Heath woke about 5:00 on Christmas morning and laid in bed and watched Tim
as he slept soundly beside him. He was happy that Tim had come into into
his life but was also deeply saddened when he thought back to the wonderful
times that he and Jeremy had had while on their trip to Disney.  Those were
memories that he would carry with him forever. He never would have thought
that just days after that trip that he would lose Jeremy. The tears were
welling up in his eyes and he was thinking about the things that he had
planned for the two of them to celebrate their first Christmas together.
That would be something that would haunt him for some time to come. He also
knew that with being with Tim now, that he would have to start to
concentrate on his new relationship. He missed Jeremy terribly but knew
that he and Tim would be able to get past his tribulations and start to
live his new life with Tim.

Heath had bought a beautiful 24K gold cross and chain that he was going to
give Jeremy for Christmas and knew that to honor Jeremy that he would give
it to Tim. He looked at the new picture of Jeremy hanging on the wall
between the windows in his room and was, not moved to tears as he thought
he might have been but was suddenly smiling have a renewed kind of love
that he never knew he had in him. The love he had for Jeremy, even though
he was gone seemed to be growing inside him even stronger, and the feelings
that he now had for Tim seemed to be taking over his body and heart like a
new found spring welling up in him. He and Jeremy loved each other deeply
and even when they had sex it was something very special, Tim had brought a
kind of enthusiasm back into his live that almost made him feel guilty in a
way. His love for Jeremy was something that had ate him up inside and was
filling him with a happiness that he had never known, their sex was good,
and looking back he would have liked to have given himself to Jeremy more
often circumstances, however, seemed to prevent that from happening.

Now he was with Tim and he believed that in some way that Jeremy had helped
them get together. He was glad for the time that they had had together but
he now needed to focus on his relationship with Tim, he planned to try to
make up for the mistakes that he felt he had made in his relationship with
Jeremy and was not going to deny Tim. He was going to prove to Tim that he
would give him his heart and soul and was not going to hold anything
back. Heath was beginning to realize that his new love was just as strong
as his love with Jeremy and was now going to give himself to Tim
totally. He looked at Tim still sleeping beside him and smile and leaned
over and kissed him softly on the lips and got out of bed and went into the
bathroom to clean up and get ready for his first Christmas with Tim and the
beginning of the his new life together with Him. He had no intention of
letting this part of his life be spoiled with memories of a very painful
past. He was going to go full speed ahead and prove to himself that he
could love both Jeremy and Tim in a way that would honor both of them.

When Heath was through in the bathroom he went back into the bedroom and
found Tim still sleeping. he walked over to Tim's side of the bed and
looked at him sleeping. Tim was laying on his left side and was half
uncovered. He saw that Tim's was dick was extremely hard and sticking out

standing there. He asked her if " she would like to come in? "

She said " I am very grateful for the offer but this will only take a
moment. "  She reached into her purse and pulled out an envelope with Tim's
name on it and asked " would you see to it that Tim gets this. "

Heath asked " would you like me to get him for you so that you could give
it to him. "

She started to cry and said " That she loved her son very much and that
seeing him would make things worse, " she told Heath that her husband had
been very cruel to Tim when he told them that he was gay and was moving in
with you. I was thrilled that he had finally found someone that he cared
about. She also stated that she had suspected that Tim was gay for sometime
but would never ask his because of her husbands feelings towards gays.  She
asked Heath " I know that you love my son I can see it in your eyes, take
care of him for me please. "  She handed Heath the envelope and turned and
started to walk away. She stopped and turned slightly and said " please
tell Tim that anytime he wants to see me have him stop by when my husband
is not home. She walked back to the door and said " May I "

Heath looked puzzled and said " of course "

She leaned in and kissed him on the cheek and said " Thank you for being
son kind to my son, He really does love you you know. "  With that she
turned and walked away from the house.

Heath could not help but be saddened by what had just happened. He suddenly
felt and very strong bond to Tim's mom. He would not let her down. He went
back into the kitchen and started to make the pancakes and waffles, the
sausages were almost done and he could hear someone coming down the
stairs. He glanced over to see mom standing there with a smile on her face.

