Subject: The Regatta - Part 2

Hey folks, here's part two! Thanks for the emails about part one - they
were great. I did have a good suggestion, to tell you that this story is
written in Dual-Narrative, meaning the two main characters tell the story
from their point of view, alternating between the two. This let's me
develop two characters in a unique way. Sorry for the confusion! Anyways,
feel free to write me at libra_@hotmail.com and let me know what you think!

The Regatta - Part Two
=================

Realizing that we were getting tongue involved, I started getting into the
kiss alot more. With Trey hovering above me, kissing me, I moved to get
into a more comfortable position. In doing so, my leg and foot dropped
from the chair onto the tile floor, causing me to yell out in pain once
more.

"Mmmph! OUCH!" I yelled, breaking the kiss.

"Oh dude! Are you ok? Did I do anything?" Trey asked, his worried face
looking cute.

"No, man, I dropped my foot onto the floor."

"Oh, hehe, well we had better get going and put some ice on it." Trey
directed.

"Yeah, I suppose that's a good idea."

With that he helped me up and to the car. After I got settled into the
driver side, he ran back inside and cleaned up and locked the place. Damn,
he changed inside. Oh well, at the rate things were going in there, I
shouldn't be disappointed for too long. I asked him where he lived, and
found out it was only about a 3 minute walk from my place.

"Do you mind just heading over to my house now and then walking home?" I
asked. I wanted to get some ice quick, and some pain meds.

"Heck no. How would you get inside anyways? You need some help." He
said.

With that I smiled at him and drove home. We didn't talk much on the way
there. I was mostly thinking about what had just happened. I couldn't
believe my luck. A cute, smart, sincere, guy had just walked into my life
and taken me by surprise. I sat there and smiled while driving.

"Hmmm, by the smile on your face I would venture to guess that a) you get
off on pain or b) you aren't really in that much pain at all!" Trey said.

"Nope. C) I'm in major pain but could care less right now with you sitting
here next to me." I grinned.

"Aww shucks. Don't start that. And I feel the same
way.....well....without the pain. Hehe." He replied.

God that accent was adorable! He blew me away everytime he talked. We
pulled up into my driveway and he helped me out into the basement, where my
room was. I had my own fridge, TV, couch and other stuff to make it into a
semi-apartment.

"Wow! This is awesome! So you can come and go as you please?" He asked,
while getting an ice-pack from the fridge and coming over to where I sat on
the sofa.

"Yeah, pretty much." I answered. He lifted my leg and took my sock off,
gently applying the ice. I shivered.

Just then I heard a banging at the top of the stairs. Great - just what I
needed - my father coming down and causing shit.

"Umm, Trey? Thanks. You can go now. I-I-I'll be OK. I'll see you
tomorrow at school. Talk to you later, ok?" I said hurridly, trying to
stand up and usher him out quickly before the monster came down.

"Whoa dude, what's the rush? Sit down. Is that your Dad coming down?
Where I come from it's polite to meet the folks." He said, then whispered
to me, "Your secret is safe with me, if that's what your worried about."
Then a wink.

Dammit, why did he have to be so cute? Just then my father came down.

"Chris, where have you been?"

"I went to Crew practice."

"Good. Keep up those extra-curricular activities, or you won't ever get
into an Ivy League school. Who's this?"

"Dad, meet Trey. He's new, just moved up here from Mississipi. He joined
Crew today and I was helping him out."

"Hi, Trey. I'm Mr. Smith. Nice to meet you." With that he reached out to
shake hands. I couldn't believe my father was actually being nice. Maybe
he is turning over a new leaf....

"As soon as Trey leaves you need to start on the lawn."

...then again, maybe he was still the asshole I had come to known.

----------------------------------------------

Did I just hear that right? Mow the yard?

"But Mr. Smith, He" I started, then Chris interrupted.

"Trey. Ok, Dad. I will." Chris said. I looked at him funny, to which he
just smiled at his father and me.

"Sounds good, son. Nice to meet you, Trey." His father said to me,
looking at him gave me the chills for some reason.

"Umm, good to meet you, too." I was still flabbergasted, but Chris was
motioning me to not do anything. With that, Chris's dad left to go
somewhere.

"Chris - what is *that* all about?!" I asked with concern.

"Trey, look man, don't worry about it. I think my ankle is alot better now
anyways. We have a small yard. It won't take me anytime at all." I
exasperated.

"Like hell it will. Where's your lawn mower?" I asked.

"Trey, no. I will do it. I'll see you tomorrow. Thanks, though." He
said to me.

"Chris, shutup. Where's the mower?" I held steadfastly.

With that he pointed to the shed outside. I ran out and started the mower
and started mowing. His yard was small. I finished it in no time, and I
ran in to ask him if they trim the yard. I saw him sitting on the couch,
crying softly.

"Chris, dude, what's wrong man?" I said sitting next to him and putting my
arm around him.

"*sniff* Nothing, everything... I dunno. *sniff* Thank you so much for
mowng the lawn. I'll pay you back." He replied.

"Oh I know you will pay me back." I said with a grin. He smiled and
laughed. "You never did fill me in on how you hurt your ankle." I saw his
face fall again.

"Trey, I don't want to dump all of this on you." He told me. With that, I
held his face up by the chin and gave him a soft kiss.

"Chris, don't worry about it, man. I know we just met today, but I feel I
have known you for my whole life. I want you to trust me, because I trust
you. I know it sounds weird, but that's how I feel. Besides, I would hope
that you would want to hear all my shit, too. What are friends for?" I
said.

