Coming downstairs the next morning, Desi, usually on a school day, would
head right for the kitchen. Even though it was an off day, Saturday, he did
the same, instead of his perennial trip to the den first, switching on the
Tv and then `kitchen'. Opposed to other Saturday mornings, Desi reached for
the cereal bowl and after placing it on the kitchen island, for some reason
found a discrepancy in his view. Like `before & after' pictures, his
morning view picked up something more than a deserted back porch. Looking
through the doorway, across the spacious screened in area, he spied
something `weird'. Not like alien beings or zombies, there were `bodies
piled up', his way of thinking it.

For an 108 pound 11 year old, at 58 inches tall, almost 5 feet, he was a
little tall for his age. Blond hair, he often had to explain to people, it
was from his mother, his father being a very dark auburn-brown. His height
an advantage, it was easy to look over the middle counter and being it
looked like Michael and his dad were sleeping, he didn't feel it was
eavesdropping.

Now, he didn't want it at all to seem like he crept up on the pair, for the
sole purpose of checking them out, Michael and his dad sleeping with no
clothes, especially with Michael laying on top of his dad. The closer he
got, the more his brain kicked in, thinking up some scenario as to the
`why' he was intruding. He knew Rockbottom Marina opened at 9:30a.m. It was
also explained to him at some time or other, some staff had to be there two
hours before opening, others an hour and a half. Glancing back over his
shoulder, as his plan came together, he notices the clock on the far
kitchen wall, above the sink, going on 7:11.

Whichever the case, in regards to e.t.a., like himself, Desi knew it took
time, without rushing, to wake himself up with a quick dash in and out of
the shower, dry, pick out a tee shirt and shorts and the other essentials
of a boy's ensemble, then all the other stuff once he's left the
bedroom. Recently he just started using deodorant. In the case of `adults',
Desi knew the run through, which included drying off, more tedious a chore
to get all that hairy, wet anatomy dry as a bone, not to mention shaving,
applying all kinds of gunk to make a man smell good and then the same stuff
pertaining to himself, breakfast. In his father's case, Desi was always
holding the cell phone, the one his father would frantically search for
every single morning. Soon the search and find, Desi holding it, his dad
would automatically say, `Got my phone?', which he did, replying, `I got
it, dad!'

So, having the plan rehearsed over and over about three times, Desi tags
Michael's arm, giving him a hefty nudge, saying in an elevated tone, "What
time do you have to get up, Michael?"

Dumbfounded, Michael swiped the front of his face against Diego's chest,
like he was wiping his nose and spit, and with a distorted set of lips,
eyes barely open, with attitude, "Wha-at?" Suddenly aware it wasn't Diego
asking, but this `kid' standing there, Michael comes to life more abruptly,
"Oh! Um... I guess you're wondering why... um, like why I'm laying here on
top of your dad," Michael gulps, "in the raw?"

"Michael!" came the exclamation, ripping right off Diego's lips.

Desi blames his father's actions, sitting up so quick, "Da-aahd!" he tosses
Michael right off the lounge chair and onto the floor! Looking around for
`anything' to cover up his deflated pubes, Diego, quicker than a flash
lightning, reaches for a shirt, Michael's shirt, and covers his hairy
pubes.

Turning his bare ass towards Desi, Michael looks over the edge of the
lounge chair to see Michael flat out on his back, "You okay Michael?"

Desi smiled. His father was so concerned with covering up his junk, but not
so concerned with flashing his ass!

"No broken bones," Michael was thinking beyond conventional bones, being he
initially landed face down!

"He's okay," Diego replies, and secretly reflecting on last night,
"Michael, he's built like a rock!"

Desi knew what was coming up, a wild, far-fetched explanation for the two
of them melded together. He looked at already as pathetic, not because the
two were laying together like a gay couple, but for the fact his dad didn't
think him old and wise enough to comprehend the idea of two men laying
together and having sex. Instead of a long diatribe of made up reasons,
Desi evades the impending issue, "I was wondering what time we have to be
at Rockbottom Marina," and to get himself off the hook for `invasion of
privacy', "I would have knocked, but your not in your room, you know?"
Too, he could have used the excuse, `no door!'

