Mom called up to Heath who was laying down on his bed. feeling the
loneliness that has set in ever since Jeremy had passed away, honey someone
is at the door for you. Heath went down to see who it was and smiled when
he saw that it was Tim, Tim had been there for him before, during and after
the loss of Jeremy and he was very happy to see an old familiar face that
he could trust.

Heath walked up to him and hugged him saying " I am so glad to see you, it
has been to long." would you please come in.  Then asked him to follow him
upstairs to his room. The boys headed upstairs and mom was happy to see her
son smile again.

Tim said " that he was sorry that he had not come over sooner but he as
well was having a hard time adjusting to the loss of Jeremy as well. He
said " That he was now going to do every thing that he could to see that
Heath was never alone."  He told Heath that no matter what it took he would
be there for him.  Tim had been attracted to both Jeremy and Heath for some
time, He had want and would dream about having sex with both of them, but
seeing how they were his friends and a couple it was something that was off
limits to him. He leaned over and hugged Heath and whispered in his ear "
you know that I loved you and Jeremy, and I still do.

been thinking about you a lot."  Heath was at a loss he was still in love
with Jeremy but while holding Tim he was beginning to feel something that

remembered Jeremy telling him once that Tim was a very good person and that
if he had not found Him that he would easily would be able to love

talking about "

Heath said " Tim I have become aroused be you being here and I am having a

unbearable for me.

Heath put his hand on top of Tim's, looked him in the eyes and said " Tim I
know that Jeremy was very fond of you as I am as well, I just need some
time to put this all together, and sort some things out."

Tim looked at him and said " Heath please let me help you."

Heath said " Tim I have such a strong desire to have sex with you, but I
don't want it to be for the wrong reasons, I hope you understand."

Tim smiled and shook his head letting Heath know that he fully understood
what he was saying and what he meant and that he would do every thing he
could to wait for Heath to be ready for whatever life that they would be
able to have together.  Tim looked at Heath and said " Heath I am not
looking to replace Jeremy, I know you will love him forever, What I want to
do is have a chance for me to prove how much I love you and want to take
care of you.

Heath looked at Time and with tears in his eyes said ' Tim I am very fond
of you as well, I got hard while you were holding me, I just need time to
think this through, I don't want to hurt, I don't want to jump into
something that I may regret later, I hope you understand"

Tim looked down and with a very sad face told Heath that he understood and
would do everything to give his the space that he wanted and the time that
he needed. I want you to know that I will be here for you whatever your
decision will be, even if it means we can't be together.

Heath looked at how sad he had just made Tim and put his hand on his
shoulder and asked Tim " Would you stay here tonight I need to be able to
hold someone, I have not really slept in weeks.

Tim look up and said " I would stay here with you anytime you need me to,
and there would be no strings attached.

The boys hung out together pretty much all day and it seemed that Heath
started to come alive again with the presence of Tim. They played
basketball, played video games and laughed and joked about anything that
came to mind. Mom even noticed a big difference in Heath. She commented
once that it was good to see the old Heath, he smiled and even though Tim
was looking away Heath smiled and pointed to Tim as the reason for it. Mom
smiled back and just nodded her head.

Evening came quickly and Mom was calling Heath to dinner,

Tim said that he would come back later when they had finished eating.

Heath grabbed Tim by the arm and said " If you plan to ever be my boyfriend
then you better get used to eating with us because you will be here a lot "
he put his arm around Tim and escorted him to the table and pulled out the
chair that use to be Jeremy's and said " I think he would be proud to have
you sit here."

With dinner now out of the way the boys sat in the family room with mom and
dad and watched TV and when mom said It is getting later and we are going
to bed. They said " good night and were off to their room. Both boys looked
at each other and smiled and Tim noticed a different look than he had seen
before, it was a warmer looked and was happy to see it.

Heath stood up and put his hand out and asked " are you ready to go to
bed. '

Tim stood up and smiled and said " Yes lets go.

Heath lead the way to the bedroom, he opened the door stood to the side and
waited for Tim to get in the room and then closed the door after him. They
both walked over to the bed and got undressed and Heath noticed the bulge
in Tim's boxers and smiled but did not say a word.

Tim took of his boxers and climbed into bed as Heath stood there and
watched.

Heath looked at Tim and said with a smile on his face " you remembered "

Tim looked back and said " how could I forget "

Heath turned off the light and got in bed.

Tim Rolled over next to Heath and Kissed him on the cheek and said "good
night".

Heath rolled to face him and draped his arm over him and said " good night
Tim and thank you. " Heath woke about 3:00 am looked over and saw Tim
sleeping soundly. He smiled and said " I think I need to make a commitment
" Tim suddenly as if on cue rolled over on his back. Heath snuggled next to
him and put his head on his chest and fell asleep. When Heath woke the next
morning he realized that he had hold of Tim's hard dick, He smiled and said
" Jeremy you stinker " Heath feeling now that he was free to start a new
relationship with Tim started to rub him up and down.

Sterling never hurts anyone again.

Heath turned to Tim and " said you will do no such thing, I will not allow
my boyfriend to stoop to such a low level as to try and get even with that
SOB. You and I together will go to the police and we will make sure that
Sterling pays for what he did to Jeremy and it will all be legal and done
the right way. That is the promise that I want from you.

Tim looked over at heath and put his hand on Heath's heart and said I
promise with all my and your heart that we will do it the right way, no
matter how long it takes.

Both boys laid in bed together not wanting to get up. Mom called and said
that breakfast was ready and that they should come down and eat. The boys
got up and Heath yelled be right down and then Tim grabbed his dick and
said " I owe you smoething "


Heath smiled and then winked and said well it will have to waait until
tonight.

Tim said " you want me to stay again tonight."

Heath said ' Tim I never want you to leave me again "
