last chapter:
"Yeah, Luke, why don't you play a little? You must miss playing."
   "You play piano?"
"He plays, Pablo. And all too good."
   "Yes, I play since, I don't know... Since I was 6.
"Damn, you play a long time. You must be good at it." Pablo had no idea,
but I knew my way in the piano.
"Well... I can tickle the ivories just fine... But I'm no expert."
"I wanna see. Go play for us."
"I don't know, Pablo... I mean, 'look at that crazy dude playin'..."

6 - THE MUSIC BOYS AND THE ROLE PLAYING

Pablo and John managed to convince me to play a little. I didn't really
want it. But I said I would if they stood there with me, so I wouldn't be
embarrassed all by myself.
When I sat in front of the piano I knew I really missed it as John
said. What to play was the next challenge. It had to be something I
mastered at, something I knew by heart. Off the top of my head I thought of
"Bennie and the Jets" by Elton John, my mom's favorite and one was familiar
with.
As I went for the first chord, I looked at John and Pablo as Elton John
does with the crowd in his shows, maybe to see the crowd reaction as they
obviously know the song by one chord. John and Pablo didn't.
The intro of the song is so amazingly well built that playing that
brings a sentimental feeling, like I'm being taken away somewhere in space
and time... Then the lyrics feels so right. Probably one of Elton John's
masterpiece. Even the strange "kill the fatted calf tonight".
"Hey kids, shake it loose together... Spotlight's hittin something
that's been known to change the weather..."
My voice wasn't anything superb but I never made a fool of myself when
singing, it was somewhat husky and it got a little Taylor Hanson's vibe
(resemblance, I do not want to compare, please).
By the look in Pablo's face, he was impressed. I was going for that. I
wanted to impress a boy with my playing and singing and It was the first
time I remember doing that. Teenager thing, I suppose.
"...She's got eletric boots, a mohair suit, you know I read it in a
magazi-i-i-ne, whooooa... B-B-B-Bennie and the Jets..." I was proud I could
pull the "magazine" part through.
I hit it off in the solo part. I was good in that moment, I felt all
powerful. Shit man! I probably had my eyes closed during some time. When I
noticed, there were few people watching. I felt my face get hot. I was
blushing 'aaagain'.

By the time I finished the song, some more people had gathered around
the piano. I got some applause. Great! I didn't expect any at all! So far
so good, I was getting up to leave the piano alone, when Pablo asked me to
play one more. Oh, the things I'll do for a cute boy...
I had to go once more with a song I was familiar with, only this time I
chose a brazilian hit, the 1998 unplugged version of Rita Lee's "Mania de
Você" (Crazy about you or Maniac about you). Only difference this time
was my awareness of the people watching as I played, and that made me
nervous as hell. Nevertheless I performed it with no problems, and yet
again got some more applause. I also got tips! An old lady handed me a
10-reais bill and a young woman with a baby in her arms handed two 2-reais
bills. If things went wry in my life and I had nothing left, I could take
my chances in playing piano for some loose change. I looked over to John:
"Ok, enough of being the random guy playing piano for now, right?"
"You did good, I didn't remember you played THAT nice..."
   "Yeah, kid, you kicked ass..."

My need of approval from the good-looking-blonde-boy paid off. But now
all I wanted was to mingle with the crowd and not be the center of
attention anymore.

"Pablo, what did you think about Luke?" John wanted to know.
"He's cute, good to talk to, and he's somewhat an artist... Got the
whole pack... By the by, you two are gonna come to my house, right?"
   "When?" Now I was interested.
"Say, tomorrow. Tomorrow morning... Around 10 o'clock?"
"It's ok for me, what about you, Luke?"
"Works for me too... I haven't checked my schedule, but I think I can
manage it..." Me trying to be funny.
"You sure? Don't I need to confirm with your secretary?" Pablo getting
onboard with my playing.
"I think I'm about to be hereby the secretary..."
"Yeah, John, you are..." I confirmed.
"So it's all set up. We're going to your house tomorrow morning." John
said.
   Pablo also suggested something else.
"And in the afternoon we can go in the pool park..."
I liked the idea, and John did too. Those days were too hot. So it would
be Pablo's place and pool afterwards.

