    David Duval came home from work one June evening and announced that he
had just booked a family vacation to Orlando to visit all the parks. He had
been planning it for awhile and finally managed to get some time off. He
had booked a room with a queen sized bed for he and his wife Jessica and an
adjoining room with two double beds for his kids, 11-year-old Allison and
14-year-old Joshua.

     "That's a great idea," Jessica said. "We haven't had a family vacation
in almost 10 years."

     "I know. I wanted to plan it as a second honeymoon for us," David
said. "That's why I kept it a secret until I had all the plans made."

     "Orlando sounds cool, Dad," Joshua said.

     "Yeah, it does," Allison said.

     "It should be fun," David said. "We will leave on Monday morning and I
booked everything for two weeks."

     "A second honeymoon will be nice for us," Jessica said later that
night while they were in bed.

     "I think so, too," David said.

     Sunday night was spent packing things they would need for a two-week
vacation and making arrangements to make sure the house wouldn't look
unoccupied while they were gone. They also made sure their neighbors and
family members know their plans, just in case. One of their neighbors, a
retired couple, said they would keep an eye on their house while they were
gone.

     The next morning, they got up early and headed for the airport for
their flight to Orlando. After a one-hour layover, they arrived in Orlando
four hours after they left, rented their car and headed for the all-suite
hotel David had booked for them. After checking in and getting the keys,
they arrived to their room, which was a suite with a sitting area, small
kitchenette and two bedrooms.

      "Okay," David said, as he carried his and Jessica's luggage to the
bedroom with the queen bed and bathroom, "your room is over there. It has
two beds and the bathroom is right there."

     "Oh," Allison said, "no way. Not gonna happen. How could you do that
without checking with me?"

     "What are you going on about?" Jessica asked.

     "There is no way I am sharing a room with Joshua for two weeks."

     David sighed. "Okay, then, you can sleep on the couch."

     "Why can't Joshua sleep on the couch?"

     "He's not the one complaining," David said.

     "I have an idea," Jessica said. "Joshua can share a room with his
father and you and I can share the other room. Will that make you happy?"

     "Yeah. That would be great. We'll take the room with the two beds."

     Jessica looked at David and shrugged her shoulders. "Well, I guess
that's settled then."

     "Not exactly what I imagined when I planned this trip," David said. He
went to the room and brought out Jessica's suitcase while Joshua carried
his to the room. "I figured we could have a second honeymoon in addition to
a family vacation."

     "Well, you didn't count on Allison's reaction," Jessica said. "There's
no accounting for what runs through the mind of a pre-teen girl when it
comes to things like this. But, let's look at the bright side."

     "What bright side?" David said.

     "We really won't be spending much time in the bedrooms and, it's a
chance to connect with your son, which you've been wanting to do for awhile
anyway."

     "Okay," David said. "I guess you have a point."

     They headed to their bedrooms to unpack their suitcases and put their
things away before heading out to the parks.



          After their afternoon at the park, they returned to their
room. Joshua and Allison went to their respective bathrooms to shower,
brush their teeth and get ready for bed while David and Jessica relaxed in
the sitting area.

     "This was a great day," Jessica said. "It should be a great two
weeks. Sorry about the way things turned out with the sleeping
arrangements."

     "That's okay," David said. "I think it will be okay. Like you said, it
will give us time to bond with the kids. I think Joshua will benefit from
the experience. I can't believe how quickly Allison jumped at the room with
two beds, though."

     Allison emerged from the bathroom wearing a purple Disney
nightgown. "Goodnight, Dad." She kissed David on the cheek. "See you in a
few minutes, Mom."

     "Goodnight," David said. "Well, I guess I'll head to bed too." He
kissed Jessica. "It seems weird to say this, but I will see you in the
morning."

     "Yeah. It does seem strange," Jessica said, "but as parents we make
sacrifices for our kids."

