Teasing or More Part 1

Billy and Tommy have lived next door to each other since they were born.
They were always together, studying for tests, playing basketball,
swimming, and pretty much anything you could imagine.  One more week of
school and it was going to be glorious summer time.  They had both just
turned 14 and had no idea how much fun this summer was going to be.

It all started when they were studying for their final exam in history.
You know how it is, you can only study just so much before you have to take
a break.  Billy was about to go stir crazy and asked Tommy if he wanted to
do something different.  Tommy was definitely ready for a break too so
agreed.

The only problem was neither one had any idea what they wanted to do.
Billy got things started totally by accident when he said something like "I
don't know, but I can do anything you can do but better".  Tommy was always
competitive so said "We can take turns.  Whoever can't do what the other
does first loses."  Billy agreed.  Then he thought about it a bit and said
"What is the bet?  What will you have to do when you lose?"  Tommy laughed
and said "You mean what will you have to do?"

They flipped a coin and Billy guessed right and got to go first.  He dared
Tommy to stand on his hands and balance for one minute.  Tommy said "Dude,
you are so going to lose.  I can balance forever."  He flipped on his hands
and just like he said easily balanced for the whole minute.  What he didn't
think about was that his shorts were pretty lose.  When he was on his
hands, Billy could see part of his ass cheek and definitely the outline of
his dick.  When Tommy came back down, he thought Billy looked a little
strange.  Again, he had no idea that Billy had been checking out his dick.

When it was Billy's turn, he fell over almost immediately.  Tommy said
"Dude, you are better than that.  What happened?"  Billy answered "I don't
know.  I just lost my balance I guess.  You aren't really going to make me
do anything are you?"  Tommy just grinned and said "Of course.  What fun
would it be if we didn't bet.  lol"

Billy was actually getting excited about the thought.  What would Tommy ask
him to do.  Billy had recently begun thinking about what Tommy would look
like totally nude.  He didn't think he would ever do anything, but it made
him hard just thinking about it.

Tommy said "I got it.  You have to give me a blowjob."  Billy yelled "What?
No way.  That is sick.  You gotta say something reasonable."  Tommy was
just joking, but once he said it, he got to thinking that he would see just
how far Billy would go.  He was horny.  And just the thought of a blowjob
got him a little plump.  Tommy said "Ok, I just just joking, but you can
pretend that you are going to give me one."

Billy said "Dude, you are just crazy.  There is no way I am going to suck
you."  Tommy just said "Come on and get on your knees.  You lost, so pay
up."  Billy slowly got down on his knees and just looked at Tommy.  Tommy
walked right up to Billy about six inches in front of him.  By this point,
he was totally hard and knew Billy could tell.

Tommy was wondering just how far to push it and see what would happen.  So

he was looking right in Billy's eyes.  Billy glanced from Tommy's eyes to

it if Tommy didn't back down.

Tommy was confused with the feelings he was having right then.  For a split
second, he thought about telling Billy to open up.  Then he thought this
was totally gay and he was not gay.  Finally he just got scared and backed
off.  He started laughing and acted like he was just joking the whole time.
He said "Billy, dude, that was funny as hell.  I think you really want my
bone."

Billy blushed a litte and stood back up.  He was about to freak out too.
All he could manage to say was "Thanks Tommy.  I guess I owe you now."  Now
that Tommy had put his dick back in his shorts, the tension broke.  Tommy
just said "I will think of something later.  Let's finish studying ok?"
