Riley sighed as he climbed out of the car. It had been a long day. We had
just buried our father and while Riley was never one for crying he felt
like doing it right about now.

"Ri, tell Damien that Kendall is probably in the house sleeping or
something," Lex said as they walked up the steps.

"If he was here don't you think that he would brought this package in the
house?" Damien asked as he bent down to get it.

"What is it?" Riley asked him. Damien shook his head.

"I don't know," Damien said. "Let's get inside so we can look at it."
Riley went to unlock the door but discovered that it was already unlock.
Damien looked up. "What's wrong?"

"Door was unlock," Riley said. "I know that I locked it."

"Okay, maybe Kendall forgot to lock it back or something," Lex said. "No
need to panic." He went to open the door but was stopped by Riley.

"Wait," Riley said. He pushed Damien in front. "You go in first." Damien
rolled his eyes.

"And you called Kendall a faggot," he muttered under his breath as they
walked into the dark apartment. Lex felt his baseball against the wall
where he usually kept it and handed it to Damien. They saw a light in the
kitchen and heard noises of rambling.

"We'll stay here," Lex said to Damien. Damien sighed and walked slowly
into the kitchen. He saw someone with their back turned fixing a
sandwich. He swung the bat back and swung it but with his bad
coordination the bat flew out of his hand and into the refrigerator. The
person turned around.

"Oh my god," Damien said recognizing the guy. The guy frowned at him.

"What the fuck is going on here?" He asked. It was Joel.

"Joel?" Riley asked as he walked into the kitchen. "What the hell are you
doing here? How the hell did you get in here?"

"I have a key," Joel said with a shrug. Riley and Lex looked over at
Damien who threw his hands up.

"I got tired of getting up in the middle of the night to let him in," He
said. "You know he is like a stray dog looking for a free meal."

"Anyway, where is Kendall?" Joel asked. "I was thinking with everything
you four would be inseparable."

"Um..." Lex said not sure of what to say.

"We found out Kendall was gay and we wont nothing to do with him," Riley
answered shocking Joel, Damien, and Lex. "So he is out finding himself or
out finding aids."

"Riley," Damien said throwing his hands up in the air. "You have got to
stop holding that against him. He is our brother."

"Was our brother," Lex said and Damien sighed.

"And if you keep fighting us on this," Riley said to Damien, "We will
disown you like we did."

"I can't believe this," Damien said knowing he was losing this battle.

"Guys, I hate to ruin this touching family moment but there is something
I need to tell you," Joel said and Riley flashed him an amused look.

"You like the cock too?" He asked sarcastically. Joel shook his head.

"I can tell you who killed your dad," Joel said to them.

"What?" Lex asked in shock. Joel shrugged.

"But I need Kendall here before I can tell you anything," He said and
Damien went for the phone.

Present

"This is the fourth time we had to keep voting," Donovan Harris said.
"What is wrong with you people?"

"I can't come up with a guilty verdict," Shelly Williams said. "Not for
kids."

"Those kids killed another kid," Donovan said. "Those kids deserve to be
convicted of their crime."

"He is right," John Garland said. "Think of that boy's family. He was
barely eighteen year old and they shot him."

"Just like he shot their dad," Rita Strickland said. "He shot their dad
twice. You two make it seem like they had no reason to kill the boy. He
took the only thing they knew."

"But wait a second," Shelly said. "Only one pulled the trigger."

"While the other three watched," Donovan said. "They are just as guilty."

"So what do we do?" Carla Santiago asked. Donovan sighed.

"We need to have a vote," he said. "I vote guilty."

"Guilty," John said. Rita sighed.

"Guilty," She said.

"Guilty," Carla said. Shelly listened as the other jurors all gave their
guilty verdict.

"Shelly?" Donovan said. She shook her head. "Shelly. I need your
verdict."

"Guilty," She said with a sigh.

"Good girl," Donovan said to her.

"Let's just hope you all can sleep at night," She said grabbing her
purse.

Flashback

I closed my cellphone as I stood in Tony's home. He looked up at me.