His head, partial chest sitting up, looking over Diego's hairy thighs,
Michael says, "We should be there as soon as we can get ready?"

Diego takes a quick glance, blaming, "Would you cover that up?" he trades
off Michael's shirt to Michael, placing his hand over his cock and balls.

"Cool!" Desi replies. Forgetting about what he saw. He could have hounded
his dad about the fact he knew what a guy's lower anatomy looked like, even
though it was an adult's anatomy, all hairy and stuff, but saving for
detailed thought later on, he about faces and heads back in the kitchen. He
wears a smile, thinking of how soft his father must feel to Michael,
Michael using his naked bod for a mattress and pillow!

Meanwhile, Michael slowly allows his tee shirt cover up to fall to where it
is almost fully unfolded.

Simultaneously, Diego rolls up to sitting on the opposite edge, badgering,
"Y'know Michael, you have to be careful around Diego?"

Rising to his feet, Michael's pressure on the lounge tips the chair over
onto its side.

"Oh thanks!" Michael says, falling right onto his ass. Not forgetting to
get a word in edgewise, "Well y'know Deg, Desi is almost twelve?"

"Sorry about that," Diego pulls the chair upright, the other hand extending
it to Michael, answering, "I know he's going to be 12, but the legal age is
18?"

Taking it, Michael hoists himself up, his knees planted in the cushion of
the chair, saying, "Are we talking drinking, voting or..."

"All of it!"

His furry chest is almost upon Diego, "Are you crazy? Desi's gonna..."

"Chill, Deg," Michael comes back instantly, tying things in together, "you
don't think Desi doesn't know what's going on?"

With a smirk, Diego makes it look like he's thinking on it, responding, "I
know."

Giving Diego a peck on the lips, Michael says, "Okay, then let's get
dressed and get this day going?"

Sitting at the kitchen island, Desi woofed down his cereal, watching the
ensuing drama, first Michael passing through the kitchen, his pants and
shirt wadded up in front of himself, hiding all the vital parts.

"Shower!" Michael's finger tells the direction he's headed, plus upwards,
towards the ceiling, his destination upstairs.

Next, like Diego `had' to hide his gummy pubes behind his crunched up
boardshorts and with the drama which was enough for a father feeling like a
necessary explanation, a son finding his dad with his `best adult friend'
lying naked on top of him, "We'll talk about this later."

Alone at the island, the 11yo looked forward to hearing an explanation,
sitting there in a dreamy state, licking the back of the spoon, not
thinking about it, but probably not much different, opposed to Michael
licking away at Diego's popsicle last night!

Then again, that phase of curiosity melted, because Desi was more
interested in how the day would unfold at Rockbottom Marina.

At the bottom of his cereal bowl, he suddenly realizes he's not the only
one in need of piecing together a wardrobe. For a kid his age, he was quite
a responsible tween. With no mom to pick up after him and a dad whom he
often picked up after, he knew dishes left in the sink would not jump in
the dishwasher all on their own or hop up into a cabinet.

Often, in doing chores, he would reflect with chagrin, "What would dad do
without me!"

It was part of the tight bond between father and son.

In the beginning, when they moved to Shiffers Landing, his dad changing
jobs, working his way into the freelance advertising business, spent much
of his time getting established. What this meant for Desi, he had a lot of
free time on his hands, without his father palling around with him.

One would think, with the upper crust shore community, the neighborhood
would be teeming with kids his own age. In reality, there weren't many
children of any age. One, because of the pricey real estate, houses were
not close together and prior history, much of the homes were grabbed up
earlier in the century by retirees.

Desi was fortunate he had the kid next door to sometimes play with. He
didn't care for playing with kids half his age, Justin Nouguet the
occasional playmate, not one of choice. Obviously, a 6yo wasn't allowed to
use a skateboard and was too short to chuck a basketball into a hoop.

