Chapter 03

Ryan Awoke with Micheal and Noah cuddled up close to him,he smiled and
stretched out his arms
and yawned.
They looked so cute sleeping peacefully,he felt uncomfortable as his morning

They all froze in terror and looked at each other.
"Boys are you up yet Breakfast is getting cold," came their mother's voice
from downstairs.
They all jumped out of the bed and scampered over to the dresser to get some
clothes on.

They headed downstairs where they found their mother reading the morning
paper while she sipped

"There's the birthday boys!" their mother said with a big smile and opened

"Did you sleep well"Their mother inquired as she kissed them all over their

"Are we still having a party" Micheal asked anxiously.

"And you're not going to work today" Micheal inquired in his high pitched
voice.
"No honey I'm spending the entire day with you guys" Their mother said
hugging them tightly.
"You promise" Micheal asked looking into his mother's blue eyes.
"I promise" she replied with a big smile.
Noah's stomach started making gurgling noises making Micheal laugh.
"UH-Oh Someone's hungry,"his mother said laughing as she rubbed his little

Both boys took a seat at the table while their mother served all three of
them a healty
breakfast of toast, bacon and eggs and and a glass of orange juice.
"Eat up boys I have a big day planned for you" their mother said taking a
seat and returned to
drinking her coffee.
They all packed away their breakfast and praised their mother's cooking
before leaving the
table to brush their teeth and get dressed.
"Ryan can I talk to you for a minute," Ryan's mother said as she placed the
dirty dishes in
the sink.

she always came in

Ryan didn't say anything he just walked over to her and prepared for the

mother said taking

had to grow up

"I saw all three of you cuddled together last night, you have no idea how
much that meant
to me not to mention to Noah and Mikey showing how much you love them,"
Ryan's mother said
as she embraced him.
"Aw mom don't get all emotional on me," Ryan joked.
"I always knew that you were a kind ,caring, sensetive person" Ryan mother
said as she hugged
him tightly.
"Um Mom you're crushing my spleen" Ryan said jokingly.
"Oh sorry honey," Ryan mother said releasing her grip on him.

"Cross my heart," his mother said laughing.

Ryan turned to leave when his mother stopped him.
"Oh wait! I have something for you," his mother said taking a small gift
wrapped object out of
her pocket.
"I was going to wait till your birthday but you've been a good boy," Ryan's
mother said smiling
as she handed it to him.
Ryan tore the paper off and was speechless by what he saw.
"Are you serious is it really mine," Ryan said estatically clutching his
brand new cell phone.
"Well do you like it?," Ryan's mother asked laughing at his reaction.

"Thank you sooooo much mom!" Ryan exclaimed as he hugged his mother tightly
and lifted her off
the floor a little.

Ryan put down his mother and left the kitchen and went upstairs to get
dressed.

but was glad
to see the teenager in him was still alive and well.
She sat back down at the table and continued sipping her coffee while she
watched the news.
Ryan went into the bedroom and found Micheal and Noah sitting on the bed
still in

"Does mom Know about last night," Micheal asked nervously.
"No! thank god," Ryan said breathing a sigh of releif.

said sighing deeply.
"If anyone found out"Ryan added.
"Nobody will find out," Micheal said trying to convince Ryan that no one

"Yeah we won't tell anyone,"Noah said as he got up and hugged Ryan around

Ryan looked down into their cute little faces,his heart melted when he
looked at them.

All three of them got dressed and headed back downstairs.Ryan helped his

who came over to help put up the last of the decorations in the back yard
while Noah and
Micheal watched Cartoons.

It was about three o'clock when people started arriving for the party,it was
mostly kids Micheal
and Noah's age some accompanied by their parents.

