. Just as I was walking my wrists was gripped strongly. I was turned around to face Daniel. He looked happy. "We're dating?" He asked smiling. "Yeah... We make out exclusively. I hope...and we've had sex. Sum that up and we're dating. You are soo dense at times!" I say sighing. "Haha... Well I'm glad." He said. "See you tomorrow." I tried to walk off... "Goodbye kiss? I mean we are dating after all." He pulled me to him; his hand went to the small of my back. He pressed me to his body, real tight. Our noses were touching and I couldn't move away. I didn't want to move away! "Dan... There are students going to cars and buses..." I said slightly scared. "So? I want em to know you are off the market." He said closing distance between my lips. It was a rough kiss, a demanding kiss. A kiss to make sure I knew I was his. After he retracted his lips from mine, I felt mine slightly sore as he pulled on the bottom one. There were several gasps around us. People were staring. Dan didn't seem to mind. I felt his hand move from my back and slap my buttcheek hard. He gripped it and kissed my neck. "Wow, you're intense" I said as I looked up at him. "I'm not ashamed of loving you." He said turning around. "I'll pick you up at 6. Oh and you better wear something easy to take off that you won't miss. Believe me by the end of the night it'll end up ripped and wrapped around your wrists." He said a little too loudly. I froze and scoffed. "Well... You'll need Viagra if you want to please me!" I said turning around myself and walked to Kevin's car. "Damn I love when you walk away." I heard behind me. I looked over my shoulder. Dan was holding his junk and looking at my ass. Putting on a show to make me realize he was in it for the long haul. I laughed and kept walking to Kev's car. "Fuck! That dude can make a scene." Kev said as I went to him. "I know, but I like him... What's up?" I said as I smiled at him and kissed Li in the cheek. "Not much... Class was boring as always. Teddy isn't coming by the way he had stuff to do in the library." Kevin said as he got into the driver's seat. Li took the passenger and I slid into the back. "Yeah, but well he looked fishy about it. You should ask him Kyle he never lies to you." Li said as Kevin started to drive out of the school. "I will. I have to talk to both of you though." I said a little nervous. I had to let them know I was aware of them. I wanted to ask them if they where my friends for the right reasons or for work. "Go for it" Li said unaware of what I might ask. "I know you are agents for Atlanta assigned to me" I said quickly. Kevin slammed on the break real hard the car stopped and we all slumped forward. "Shit Kev!" Li screamed holding her forehead. "S-sorry... You know?!" Kevin said looking back at me. "Yeah... Alex told me." I said sighing and holding my forehead, slumping back onto the seat. "That snitch" Li said under her breath. "Don't blame him. I asked and he didn't have much of a choice." Kevin resumed driving. "Well we are part of Atlanta. Kevin is a striker and I am his Intel. We were assigned to take care of you and look after you from whatever seemed fishy. That's all we know." Li said. "So...are you my friends because of that or because you like me?" I asked a little scared for the answer. "Dude! WHAT THE FUCK!" Kevin said looking at me from the mirror with the most pissed look I had ever seen him wear. "Kyle you didn't just ask that?" Li said looking offended. I sighed. "I'm sorry I had to ask. I'm not sure about anything anymore my life is far more complicated with each day that passes." I said sliding deeper into my seat. "I don't care how fucked up your life is! We have been there along with you since forever. You can't just doubt how we feel about you." Kevin said refusing to look at me. "Well I'm sorry. I was worried ok! Promise I won't doubt you guys ever again. I just was feeling a little lonely. Teddy barely pays attention to me anymore since he got chummy with Calvin and I was thinking I would end up friendless" I said sighing. "Teddy and Calvin ... We are talking about the wide receiver?" Li asked amused. "You know Calvin is gay" I said rolling my eyes. "Yeah but I didn't know he liked Teddy. I bet they look cute together" She said blushing smiling. I jumped up to the passenger side and buckled in. We drove off, Li's house to mine. "You like Teddy?" I asked a little out of the blue. "What are you talking about?" Kevin said looking at me a little pale. "Don't play stupid. You know Teddy has been crushing over you for years." I said matter-of-factly. He sighed. "I know. I feel bad to lead him on that's why I've been dating a lot lately." He said, looking forward with an uneasy look on his face. "You didn't want to shove him off, so you dated so he would get the message... Yet the day he dressed all sexy for school you could barely speak. Now that you know he's dating you can barely focus." When he forgets you, you'll not have a chance anymore." Having parked in front of my house, he looked at his lap. "We're here" He said, with a fake smile. "Why do you suddenly find him attractive?" I asked. "I don't want to ta..." "Why?" I asked cutting him off forcefully. "I don't know. That time he used your clothes he looked soo cute and sexy. Then when you said he and Calvin are getting chummy I just snapped. Something in me suddenly got pissed at the fact that Teddy is hooking up with someone. I guess I always thought he'd be in love