Pride And Love   A New Beginning    Chapter 9
 
The remaining days of Christmas Vacation flew by and here it was the
first day of school. Heath knew that it would be a difficult first couple
days back. With all the questions that were bound to be asked about
Jeremy's death. Heath was already ready for the barrage of questions.
He planned on a standard answer that everyone would get.  That was you
know it is hard trying to get by but I will make it with some help
from my friends. Heath was up first and was laying in bed and was trying
to get himself into the mood to go to school. He figured the best
way would be to have some fun. He slowly pulled back the covers off of
Tim and was not surprised to see Tim's dick sticking almost straight
up. Heath took it very gently in his hand and slowly started to slide his
hand up and down. Tim let out a very low oooohhhhh. Heath did not
stop he just slowed down a little. Once Tim had settled down he picked up
the pace a little. The minutes later Tim's dick seemed to swell a
little bigger and he let out a very low gurgle and  a moan of pleasure as
he started to release his load. The third shot was the one that
woke him up and he was breathing so deeply that Heath could barely hear
him say  " oh God. "
 
Tim sprang up and said I can't believe it another wet dream, then
realized that he had a hand wrapped around his dick. He looked at Heath
and said " are you having fun. " 
 
Heath said " Absolutely "  
 
Tim said well then I guess I should have some fun before school. Would
you like to join in something that will make your day.
 
Heath said " I am always up for some fun. "
 
Tim pushed him back down on the mattress and then straddled him and took
him in his ass and started to ride him like a cowboy. Tim was
enjoying this very much as his once soft dick was now rock hard and Heath
was just moaning and groaning. Tim took his time milking
Heath slowly. He started to speed up his ministrations and could feel
Heath starting to harden and swell a little bit more. and knew that
he would soon be done with his morning ride. Tim took both hands and
started to tweak Heath's nipples and that was all it took to send
him over the top. Tim felt 5 to 6 shot release inside him and then rolled
off Heath. He looked at him and said " Was that fun or what? "
 
Heath was catching his breath and said " wow that was really special. "
 
Tim said " Here I have something special for you. "  With that he laid
down on top of Heath and said " now the fun begins. "  He took
Heath in his mouth and started to suck his now rising dick and Heath was
doing everything he could to free himself but to no avail. Tim
had him hard and soon pumping into his mouth and when Heath was ready to
shoot his second load Tim took just the tip in his mouth
and started to work on just that. Heath was now not only pumping into
Tim's mouth but had a hold of the sides of his head and trying to force
him to go down. Tim slid his finger into Heath's hole and he Lost all
control and started pumping load after load into Tim's mouth.
When he was finally done Tim asked " Well was that fun? "
 
Heath smiling said " I think that after that I will most likely stay hard
all day. "
 
Tim said " good then you will be ready for me when we get home. "
 
The boys took turns in the bathroom not wanting to be late for school and
not trusting the other to leave each other alone while they
were both naked. They showered and did their morning clean up and then
got dressed. They headed downstairs and into the kitchen to find that mom
was gone but the coffee was made and they only had to fix something to
eat. Tim choose a cold cereal and Heath choose a couple slices of toast.
When they finished eating they hugged and kissed each other and got their
jackets and headed out to the car. They got in and Tim warmed up the car
and while they were waiting they talked about the questions that were
undoubtedly going to be asked. Heath
looked over at Tim and said I think that most of the kids in school knew
that Jeremy and I were a couple. You realize that when we show up
together that they will most likely think that we are a couple as well.
 
Tim looked at Heath and said " I was hoping that we were a couple. "  Is
there something you are not telling me?
 
Heath said yes there is " I want you to know that I have decided that
from now on it is just the two of us as a couple. "
 
Tim looked at Heath and smiled. He said " you don't know how long I have
been waiting to hear that. "
 
Heath looked at Tim and said " believe me when I say it has been long
over due, I really love you Tim. "
 
Tim smiled and said " I feel the same way and I do not think that I could
ever go on without you. "
 
Heath reached over and took Tim's hand and said " you will never have to
you belong to me now and you always will. "
 
Tim smiled and said " Well I guess that we should get ready for the new
beginning. Here we are at school and lets just hope we can survive the
first day.  
 
Heath smiled at Time aand said " together we can get through anything. "
 
Tim and Heath went their seperate ways to first period class. Tim went to
math. Heath went to history. The period went by fairly quickly
for both of them. Second period was english and they were in the same
class. The bell rang ending the period and they headed for their next
class. Tim went to Gym and Heath went to social studies. After the class
ended they met in the lunch room. This is where the day took a turn for
the worse. One of Jeremy's friends came up to Heath and asked how he was
doing.
 
Heath smiled and said " I am fine and thank you for asking. "
 
He looked at Heath and said " well I am very happy for you.  Don't you
feel at all quilty about what happened to Jeremy? " 
 
Tim stepped in between them and looked him in the eyes and said " If you
were a real friend of Jeremy's, you would realize that he loved Heath. " 
Don't you think you should blame Sterling for what happened or were you
in on it to. Matter of fact there were seven people involved and we only
have six names, maybe we should do a little investigating ourselves and
see if we can add that last name to the list.
Let me see now I my memory serves me correctly I think your name is Joe?
Is that right?   He turned and walked away in a hurry.
 
