James was awaken by the loud noise of the bell. He stands up and starts to walk out of the room almost forgetting his books, not feeling so well he makes his way to the restroom looks at himself in the mirror. What's looking back at him is a 5'11 150 lb. Blond hair (spiked only in the front) he has a ear ring in his right ear and in wear tight jeans and a AC DC shirt. He splash's some water on his face and heads out the door. On his way to his locker to get his stuff to go home he runs into Amy. Amy is James best friend kind of like his long lost sister. "What's going on?" asks Amy "Nothing just on my way out." James answers with a smile "Okay I'll walk with you" James flashes her another smile and stops at his locker gets his stuff and they walk to the front door. Passing by the Office James looks through the window and sees him. His name is Josh he's "the new kid" tall black hair spiked brown eyes and a nice body he's signing some papers so he can be enrolled in James school. Amy looks over James shoulder to see what he's looking at. "He's cute isn't he?" "Yeah he is." "We'll talk to him tomorrow now we need to leave my mom will freak if I'm late!" "Okay let's go." They walk out the door and go down the street. James only lives about 10 min. from the school Amy lives a little longer but not to far. On their way back home they stop by BP to get some soda's. Wouldn't you know it Josh is there too his mom pulls up and he steps out of the car. Smiles at James and walks into the store. Amy walks by James and makes her way into the store, "Coming?" "No, No I'll wait right here." "...Okay" She goes in the store and comes back out with a big smile on her face. "Why you so happy?" James asks "Here you go." Amy hands James a folded peace of paper. "What's this?" "Open it when you get home." "...Okay" When they make it to James house Amy hugs him good bye and tells him good luck. James is a little confused about why she said that but he ignores it and walks inside. He sees his mom watching TV on the couch. It puts a big grin on his face he loves ever little thing about his mother he is always smiling when he sees her or talks about her sometimes even when he thinks about her. They have been through a lot in the past years of his life and they grew even closer through every problem. "Hey mom." "Hey sweetie." "I'll be in my room." "Okay" James gets up to his room and kicks off his shoes takes off his socks turns on his TV and checks his pocket to look at the peace of paper Amy gave him. When he unfolds the peace of paper he sees a number and a name: Joshie. Oh my god! James thinks to himself he dives across his bed picks up the phone and dials Amy's number. It rings three times. "Hello?" "Oh my god! I can't believe you got his number!" "He he you opened it huh?" "YEAH! Oh my god do you think I should call him?" "YEAH! Why not?" "What am I going to say to him I know nothing about him." "His name is Josh or Joshie." "Well thanks I had no clue." "Give him a call and tell me how it goes bye!" "WAIT!" Amy hangs up the phone. "That bitch!" James looks at the number and thinks about it. What am I going to say? He lays the number on his bedside table and walks downstairs. He grabs the soda of the counter that Amy bought for him at BP. He drinks the whole thing then sits down and watches TV with his mom. There watching a re-run of Friends it's at the beginning. After one of Joey's plays Chandler sees a really cute girl. (James had never really liked girls he mother knew he knew everyone in school knew he didn't care and most of them didn't either, hit's the right ear piercing) Chandlers friends convince him to go over and talk to him when he does he comes back with her number and goes on a date with her later. Then James thinks to himself, well if Chandler can build up enough courage to go talk to that girl then I can call Josh. James gets up and goes to his room opens the peace of paper and picks up the phone. He punches in the numbers and he hears it start to ring. His heart starts racing and get nervous it keeps ringing and then the voice mail picks up, James hangs the phone up real quick and lays down on his bed heart pounding. He lays there on his bed watching TV for about 45 min. Then the phone rings, James picks it up casually. "Hello?" "Hi is this...James?" James eyes widen and he can't speak. "Ye-ye-yes." A small giggle on the other line "Hi! This is Josh I saw your number on my caller ID did you need something?" "Yeah...my friend Amy got your number at the BP and gave it to me so I called it." "Oh sorry I was out, I'm glad someone from this school is already talking to me I was a little worried that I was going to walk in there and everyone give me the stare." "What stare?" "You know the Oh my god you're a queer stare." James stopped he couldn't talk he started getting hot and had to lay down his head was spinning this super