"Who was it?" he asked me.

"My brother," I said grabbing my jacket.

"The two who hate you?" He asked me. I shook my head.

"The only one I have left," I said sadly. I looked at him. "You know I
still can't believe I came back here with you. I don't even know you."

"But Damien does," He said to me.

"The only Tony he talks about is the one he and Lex hate," I said to him.
"Is that you?"

"Must be a different Tony," He said with a nervous laugh. "So you need a
ride home?"

"Yeah but let me use your bathroom," I said to him. He pointed down the
hall.

"Second door on your right," He said to me. I smiled at him. His
cellphone rang.

"Hello," He said after seeing it came from a blocked number.

"Is it done?" A voice asked him. Tony realized who it was. It was man who
hired him to kill our father.

"I didn't get Damien and Lex but I got Kendall," Tony said. Silence.
"Hello?"

"I wanted you to leave Kendall for me," the voice said. "His father
idolized him and I wanted a piece of Kendall before I let him join his
father."

"What do you want me to do?" Tony asked him.

"I want you to leave Kendall," He said with a sigh. "Get one of the other
boys first. Bring Kendall to me tomorrow."

"Fine," Tony said as he heard the toilet flush. "I will get back with
you."

"No, I will get back with you," The man said. "And if you screw this up I
will kill you." Tony heard a click.

"Okay, I'm ready," I said walking back into the living room. Tony smiled
softly.

Present

"In the case of Riley Morales what is your verdict?" The Judge asked. All
four of us held each other's hands. It's funny. After all we had been
through with me being gay and we bond over something like this.

"We find Mr. Morales...Guilty," The juror said. Riley looked down at the
floor and I heard him cry softly.

"In the case of Alexander Morales?" The Judge asked.

"Guilty," The Juror said. Lex buckled and Riley and Damien had to hold
him up.

"Riley and Alexander since you two have been found guilty for accessory
to murder, I am sentencing you two for 15 years in prison with the
possibility of parole in 2013," The judge said. "Officer, please take
them away."

"Please I want to hear my brother...brothers verdict," Riley said
softly. The Judge looked at him. This was his toughest case. He hadn't
wanted a verdict like this but it was his job to uphold the law.

"Fine," The Judge said. "In the case of Damien Morales?"

"Guilty," The juror said. Damien fought back his tears and held on
tightly to my hand.

"Damien Morales I sentence you to 15 years for accessory to murder," The
Judge said. "You are eligible for parole in 2013. Kendall Morales?"

"Yes your honor?" I asked him. He looked at me.

"Do you feel any remorse for the crime that you have been accused of?" He
asked me. I sighed.

"He killed my father for a man who wanted revenge," I said to him. "I've
never shot someone before but I'd do it again for my family. Do I feel
remorse? Yes. Do I regret it? No."

"Very Well," The judge said to me. "In the case of Kendall Morales what
is your verdict?"

"Guilty," The juror said. I wasn't going to cry. I killed a boy because
he killed my father. But he was about to kill my brother. I had to do
something.

"Kendall you have been found guilty of murder in the second degree but I
will be lenient on you and sentence you to 15 years in prison as well,"
The Judge said to me. "You are eligible for parole in 2013. Court is
dismissed. Take them away." I looked back to see Jude sitting in the
back. He was crying. What I didn't realize was that I was getting ready
to be walking into the pits of hell in less than two hours.

Flashback

"Where have you been?" Riley demanded as I walked into the house.

"I don't have to answer to you," I said to him. He grabbed my arm. "Let
go of me."

"Where were you?" He asked me. I shook my arm away.

"I was with Damien's friend," I said taking a seat beside Damien. "Tony."

"Tony?" Riley, Joel, Lex, and Damien said in unison.

"Yeah," I said looking at them weird. "What's the big deal? He is
Damien's friend."

"He is not my friend," Damien said. "He is the one who fought me because
I had to protect Lex."

"You didn't have to," Lex muttered. I shrugged.

"I wonder why he felt he had to lie?" I asked them. Joel cleared his
throat.