Pablo said he had to leave, in order to get some stuff ready for his
'date' later on. John and I said goodbye to him and soon left too.
We took another route back home and passed by a soccer field where John
was spotted by some of his friends. The guys reached us and talked John
into playing with them a little. They were short one guy to complete the
team. One of the guys who came to him was a 'native american' skinned guy,
that I soon recognized as Robert. And he recognized me too.
"Aren't you John's cousin from SP?"
   "Yes..."
My mind went like: and aren't you John's friend who wanted your own
brother to suck your cock? But I said otherwise.
"...And you are, uh, Robert, right?"
"That's me... Man, you grew up since the last time I saw you..."
   "Yea, I think... A little..."
   "Nice to see you."
   "You too."
He wasn't interested in chatting with me. All he wanted was to drag my
cousin to soccer field. I could never understand what's the fuss about all
brazilian boys being pushed into playing soccer.
"Is it ok for you if I go play with them for a while?"
"Sure... Go ahead. Knock yourself out."
"Don't you wanna go play too?"
"I could. But knowing me as I do. It's very likely I end up breaking
someone's leg... So I rather just sit here."
It was true. My non existent ability to play soccer made me not
understand the timing of the game and I often hurt the other players in the
rare situations I tried playing.

"Oh. You're not gonna be alone here. There's a kid I know, over there."
"No, John... No need. I'll just be here..."
   "Relax..."
Maybe shy teenager wanted to take the lead, but I was in no mood to
making friends right now. Being a teenager is quite a challenge, in one
minute you're all friendly to everyone, in the other you just want to get
the safety of your own shell.

John came back talking with a boy. A short boy who was with a
guitar. There were two girls, apparently older, about John's age, with
them. John rapidly handled introductions and left for his loved game. And
then it happened. My fame had reached it's peak, as one of the girls
pointed out:
"Aren't you the boy who was playing piano in the Station earlier?"
   "Well... I was..."
"Kid, you can play! My mom was with me. She got impressed. She was
babbling about it all the way back."
See, now I was getting the downside of being in a small town. Whatever
you do, someone will see. Secrets are harder to keep in a small town. And
the damned girl continued:
"My brother here, Caio, plays the guitar... I think the two of you are
gonna get along."
Girl, I see this kid holding a guitar. Of course he plays it. No need to
state it.
I thought this kid, Caio was twelve, or thirteen. Well, he was
short. But turns out he was my age. A bit older, because he had already
turned 15.
"I'm sorry... I just thought, uh, because... Uh..."
"Don't worry. I get that a lot. But I already turned 15 couple months
back."
The girls soon lost interest in the conversation and went elsewhere, as
I grew interest in talking with that kid, after learning he was my age. I
find Caio to be a beautiful name. Every single Caio I met in life was an
interesting character. If Caio seems odd to speak in English, try saying it
like Kyle. It's pretty much the same sound.

Caio was not bad looking. Despite he being short, he had a nice
face. Well designed eyebrows, dark eyes, black hair. He was about 5' 3". He
was thin, but not skinny, pale skin, but nicely tanned, summer makes any
pale dude look good. I soon learned he played tennis, when our talk came to
sports.
"Tennis seems nice to play. Better than football, that's for sure..."
"Yeah, I thought you were gonna play with your cousin."
"Turns out I have no ability to it."
"Neither do I. And more, I don't like the game altogether. You know, so
much running for nothing. I like tennis better because you get to run
less..."
"I like to watch soccer. Not playing."
   "Me too what's your team?"
"I'm from SP, and I like São Paulo Football Club."
"Don't laugh, but I like Ponte Preta."
Ponte Preta is a very traditional team, one of the oldest in Brazil, but
is a team that's never won an important championship in over a century of
history. Sports talk soon was dropped.
"So you play piano. It must be nice to play."
"Once you get the drill it becomes nice. But until you get there, it's
so much trouble."
"Maybe it's the same with guitar. When you start playing you wanna give
up because you think you're never gonna get to play all those
'finger-stretching-chords', but practice leads you there eventually."
Caio had many songs chords printed and organized alphabetically. We went
to a bench under a tree and he became playing a soft mellow thing as I
looked over the songs. His taste in music seemed to match mine. We liked
the old classics from the 70's and 80's, brazilian pop, bossa nova.
"I hear that bossa nova is hard to play in guitar."
"It's not that hard. The chords are harder, but the playing is
easy. How's it in piano?"
"It's easy. There are not really hard chords to play in piano. I
personally would die trying to understand how you make it in the guitar."
"Well, each string is one different thing: E A D G B e, and then you
have the subsequent, on the E, you have F, F#, G, G# and so on and so
on..."
"Even though, I'd rather just listen than trying to learn..."
"What you want me to play?"
   "Play one you like."