cute guy that I like is just like me and I have a close chance of getting my very first boyfriend ever and not only that he's okay with his sexuality too this has to be a dream. "Hello?...you there?...Hello!?...o great another chance for a friend gone." Josh is about to hang up when he hears James on the other end. "I'm here sorry." "Oh okay good I thought you hung up they almost always do with that news." "It's okay it doesn't bother me at all." "So what classes do you have?" The boys talked almost all night they hit it off really well no where in the conversation did James tell Josh he too was a homo. The next morning Josh was really tired he wasn't use to having to wake up so early he hoped in the shower and then came out and got dressed went downstairs to get some breakfast. No one was up besides him his parents work all day and sleep all night. He almost never sees them Josh didn't move from anywhere he just was being home schooled but then he got bored of that, wanted to go to a real school. He was eating him breakfast thinking about the conversation he had with James the previous night. They found out that they had 5th period and lunch together. Josh couldn't wait to get to school James said he would wait out front for him and help him find his way to his first class. Josh thought this was very cute of James he has never saw James though he just hoped he wasn't a fat cow. No he didn't mean that he's not a shallow person. James is already at school waiting out front. Looking left and right trying to find he new friend. "Hey." James jumps then turns around it's Josh! "Hi." "So your James huh?" He says with a smile. "Yup in the flesh you ready for your first class?" "As I'll ever be!" "Alright lets go." They walk inside and before they get three feet in the school they get the stare "See what I meant by the stare?" Josh whispers "Yeah I do, they use to never look at me like this before." James whispers back "It's because there's two of us." James shows Josh to his class and races across the school to get to his so he isn't late. He was late anyways but he didn't care. When lunch came around Josh saw James sitting with Amy at a table near the back corner. He walks up to them there talking about something he's not quit sure what it is but just clears his throat then smiles and sits down. "Hey what's up?" James asks "Yeah? How's your first day?" Amy asks "It's fine, I'm fine" "That's great." "Hey James I was wondering...do you think your mom would care if I came over your house for a little?" James is stunned everything's moving so much faster then he thought it would but it doesn't bother him. "I don't see why not...Amy can I use your cell to call her?" "Sure, here" She hands him her phone then looks a Josh, "So...James told me a little something about you today." Josh looks up fast eyes wide, "What he say!?" "Well a little something about you being...something." "He told you that!?" "Don't freak out it's ok I don't mind at all I'm fine with it." "Oh...okay cool" Josh flashes her a quick grin then goes back to eating. "It's okay, you can come over!" "Great!" They talk a little more then James and Josh make planes to meet in front after schools out. James is sitting on one of the benches out front waiting for Josh he comes out the front door and gives James a smile. "Ready to go?" "Lets go!" "Kay!" They talk and walk to James house when they get there they walk in and his moms in the restroom they drop there book bags on the chair by the door and start walking up stairs. "Who's your friend honey?" James mom asks knowing full well what his name is just wanting her son to give a proper introduction. "Well mother his name Josh." He reaches out to shake her hand she grabs his hand then asks "Josh what?" "Josh Owens, you are Mrs....?" "It's Miss Walker." "Nice to meet you Miss Walker." "You too Mr. Owens." They share a smile then James breaks it up and the two boys head upstairs. "Your moms really cool." "Yeah she's great I really love her." "That's sweet." Josh walks over to James mirror and looks at the bordered pictures. "This all you and Amy." "Yeah we've been best friends since grade school when we turned freshmen we were so scared." "it's a scary time." "What do you want to do?" "Well Mr. Walker how about some TV?" "SOUNDS GOOD! Kick your shoes off stay a while." "Okay!" They sit on the bed James lays back and looks up at Josh he turns back and smiles, then gives him a wink. "Josh." "Yes?" "I need to tell you something." "What?" "Well remember are conversation on the phone the other night?" "Yeah?...were you going with this?" "You'll see...well you told me your gay so...I guess I need to tell you so am I." "I know." "What?!" "I know I could tell your hair your ear ring your cloths they way you talk/walk and look at me." "Oh...I guess I'm screamingly obvious." "Yeah...you are." Josh gives off a small giggle then