The second member of the assessment panel was Alistair Jiggers one of the
two county juvenile courts assessment officers. It was Mr Jiggers and his
associate Ms Nicks who issued most of the Notices Exempting the Wearing of

The third panel member was local doctor and Community Guardian, Dr Robert
Disney.

The evening's proceedings had started off normally with the introduction of
officials present but then turned embarrassing as all the naked children
were introduced, by name, age and school grade. There were more snickers

disclosed. After the parents and guardians present made their introductions
the questioning of the three applicants started with Mr Morrisson then he

It was only when Mrs Redhead started her questioning of Marcus that the

Marcus who was a college freshman and a few months into his 18th year

When Mrs Redhead asked him for his thoughts on this clause he noticeably
blushed, before stating his opinion that most 18 to 20 year olds were
mature enough not to need their parents to enact the special clause but
that he agreed in principle that it was the parents right to exercise this
option if circumstances warranted it.

"In my case I am very mature for my age" Marcus then fatally stated!

Mrs Redhead immediately disagreed with Marcus's statement and then
proceeded to detail the results of her investigation into Marcus's handling
of his role as a community guardian.

An increasing embarrassed and speechless Marcus was forced by repeated
questioning to admit to a string of minor abuses of the TBC system that he

His interview had culminated in Mrs Redhead opening a side door to the room
all were assembled and introducing Percy and Fanny Ashton, Marcus's
parents.

investigations to the Juvenile Court for an order to be issued on Marcus
Percy Ashton suspending his adult status and rights till he turned twenty
one years of age.

There were gasps of shock from around the room and Marcus turned very pale
and looked like he was on the verge of fainting.

He didn't seem to know what to think, or say, or do.

Nathan felt cold chill run through him as the shock at how much TBC had
changed the world he was once so comfortable living within.

At the same time he wanted to laugh out loud at the total fall from power
that he had just witnessed Marcus suffer

Marcus however looked like he had never felt less amused!

"Best get this white suspension band attached around your neck and then I
think we will get your brother to help you out of these clothes you are
wearing as you now come under the control of the Powel residence TBC signs
just like all the other juveniles in the room" said Mr Jiggers.

Marcus looked like he was about to object but before he could speak Mrs
Redhead interjected, "Taking Back Control teaches us that boys are nine to
ten times more likely than girls to need the experience of being naked in
public, though like your sister the occasional experience for girls is also
very beneficial. One of the core principals of TBC is that pre-pubescent
and pubescent boys in particular need to be naked regularly to give them
ample doses of humility. Equally important, they need to be exposed so they

Josh Ashton on the urging of his mother had moved over to his brother
whilst this was being said and when Mrs Redhead finished speaking he said

Standing in the centre of the room with everyone watching Josh began

not to cover up.

As Josh stood up Mrs Ashton came over. "Excellent, you still look like a
young teen not a man! It was then her turn to ruffle her sons' hair like a

"Make sure you get him to a barber first thing in the morning, so he looks

Nathan knew how Marcus was feeling. He too had suffered a public demotion

and sister, parents and neighbors present.

TBC had again left Nathan with a deep hollow feeling that was ever widening

like Marcus was now experiencing.

As Mr and Mrs Ashton turned towards two chairs that had been bought in for
them Mr Ashton again gave Marcus a light pat on his bare bottom and said,
"Now do us proud son and do as you are told for the remainder of the
night."

Marcus let out a groan and began to weep.