with me forever... then I could take him when I wanted. I know ... Huge asshole... I was just scared I would really fall in love with Teddy and then screw it up and lose him. Now I have lost him!" Kevin said with a tired sigh. "Well you can't ask for him now. Let him see if he can be happy with Calvin. Besides you're dating and you don't have the right to ask Teddy to stop seeing Calvin so don't do anything stupid." "You can see right through me can't you?" He said with a sad smile. "Hate to say it hot stuff, but the one at fault here is you. Had a chance and blew it, just like Alex and me. Give him a chance to be happy with Calvin. I just wish Alex would give me a break about Dan and let me fall in love" I said as I stepped out. "Kyle... I had a crush on you..." He said as I stepped out. "What?!" I asked a little shocked this was really unexpected. "When we you were with Alex. I had a crush on you, that's why I ignored Teddy completely. Then the more I got to know Teddy... The more he got himself printed in my mind and I didn't even notice until now. I won't give him up" He said with a daring smile. "It's not your choice to give him up or not! It's his choice to take you or Calvin. You and Alex need help in the possessiveness area!" I said with a stressed look on my face as I waved Kevin off and went up to my room. I slumped into my bed. I really needed some rest. ~~~ Dream ~~~ I woke up, I was in my bed but something felt different. I was looking up to one of those roulettes that they put above baby's cribs. I stood up. I looked down where I was laying. There was a little baby. I was sleeping in a crib I didn't even fit on?! I tried to touch the crib but my hand moved through it like I was some ghost. I heard a door open in the room. I looked around; I was in my parents' bedroom. They were asleep, the door opened a little more. A kid walked in, he looked down at the baby, and the kid was about 5 or 6 looking. "Hi Kyle" He said with a shy voice. The baby did one of those cute baby laughs. "I'm Aaron. Your brother" The kid said as he climbed up into the crib. He hugged baby me. "Mommy said you're little so I have to take care of you" Aaron said hugging me hard to him. The baby smiled and his small hands opened and clutched at Aaron's pjs. I stood there watching, my eyes watering. I looked over at my parents, they were awake. "Did you hear that honey?" Mom asked with a few tears slipping out. "Yeah" My dad said with croaking voice. "He loves his little brother" My dad repeated with a smile. Aaron slept snuggling to me. Mom and Dad stood up; they took my baby blanket and covered both of us with it. "We are lucky aren't we?" Mom said snuggling to my father. He kissed the top of her head. "We sure are" Dad said as they walked back to their bed. The image of the room started to fade in my mind. I felt myself faint. A couple moments later I woke up, but something was still odd. The sheets where covered with Pokémon figures. I stood up and completely freaked out. I looked down at the bed and there was a kid. About 10 years old. I remember those sheets. I was a huge Pokémon fan. Little me stood up from the bed and walked to the full length mirror. This was my first morning in my room. Until today I'd refused to sleep with anyone, but Aaron. I stood by little me and looked in the mirror; same face just slender, much taller, but totally me. I was startled when a noise entered the room. "You ready little guy?" I heard someone say, the door slid open. Aaron was there smiling down at me. "You have to get ready for school remember, unless...You want me to tickle you to death!" He said with an `evil' grin. "I'm not speaking to you anymore!" Little Kyle said pouting, looking away. "Are you still upset?" Aaron said walking to my. He was 15, he looked just like dad. Tall, handsome, natural black hair unlike mine, mine is light brown, dyed to black. He had a nice muscle tone since he started basketball a couple years ago. We looked alike in many ways. "Yeah...I don't like you anymore!" Little me said walking to the bed and sliding under the covers. "Really? You don't?" Aaron said as he covered his eyes and started fake crying. I remember this. I was upset because he didn't want me to sleep in his room anymore. I shuffled under the covers. Little me looked up at him still hidden, checking if Aaron was crying. "I'm sorry. I was being mean because you don't like to sleep with me" Little Kyle said snuggling into Aaron. Aaron stopped `crying'. "What? Buddy, you know I love you. You just have to grow up by yourself. You won't have me around forever." Aaron said as he hugged me. "Y-you said you'll always be here." Little me said looking at Aaron. "I'll try, but who knows. When I have to go to college you will not see me that much." Aaron kissed my nose. "Mommy said I could move into your dorm if I fit in to your suitcase." I said whispering. Aaron smiled sweetly at me. "I'll always have you with me little baby." He said as he sniffed my hair. "You're my little baby brother and you always will be. Ok? No matter how old and wrinkly you get" He said. "You'll always be my big brother right Aaron, always?" Little me asked. "I will, and I'll always be with you" He said. "Now go take a shower. Get ready." He said. I nodded and ran to the bathroom. He stood there in my bedroom. "Liar!" I said as the shower was turned on "You Liar! Where are you now? You promised!" I said bitterly as little me showered. Aaron