Heath looked at Tim and said remember that party you took me to the guy
that was getting me drinks was named Joe. I remember now that I had to go
to the bathroom real bad and he told me the bathroom was occupied and
offered to help me out side to go. I could not get my
pants open and he helped me and I heard him ask me if that was better and
I was pretty drunk and I was thinking of Jeremy and he was
slowly pulling on my dick and I remember saying " yeah that feels great.
"  He took me to the car and when he set me inside I remember him saying
I will go get in on the other side and keep you company. He got in and I
was laying back a bit and then if felt that feeling again and I was just
lost in it. I think I passed out and that is when you found me.
 
Tim said " I know that I have seen that guy with Sterling before. "
 
Lunch ended and they both headed for their next class. They both had
study hall. When study hall was over they both headed in different
directions. Tim headed for history and Heath headed for gym.
 
Heath was thinking about that night at the party and tried to place the
face with the name. That was his first time drinking and he could not
hardly remember his own name and that was the next morning. The period
ended and then they were headed for the last class of the day and they
were both in the same class and it was a two hour shop class. Shop class
dragged and when the bell finally rang they headed out the door when they
ran into Daniel.
 
Daniel asked Tim if he had a run in with a guy name Joe? 
 
Tim said " that he had, and asked why? "
 
Daniel told Tim that he had heard someone talking on the phone outside
the boys locker room and he heard him say " Sterling they know who I am. 
What should I do? "
 
Tim said I'm glad you said something I think we just found the seventh
person involved.  We will head over to the police station and turn in his
name.
 
Daniel said " you should be cafeful if they did that to Jeremy they can
do it again. I and a couple friends will follow you over the the station
and just keep an eye on you two, if you don't mind. "  Daniel saw him
following Tim and Heath out to they car when a couple other guys
suddenly appeared. They were followed closely by Daniel and his friends.
All of Daniel's friends walked up and stood by one of the other guys and
Daniel walked up to Joe. Joe looked around and said well I guess that
this will have to wait. Daniel said " I hope you try something
because we already have Sterling and a few of his friends and we would
love to add you to the list. I promise that if any of you start something
with either of these two, you will be wishing that you were living
somewhere else. I will do everything I can to make you lives a living
HELL. 
 
All of the guys that came out with Joe had left long before Daniel said
anything.
 
Tim said " thanks Daniel I owe  you one and I always pay my debts.
Tonight I would like you to meet Heath and I at Sonny's and we will
buy you dinner and bring your friends that were with you.
 
Daniel said " you don't have to do that. " it was our pleasure to see
them take off like a frog on a hot plate.
 
Tim said  " I know I don't have to but I want to, Sonny's all you can eat
ribs about 6:00. "  See you there.
 
Heath looked at Tim and said I think we need to take a ride to the police
station, talk to officer Willis and give him the information we
just got from Daniel. 
 
They got into the car and headed off to the police station. Little did
they know but they were being followed. Some of Sterling's
friends had decided to follow them and see where they were going. They
stopped in front of the police station, got out and went inside to see
officer Willis. When they were done and had given him the information
they  headed back outside and as they walked up to the car
they saw what they thought was a ticket on the windshield.
 
Tim walked over and picked it up and realized that it was not a ticket at
all but some kind of note. Tim read the note and appeared to become very
upset.
 
Heath said " what does it say? "
 
Tim started to read the note:
    
        TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
         EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE SOME ONE DOES SOMETHING STUPID,
         AND THEN THEY REALIZE THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE. THEN
         THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT MISTAKE.
 
         DON'T BE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO THINK THAT THIS MISTAKE THAT YOU
         ARE MAKING NOW WILL BE FORGOTTEN ANYTIME SOON. WHAT YOU
         HAVE DONE IS  CAUSED A FEW PEOPLE TO BECOME VERY DISTRESSED
         I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE THE FORTITUDE TO SEE THIS THROUGH NO
         MATTER WHICH ONE OF YOU WINDUP PAYING THE PRICE
 
         HERE'S HOPING YOU MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE.

Heath took the letter and turned and brought it inside and gave it
officer Willis. When he returned to Tim outside he saw that he was
talking to someone, but he did not recognize the person from behind. When
he got closer he realized that it was Daniel. Tim and Daniel
were talking about the note that was left on the car.
 
Tim was starting to say that it would be nice to find out who left the
note.
 
Daniel interrupted and said " I think I can help you out with that and
pulled out a picture from his pocket and handed it to Tim.
 
The picture was a very good likeness of the guy from earlier this
afternoon. Along with the picture of Joe leaving the note was another
picture of the car that he was driving. Daniel looked at Tim and said. I
guess you call that proof positive. "
 
Tim said  " I don't know how I ever will be able to repay you for this
information, this is above and beyond the call of duty. "
 
Daniel said " well I had to earn that dinner tonight didn't I. "
 
Heath walked up and realized what Daniel had done and said " I hope you
don't mind but I owe you this. He pulled Daniel in and gave him a hug and
said " You may have just caught Jeremy's killers. Heath asked Tim for the
pictures and again disappeared into the police station.
When he came back out he was smiling like he had not smiled in a long
time. He told Tim and Daniel that officer Willis told him that this would
be a great bit of real proof that something was planned the night that
Jeremy was tortured.
 