He picked it and showed me, Green Day's "Time of your life". He played and
I waited for him to start singing, which he never did.
   "Hey..."
   Caio stopped.
   "What?"
   "Aren't you gonna sing?"
   "Uh, I don't sing..."
"What do you mean, 'I don't sing'?"
   "I don't sing, I don't have voice for that..."
"That's preposterous! All people have a voice to sing!"
   "Well, I don't."
I was NOT ok with that, but I'd just met Caio, I wasn't about to argue
with him over that. So I just went with:
   "Ok, then."
"Why don't you sing? My mom got home saying some cute boy had put quite
a show down at the Station."
"Did she say I was cute?"
"She did. And now I'm here thinking she needs new glasses... Hahaha."
   "Whoa. That one hurt."
"Huhuhu... I'm just kidding. You got nice looks."

Whoa-whoa-whoa. Did I just hear that right? Last time I checked it was
big no-no a boy saying other boy had nice looks. But then again that could
have been machism I had within me. Well no doubt I liked the sound of that.

"Ok, now start playing again, I'll sing."
That song was nice and easy to sing, I mean, there were no absurd high
notes. I chose to use a normal voice with a bit of 'whispering' beneath
it. That never failed in making my voice sound good. When you know you're
not a master on a certain thing, you gotta have some tricks up your sleeve.
   "Mom was right. You're good."
   "That's not good. That's a trick."
"What? What do you mean by a trick?"
Then I just told him what I mentioned above. I wanted to convince him to
give a try...
We went on for more songs, then we grew tired of it.

Surprising me, Caio mentioned he wanted a smoke. I go like 'whaaat?'
because it's hard to find young people smoking these days. Brazil became an
all-against-smoking nation.
   "You smoke, Caio?"
"Yea... I smoke but my family has no idea about it... You see, I had an
uncle who died due chain smoking. And my mom's father... So if they knew I
smoked there would be a Jihad in my house."
ANY teenager that can use JIHAD in a sentence is entitled to my
respect. If it's a boy, then he is entitled to so much more. Haha.
"I smoke too. And as well, I don't smoke near my folks. Not because
they'd wanna kill me, but to avoid the lecture about the dangers of
smoking, cancer threatning speechs and stuff. I do whatever I can to avoid
being lectured."
"Where do you smoke in SP?"
"Basically after I leave school, some guys and I hit a park, that's
close to our school, where we can smoke before heading home. And you?"
"Always looking behind my back... I try not to smoke in the same places,
so I'd be spotted as a regular..."
   "Makes sense..."
"My parents are REALLY smoking-ban fellas."
"Crazy stuff... Now that you mentioned it, I kinda want to smoke too."
"Would you do me a favor?"
"It depends. If I can do, I'll do it."
"You could buy cigarettes. Then we could go smoke."
"Maybe, Caio, you haven't noticed... But I'm a minor."
   "So?"
"So, last time I read the law, I wasn't allowed to buy cigarettes."
"Oh, that? That won't be a problem here. I know the place you gonna buy
it. I just can't do that myself because the man of the store is friends
with my dad and, you get the picture? I go buy cigarettes, the store owner
tells my dad about it, then I'm screwed..."
   "Alright, alright. I get it."