"That is what I am trying to tell you about your dad," He said to us.

"What does he have to do with who killed our father?" Riley asked him. I
looked up at Joel.

"Whoa, flip that and reverse it," I said to him. "You know who killed my
dad?"

"Tony," Joel said. Damien covered his mouth. "Look, I found out today
after the funeral. Tony was bragging about it to people and saying how
someone paid him to kill your father. I am guessing the guy who your dad
had prosecuted."

"Oh my god," I said wanting to throw up. "He killed our dad? I was in his
home." Damien got up.

"Where are you going?" Riley asked him. Damien shook his head and walked
out the door. Riley made a move to go after him but I stopped him.

"Let him go," I said. He shook my hand off. Lex looked at Joel.

"Are you sure Tony killed dad?" He asked him. He didn't know how to
react.

"I'm positive," Joel said sadly. "I'm sorry guys."

"What are we gonna do?" Lex asked Riley. Riley's head was spinning.

"Tony killed our father," Riley said. "So now we are gonna kill him."

"What?" I asked in shock. "Kill him? Wait, Riley we are not murders."

"He fucking shot our dad, Kendall," Riley said. "I say we return the
favor."

"Dad wouldn't want this," I said shocked at his idea.

"Fuck what dad would want," Riley said. "That fucker took the best man we
ever knew away from us and he doesn't deserve to be alive."

"Lex, say something," I said to him. Lex looked at me.

"I think we need to think before we act," He said and with that he got up
and walked to his room. Joel didn't know what to do or say. So he sat
there.

"I am not gonna be apart of your vendetta," I spat at Riley as I walked
past him to my own room. Riley fell back on the couch and begin to sob.

Tony opened his door to see Damien standing there.

"Kendall?" He asked him. Damien punched him in the face.

"Wrong twin," Damien said kicking Tony in the stomach. "You fucking
killed my dad?" They wrestled but Tony threw him off of him. He grabbed
his gun off the table and shot Damien in the shoulder.

"Yeah, I killed your dad," He said kicking Damien in the face. "What are
you gonna do about it?"

"Why?" Damien asked as he applied pressure to his gunshot wound.

"Money is power," Tony said and he walked over to a suitcase and opened
it. Inside it was about ten thousand dollars. "Your dad was a wanted man.
And I am glad that I had the opportunity to kill him. It was fun watching
him die."

"Fuck you," Damien said wincing in pain.

"No thanks," Tony said shooting Damien in the leg. "I like your brother
better."

I grabbed my shoulder. Lex looked at me as we stood in the shoulder.

"What's wrong with you?" he asked me. I felt a strong pain.

"You remember when I broke my arm and Damien started crying and grabbing
his?" I asked him. Lex shook his head.

"Yeah, he kept saying your name and we need to find you because he
thought you are in trouble," Lex said to me. "What? You think your
shoulder is telling you something about Damien."

"It's a twin thing," I said to him. I pulled out my cellphone and dialed
his number. I heard the call connect and I heard screaming. "Oh my god!"

"What's wrong?" Riley asked as he heard the screams on speakerphone.

"I think Damien is in trouble," I said covering my mouth. My brother was
screaming in pain and I heard a voice in the background. Then the phone
call got disconnected.

"You think he is with Tony?" Lex asked me. I nodded my head.

"We have to go get him," I said to Riley who nodded.

"Lex stay here," Riley said pulling a gun out of his pocket.

"No," Lex said forcefully. "He killed our father and he is trying to kill
our brother. I am not gonna stay here and hope he doesn't kill you two.
I'm going and that is final."

"Let's just go," I said to them. "And put that away. We might not have to
use it."

Present

"Lex," Riley said as we were going through a search by the guards. Lex
was completely catatonic. He wasn't moving. He wasn't talking. He was
just staring into space. Riley sighed and looked at Damien who was
putting on his orange jumpsuit. "You alright?"

"No," Damien said. "I am in prison for fifteen years. Why the hell would
I be okay?"

"I'm sorry for all this," I said quietly. Damien helped Lex into a
wheelchair.