Tim said I think we need to get out of here and will see you at Sonny's
later. With that they all climbed into the car and departed the area in
front of the police station.  On the way home Heath was almost like his
old self. Tim was because this was almost over or at least he thought so.
 
They arrived at home and found a police car sitting out in front of the
house. They got out and realized the officer was in the house and waiting
for them. They went in and mom and dad were sitting in the living room
with the officer and said " He had come to inform us that
the police had made seven arrests in the assault of Jeremy and were quite
certain that they would have some convictions in the case.
This information was music to the ears of Heath, Tim was thrilled that
someone was going to pay for what they did. The officer got up
thanked mom and dad for the hospitality they had shown and said that he
needed to get back to work. With that he said good-bye and left.
 
Heath informed mom and dad that he and Tim  were meeting some friends for
dinner at Sonny's and that they would be back later.
 
Tim said " not to worry we will get our school work done when we get
home. "
 
Heath and Tim left the house and headed for Sonny's and were there
waiting for Daniel and his friends. after they arrived they all went
inside and sat at a large table where they would all fit. Much to the
surprise of both Heath and Tim they brought a plaque and gave it to
Heath.
The plaque was a very fine portrait of Jeremy that was taken several
weeks before he died.
 
Daniel tapped his glass with his fork and asked for attention. He started
out by saying we are all here tonight because of basicaly because
 of one person. There is a lot I could say about Jeremy but the best way
to say this would be just to come right out and and get it said.
The nine of us here tonight could all say that Jeremy's loss has touched
us all deeply. He was more loved at school than anyone can ever
say. He touched so many people's lives. He took the time to take me on
the side when I was in seventh grade aand tell me that if anyone
bothered me that he would take care of them for me. He was sort of my
guardian angel in grammer school. I believe that everyone were
could tell a similar story. The fact of the matter is the Jeremy was a
great guy and will be missed by all of us. Daniel stood up and said
" TO JEREMY FOR ALL THE LITTLE THINGS YOU DID AND FOR ALL THE LOVE YOU
SHOWED EVERYONE, WE ALL MISS YOU. YOU WILL BE
APART OF OUR LIVES FOREVER. NOW IT IS OUR TURN TO CARE CARE OF YOU, with
tears running down his cheeks he lifted his glass and
said ' JEREMY I NEVER TOLD YOU BEFORE BUT I LOVED YOU SOME MUCH. The rest
of the guys that were there with Daniel all stood one
at a time and expressed their love for Jeremy as well.
 
Tim looked at Heath and he looked shocked by all of this.  Tim Stood and
said "  I wish there would have been time for all of us to show
Jeremy how much he meant to us all. In some way I think that he knew. He
was a loving and caring person that would give you the
shirt off his back if you needed it. He was my friend and I am proud to
say that I loved him as well. There is one person here that was able to
see and feel that love on a first hand basis. With all that has happened
today and tonight I believe that it would be impossible for him to
say anything without breaking down somewhere in the middle. I hope that
this will be acceptable for him as well as for you. The love
that Heath and Jeremy had for each other spilled over and sucked us all
in. That was what Jeremy was all about. I also know that the last
thing he would want would be for nine of his best friends sitting around
a table and blubbering like a bunch of school girls, no insult
intended to anyone. I would like to say that on behalf of Heath and
myself this has been an evening that we shall remember for a long time to
come.  We thank you for this plaque and pray that our friendship will be
a testament to Jeremy. I want to thank all of you very much.
and if Heath was able to speak right now he would thank you all from the
bottom of his heart. They all finished eating and swapping
memories of Jeremy and finally started to make their way home.
 
Heath and Tim came home and Mom could tell that Heath was upset but was
also very happy.
 
Tim told mom and dad good night and he headed upstairs to do his homework
and go to bed.
 
Heath stayed down stairs and explained everything that happened today to
mom and dad. He showed them the plaque that the guys gave him and said "
that he did not really know how many lives Jeremy had touched, and how
many people loved him. "  He kissed mom and
hugged dad and said that he need to go to bed.
 
Mom said Heath you were very lucky to have Jeremy for as long as you did.
There are not to many people that have true friends as long as you and
Jeremy had each other. That was truely a beautiful thing. I think you are
right that you should go to bed it is almost midnight and
we have to go to work as well.
 
Heath got upstairs and saw Tim sound asleep at the computer. He walked
over and picked him up and carried him to the bed. He took of
his cloths and covered him up and said to his sleeping lover. I have had
two lovers in my life one I lost to predjudice, and one I have here
before me. you both came into my life when I needed you most. I was am so
lucky to have you both. Heath got undressed and walked over and turned
off the light. He walked back over and got in bed leaned over and kissed
Tim on the cheeks and softly said good night my love.
with that Heath rolled over and covered up and fell asleep happier that
he had in many weeks.
