Previously on long way home:


I got in my bedroom and turned on some slow music and got in bed with
evan. eventho he was sleeping, as soon as I got in the bed, he grabbed one
of my hand, held it close to his heart and snuggled back to me. I turned
the light down and held him there.

"I love you koda, I love you a lot." I whispered to him, kissed his cheeks
and held him close to me.



CHAPTER 4: Love and Passion (Continued)

A week has passed since that incident with Evan at the movies. School has
finally ended and my relationship with Jake is good as always but I can't
help but notice a weird feeling inside. Tho as hard as I try, I couldn't
finger what exactly that feeling is. And yes, as you would've guessed, we
did have lots of fun this past week. every single time is a whole new
experience for me and I guess for him too. but I can't help but feel a bit
guilty to bear, since we're hanging out less and less with him.

I sat in my room in front of my computer. Jake is in the game room with
evan playing video game. I turned on my MSN and saw that Sam was online.

PANDA: heya bear, what u up to?

BEAR: sup panda, nothing really just talking to some friend.

PANDA: aawww, u got new friends to replace us? Mean bear! =P

BEAR: haha shut up u tard! It's Mandy, from our bio class. You know, the
cute girl that always sits at the back.  Oh yea I remember Mandy, well
Amanda, she's the cute smart girl who's kinda shy. I didn't know Sam knows
her...

PANDA: how'd u know her bear? ... bear likey mandy? LOL you do, don't you
bear?! Haha I gotta tell jake about this!

BEAR: NOO don't tell jake first, you know how he is. He's gonna tease me
nonstop if he knows about it. but anyways, yea I think I like her, panda.

BEAR: she's sweet and nice and actually pretty chatty after u get to know
her.

PANDA: awwww my bear's falling in wuv...

BEAR: LOL don't start teasing me u shit head! you know how it is, you
should've seen urself drool over jake before you guys hook up. =P

PANDA: hehe just playin with ya bear. Well actually I called u cause I
kinda felt bad that we don't hang out much with u lately. I do wish we
could hang out again tho.

PANDA: hey how bout we go hang out at the mall tomorrow?

BEAR: that sounds awesome, but would u guys mind if I invite mandy too?

PANDA: Haha, I'd love to "interrogate" her. XP. Sure bear, invite her
along.

PANDA: That is, if she don't mind hanging out with just us.

BEAR: She'll prolly ask Jennifer to come along.

Jennifer... Jennifer... ohh yea the girl who always sit next to Amanda in
bio class.

PANDA: Ok whatever bear, as long as I can interrogate mandy. Haha.

BEAR: Don't mess with her brain you evil psycho panda. >=P.

PANDA: Hehe well ok, so we'll see you guys there at about 12 pm?

BEAR: Sounds good. Anyways, how are things with monkey, panda? you guys ok
right?

PANDA: Hm... why'd u ask bear? Did you notice anything wrong?

BEAR: Naw... was just wondering about it. just watching out for my lil
bros! =P incest! Haha

PANDA: ... haha... shut up bear. We're doing fine, but... nvm. =P

BEAR: wtf, spill it out! C'MON SPILL IT!

PANDA: well ok I do need to talk to you about something big bro. =P

Just then I heard my bedroom door opened, Evan came running in screaming
followed by jake chasing him laughing. Evan ran to me and moved my chair so
it blocks jake from getting to him.

"koda, c'mon don't play here. I'm talking to bear right now."

"but the bad monkey's trying to catch me. He's pissed cause I keep beating
him", evan said.

I caught evan and pulled him to my lap. He keeps wriggling around trying to
not get caught by jake. I held him tight and let jake tickle him.

"hey, no fair. Two against one!" evan said between giggles, "I'm gonna get
you both later!"

"ok well let me say g'nite to bear and then I'll beat you in that game you
little monkey."

Evan beat my hands to the keyboard and typed,

PANDA: Hey bear it's evan! why didn't you come today? These two has been
bullying me all day.

BEAR: Haha hey kiddo, sorry I had to watch over Kayla today, I'll make it
next time tho buddy. And tell them to stop bullying you or I'd be mad. And
they don't want me mad.

PANDA: Hehehe, they're reading this too. well g'nite bear. I luv u.

BEAR: G'nite buddy, luv u too.

PANDA: Well now u know, the two monkeys are here, I'll talk to you about it
later ok bear? I wish u're here bear.