She asked Heath " Now what is this all about "

Heath said " just my way of trying to show how much I love you all "

Mom smiled and Said " When I already knew that and that he was her pride
and love. "  She said " why don't you let me take over here and you go up
and get that sweetheart of your out of bed. "

Heath said " thanks mom you know you really are a very special lady "

Mom walked over and gave him a kiss on the cheek and then swatted hi on the
butt and said " go on get outta here before I start to cry "

Heath smiled and turned and headed upstairs to wake Tim. He went into the
room and found that Tim had rolled over the other way and he was still
sleeping but was totally uncovered. He was facing away from Heath and He
walked over to the bed and very gently started to rub Tim butt. Tim started

bathroom in about 15 minutes. He was in such a hurry that after he put on
his boxers Heath said " stop here before you go any further. " He handed
him the envelope from his mom. "

Then he said what just a minute I have to tell you something first. He
walked over to Tim and put his hand on Tim's butt and said " I think you
should turn these around " and he stuck his finger into the slot that was
supposed to be in the front or " Is this for my for later " Heath smiled
and said " just kidding " I will see you downstairs.

He left Tim in the bedroom by himself so that he could have some privacy to
look in the envelope that his mother dropped off earlier in the
morning. Tim opened the envelope quickly and read what was written there,

       My dearest Timothy,
      It is hard for me to accept the situation that your father has put us
both in.
      He was always been a very closed minded person when it comes to
people
      being different.

       Now matter how far you travel, and now matter what happens you know
that
       you will always be able to talk to me. I have just gone out and
gotten a cell
       phone for us. I have mine already, however, given the attitude that
your father
       has I thought that it would be better if he did not know about
this. Your phone
       should be arriving within the next several days. This will be our
way of keeping
       in touch with each other.

       Also find inside this envelope a check, this check is taken from our
bank, and was
       a trust fund from your grandfather. Please use it wisely. I will not
let your father
       know about this as he might try to stop me from giving it to you.
Your grandpa
       loved you so much and when he died he started this fund for you when
you moved
       out or turned 18 years old.

       I hope that you understand that what has happened between you and
your father
       will never change anything between us. Give all my love to Heath and
express my
       sorrow for his loss as well

       I must go now. Take care of yourself and I will be praying for you
everyday. God

Your Loving Mother

Tim sat down on the bed and just sared at the letter from his mother.
Tears were rolling down his cheeks and help felt terrible about all that
had happened but was comforted in the idea that he would always be able to
keep in touch with his mother.

Heath went upstairs and knocked on the door and asked if it was OK to come
in.

Tim got up and walked over and opened the door and said please come in and
close the door.  He handed the letter to Heath and asked him to read it, as
he read the letter he was touched by the lengths that his mom had gone
through to keep in touch with him and the way she had decided to keep his
father in the dark about the whole thing.

Heath said " I will go downstairs and let you be alone if you want."

Tim said " Please stay here I want you to hold me."

Heath sat on the bed next to Tim and was easily able to tell that he was
scared for his mother. he held Tim for what seemed like hours.

Mom called up from downstairs and said that breakfast was ready.

Heath said You stay here I will be right back. He went downstairs and let
his mom know what happened and said " we will be down after Tim pulls
himself together. " He went back up stairs and went into the bedroom and
closed the door behind him.

Tim had tears in his eyes and sadi " I am sorry for ruining you
Christmas. "

Heath looked at Tim and Said " you did not ruin anything matter of fact I
thing your Mom gave you a great Christmas Gift. " He went on to say that
she was sending him a cell phone that he could use to keep in touch with
her. He had a car and could go over there anytime that his dad wad gone and
see her.  He also reminded Tim that the check would almost pay for his
college. As you can see she gave you a great gift.

Tim looked at Heath and reached out and pulled him into a hug. he placed
his head on his shoulder and said " What would I ever do without you by my
side through all of this. "  I realize now just how special you have become
to me and are going to be for the rest of my life. He looked into heath's
eyes and said " you are the heart and sould of me, with out you I would be
living in a world that I could not survive in by myself. I have you to
thank for all that has happened in the past several weeks and I will have
you to thank for everything that will happen in the future. " From this day
forward I pledge my love and my life to making you as happy as you have
made me.

Heath told Tim that we had better get downstairs and have breakfast before
mom thinks we are made at her. Beside it's Christmas and Santa came last
night and left presents under the tree.

the boys went downstairs and Tim went in to the family room and apologized
to mom and dad for ruining their breakfast and asked them to forgive
him. He then said the he and Heath were off to the kitchen to eat and that
he would clean up the kitchen while they enjoyed openingtheir gifts.

Mom said " as a part of this family we will wait for everyone before
opening any gifts so you better get going because Heath can be a real big
baby if he has to wait to long to see what Santa brought him and they all
started to laugh.

Heath and Tim went into the kitchen to eat and then clean up before opening
any gifts.