Thinking about it now, Desi smiled. His father really knew how to play
basketball well and was a good sport, missing the hoop, just so he could
score some points!

Dilly-dallying in thoughts and memories, time flew by faster than he could
fathom, as his dad and Michael trod down the stairs.

"Hey, you better get ready," his dad exclaims, tucking his shirt into his
slim waist.

Not getting an answer out of Michael before, Desi asks, "When do we gotta
be there?"

"`Have to,'" his dad corrects him.

Michael picks up, "Like a half hour ago?"

It sounded dire to Desi, "Yikes!" he bounds up the stairs.

"What's for breakfast?" Michael asks.

"Whatever you want," Diego responds with sarcasm, because Michael already
sought out a bowl and box of Desi's cereal.

Michael says, "What's this organic stuff, Deg? Don't you have anything
sugary?"

5'10" tall and a slender frame to Michael's physique, Diego says of the
picture in his mind, most recently based on their shower 5 minutes ago,
"You need to get some meat on those bones!"

Smiling, Michael retorts, "Isn't my 8-inches enough for you?"

Rarely did Diego go versatile, which hasn't been the case for sex with
Michael, the 27yo replies, "Must be the distance."

Game, Michael goes for it, "Distance?"

"Yeah, lying there while you're tantalizing my sweet piece of meat, it's
tough to see what you're `sitting on'!" he laughs his ass off!

"Oh really?" Michael forgets about the box of `Eden' cereal, approaching
his friend, "Then what was it you were referring to, holding my salami in
the shower, Deg?"

Diego peers down. He knows Michael is one of the `most active' men he
knows. "Like oh my god! Don't you ever quit?!"

He was speaking of the tent, which last night exploded all over him and
just minutes ago, Michael's manseed washed down the drain, and now, "Why?
Am I going to wait till I'm your age and `lose it, Deg?!'"

They hadn't fucked around, so Michael wouldn't know what it's like, having
Diego's 9c noodle, pounding his swimming hole. Groping himself, Diego
retorts, "Any time you want it, buddy!"

Desi had to admit to himself, he `was' being quite sneaky, sneaking up on
Michael and his father. Mainly, it was damn fun listening to two gay men
speak about stuff like they were carrying on about. However, the icing on
the cake was the hands-on action which accompanied the dialog, which gave
reason for the kid to play stoopid when he sees him in the kitchen, "Dad,
what are you doing?!"

Through his teeth, Michael snickers, "Now you're in trouble, Deg!"

Like an idiot, Diego turns around first, then removes the slight squeeze on
his crotch. `Always' he had an excuse for stuff, of which he knew Desi was
getting smarter and smarter about, but didn't refrain from holding back, "I
must be getting jock itch!" He makes like scratching.

"Sure dad," came the expected response from Desi. Skipping over why his dad
was holding his crotch, he says, "I'm ready to go Michael. Are you ready to
go?"

Occasionally, a situation would lead to where Desi's mind was stoked with
question. The last time Michael was here, after he went off to bed, Desi
could tell the difference between Michael's crotch, being ordinarily
stuffing the front of his pants and `over-stuffed'! Overly big was the case
now. He knew, didn't say anything!

"Almost ready. Hey, you got any other cereal besides this organic gravel?"
Michael shakes the box, it sounding like a makeshift drum.

Like he's heard it before from his father, and like son, "You need to get
some meat on those bones, Michael!"

Of course, Desi didn't have any knowledge of `boners', though if someone
explained it to him, he would get it immediately, so his reaction was much
different an interpretation than his father, more genuine.

Diego kept himself in fit shape, swimming, him and Desi jogging down the
beach and back, so there wasn't an ounce of extra fat clinging to his
frame, but Michael said it anyway, "What, and wind up a fat oaf like you're
father?"

"Oaf? Moi?" Diego often reverted to the French, plus adding a touch of
joking.