BEAR: No you don't and neither do I, I don't wanna see you guys do
"naughty" stuff Hahaha.. j/k

BEAR: Well I couldn't go there today, I gotta watch Kayla tonight. Mom and
dad are out. But we'll definitely hang out tomorrow, and you're gonna tell
me what's up! ok??!

PANDA: Hehe fine fine, tomorrow it is then. G'nite then bear. Jake says
g'nite too.

BEAR: G'nite you guys, and have fun! =P

After that I logged off and went to the game room. Evan was still beating
Jake when I got there; it's that Capcom vs. SNK fighting game they were
playing, and yes Evan was really good at it.

We played for a while with Evan mostly winning at first, but then we
started taking turns tickling him while he played so we could win. Well we
had a lot of fun that night.

At around 9, mom came in and told evan that he needs to go to bed since he
still has school the next day. He did the usual begging for another half an
hour which mom always gave in to.

"ok another half an hour and you're off to bed ok? honey make sure he does,
ok?" she sait to me, "I'm off to bed now. G'nite kids. Oh and you two don't
stay up too late too, ok?"

"ok mom." All three of us said in unison, we laughed.

she rarely checks on us again after that since I always make sure evan goes
to bed on the agreed time. I guess I'm somewhat the official babysitter in
the house.

That half an hour passed real quick, we were having so much fun. I stood up
and evan knew what was coming, he was getting sleepy too. he always become
quieter when it's closing his bedtime, ran out of steam is my guess.

"Time to head to bed buddy, now you can pick to get on the panda train or
the monkey train."

Without saying a word he looked at me and raised his hand, a sign for me to
pick him up. I guess he was just too tired to reply. I picked him up and he
clung to me and rested his head on my shoulder.

"wait wait, I wanna say g'nite to jake."

 he held his hands open and jake moved closer to me and hugged evan, well
both of us really cause I was holding evan in front of me and jake was
behind me.

"g'nite monkey, thanks for playing with me today. Luv ya", he thought for a
second, "oh and I soo beat you at that game."

"hehe I had fun playing with you, maybe we can do it again tomorrow. G'nite
buddy and I luv you too." jake rustled evan's hair and kissed him on the
forehead, "c'ya in the morning."

I then took evan to his room and dropped him on his bed,

"we have arrived at evan's room!" I announced playfully.

He was already wearing his pajamas so I just grabbed the cover of his bed
and let him in to get comfy. After that I pulled the blankets up to his
chest and sat next to him. I smiled at him and rustles his hair.

"well g'nite koda, sleep tight ok buddy? you know I'm just next door if u
need me. Love you."

"g'nite panda, I love you too." he was already half asleep as he said that.

I got up slowly and put on some soft music that he likes to hear when he
sleeps. Then I turned the lights down but leaving a small night light
on. Then I walked to the door and looked back at him before I went out.

back in the game room, jake has already turned off the game and was looking
for a movie to watch. I sat down on the couch, staring at jake lost in my
own thoughts. I was happy with the way things are with jake, I mean I love
him and he loves me, but the same thoughts keep coming back and I can't
help but be worried about how my parents and jake's would react if they
found out. What would people think, and most importantly... what would evan
think; would he hate me? He can't be! but I can't be sure, I don't want him
to hate me, I can't live if he hates me.

"hey panda!" jake's voice startled me.

"I hate it when you do that, you always keep things to yourself, c'mon what
are you thinking about?" he asked.

"nah I was just thinking about some stuff, nothing important really."

Jake didn't force on with the topic but for a second I thought I saw him
looking disappointed or angry or something there. Maybe I should just tell
him, not like it's a big of a deal.

"oh well, lets just watch the movie then." He said flatly.

Jake sat down on the couch kinda apart from me, I wonder if he's mad at me,
I decided to let it slide and got up to turn off the lights. When I got
back to the couch I laid down and rested my head on his thigh, I looked up
at him,

"jake, are you mad at me? I'm sorry, I was just thinking about us, and what
would happen if our parents find out."

"well you could've told me, it's not like you're the only person involved
here is it? have it ever occurred to you that I've thought about that too?
but you've been acting weird and distant lately that I don't wanna bring it
up", he fell silent for a few second, "I'm not all jokes and laughs you
know? I thought this is a relationship, but you never share with me what
you're thinking."