"Your mom called to invite my parents over she said something about a party"

behind them making

"who's your friend ?," Gail asked looking at Kyle with a smile.
"This is Kyle" Ryan said introducing his fried to his aunt.
"Kyle this is my mom sister DR.Abigail Hart," Ryan said  to Kyle.
"It's just Gail" she said smiling at Ryan's introduction.
"Nice to meet you ma'am," Kyle said smiling shyly.
"I Don't look that old do I " Ryan's aunt asked looking worried.
"Oh I'm sorry ma'am,I Didn't mean ....," Kyle said nervously.
"Oh God You do think I'm old"Gail said frantically.
"Oh! Oh!,Oh god"Gail gasped bending over pretending she couldn't breathe.

Gail.
"Just breathe okay" Kyle said trying to calm Ryan's aunt down.

laughter.
Gail stood up and looked at the expression on Kyle face and started to laugh
as well.

"You guys go do what ever you kids do these days I'll take over out here"
Gail said
laughing walking away from them to join the kids playing in the yard.

"Yor mom looks really hot too," kyle said looking at Ryan mom who came out
the kitchen with
drinks for the adults.

in the arm.
"Just an observation no need to get all angry," Kyle said chuckling.
"Besides I thought you liked me" Ryan said looking around to see if anyone
was watching

gifts showing no mercy to the wrapping paper while Ryan took pictures of
them.
They both squealed with delight over the presents they received.

All the guests started leaving about five o'clock,After saying goodbye to
everyone their mother
joined her sister Gail,Ryan and Kyle in the kitchen who had already started
cleaning up.
When they were done with the big clean up Rachel went into the living room
where she found
Micheal and Noah sprawled out on the couch totally stuffed from all the cake
they had eaten.
They both had big smiles on their faces as they were no doubt playing over
the events of the

received.
Micheal and Noah cuddled up next to their mother who had taken a seat
between them.
"Did you have a good time?" their mother asked gently stroking their heads

"Leaving already!" Rachel asked.

They boys jumped up and ran over to their aunt almost knocking her over and

mother to laugh.

and producing a fit of high pitched laughter from her nephews.
"Where's Ryan I want to say goodbye before I leave" Gail said standing back
up and adjusting

"He's upstairs with Kyle" Rachel responded to her younger sibling.
"I'll go get him" Noah volunteered jumping up and running up the Stairs to
their bedroom.
"Hey Ryan aunt Gail is leaving and she wants to say good....." Noah froze in
mid sentence when
he opened the door.

"Kyle What's the matter honey you look a little pale" Ryan's mother said
looking over Kyle as he
was as white as a ghost and sweating.
"Oh he Probably had too much cake" Ryan said covering for his friend.
"Yeah I don't feel so good" Kyle said faking a stomach ache.
"Come let me take a look at you" Gail said with a concerned look.
kyle walked over to Gail nervously he was certain that she would see through
their lie,
she placed her hand on kyle's forehead and then held his wrist checking his
pulse.
"Your pulse and temperature is slightly elevated" Gail said completing her
medical assessment.
"You should probably lie down and rest" Gail advised.
"Yeah I'm heading home right now" Kyle said with a little smile.
"He looks fine to me" Noah said looking at Kyle with anger.
"Noah" Ryan shouted glaring at his little brother.

Just then Gail's pager went off.
"well duty calls" Gail said looking at the number on the pager.
"Well where's my hug?" Gail said to Ryan who strolled over to her.
Ryan hugged his aunt and kissed her goodbye,Rachel got up to walk her sister
to the door
when the phone rang.
"Come on Kyle I'll walk you to the door" Gail said as she,kyle and Ryan
strolled to the door.
Ryan waved goodbye to his friend and his aunt and shut the door,he came back
to the living room
where micheal and Noah were looking at him with an expression of anger and
betrayal.
Ryan knew that Noah had told Micheal what he had seen by the way Micheal was
looking at him,but
he was preoccupied as he overheard his mother's conversation on the phone.

"Tom you Can't be serious" Rachel said annoyed by the person she was
speaking to on the phone.
"Chicago! Tom it's seven o'clock and it's my sons birthday" Racheal said
trying to reason with
her colleague.
"Okay alright I'll be ready in half an hour" Rachel said as she hung up the
phone and
looked at her sons with a look of disappoinment on her face.
"I have some bad news guys I have to fly to Chicago tonight" Rachel stated
speaking to her sons
with an air of dread in her voice.
"Why do you have to go" Micheal said pouting his little lips.
"Mommy don't go!" Noah said running over and hugging his mother tightly as
tears started
filling up in his eyes.