     "True." David watched Jessica head toward the bathroom, turned out the
lightly and headed toward the bedroom. Joshua was lying on the bed wearing
a T-shirt and a pair of lounge pants. David went to the bathroom, took a
shower and brushed his teeth. He pulled on a T-shirt and a pair of
boxers. When he emerged from the bathroom, Joshua gave him a glance that
reminded him of being undressed with someone's eyes. He dismissed the
thought and turned out the bathroom light.

     "Do you care which side of the bed I sleep on?" Joshua asked.

     "Not at all. I hope you don't mind me sleeping like this. I didn't
exactly plan on sharing the bed with you, so I didn't bring any sleeping
clothes."

     Joshua gave him another glance. "No Dad. Whatever you do at home is
fine with me. I don't want you to be uncomfortable."

     'Okay. I just don't want this to be an awkward situation." He climbed
into the bed and turned out the light.

     "It's cool, Dad. You don't have to do anything different than you
would at home. Goodnight." He kissed David on the cheek.

     "Goodnight, son."



    The next day, after their day at the park, Allison and Joshua went to
their respective bathrooms to shower and get ready for bed while David and
Jessica relaxed for awhile on the room's deck. After the kids came and told
them goodnight, they remained on the deck for another 15 minutes, then they
kissed each other and headed to their respective rooms.

     David showered, shaved, brushed his teeth and pulled on a pair of
boxers, choosing not to wear a T-shirt. He left the bathroom, turned out
the light, and approached the bed. Joshua was wearing his lounge pants with
no shirt. He rolled over and looked David up and down, undressing him with
his eyes, looking at the hair on David's chest, before settling his gaze on
David's crotch. David returned the gaze, looking at Joshua's smooth chest
and finally resting his eyes on Joshua's crotch.

     "I thought you were already asleep," David said.

     "No. I was reading and...I...uh...was waiting for you to come to bed."
He was still staring at David's crotch.

     "I'm glad," David said. "Funny...that's something your mother would
do." He was staring at Joshua's smooth chest. "Uh...maybe I should put on a
shirt."

     "It's cool, Dad. I don't want you doing things differently than you
would at home."

     "Okay." He climbed into bed, kissed Joshua on the cheek and snuggled
against him. "It doesn't bother you that I kissed your cheek does it?'

     "No, Dad. It's cool. My friends would be freaked out if their dad
kissed them, but I'm cool with it."

     "Cool." David turned off the lamp and wrapped his arm around Joshua
and they snuggled together.



     The next day, they returned from the park early so they could go
swimming for awhile before settling in for the night. While they were at
the pool, Joshua kept exchanging glances with a 15-year-old boy on the
other side of this pool, admiring the peach fuzz on his legs and stomach
and the way his wet trunks outlined the contours of his body. It was
something David noticed with interest and a surprising hint of jealousy.

     Joshua went over and introduced himself at one point and they talked
for a few minutes before the boy left the pool. Joshua watched him walk
away and the boy glaced over his shoulder at Joshua once and winked at him.

     David and Jessica stayed at the pool for awhile after Allison and
Joshua had returned to the room so they could spend some time together in
the hot tub.

     "So, are you and Joshua connecting at all or is usually asleep by the
time you get to bed?" Jessica asked. "Allison is enjoying our time
together, just us girls."

     "Yeah, we're getting to enjoy some quality guy time, which seems to be
good for him."

     "That's nice. Too bad it didn't end up as the second honeymoon you
envisioned."

     "That's okay. What matters is the time we are spending bonding with
the kids."

     Thirty minutes later, they headed to the room to get ready for
bed. Allison was already asleep, so Jessica quietly got ready for
bed. Joshua, wearing his sleeping pants without a shirt again, was propped
up on pillows reading a book and waiting for David.

     "I was wondering if you were going to come back before I fell asleep,"
Joshua said in all seriousness.