However, eager to get to Rockbottom, Desi skips over the quibbling, "Are
you guys ready yet?"

Michael jokes, "Persistent little buzzard," he rattles the box for one last
effect, "skip it. Breakfast.... later," he literally crams the box back
into the cupboard, punching the door closed two or three times!

"Hey, ya wanna take it easy on what don't belong to you, Michael?"

Still, unsatisfied with them bickering, "Can we just go, dad?"

Frankly, Diego was just as much eager to see the job prospectus Michael had
laid out for Desi, so picked his bowl up in two hands and swallowed
everything in a few gulps. Setting the bowl down, he wiped his mouth with
the back of his hand, saying, "Ready!"

"Dad, you're a slob!"

Michael agrees, "I know. You can't take him anywhere!"

"Me?"

On the way out of the house, to the unattached garage, getting into the
car, Desi had to `put up with' Michael and his dad in a friendly matching
up of whits, who could outdo the other, being the sloppiest. Of this he did
not mind at all, because it filled in the gaps of history, finding out
small tidbits of things, if Michael and his dad thought about, would not
want slipping out in front of him. Even though he minded his own business,
getting in the back seat of the jeep, fastening his seat belt, Desi
listening astutely, in case there would be something which could work to
his own advantage later on.

Then, like the switch was turned off, their conversation dissipated, Diego
asks, "Are we all set now?" he looked in the rearview, mainly to make sure
his son's seat belt was engaged.

Knowing the protocol, Desi replies, "All set back here, dad!"

"All set up here!" Michael quips, a hand rubbing his crotch.

Diego replies, in mostly an exhaling tone, "Asshole!"

Never missing a thing, Desi wondered what that was about. He knew it just
had to be something, communicated between two guys, which could be
understood without speaking out loud. However he had picked up on dozens of
gay stuff, so for now his interest was not in the mood of
pursuing. Instead, he turned his mind towards what his day would pan out to
be like.

Besides, on the ride to Rockbottom Marina, Desi was way too involved in
asking Michael all kinds of questions about his new responsibilities.

So much, his dad had to intervene, "Son, can we give Michael a chance to
catch his breath?"

He didn't mind the questions, Michael loving to give out details of his
employment, especially when it went off course and focused on `the
submarine.' However, he did welcome Diego's forced break, thinking of all
the things he had to do today, Saturday being one of the biggest tourist
days of the week.

Michael had already cleared it with Rockbottom's director, Dr. Mathieu
Tetreau.

"Tetreau?" Diego finds a connection. "Why does that name sound familiar?"

Michael replies, "`Tetreau French-Canadian Cuisine' mean anything to you?"

Only in town a few months, Diego vaguely recalls the foremost fact
revolving around the memory, "Pricey!"

"Also owned by Adrian Tetreau, Mathieu's twin brother. Though..." he
pauses, "you would never know they were twins."

Catching every word of conversation, Desi calls out, "How come, Michael?"

Smiling, his son saved him from asking, right on the tip of Diego's tongue!

Simply put, Michael says, "Because Mathieu has taken care of himself
and... not meant to put anyone down, but you can tell Adrian is a chef!"

Getting the picture, Diego replies, "Let himself go that bad, huh?" meaning
mounds of blubber stacked up on the chef's frame.

Seeing where Diego has gone with this vague description, "I wouldn't say to
the point of obese, more like your average bear," Michael laughs.

"Bear?" Desi stares at Michael.

It sure got Diego off the hook, him addressing Michael, "You brought it
up?"

Getting even, but setting things on course, Michael says, "Um, the driver
missed the turn?"

Wrinkling a nostril up, which altered the placing of his glasses on the
bridge of his nose, Diego replies, "You didn't `tell' me to turn, Michael?"

Desi follows the bickering, which was like two guys mad at each other, but
not so, with humor as the main ingredient.

Michael retorts, "You've been there twice Deg. You `should' know you're
way?" he sucker-slaps Diego on the bicep.