"I'm sorry baby but I have to go" Rachel said trying to console her
youngest.
"You promised you'd stay" Micheal said bursting into tears also.
"I'm sorry guys" Racheal said trying to apologize for having to leave.
"Oh geez! I forgot to call karen to see if she can stay with you guys"
Rachel said picking
up the phone to call her friend Karen.
"You don't have to call Karen I can look after them" Ryan said looking at
his mother who was
clearly in disstress.

"NO! we don't want to stay with you" Noah shouted throug his tears.
"Don't worry they're just upset you have to leave" Ryan said lookig at his

"Honey Are you Sure?" Racheal asked reluctant to leave her children home
along without an adult.

"You better go pack" Ryan said to his mother who was trying to make Micheal
and Noah stop crying.
"I'll handle this Ryan said as he walked over to his brothers who were still
sobbing.
"what would I do without you" Ryan's mother said kissing him on his forehead
before heading
upstairs to pack.

"Come on Guys don't cry" Ryan said to his brothers sitting between them on
the couch and putting

children who jumped up and ran to her.
"I'll be back tommorow night" their mother whispered to them kissing Micheal

their heads.

know my cell number and..." Rachel said barking out instructions to her
eldest.
"Mom relax I got this!" Ryan exclaimed amused at his mother's frantic state.

Ryan Micheal and Noah waved goodbye to their mother as the car drove off and
shut the door
and locked it.
"let's watch t.v" Noah said running over to the couch to get the remote.
"Yeah" Micheal said joining his brother.
"You can watch t.v later it's bathtime" Ryan said taking the remote from
Noah.
"You're no fun" Noah said folding his arms and pouting his red lips.
"what if we don't want to take a bath" Micheal said with a sly grin.
"YEAH" Noah said joining in with the refusal.
They both giggled ,Ryan knew they were just teasing.
"If I have to strip you both naked and carry you upstairs that's what I'll
do" Ryan said
flatly.

"Try It" Micheal said grinning from ear to ear kneeling on the couch.
Noah knew what Micheal was up to and joined him in his defiance.
"Yeah try it" Noah said smiling and making silly faces at Ryan.
"Come on guys upstairs now!" Ryan ordered trying to hide his smile folding
his arms
showing authority.
"NO" They both shouted giggling.
"Okay then have it your way" Ryan said approaching the couch.
As Ryan drew closer they both scampered off the couch and ran giggling
loudly.
"Come here Mikey" Ryan ordered.
"You have to catch us" Noah said grinning.
Ryan moved closer to them,they were both giggling wildly and taunting their
big brother
to try and catch them.
Ryan lunged at them and managed to grab Noah who wasn't as fast as Micheal
and started undressing
him,Noah pretended to struggle but he was clearly enjoying the physical

"Lift your arms" Ryan said with a smile ,he too was enjoying the game his
brothers were playing.
"No" Noah said giggling uncontrolably.
Ryan dug his fingers into Noah's ribs tickling him making him laugh louder
flailing his
arms in the air.
Ryan got Noah's shirt off and threw it on the ground,he undid his laces and
pulled his sneakers
off and then his socks.

Noah started to struggle against Ryan still giggling trying to get away,but
Ryan resumed his
tickling making Noah collapse to the floor in a fit of howling laughter.
Ryan knelt down and grabbed Noah's little shorts and pulled them down to his
thighs,he lifted
his legs and slid his pants over his ankles.
Noah was helpless to figh back,he was still weak from all of Ryan's tickling
and was lying on
the carpeted floor only in his pokemon underwear.

Ryan let Noah recover his breath as he now turned his attention to the
instigator of

Micheal looked at Ryan grinning slyly at his brother as he moved from behind
the couch.