When I smoked with my friends after school there was never this
drama. Then again, big city is different. I believe my father wouldn't
really care, given he smokes too. My mom would be disappointed. She'd
probably say "you know better than that" and I'd get a whole lotta
passionate speeches, which I desperately was determined to avoid. But
nothing like Caio's parents.
I agreed to go with him and we went to his house, right in front of the
soccer field and he put the guitar inside and got some cash. I wanted to
let John know I was going away but he was immersed in the game, wouldn't
see me. We headed out anyway.
Few streets back there was a bakery/convenience store on a corner and
Caio waited outside while I got in. The wall behind the check out stand was
covered with cigarettes of all sorts but it hit me Caio never mention what
brand he liked. I wasn't going to get out ask him and get in again, so I
just picked one seemed nice to me, a menthol. The green labels seemed nicer
than the others. I also bought a matchbox.
"You didn't tell me which one to buy."
   "What you got?"
   "These."
"Oh, nice enough. I like menthols."
"Me too. That's why I picked it."

We didn't walk back to the soccer field direction, we kept going on the
same street we were. I took the pack and began unwrapping the plastic seal.
   "No, man... Wait up."
"I was gonna smoke, not hand it to you..."
"Anyway, I rather not be seen with a smoker..."
   "Realy? Hahaha"
"Yeah, not only be above suspicion, must look above suspicion... I heard
it on TV and made sense to me."
   "Like Ceasar's wife..."
   "Who?"
"Forget it... Just a thing I learned in a school research... Where are
we going then?"
"I know a place... Come with me."

Like I was going anywhere else.

Couple blocks ahead we turned right on a dead end street, with a bunch
of big trees and no one on the street. We stopped in front of a house. An
abandoned one by the way, with a front lawn fenced that was more like a
branch of Amazon rain forest. Caio pushed the gate and we got in, he first
and I following him wherever he set foot. We passed along a narrow corridor
in the left side of the house to end in the backyard that had the same
feature: weeds everywhere, really a jungle-like scenario. Not your average
well tendered backyard.
   "Here's the spot."
"Hope you brought along snake antivenom, coz we might need it."
"O... Kay, don't freak out big city boy. We're safe here."
   "If you say so."
   "Now, we can smoke."
Shit, if I had to go such lengths to smoke, I'd quit the habit very
soon. Fortunately for me it was only head out from school, a few blocks
ahead, and that was it. The park where we could enjoy that awesome
carcinogen.
As Caio lit his first, I needed otherwise to take a piss.
"Well, go over there, or over here... Who cares... I'm not gonna tell
the owners you peed in their garden."
I went over to a corner and let it out. Juice had to go
somewhere. Ooh... Better off now.
When I put my shaft back inside I turned to him who was pretty much
watching me as I handled my business. He could see nothing really, since my
back was to him.
"Now I can smoke. It's been days since the last time..."
"I can't go many days without it. My max is one day. Got addicted to
this shit already."
   "You've smoked for long?"
"No, started last year. But got hooked in the meantime."
Turns out I would get addicted too, pretty soon.

"Say, Lucas, you got a girlfriend back in SP?"
"No. Not really. Just the eventual kissing behind the school or at the
mall... You?"
"The same thing... I thought you with the piano playing thing would
score a lot..."
"Well... I don't go around advertising that I play piano to get me some
chicks. Do you do that with your guitar playing?"
   "No, not really."

After finishing his cigarette, it was Caio's time go on and pee. While I
went a bit far to relief myself, he went on just a few steps, and he didn't
have the courtesy to turn away from me. He was on my sight reach when he
just unzipped his shorts and let his dicky thing get out. Dude, you
shouldn't do that in front of me. I'm cock addicted, I might just peek on
it.
Don't get me wrong, I wanted to get a full view of that boy's dick but I
held myself to not be taken as a maniac. Right? If I became that sex crazed
at the point to not control myself with whatever boy I came across, I'd
have to be commited to an institution. Haha, an institution filled with
boys... Hahaha!
Caio and I talked some more and smoked some more...
"Oh, Caio, what happened to this house... I mean, why's it abandoned?"
"The couple who used to live here died in a car crash two years back."
"And nobody took over the house?"
"It's, uh, locked out in some testament thing. One of those things that
drags for years..."
"I know what you mean. My dad's a lawyer and last year he dealt with
something like this for a friend of his. As if he didn't have enough on his
hand already with his job at the bank."
"Working in a bank must be nice."
"I don't know. My mom and father work in a bank and sometimes seems I
don't remeber what their faces look like."
   "Shit."
   "It's true."