couldn't hear me. He just stood up and started to fish out clothes for me. "Tell me... where are you now? Please!" I begged as tears ran down my face. He laid out the clothes on the bed for me. "Answer me" I begged, I walked to him. He stopped arranging clothes and looked back at me. I felt as if he was staring through my face. His eyes locked on mine, for a brief moment it was like he could see me. "I'm done!" Little me said, charging into the room with a towel around his waist. Aaron tore his eyes away from mine and smiled down at little me. "Change then. I'll wait downstairs. I love you" He said as he kissed my forehead. "Love you too!" We both said at the same time. Aaron placed his hand on the door frame as he stepped out. He looked back into the room, but not at little Kyle. At me, his eyes were locked on mine. He squeezed the wood and his knuckles whitened. He gave me a faint smile and walked out the door. "Aaron! Can you see me?" I said desperately running out the door. I ran to him, he was walking at a slow pace but no matter how hard I ran I couldn't reach him. I stretched my hand out by it wouldn't get close. I pushed myself harder until again all faded to black. This time I woke up in a couch. I stood up, looked at younger me in the couch, sleeping. I was 14, Aaron was 19. I remember that day... The last day I saw Aaron. The door opened, Aaron walked in with a smile on his face. "Kyle! Wake up!" He said jumping on me cheerfully. "Aaron... What's going on?" The younger me said rubbing sleep of his eyes. "I got my first level 10 mission! Can you believe it?" He said as I smiled at him. "I'm so proud of you! I'm scared of my exam tomorrow... I want to be a Striker like you Aaron... I don't know if I can." Younger me said as he sat down and smiled at me. He patted his lap and I rested my head on it looking up at him. "You know, you are a Kiler. It's in our name. We are damn good at this job!" Aaron encouraged the younger me. "I know but... It's scary Aaron... I want to be like you. Brave and strong" past me said snuggling into Aaron for comfort. "Let's do this." He said as he reached behind his neck and unhooked his chain. It was a golden chain with the letter `A' hanging in the middle. Along the golden `A' it had little diamond incrustations. Atlanta gave it to him as a level 10 achiever. "What are you doing?!" I asked looking at the chain. He smiled at me and winked. He put it around my neck and locked it. "This is what is going to happen... You take my chain, and when you make 10 you give me your `K'... That way we will always share something together, but you have to promise you'll get the K right?" He said as past me touched the `A'. "Thank you Aaron. I promise" younger me, said with a smile. I heard a honking noise outside the house and he stood up. "Well little bro. My intel is here, I have to go. T is not the patient type. Love you" He said as he patted my head. Little me rushed to him and hugged around his waist, tight. "Come back before dinner with something good for me to eat... Mom is making pudding pizza again" Little me said making a disgusted face. "I always come back." Aaron said as younger me ran up to his room and Aaron walked to the door. "Don't go..." I whispered softly. He held the door knob tight. His hand was shaking slightly. "I feel... Uneasy" He said to himself. "Aaron please ... Stay" I begged, I ran to him, wrapped my arms around him hugging him, he didn't feel my touch though, he opened the door and walked out. "Bye little baby. See you at dinner" He said as he ran to the black car waiting down. I collapsed to my knees. I gripped tightly onto my hair and sobbed. The setting around me started to change and it suddenly became night. I was sitting on the sofa. My parents as well as the younger me were at the table getting ready to eat. "I feel odd starting off without Aaron" Dad said. "Honey... I have a bad feeling we should call..." Mom said reaching for her cell phone. The TV suddenly turned on. The face of a man appeared. "Kiler's, good evening. We are sorry to inform you Aaron was killed on his mission. Body cannot be retrieved or negotiated. We are deeply sorry. Memorial service will be paid along with compensation...my most sincere condolences. M.D. Sprout" The man said and then the TV shut down. Silence filled the room. The younger me looked over to my mom. Her mouth was open slightly. "Mom?" Younger me asked softly. "Aaron...M-my baby!" My mom said as tears started slipping out of her eyes and she gradually lost control. She tried to compose herself. Dad was staring at the screen as if in a trance. Younger me stood there with his mind fucked on what to do. Mom's sobs got louder and louder. They seemed to wake my dad up as he approached her and hugged her tight. My mom just cried. My dad tried to stay strong, but his eyes were already moistened and tears were on the way. "B...but he said he will bring me dinner." Younger me stated looking at the door. I stood up and opened it... I can't forget that day, no matter how I try. Mom cried 3 hours solid. My dad held her the whole time. Me? I waited 29 solid hours on the porch sitting on the steps waiting for my dinner. Until I realized Aaron wasn't going to bring me any. I walked to the younger me and sat by his side. "He is not coming back. Brace yourself as well. Two weeks from now your Alex will dump you, two days after your birthday...but you'll turn out ok. Well, I think I did." Old me said