Cast of Characters

As `Riding Lessons' has grown from my original plan of a `simple' summer
romance to this multi-book story, I thought that I would post a list of
characters who appear in the first two books in preparation for the coming
of `Riding Lessons III: Second Chances'.

Zachary (`Zak') Myers: 16 years old, blond hair, blue eyes (First
Appearance: `Riding Lessons' Ch. 1) Dusty's boyfriend, Danny's
half-brother, has a Great Dane puppy, Loki, Friesian Stallion, Onyx and
shares an Arabian Gelding, Apollo with Dusty

Dustin (`Dusty') Crandall: 17 years old, long black hair, black eyes (First
Appearance: `Riding Lessons' Ch. 1) Zak's boyfriend, has a Great Dane,
Herc, Mustang Stallion, Phoenix, Mustang Filly, Rain and shares an Arabian
Gelding, Apollo with Zak

Kate Myers: Zak's Mother, widowed (First Appearance: `Riding Lessons'
Ch. 1)

Martin Jones: Owner of the Triple J Ranch (First Appearance: `Riding
Lessons' Ch. 1)

Lu Crandall: Dusty's Mother, widowed (First Appearance: `Riding Lessons'
Ch. 4)

Wilma Running Dear: Dusty's Grandmother (First Appearance: `Riding Lessons'
Ch. 4)

TJ Oliver: 16 years old, brown hair, brown eyes (First Appearance: `Riding
Lessons' Ch. 8) School bully, had a `relationship' with Dusty, Onyx's
former owner

Joseph (`Joe') Rollins: Former Triple J Ranch Hand, Max & Tyler's father

Anthony (`Spin') O'Brien: 14 years old, red hair, green eyes (First

Gelding, Marty and a Warmblood Gelding, Revanche

Mateo (`Mattie') Alvarez: 15 years old, black hair, hazel eyes (First

Carlos Alvarez, Senior and Anita Alvarez: Mattie & CJ's Parents (First

Nicholas (Nick) Murphy: 16 years old, strawberry blond hair, blue eyes

Sebastian (`Seb') Olivera: 14 years old, black hair, brown eyes, had a
Rottweiler, Kaya, killed in a fight.

Aaron James (Idgie) Alvarez: Danny & CJ's son, 2 months old

Casey Wills: 23 years old, blond hair, grey eyes (First Appearance:
`Lessons Learned' Ch. 21) Josh's partner, ranch hand/bodyguard

Joshua (Josh) Kitner: 24 years old, brown hair, hazel eyes (First
Appearance: `Lessons Learned' Ch. 21) Casey's partner, ranch hand/bodyguard