"No," Damien said. "I should've never went over there. If I hadn't went
there I wouldn't have been shot and you wouldn't have shot him."

"I just wish I could've shot him myself," Riley said angrily as we were
waiting for the guard to take us in.

"No you don't," I said to him sadly. "I killed a man. That night, I lost
apart of me I don't think I will ever get back. I mean look at what it
did to Lex." Riley looked at me. We both knew we still had to work on the
gay thing but Riley knew he had to be a big brother.

"Stop blaming yourself," He said to me. "This is the day where we start
our new lives."

Damien was being punched around Tony's house. Tony was having fun before
he killed him.

"Come on now," Tony said. "It's no fun beating you up if you don't fight
back." Damien growled in pain and tackled Tony who sat laughing.

"Motherfucker," Damien said noticing the gun had slid out of his hand. He
made a move to grab it but Tony kicked him across the face.

"Well, I think we have had enough fun," Tony said pointing the gun at
Damien. "Time to say bye-bye." Riley kicked the front door in Tony
whirled around to see the three of us rush in.

"Damien," Lex said making a move to him but Tony pointed the gun at him.

"Stay back," he said to him. "I promise you are next." Riley took out the
gun and pointed it at Tony. I didn't even stop him.

"Let him go and let us go," Riley said stepping in front of Lex and I.

"Or what?" Tony asked. "You will shoot me? Go ahead. I dare you." Riley
put his finger on the trigger. I could sense him shaking. He couldn't do
it. No matter how much he wanted to.

"Ri, Don't," Damien said weakly. I looked at the gun in Riley's hand. I
looked at Tony. This boy who I thought I could trust had a gun pointed at
us. He killed our dad. He shot my brother. He was gonna kill my other
brothers and me. I couldn't let this go on.

"Fuck it," I said grabbing the gun from Riley. I pulled the trigger and
the bullet hit him in the chest. I shot him two more times and he hit the
ground. He was dead. Riley and Lex looked at me with unreadable looks.

"What did you do, Kendall?" Damien asked in shock.

"I just made the biggest mistake of my life," I said looking at Tony. The
next thing I know is that I fainted.

I walked down in the corridors of the prison. Damien and Riley both were
in their cells. I had wanted to get out and explore. Lex was down in the
infirmary. I guessed I would visit him.

"Yo, Antonio, freshmeat," Jay said to his buddy as I walked past their
table.

"Hey ese," A voice called out to me. I turned around to see two Latino
guys looking at me. One with mild interest and the other who looked like
he was undressing me with his eyes.

"Yeah?" I asked him. He got up and walked up towards me.

"You gotta be new here," He said to me as we continue walking.

"And why is that?" I asked him. He turned and looked at my butt.

"With an ass like that, I know who is new and who aint," He said to me. I
laughed but I realized he was serious. "You know we should go back to my
cell."

"I don't think so," I said to him. "But thanks for the offer." I made a
move to walk past him but he pushed me up against a wall. I felt his hips
grinding into my ass and felt his dick harden.

"That wasn't a suggestion," He said to me. I tried to break free but he
was kissing my neck.

"What the fuck are you doing?" I asked him. I noticed that most of the
inmates around weren't even paying attention.

"One thing you gotta learn about this place," He said sliding his hands

and be my bitch or I will kill you. Either way I will fuck you one way or
another. What is your name?"

"Kendall," I said through gritted teeth. He slid his hand towards the

"No," I said and I felt him thrust his finger roughly inside of me.

"That will come soon," He said pulling his fingers out of me. I turned to
face him. "I will see you soon, son." He kissed me roughly on the lips
and walked over to his friend where they hi-fived each other.

I realized that my life would be in serious danger if I didn't do what he
said. Forgetting Lex, I walked back to my cell.

Episode Three is called The Welcome. Kendall refuses to tell his brother
what is wrong. He also befriends a nice inmate. Damien mistakenly makes
another inmate mad and seeks protection. Riley joins a gang. Lex comes
out of his shock to find out he is alone.
