We came back empty handed but Timmy's meal sure smelled good and he said it
was ready and we were all happy because our trek made us extra hungry.
We all lined up to be dished up our evening meal by Timmy.
We all sat at the table and once again ate hungrily.

Liam flicked on the TV and nothing but junk was on so we sat about making a
campfire for the night and just talked of the day and our plans for
tomorrow, no one ever thought about getting a tattoo before not even one
that would just be a dot but everyone was so excited about it, I think it
was a sexual thing to them and in a way it had become that to me too.
Tomorrow before this time we would all have a tattoo on this middle of our
left butt cheek for life!

We didn't swim anymore tonight we just sat around chatting about all that we
had done here since first re-discovering it we didn't even tell any stories,
Liam and Jimmy just lay against each other as did Timmy and me.
We were getting tired and all said it was bedtime and the four of us got in
out bags.
All of us were almost instantly asleep, I saw Liam and Jimmy fall asleep in
each others arms and I felt Timmy fall asleep while kissing me and the next
thing it was morning and Timmy's lips were still against mine and he was
breathing into my mouth.

Up Everyone I shouted, scaring everyone awake!
Damn everyone said, their eyes opening to the cold summer morning.
"Good, I got everyone's attention.
Don't forget Timmy's got to get breakfast ready then we have to go to our
house and get the needle and thread and then go to a drugstore for a bottle
of alcohol and cotton balls and the other stuff on  our list.
Timmy asked if he could cook breakfast at home because it would be faster
and easier, we all agreed.

We made sure last night's fire was out then we left for our house.
I got the needle and thread and set it up while everyone watched, first I
slipped a bit of thread through the eye of the needle and tied it and then
pulled it to the tip of the needle and started wrapping it around it just
leaving 1/16th of an inch exposed and wrapped about 15 wraps around it
leaving a thick place to hold the ink then again slipped the end through the
eye and tied it off.

Everyone asked if that was all that was needed to poke into them, I said yep
and they look relieved.
Before Timmy started breakfast I told them to be sure they wanted it because
once the needle poked them they would have that dot forever and this was
daring for two young teens and two preteens.
They all wanted it to remember our time on "Miller's Lake"; we renamed it
because it was too big to be a pond.

Timmy hurriedly made our breakfast and when we were finished we were off to
the drug store then the hobby store for the ink.
We got the rest of our supplies and on our way back to miller's lake.
When we got there we put the supplies away, except for the alcohol, cotton
balls, needle and ink.
Those we put on the picnic table.
We all stripped a little slower than usual.

Finally we were all naked and lined up for our tattoo dot, Timmy, Liam,
Jimmy and I would be last.
I prepared the needle and wiped Timmy butt with alcohol and dipped the
needle in the ink.
I held the needle in the center of Timmy's left butt cheek and stuck it in
then I swiped his butt to remove the excess ink but the small dot was there,
all made a Shhhhh sound seeing his cheek with a now permanent dot.
Liam and Jimmy lined up for the same thing then Timmy did me, we all looked
into the small mirror and at each other's butt and were happy we had the
courage to do it, now we would forever have something to remember this
summer forever and loved our mark.
I swabbed us all down one more time with alcohol before we went swimming.