     "Sorry. I didn't think I had to keep you informed of my plans." He
locked his eyes on Joshua's smooth chest and hairless stomach and felt a
stirring in his crotch that brought back long-buried memories of his own
youth and suddenly made him uncomfortable. "Your mother and I spent some
time together in the hot tub. This was supposed to be a chance for us to
spend some time together, after all, until your sister had issues. And
don't get that way with me son." He headed toward the bathroom to shower
and brush his teeth.

     "Sorry, Dad," Joshua said to his father's retreating figure.

     David poked his head around the corner. "It's okay, son. Just don't do
it again.

     After David had finished his shower and brushed his teeth, he pulled
on a pair of boxers and returned to the room. Joshua was propped against
the headboard and looked David up and down before locking his gaze on
David's boxers, causing David to get another stirring in his crotch. He
turned off the bathroom light and lay down in bed next to Joshua.

     " Dad. Can I ask you a question?"

     "Anytime. Never feel embarrassed about asking me anything and you
never have to ask if you can ask."

     "Is it wrong for me to look at another guy?"

     "You mean, like that boy at the pool today?"

     "You noticed, huh? Yeah, like that. Or, uh, you."

     "Yeah, I noticed. It was pretty obvious. No, there's nothing wrong
with that. All guys do it, especially at your age, when changes take
place. Guys like to compare themselves with each other and there is nothing
wrong with being curious."

     "Cool." He kissed David on the cheek. "Goodnight, Dad." He rolled onto
his side and snuggled against David, who wrapped his arm around him.

     "Goodnight."



     They returned early again the next day so they could spend some more
time at the pool. David and Jessica spent most of the extra time in the hot
tub, while Joshua kept an eye out for the boy he had met the day
before. The other boy never showed up, but Joshua kept eyeing a 13-year-old
boy who was swimming with his younger brother. After the two boys left,
Joshua said he was heading back to the room and would see everyone later.

     After Joshua had showered and brushed his teeth, he heard Allison
enter and head for the other bathroom. He pulled on a pair of underwear and
climbed into bed to wait for David , who arrived about 20 minutes later.

     David entered the room, glanced at Joshua briefly, and headed for the
bathroom to shower and brush his teeth. He pulled on a pair of underwear
and returned to the room, where he crawled into bed. He and Joshua made
small talk for a few minutes while Joshua absentmindedly ran his hand
through David's chest hair.

     As Joshua started to get tired, he leaned close to kiss David
goodnight. Instead of kissing him on the cheek, he caught David off guard
by kissing him quickly on the lips. After he pulled away, he looked into
David's eyes. "I'm sorry."

     "Don't be sorry," David said, as he pulled Joshua close and kissed him
for 10 minutes. As they pulled out of the kiss they were both breathing
heavy. "If you're going to kiss someone, make it mean something." He pulled
Joshua close and they kissed for 10 more minutes. As they pulled away,
David sad, "now that's what I call a goodnight kiss."

     Joshua snuggled against David's chest and fell asleep a few minutes
later.



    Despite returning earlier the next night, Allison and Jessica decided
not to go swimming, so David and Joshua went alone, which David enjoyed,
since it allowed him to spend some time alone in the hot tub with Joshua.

     He sat on the side of the pool and watched Joshua swim for awhile,
liking the view of Joshua's wet trunks clinging to his body and outlining
its contours. A couple of times Joshua caught David looking and smiled at
him, causing him to quickly glance away.

While they were in the hot tub, they watched other families swimming while
David ran his foot along Joshua's ankle. Joshua moved closer to him so he
could run his hand along Joshua's thigh. They continued for 20 minutes
until a couple of people approached the hot tub and got ready to climb in
with them.

     "May we join you?" One of the couples asked.

     "Sure," Joshua said. "We don't mind. Do we Dad?"

     "We were just leaving," David said, as he climbed out, followed a few
minutes later by Joshua, who stayed long enough for his obvious erection to

     By the time they entered the room, the sitting area was already dark,
but they could hear the water running in the bathroom.

     "I guess your mother and sister have already gone to bed. You can
shower first."