smiling. Younger me staring at the street, waiting and hoping that any car that would pass would bring Aaron and his dinner? Younger me gradually rested his head against his knees and sobbed, gently on his legs. "He promised me dinner." He repeated over and over. "He did buddy... He did." Older me said as my own eyes felt teary. The wound felt fresh in my heart... "Fucked us over that bastard... He should've kept his word right?" I said to myself as everything again went dark. ~ End of Dream ~ I woke up in my own room to the smell of my mom's foul cooking. I stood up and saw the pillow wet with tears. I closed my eyes and sighed as I walked out the door. I touched the door frame just the spot Aaron had touched that day. I took a couple more breaths and put on my best happy smile I could fake for the sake of my parents. [ Teddy's POV ] I rushed to the library as everyone ran off to their cars to get back home. I walked in and had to catch my breath for a couple moments. As I walked to the back I was searching for him. Calvin, there he was I found him. Sitting at one of the back tables with a sad look on his face and arms crossed looking sulky. It was kind of cute though. "Calvin, I am so sorry I'm late. I had to get some test results" I said as he looked up at me and smiled. As he fixed his posture I sat down in front of him. "Don't worry, I was just waitin' for ya to come" He said smiling sweetly. "Don't be that happy about it. I'm tutoring you remember." I said sternly. He just returned to looking sulky and upset. "Yous gonna be all business? I wanna kiss if you gon be mean." Calvin said with determination. He still had a sour look on his face. I stood up a little nervously and walked to him. He was looking away pretending to ignore me. I kissed his cheek. His face reddened a little. "There, can we study now?" I asked as he nodded smiling. That's how it started. We went through his maths homework which was fairly easy for me as I take all AP courses. I also helped him with is biology and chemistry. "I wish Teddy wuz my teach. I understand yous a whole lots more and I would be gon thinking how to make my teach mines" Calvin said as he pinched my cheek. "Calvin you are not stupid, you do need more help than other since you don't like to concentrate, but you can be much more than what you think" I said smiling at him. I felt warmth spread across my chest as he blushed. "For reals?" He asked. "For real. Not reals" I corrected, he just smiled. "T-t-teddy, would you be upset on me if I took you to meet my rents?" He asked a little nervous. "What?! Why would I need to meet your parents?" I asked a little confused. "Well cuz, you know I wanna be you're, you knows...Your man." He said rubbing the back of his neck. "An' mom isn't gon let me be with someone she ain't met" He said with a pleading look. "Do you really think it's a good idea?" I asked nervously. "Yeah, my folks don't mind me liking cuties like yous" he said with a reassuring smile "and if they don't like yous then...we can go away together." He said and from his tone I could tell he wasn't joking... Just how far along has this guy planned our life? "Really! Your parents must be great. My dad, he got so upset when he found out... He beat me up a little too bad." I said with a sad smile, only Kyle knew about this since he took me in until my dad's anger had subsided. It has by now, but he still barely talks to me. "WHAT!" Calvin slammed his fist onto the table and stood up. He was looking down at me with the most endearing and caring look I had ever seen. I felt as if the world around me had vanished, as if his eyes centred on me. I was his world, the look on his face showed regret, anger, pain and...could it be, love? He grabbed me up and hugged me tight. "I'm so sorry. I wish I could make ya feel all nice and better... I'm gon beat on your dad... Why did he hurt my Teddy?" He said with a pained voice. I felt myself go weak at the knees. "It's okay it was a long time ago. I don't want to sound mean, but Calvin why do you care so much?" I asked confused. "Cuz, yous mine and I always gon protect you. Even from your folks. Even from youself. I know you don't think yous great... but Teddy is great, smart, cute and funny and I want yous to see yourself the way I see you. I want Teddy happy cuz in my mind Teddy is always happy" He said as he rubbed my back in a soothing manner. "Why do you like me so much?" I asked still feeling confused, am I that great in his eyes... I wish I could see myself that way. "Cuz I don't understand half of what yous saying most time, but just looking how happy yous are when explaining stuff to a dumb guy like me just makes my chest feel like I'm doing crunches. I fell in love with yous sad eyes, the first time I saw yous. Yous was looking out the window. Your eyes were all watery and you still was smiling. My heart just got crazy on yous... I just want yous to see youself through my eyes... I'm gon make it happen no matter how long it gon take" He said as he retracted from the hug slowly. I looked up at my big straight forward duffus. I kissed him; his lips trembled as his hands wrapped my body and pulled me to him so tight. He kissed away and licked my lips. Soon our mouths were moving in synchronized way. I felt him touch my cheek and rub it gently. "Thank you" I said as he put me down. "Yous beautiful through my eyes, I wish it was through my eyes only" He said as he pressed his forehead against mine.