He had a temporary slip of memory, that Desi was in the car, Diego saying
with a devilish twang, "You didn't get enough touching me last night,
Mikey?"

Same time Michael condones, "Um, like your son is in the back seat?"

"Oh." Diego replies, toning down his voice. "I forgot. Sorry, son!"

"It's okay dad." What Desi wasn't sharing, the eleven year old having the
rare opportunity of `touching' Michael, even if it was for only a second
and on the back of his shoulder. It's like he touched gold and the residue
clinging to his hand, Desi not wanting to wash, lest the magic sensation
would rub off. He liked Michael a lot. He was a cool guy. He wasn't sure
how his life was going to pan out, his daily lifestyle, or physically, but
knew, if he prayed hard enough, maybe he too could have some of that nice
fur Michael had on his chest and stomach. Desi especially thought Michael,
or any man's stripe down the middle was `hot'.

Of course, Desi thinking stuff like this might be considered a more mature
man's themes, but he also rationalized with himself, he was almost about to
turn twelve. That was almost a teenager and guys that age thought about
stuff like this, or so he perceived as such. Of course, he didn't let it
cramp his lifestyle. There still were tons of other things to do, like
swimming, bod-boarding, and... thinking about it, the `guy issue', coupled
with passing a beach at this time of day, Desi stopped thinking rationally
for a moment and...

Noticing Michael looking over to the driver's side, his dad's mind on the
road, Michael was attuned to something else. Allowing his father to carry
on conversation, Desi saw what occupied Michael's mind, these teenaged or
college aged guys and an older dude, decked out in red shorts, some
matching tank tops, hustling on the beach, doing some kind of
routine. Because Desi was not listening to his father and had his undivided
attention on Michael, "What are they doing Michael?"

"What's who doing?" Diego asks. Fortunately for him, he was temporarily
parked at a red light.

Rather than divulge his true thoughts, Michael replies, "Lifeguards getting
ready for the beach crowd."

Unknown to Michael, nor Diego, Desi was thinking outside the box. Sure, it
interested him to why six guys in red were carrying a boat on their
shoulders, rather than allowing the waves to keep it afloat, or why they
were doing stuff like in his gym class at school, jumping jacks and
pushups? However, the `cosmetic' assessment also play a part, "How come the
guys carrying the boat have shirts on and the lifeguards doing the
exercises don't?"

Frankly, Michael could care less. Of interest to him, mostly the shirtless,
but also what they packed into those red board shorts!

"I suppose," Diego takes a stab at it, "it must get hot on the beach
working their..." he was going to say `asses off', modifying it, "buns
off!"

He was almost twelve. Desi has heard guys, mostly older than himself, talk
about their girls. He knew `parts' and what they were called. He figured it
didn't matter if a guy were gay or straight, an ass was called an `ass', a
cock, a `cock', and so on and so forth, but throwing off any suspicion, he
says, "Really dad?"

"Yup and it looks like today is going to be a doozie!" He looks out the
dashboard window, before proceeding through the green light.

"Next right," Michael says.

Sarcastically and with a slight tap on Michael's knee, Diego replies, "I
know that!"

Michael smiled, but also took a quick peek out of the side of his eye,
seeing the red shorts fade with the moving car.

When Michael wasn't watching, Desi did the same, but they were too far
gone.

Diego knew Michael did a last check, but he wondered when he saw Desi do
the same, in the rearview mirror!

"Left," Michael reminds.

Diego responds, "I know!"

"I don't want you to get lost."

He was about to say it, Desi beating him to it, "Hey dad, why don't you use
the GPS?"

If he knew where he was going, Diego didn't use the GPS.

"Because I know where I'm going?"

Michael starts laughing his ass off.

"What?" Diego says, like blaming him for laughing.

"You passed the entrance to Rockbottom?"

Desi got in on the laughs too, "You did, dad. Right back there!"

Like he tries putting over on both of them, "I know. I wanted to see what
was down the road," he immediately pulls into a side street.

"One way?"