     "Okay." Joshua turned on the shower, stepped out of his swim trunks
and stepped into the shower. While he showered, David brushed his
teeth. Joshua stepped out so David could get in while he dried off and
brushed his teeth. He pulled on a pair of underwear and headed to the
bedroom. It was only a couple of minutes later before David emerged from
the bathroom wearing a pair of underwear. He turned out the bathroom light
and joined Joshua on the bed.

     They talked for awhile as Joshua lay on his side facing David and ran
his fingers through the hair on David's chest and stomach. David would
reciprocate by running his hand along Joshua's chest every few minutes,
lightly rubbing Joshua's nipples.

     "I'm glad we've been able to spend all this quality time together,"
David said. "We really don't spend enough time together."

     "Yeah. It has been awesome. I wish we could spend more time like this
together."

     "Yeah," David said. "There are so many things we could do together if
we had the time. I'm glad we had that time together at the pool and hot tub
earlier, though. Nice of your mother and sister to decide not to join us."

     Joshua moved his hand to David's stomach and rested his index finger
at the waistband of David's boxers. "Uh, Dad, I..." His voice trailed off
as he moved his hand a few centimeters lower.

     "You what?"

     Joshua leaned close and kissed David on the mouth for 20 minutes. He
pulled away and looked into David's eyes for a few seconds.

     "I wondered when you would do that." David reached over and turned off
the lamp. He pulled Joshua on top of him and they kissed for a long time,
probing each other's mouths with their tongues several times. After 30
minutes, Joshua pulled out of the kiss and snuggled against David until he
fell asleep.



     The following night, they returned from the park late and chose to
head directly to the room rather than heading to the pool. Good nights were
said to Allison and Jessica and David and Joshua headed to their
room. Joshua took a shower first, then brushed his teeth while David
showered. He pulled on a pair of underwear and headed to the room to wait
for David to finish showering and brushing his teeth. David finished,
pulled on a pair of boxers, turned out the light and climbed into bed next
to Joshua.

     Joshua rolled onto his side facing David and ran his finger along
David's arm, chest and stomach. David ran his finger through the fine dark
hair in Joshua's armpit. Less than 10 minutes later, they were kissing each
other on the lips, continuing for 20 minutes. David ran his hand down to
the front of Joshua's underwear and slowly ran his finger along Joshua's

     "Okay."

     The following night, the end of their first week of vacation, they

David and Jessica relaxed together in the common area while Allison and

     "I can't believe we've been here a week " Jessica said. "I'm glad you
booked it for two weeks. There is still a lot to do and see and the kids
are enjoying it."

     "Yeah. I almost scheduled for only one week, but I had two weeks of
vacation time to use."

     "Although I enjoy spending time with Allison, I miss waking up next to
you," Jessica said.

     "And I you," David said.

     They kissed each other good night and headed to their bathrooms to get
ready for bed. David walked into the bedroom and looked toward the bed,
where Joshua was lying against the headboard reading. He was wearing just a
pair of boxers and had an obvious erection which he made no effort to
hide. He looked David up and down and locked his eyes on David's crotch.

     "I'!! be right there," David said. He headed to the bathroom to shower
and brush his teeth. He pulled on a pair of boxers, returned to the bedroom

     Joshua adjusted his position and began kissing his way down David's
body, just like David had done the previous night. When he reached David's

seconds while David turned out the bathroom light and approached the bed.

     "Well, some things are worth waiting for, you know," David said. "Do

     "It's not unusual to have that desire," David said. He climbed into

around once they returned home.

     "Is it cheating if you're having an affair with your own son?" David
asked as they packed to leave the hotel.

     "I don't know. It's not like you're sleeping with another woman and
you aren't in danger of having any kids with someone else. You and Mom will
be back in the same bed by the time we get home."

     "I know. I'm going to miss sleeping with you."

     "I'll miss our closeness," Joshua said. "I love you more than I ever
did before."

     "And I you."