turns back to the TV. James sits up and whispers in Josh's ear "You know...I think you're cute." Josh turns around and looks at James "Right back at yah." He gives him a wink then turns around on the bed. "So...what does this mean?" James asks not knowing what to do this being his first near relationship. "I wouldn't know I have never been in a relationship. Guess we should learn a little about each other first huh? Don't want to move to quick do we?" "No." "How long have you known?" "Well I told my mom when I was 11 so about 4 years I guess." "Really?! Cool you mom knows too I told mine when I was 12 I guess that makes you the brave one." "I wouldn't say that, were you live at?" "You'll find out tomorrow." "I will?" "I hope so if your mom lets you come over after school." "I'll ask let go downstairs will find out." The boys rush downstairs and James asks his mom she says it's fine. Josh looks at the clock it's almost 7 so he tells James he's got to go and gives him a quick peck on the cheek then runs out the door. James turns around and looks at his mom. "What was that?" she asks "What was what?..." "The kiss thing." "Oh that it was nothing." "James is he a homo too?..." "Yeah and he's so cute! I think we might get together I so hope so!" "That's so great honey just don't move to fast and don't do anything you'll regret." "Thanks for being so cool about thing mom!" He goes back up to his room and gets on his computer then he gets a IM from Amy. "So how did it go?" "Great I got a kiss!" "So you told him!?" "Yeah." "Cool! Were he kiss you?" "Cheek" "Cool sry but I gtg" "Kk bye!" "bye xoxoxoxoxo" "J" He looks around on some sites then gets off he brushes his teeth then gets in his PJ's and goes to bed. James wakes up all excited to go to Josh's house he takes a shower gets dressed eats then jets out the door. 5th period seems like it takes forever but when it comes around he talks to Josh. "So am I coming over?" "Yeah but my parents wont be there so I hope that your mom wont mind." "Nah! It's fine." "OK cool!" The class was so boring and the rest of the day was too they meet up out front and to both there surprise Josh's mom was there to pick them up. "Hey sweetie!" "Hey mom! This is James." "Hey James." "Hi Mrs. Owens" "Well get in I thought since I wont be there the least I could do was give you two a ride." Josh sits up front and James sits in the back. The ride was relatively quite. They were lessoning to New Rock and right when one of James favorite songs comes on they are at Josh's. "Here we are!" "Thanks mom." "Any time sweetie you two have fun and Josh sweetie don't do anything you know I don't like your father will be home before me tonight." "Thanks mom" He looks to James "Ready?" "Yup" They get inside and it's the same build as James house but backwards. It's real nice he has a better TV and a nice Radio in his living room and also he has a nice dining table and some other things. Josh asks if he wants to go to his room he says yes they head upstairs. They get to his room and it's almost the same as James but there's no computer and instead there's a bathroom. They sit on his queen size bed and start to talk. "I'm sorry James." "About what?" James asks confused. "About the quick kiss." "Oh, that don't worry my mom was okay with it I told you she didn't care and plus I liked it." James says with a smile. Josh giggles and starts to blush a little. "So have you ever kissed a guy?" Josh asks "No.." James answers honestly "Well today's you lucky day." Josh leans forward and presses his lips onto James, James pushes back and then puts his tong on Josh's lips Josh opens up and lets his tong come in and plays with it with his own, they do this for about three min. then stops for air. "That was nice." James said "Yeah, Yeah it was." "Well I think I need to leave I'm sorry but home work lots." James writes his e-mail down for Josh then heads home. He gets home and wouldn't you know it he has mail. He opens it up it's from Josh it says: "Hey I really enjoyed that kiss I was hoping we could do it again sometime and maybe if you would like we could go see a movie or something. Well you don't have to write me back just tell me tomorrow if you get this before then. BYE Joshie xoxoxoxo." James smiles then starts on his home work. He knows that this new student is going to be something really big in his life. Well I hope you liked the story it's nothing super or anything but... it's all I can dish up I'm new at the writing thing but I know I'll get a lot better soon there will be more to this later and it will be longer then this I know it's like super short and you can read it in like 30 min. but still in the next few stories you will get to know the chars. A lot more and learn about them and there feelings and there pasts all that good stuff well thanks for reading can't wait for your e-mails. I'll read as much as I can.