The truth of what he said hit home, I had underestimated him all along. I
always think of him as the clown, the carefree guy, never have I realized
that he too could be worried about these stuffs.

"I... I... I'm sorry jake, I guess I was being a jerk. I never thought
about your feelings. I didn't realize..."

my eyes were burning, I felt a tear falling down. then I felt his hand,
caressing my cheek and nose, wiping the tear away. Then he rustles my hair
and plays with it. he pulled my face to his and he kissed me gently, it was
a quick brotherly kiss,

"I just want you to share your thoughts and feelings with me, I don't wanna
go through this alone." He smiled at me, "I love you panda, more than you'd
ever know."

I blushed, I mean REALLY BLUSHED. How can I be so blind!? Jake's not just
some ordinary childish kid, how can I have missed this part of him?

"I love you twice as much jake..."

I kissed him hard. he pulled me close to him and held on to me all through
the movie. I wasn't paying attention to the movie tho, I sat there close to
his heart, I can hear his heart beat. I would kiss his neck from time to
time, he would snuggle closer to me.

I held on to his waist with one hand and rested the other on his thigh, he
was wearing shorts. I can feel the heat coming out of him, I played with
his thigh for a little and moved up to MY treasure. I rubbed it playfully
and lightly, I can feel it getting hard. I looked up at him and laughed a
little, he looked back at me and laughed with me,

"aw c'mon you tease! Stop playing around!" he said.

"I'm sweaty, do you wanna shower?" I asked him.

"even more."

I managed to pull the blankets up over us since it was getting chilly. Not
long after, I can hear jake's breathing slowed down and he snored softly. I
smiled and thought to myself, when he's like this, he's like a puppy. I
just wanna kiss him. I drifted off to sleep with that thought in my head.

I woke up the next morning suffocating, I move frantically before I
realized that jake's lips were pressed onto mine and he was pinching my
nose. I pushed him away groggily, I told you I'm not a morning person.

threw a pillow at him.

he just laughed, jumped onto me and gave me a long good morning kiss. I

his nose back. After a couple of minutes I let go of him and ran to the
bathroom door laughing.

"now we're even!" I yelled at him.

when I opened the door, evan was already in there, brushing his teeth. He
looked up at me when I walked in,

"what's so funny? What were you guys doing?" he ask, being his usual nosy
self.

"nothing koda, jake was just doing some silly stuff."

I walked behind him, pulled him and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek,

"and good morning to you too my little bear. How was your sleep last
night?"

he laughed and squirmed away from me pinching his nose, "good morning my
smelly big brother. ewww you reek! what did you guys do all nite? Wrestle
naked?"

"yea we wrestled! Want me to show my moves to you?" I pulled him up, turned
him upside down and spin.

"put me down! Put me down! I give I give!" he squealed between laughters.

I put him down and grabbed my toothbrush and start brushing my teeth. Evan
was stripping down to get ready to shower. I stole some looks while I
brushed my teeth. Then without even realizing it, I asked evan,

"hey koda, wanna take a shower with me again?"

"only if you wash my hair again", he smiled at me as he replied.

"fine I will." I acted annoyed while in truth I was loving it.

he grabbed my hands and pulled me kinda too eagerly to the shower, or was
that just my imagination? I turned on the shower and grabbed for the soap,
I soaped myself and then I gave the soap to evan,

"can you wash my back too panda?"

"sure thing buddy."

I soaped his back and as I moved lower I wondered if I should stop, I
thought what the heck and reached for his cheeks. He didn't say anything
and kept scrubbing his body. I pushed my luck even further and moved my
soapy fingers along his crack,

"it tickles, stop it" he laughed.

By now my heart was beating faster than a speeding bullet (haha lame), but
then I got myself back together and started to shampoo his hair, ohh I love
his hair, it's so soft and silky. I scrubbed it slowly, giving his head a
massage,

I quickly did my hair after that and rinse us both and grabbed a towel to
dry myself and to cover my hard on. I grabbed another towel for him and
dried his hair while he wiped his body. I think I took too long cause he
said to me,

he laughed at me.

I blushed and let him go and quickly got dressed. I went back to my room so
jake can go shower. When I got in, jake was in bed back sleeping, so I
opened the curtain and kissed him to wake him up.

"wake up lazy ass, do you wanna go with me take jake to school today?" I
said to him in a low voice.

"yeah sure, I'll shower later after we get back."