"Trey, that doesn't sound weird at all. I feel the same way. I know what
you mean, I feel like I have known you forever too." He replied. "You
see, my father is a control-freak. And on top of that, he drives my
brothers and I to perfection. It's too much sometimes. And he's strict.
We got into it the other night, about my grades. One thing led to another,
and I mouthed off. He got up and slapped me, to which I stepped back and
missed the top step of the stairs. It was my fault. I twisted my ankle
off of that." He explained.

Listening to this whole story brought back memories of my experiences with
strict fathers. I totally understood what this guy was going through.

"Chris, it's cool, bud. I know what you are going through. Listen, I
gotta get home - my control-freak dad expects me home when comes in from
work." With that we both laughed.

"Thanks again for mowing the lawn. But don't tell anyone, my father would
have a fit if he knew you did that." Chris said.

"Hey, you mowed it, didn't you?" I said, smiling. With that I ran out and
home.

----------------------------------------------

As I sat there on the couch, I was thinking about the day's events. You
would have thought I had just won the lottery, I was so happy. Trey, that
angel, had single-handedly made my world into a place I never wanted to
leave. How did I get so lucky? I decided I should get up and start
studying. I hobbled over to my booksack, and noticed Trey had left his
here, too. Ahh yes, he would have to come back tonight. I felt great all
over again! I settled in for some studying, waiting for Trey to show up.
I put on my Jai CD, lit some candles, and sat down with my Government book.
Now about that bicameral system....

I woke up what felt like 15 minutes later, but a quick glance at the clock
told me it had been 2 hours. It was dark outside, and I heard another
noise at the other end of my basement room. I couldn't see too well, but
it looked like someone was trying to open the sliding glass door. They
opened it and slid it shut quietly, slowly moving over to the coffee table
in front or me and the couch. relief swept over me when I realized it was
Trey.

"Hey dude, came back for you books, I see." I semi-whispered. He jumped.

"Oh jeez! I thought you were asleep!" he started.

"I was, but I don't mind. We should trade numbers." I suggested. We
wrote each others numbers down and swapped them.

"Hey, you can stay and study if you want. I don't mind." I said.

"Umm, sure! I'd like that. We've already eaten, I'll just call home and
tell Dad." He replied. He picked up the phone and asked to stay. After
what seemed like a thousand questions, he finally hung up. "Ok, I'm good.
I got all my stuff done for tonight."

"Kewl! What do you want to do first? Government? Let's quiz each
other... you start while I fix a quick meal." I made to get up.

"Hey! YOU ask the questions, TinyTim, and *I* will fix you something. I
hope you like PB&J!" He said grinning and leaping up.

"Well considering that's all i have to fix, yeah!" I replied, laughing.

We made small talk for a while about my taste in music, where he was from,
and what he thought of "yankee country". I learned that his parents had
split when he was 14 and had a younger sister that lived with his mother.
I was great fun just talking with him, it seemed so easy and real. No
fronts to keep up here. I gradually queried him about the kiss earlier,
and his thoughts on that.

"So, uhh, what did you think when I pulled you down for that kiss?"

"Heh, I was dreaming? No, I thought it was cool. I have to be honest here
- this is new territory for me. Not wanting a guy, but actually getting
one." He blushed.

"Oh? So you *got* me, huh?" I jabbed.

"Haha, well you know what I mean!" He slapped me with a pillow.

I lunged as best as I could at him on the couch, finding myself laying on
top of him. "No, I don't know what you mean. Why don't you show me?"

----------------------------------------------

As he layed there on top of me, the dare rang through my ears again. I
looked at his eyes, and I swore they were beckoning me. I slowly moved my
head forward, feeling his lips against mine. They were so soft, tasting so
good. I moved my hands to his back, pulling him closer to me. I ran my
hands up under his shirt, feeling the soft skin that lay underneath. I
couldn't believe this was happening. No - it wasn't. It's a dream. Well,
I might as well get into it and try to enjoy as much as I can! I slowly
moved myself to a lying position, my back resting on the couch arm. He was
on top of me, his body laying mostly on the couch, between my legs. I
slowly started to grind my torso into his, still enjoying the kiss. I
broke it a minute later, gasping for air and moving to his ear. I had a
thing for lobes. He responded with a moan, which got me even hotter.

After a few minutes of body surfing, I decided to move further. I slowly
slid my hands down to his waistline, siding my fingers under his underwear.
After a bit, I was firmly holding his butt cheeks and still grinding away.
I could die right now. This was so awesome. After a while, he started
moaning something.

"Chris.... Chris.... what?" I asked.

"We....we....*sigh*... we had better stop. It's getting late." he said.

*Sigh* "Yeah, I suppose you're right. But I don't want to!" I pleaded.

"Me neither. But it's late and my brother may walk in on us. He comes in
this way sometimes..." We were still grinding at it.

"Ask him to join us then..." I interjected.

"HAHA! You wish!" He said, and got up.

We both straightened ourselves up. I looked at him and wondered how I
could have gotten so lucky. I got up and gave him a quick kiss goodbye and
started to leave, half wishing he would ask me to stay.

"Umm, Trey?"

"Yeah?" I replied anxiously.

"You forgot your books. Heh."

"Oh, hehe, thanks." I blushed.

"Want me to pick you up in the morning?" he asked.

"Yeah! That'd be awesome!" I said.

"Great! I'll call you before I leave. Goodnight, bud."

"Goodnight to you, too." I said, then left. This was looking good!