"Oh shit!" Diego exclaims, jamming on the brakes!

Michael jokes, "Nothing like whiplash to wake a guy up in the morning!"

"Are you okay back there?" Diego asks.

"Thanks for asking `me'," Michael says, "I'm okay."

"I'm okay." And because his dad didn't bother, Desi asks, "Are you okay
Michael?"

Joking, Michael replies, "At least some guy in this car loves me! Yeah, I'm
okay Desi, thanks for asking!"

Fortunately it was a slight side street, part of a block long culdesac and
rarely traveled by anyone except residents, so there wasn't any oncoming
traffic at the moment. An easy task to do a k-turn.

Again, the short remaining time, doubling back to Rockbottom, Michael and
Diego talked, leaving Desi to think his own thoughts. Upon dwelling over
Michael's comment about loving him, Desi really did `love'
Michael. Partially it was because he was a cool guy, but another part was
physical. Without a doubt he knew his father and Michael had kissed and at
times he licked his lips, wondering what it was like to kiss Michael. He
then recollected Michael or his dad, giving each other a peck on the
cheek. But no, Desi was thinking beyond that.

He was graduating from the 6th grade, but here it was June and he was
feeling more like a 7th grader. If he was graduating into junior high
school it might have made a difference in his thinking, but the private
boys high school he was going to attend next September included grades 7
through 12. Instead of looking up to 8th graders, he would, daily be seeing
all the other grades, up to 12th grade. In Desi's mind it made a
difference. Some of those older guys could be as old as the lifeguards he's
seen on the beach!

He was startled out of his thought provoking thinking by the car going
silent, his dad exclaiming, "Here we are!"

Desi didn't even realize they had passed by the security booth at the
entrance to Rockbottom Marina!

Michael had opened the door and stood outside.

He hadn't noticed, wondered if his dad did, Michael, buttoning up the
remaining few buttons of his shirt. Getting out of his car, Desi caught the
last few shadings of chest hair, in the `v' of Michael's shirt. He smiled,
thinking how cool it was that Michael had hair his `front'. Then it was
time to put thoughts aside, Michael leading them in the front entrance to a
building.

"Whoa! What happened?" Desi asks, things really different than last time
they were there.

Michael jokes, "It's called funding and expansion!"

"Wow!" Desi replies, running a finger along the side of a wall-sized fish
tank.

Michael says, "Now, that's one of the things you will be discouraging
people from doing!"

Perceiving it as such, Desi replies, "What? Saying hello to the fish?"

Standing behind Desi, overshadowing his son, Diego replies, "I think
Michael means touching the tank?"

"Oh," Desi replies, removing his finger like he was touching a hot iron.

Diego furthers, "You see, a tiny tap on the outside is projected hundreds
of times and it scares them."

Attitude brightening up, Desi remarks, "No problem dad. If I see one kid
place as much as a pinky on the glass, I'll," the eleven year old swings
his arm through the air, plastering his left hand with his right palm,
making a cracking noise, "smack it right off the glass!"

`Hmm,' Michael ponders in his mind, first Diego, `and I thought all you
knew about were men's briefs?!' Then, training his mind on the kid, "No
Desi," he bends over a bit to address the almost five footer, "you need to
learn diplomacy."

"Da-what-ma-cee?"

From afar, a stranger, to Diego and Desi, but not Rockbottom, looked upon
the trio, analyzing the situation. Right away he took Michael out of the
equation. Leaving 2, he knew the kid could not be the one his colleague has
described as tall, about 6'1", muscular, well the shirt hid all that stuff,
though in description, the frame could very well support a sixpack, hence
Michael's depiction and with the kid out of the way, tall, dark and
`glasses', fit the description. However, to dismiss any qualms, he goes to
the source, "Michael?"

Unknown to Diego, Michael had given the director the heads up, that not
only would he be bringing by Desi, to be indoctrinated into their `Wards'
program, but his `handsome' father.