"put on some cologne tho sexy, u reek of sex. Don't want evan to notice, do
we?" I said naughtily at him.

"hey maybe he would be interested to join in." jake said jokingly.

"screw you, you perv. Don't go perving on my brother you." I said half
jokingly and threw him a pillow.

He got up and put on some clothes and deliberately put a lot of cologne in
front of me. And even sprayed some on me. God he looks even hotter when
he's messy like that, I thought to myself.

"there, you like it better now?" he walked to me.

"god, you smell like a skunk!" I joked.

"whatever, I know you still love me." He stuck out his tongue.

"wow, I swear you look like you're evan's age when you do that." I teased
him.

just then I heard a knock on the door, and evan's voice from behind it,

"hurry up panda, I only have an hour left and I haven't even had my
breakfast yet! And why did you look your door anyways?!" then I heard him
ran down the stairs.

God, how can a ten year old be so anal and time conscious. He musta gotten
it from mom.

"ok you heard the general, lets go monk."

"gimme a sec, I need to go to the washroom." He said

"ok but hurry will ya, before the general calls for a search party for
you."

I went downstairs to the dining room to find evan and mom already there
having their breakfast. I gave mom a good morning kiss and sat next to
evan. a maid brought me some food and asked me if jake would be joining us
this morning. I told her he will and she went back to the kitchen to grab
another plate for him.

"honey, jake has been spending an awful lot of time here, hasn't he?
Wouldn't his mom be looking for him?" mom asked in her conversational tone.

"oh yeah mom, I didn't think you or dad would mind. His mom is away again
somewhere I can't remember, you know how it is with her. You guys don't
mind having jake around do you?" I was a little taken aback with her
question.

"oh no, it's not that. you know he's always welcome here, I was just
thinking about his mom worrying about him. poor kid, his dad left him and
now his mom is not even taking care of him. well he can stay here as long
as he wants honey."

One thing not even my closest friend knows about my mom, she's actually
kinda snobby. And I hate her when she looks down on my friends.

"well maybe his mom is still having a rough time adjusting to being alone
mom, anyways jake doesn't really care about that." a fragile answer I know,
it's been several years since their break up and I know jake feels lonely
being at home most of the time but I'm not about to let mom look down on
jake's family.

"I guess you're right honey." At least she knows when to drop the
conversation.

Jake came in just as the maid brought his breakfast, I think they actually
time it so the food would come the same time as jake did, I thought to
myself.

"good morning Mrs. W, good morning evan."

he rustles evan's hair as he walked pass him to sit next to me. Evan
grunted looking annoyed and quickly combed his hair back with his
hand. Hehe they can both be monkeys but they can't be any more different
than this, one of em is freakin anal and the other is freakin messy.

"hurry hurry monkey! Eat eat eat!" evan chanted to jake.

"now don't rush jake, evan. you don't want him to choke do you?" mom said.

"it's ok mrs. W I'm hungry anyways" jake said as he wolfed down his food.

After we're done with breakfast, evan said his goodbye to mom and as we
walked to the door,

"oh could you go grab me some things from the supermarket honey?" mom said.

"sure thing mom."

She gave me a list of things to buy and off we went to drop evan to
school. We still have about 40 minutes so I didn't drive too fast. I turned
on the radio and before long jake falls back asleep next to me and evan
being evan, started to bother jake. he would tickle jake from behind and
won't let him get back to sleep. After a few times jake finally had enough
and he tried to climb to the back seat, which in the process bumped me a
few times,

"hey sit still will you monkey! Are you trying to get us killed?" I said to
him as I smacked his butt.

He finally got to the backseat and started to tickle evan. they were both
laughing hysterically back there and I smiled to looking at them both and
think to myself... live is good.

chapter went,

2. If you do notice a difference, is it for the better or worse?

3. anything else I can do to improve my story telling? (not storyline wise,
that is already set I'm sorry. More of the writing style/ techniques)

well tell me how u guys think this chapter went overall! Thanks a bunch in

P.S. I'm gonna make it clear now, if its not clear yet. this story will
focus more on the relationship between the characters more so than the sex
part. Mind you, there still will be hot steamy sex scenes (at least that's
what I thought. LOL) in the story every so often but I don't promise u
there will be a sex scene in every single chapter. So for those just
looking for some quick thrills, I'd sadly have to tell you to look in
another story. But I do encourage you to follow panda's story if you're
interested as it will get better from here.
