The Covenant
Chapter 1:

It was just another day at Spencer Academy. Nothing exciting going on but
then again it was Monday, but at least this was the last class of the day.
As Tyler sat through a boring English lecture, his mind began to drift back
to the weekend he'd just had. The bonfire was great and the cop chase was
just icing on the cake. But he always had fun with his boys. Reid, Caleb
and Pogue. Keeping their powers secrete had made them closer than friends,
more like brothers. He smiled to himself, remembering Caleb reluctance at
first but how he eventually gave in.  Caleb was kind of the leader, the
responsible voice of reason. He was the strongest of the four. He kept them
out of a lot of trouble. Pogue was kind of his right-hand man. Tyler
himself was the quiet one, while Reid was the bad boy of the four. He
constantly pushed Caleb's buttons, like a little brother would his big
brother, knowing full well Caleb would never seriously hurt him.

Tyler looked to his left at Reid, who was obviously not playing attention
either. Tyler was the closest to Reid. They were rarely apart. Reid noticed
Tyler looking at him and flashed him that sexy smile Tyler loved. Kyle
smile instinctively and looked down at his notes. Lately he'd been thinking
about Reid a lot. And when he did, he's thoughts on more than one occasion
drifted to Reid being naked. Being on the swim team together for so long,
Tyler had seen all the guys naked plenty of times. And while all the guys
had great bodies, there was something about Reid. Pogue had the most
defined muscles, while Caleb's were bigger. Reid was perfect though. He'd
memorized every inch of his body from that beautiful head of blonde hair to
those size 10-1/2 feet. And everything in-between.  He had a nice strong
chest with a matching set of abs to kill for. Below the waist was pretty
impressive too. Reid had the cutest muscled bubble butt, hairless. But his

All of a sudden, Tyler hear his name followed by a snap in front of his
face. "Earth to Tyler" he heard a familiar voice say. Tyler snapped out his
trance and realized class was over. There standing in front of him was Reid
with that perfect angelic smile that just made Tyler's heart melt.

"And where were we just now?" Reid asked with a smirk.

"Huh?" Tyler said shaking away the dream.

"Deep in thought? What about?" He asked

"ooh.uhm.nothing..nothing." he responded as he gathered his books and
stood. But the slight bulge in his pants said otherwise. Tyler quickly
turned around to adjust himself but Reid had already seen it.

"Doesn't look like nothing from this view." Reid said with a devilish
grin. "Which girl were you just fucking? Is she in this class?" he said
turning around to look at the students exiting the class. Then he turned
around with a questioning stern look, "Dude, it had better not be
Sarah. It's enough Caleb's into her. She's mine, you'll see."

"Whatever dude." Tyler said simply turning to face him again.

"Fine, you dream about all you want but that's all it will be is a dream,
cause once I throw a little charm her way, it all over." He said
confidently.

"Dude, I'm not even into to her...just drop it, we're going to be late for
practice." He said walking past Reid and sounding a little hurt and
embarrassed.

Reid was a little taken back by his response but decided not to press
it. "Alright man." He said catching up with him and throwing over Tyler
shoulder. "You know you my boy right? No girl, not even Sarah could change
that."

Tyler just smiled.

Meanwhile Caleb and Pogue were already in the locker room changing. Pogue
had always lusted after Caleb's body. Caleb would let Pogue blow him every
once in a while but nothing more like Pogue wanted. Caleb was the only guy
Pogue ever lusted after. He had a girlfriend and considered himself
straight.  "So you think Tyler will ever come out and just tell us?" Pogue
question the half naked Caleb

"Tyler is like a brother to me and I know you feel the same. And as much as
it hurt that he doesn't trust us enough to come to us..."

"Who doesn't trust you?" Tyler said dropping his bag in front of his
locker. He and Reid had came in on the last sentence.

"Ooh.uhm.Aaron" Caleb stammered out.

"Yeah" Pogue continued, "His time on his laps are a bit slow, we think he
could use some help."

"Oh. Well you know Aaron. That arrogant son of a bitch isn't gonna ask for
help." Tyler said hanging his shirt up in his locker.

"What did you say about me you little piss-ant?" Aaron suddenly said from
around the corner.

Tyler threw his head back and exhaled in annoyance. He really hated this
guy, but decided to play it cool. "Aaron man, it's cool. If you need help,
just say so. I'm sure Caleb wouldn't mind helping you with your lap time."

"There ain't nothing wrong with my lap time you little shit." Aaron said
getting in Tyler's face.

"Hey man, chill out." Reid interjected.

Aaron turned to face Reid. "You wanna start something too bitch?"

Tyler smiled to himself slightly. He liked it when Reid took up for him,
even though if he really wanted to, he could hurt Aaron really bad.

"Is there a problem ladies?" the coach said.

"I don't know coach. Is there a problem Aaron?" Reid said giving Aaron a
little smirk he knew would piss him off even more.

Aaron held his gaze for a moment more and then conceded "Naw coach, there's
no problem."

"Okay then mermaids, let's hit the water." coach said walking away.

"You're lucky fuck-face." Aaron said walking away giving all the boys an
evenly evil look.

"What an ass" Tyler said turning back to locker.

Caleb and Pogue looked at each other and smiled. "See yall in the water"
Caleb said as he and Pogue for the pool.

Tyler turned from Caleb and Pogue and saw Reid was staring at him. "What?"

Now it seems that Reid was the one deep in thought. "You alright dude? You
seem a little.I don't know different lately." Reid asked as he resumed
undressing.

`Other than the fact that I'm in love with you, no everything is great.'
Tyler thought to himself. "Just peachy." he said. Reid wasn't convinced but
decided to leave it alone until later.
