New City Means New School

Im gonna miss it all: my house, my car, my friends, & most importantly my
mom. All lost due to some dumbass 16 year old who decided to drink &
drive. See, I was taking my mom to work in my car when out of nowhere a
blue suburban slams into the passenger side of my white & black
mercades-benz & just like that I lost everything I loved. Now im with my
worst enemy, my dad. He hates me just as much because im gay. I played ever
single sport & was the best just for his approval but he still dont care.

We pull up to his low income apartment & after i take all of my stuff in
his house he turns to me & says...

I just look around. In the living room, see a small tv, white lawn chair, &
a small table. In the kitchen, a filthy gas stove, a "used to be white"
brown refridgerator, dirty dishes in the sink & a trash can full of empty

brown claw foot tub. In what sposed to be my room, a flat air bed, and a
broken dresser.

Me- (In my head) This just wont work.

I dropped my bags, grabbed the keys to my dads truck, checked my wallet for
my gold card & left. My mom was smart, she was a former model & the CEO of
a major photography company, which explains my car & her Benz was in the
shop, when she died every penny of hers was transfered into my bank account
which means I have no worries. But college is a priority so I have to be
careful. I went out & bought a black leather sectional, two black end
tables & one black coffee table, & a 60 inch plasma screen tv with a
surround sound system for the living room. A black bathroom set for the
bathroom. New dishes for the bathroom. A 45 inch tv, a big wooden dark
brown bedroom suit with a queen sized bed, a mirror that goes with my 12
drawer dresser, & surround sound system for my room. Then for myself I
bought a shitload of new clothes with contacts & shoes to match, & I had a
cleaning crew come & clean the entire apartment, I had people set up all
the new furniture &

 buy groceries for the apartment. I walked into the house loving the new
look but then I heard his voice..



Dad- Whats all this

Me- (Lying) Just my way of saying thanks for letting me live here

Dad- Oh, well the people called & your car will be here in the morning

Me- Ok

Dad- I've been thinkin & im sorry for neglecting you

Me- Uh huh

Dad- Well your keys should be in your room, I might be back tomorrow if
not, you got house keys on your key ring

Me- Ok (He leaves)



It was 10 o'clock so I hopped in the shower, threw on some sweat pants
since I hate sleeping in draws, hooked my iPhone to my iPod station,
solftly played my favorite R&B songs, & drifted off to sleep.



I woke up the next morning & rushed to the bathroom. Brush my teeth,
mouthwash, wash face, & brush my hair back & use just enough grease to put
in a ponytail. Then back to my room, baby blue V-neck, converse, contacts,
balls in my cartlege, lip, & snapback with blue surrounding a diamond in my
eye brow, tan cargo shorts, & black mesh backpack. I grab my keys, jet to
my car then off to school. I go to the main office & wait for the front
desk ladys aid.



Nicole- (Walking in) Wheres the new student

Me- (Standing up) Im right here

We leave the office & she shows me all my classes, the cafeteria, & after
that we just roam the halls & talk...

While I am doing my business, a really tall, buff, dark chocolate guy

staring at me. Once im finished, i washed my hands, & head for the door but