It was on this basis Dr. Tetreau had been occasionally glancing through the
miniblinds in his office, peering through the chainlink fence where
Michael's car would be parked on the other side. Even though it wasn't
Michael's car, but a jeep, he kept an eye and an ear watch about the
premises.

Now upon them, Michael takes the kink out of his bod, stands erect,
"Mathieu, yes..." Right away, Mathieu's attention fully drawn to last's
night bed mate, "Uh, this is Diego Sebastiani."

He was about to introduce Desi, but the 29 year old didn't give him, nor
Diego much of a chance, rushing his new acquaintance with extended hand, "I
have heard so much about you, Mr. Sebastiani."

Desi thought his dad was fairly good looking, but not partial to any
comparison when it came to other men, because... well, it was hid dad. Yet,
let any man say anything bad about his dad and Desi would jump in there
with `both fists!' Comparing Matheiu to no one in particular, he speaks
softly, "He's good looking, huh Michael?"

Michael's head slowly turns from Diego and the director and with a sly look
on his face, stares at Desi.

"What?" Desi replies to `the look'.

From a scientific point of view, Michael says, "Why, I didn't know you were
into the `male' of the species?"

Desi wasn't sure himself. He's an eleven year old kid, almost twelve and
though he's thought about it, why he thinks he will tremendously enjoy
going to an all-boys high school next September, he decides to leave
Michael hanging, "Michael... I'm an eleven year old kid. I have more
important things on my mind than what you and dad do in bed?"

"Oh?" Michael `plays the game', "and how would you know?"

"Dah, I found you and dad this morning, naked and laying together like a
hot dog in a bun?"

"Hot dog, huh?" Michael thinks of `you know what!' "Well just remember, if
you ever have a question and your father isn't around, I might be able to
answer it for you?"

Chilling out, Desi replies, "Thanks, Michael."

Finally, after a little chit-chat, Mathieu turned his attention to wards
the others, "You must be our new ward for the summer?"

On his best behavior, prompted to do so, Desi lifts his hand and greets,
"Yep! That's me," he says it likes Michael taught him, rushing the `Te',
saying over and over and over beforehand,
`Te-true... Te-true... Te-true...', "Mr. Tetreau."

"What do you think of our aquarium?"

Mathieu guiding Desi off on a little tour gave Diego and Michael some
quality time together.

"So, what do you think, Deg?"

Knowing Michael's real intentions, Diego sideswipes the obvious subject,
"Very brilliant man I take it. Really knows his stuff. I mean, he..."

"No, no, no Deg. Cut the pencil neck stuff," leading Diego to where he
wanted this conversation to go, "hot man, wouldn't you say?"

Doing a quick up and down glance of Michael and shrugging a shoulder, Diego
casually replies, "What does he have that you don't have?" he smiles.

Not that he's seen Mathieu in the buff, but the first time he happened upon
him in the mens room, "Oh, I would say there is `something' which far
surpasses something I've got!"

At first Diego didn't get it, but when he did get it, "You and Mathieu
have..."

"No-o," Michael jumps in, knowing where this was going, `to bed', "just so
happens I was standing next to him while we were both taking a leak."

With a sharp tongue, Diego chides, "Oh, so you couldn't take the urinal
farthest away, could you?"

Like reading a lyrical poem, Michael says, "Get ready to eat your words,
good buddy! So happens, the executive boys room has only 2 stalls," he
explains with his hands, "one sandwiched in next to the poopy-stall and the
other next to a concrete wall, a short wall in between, which is so short I
don't even know why they bothered putting it there. Any guy can see right
over..."

"And of course you did?" Diego fished for the ultimate fact.

Making a gesture like flushing the sound, "Squish-sh-sh-sh, I'd say about 8
or 9, cut."

"Very observant," Diego meant as a `dig'.

But he got it back in his face, "I wasn't doing anything you wouldn't do,
Deg!"

Diego replies, "How does that flushing sound go again?"

"C'mon," Michael grabs Diego by the arm, "let's go play `catch up!'"