I was getting along nicely with this Caio boy, not to mention he was
nice enough and though not photographic model, I could totally do things
with him.
"So you 're staying long in town?"
"Till the end of the month I think."
"Then I'll see you around a lot more?"
"I think we will see each other, yes."
   "I liked you, Lucas-Piano-Guy."
   "Back at you, Caio-Guitar-Player-non-singing."
"By the by, I think tomorrow afternoon John and I and a friend of his
are going to a swimming pool park, or something..."
"Oh you'll go to the pool?"
"Great! Why don't we meet there then?"
   "Sounds nice to me."
"What time you guys are going?"
"I'm not sure, but I think maybe around two o'clock."

We smoked another cigarette and then headed back to the soccer
field. Sun was beginning to fade.
By the time we came to the field, I saw a bunch a shirtless boys
drinking coke, John with them. Well that was a view. I could do nothing but
stare. Caio and I parted ways as he went to his house and I approached the
soccer dudes.
   "Where've you been, Luke?"
   "Around. With that boy, Caio."
   "You two got along?"
   "We did."
"I thought so. You two play something, thought you'd have stuff to talk
about."
"It was nice... Are we going?"
"Yea... I was just waiting for you to show up. Actually I was starting
to get worried."

We had dinner with the family but my mind was part in Pablo's date with
the so-called-straight guy and part of it thinking about the good time I
had with Caio.
By the time John and I went to our 'love nest' (or 'sex nest', as you
wish) we were both horny. John quickly stripped off and his clothes were
spread around the room and soon enough I was naked as well and sucking his
cock, which I wanted to do since the morning and the 'firefuck' (see part
4). I engulfed his cock and sat on the study table chair. He came on
placing one leg on the chair arm rest, face fucking me for a while. When he
got tired we went to bed, cuddling a little instead of going at it again. I
was thinking about Pablo, tomorrow, and what it would bring.
"What do you think Pablo and that guy are doing 'it' already?"
"Oh, if I know Pablo like I do, by now he's sitting on the guy's cock,
just giving him a nice ride. I'd love to see that."
   "Well..."
   "What?"
"We cannot see that, but what if we played that?"
   "What do you mean, Luke?"
"Just got horny and thought we could play them..."
   "Play them?"
"Yeah... I could play I'm Pablo, blonde hair, nice body, coming over to
you..."
"Oh, and I play the Thomas guy... A guy who never fucked an ass..."
"And desperately wants it... Going forward to my (or Pablo's) ass..."
We both started acting those moves we were saying as things got hotter
in the room.

In no time John was flat on his back, I was on my knees over his body,
kinda sitting on his cock. John got my ass lubed up and I came down on him
feeling his pulsating cock enter me as I drove the pace. I let the mushroom
head in, then out, then in, then out, driving my cousin nuts! I was getting
good at driving a boy crazy. That would come in handy in the future.
John started calling me Pablo while I played with his cock head in and
out of my craving hole. Since I didn't know what the guy he was supposed to
be looked like, I thought I was gonna picture Alex's face on him, but my
mind put on him Caio's face instead. Damnation! Did I get the hots for that
guy? What-the-fuck! I'm gonna ride John's cock as if it was Caio's then...
I had John's cock in me all at once, letting myself to feel it go deeper
and deeper in me... John first arched his legs and began fucking me, but
soon enough I took over the leading of that show, and was working my way up
and down on him so good that I felt his cock sliding in and out... I even
pressed my pucker against his pole a few times and that was the only thing
missing for his cock to explode and let a whole-day-cum fly into my waiting
hole. After he shot his load, I rode him a little more...
When I slid his cock out of me the oddest thing happened, with a smell
that was totally unexpected... Maybe you get what I mean. Do you?

   "John?"
   "What?"
"I think something went wrong... There's a smell that's quite not..."
   "Ew... Man..."
"Yeah... I think I 'shitted' on your... uh..."
"Oh, dude... Relax... I mean... It, uh, happens. Eventually."
   "It does?"
"Well... We pretty much use a hole that's, say, designed to a different
purpose... Know what I mean?"
   "I know, but... Shit!"
"Dooon't worry. I'll go wash up..."
"Yeah, go there. It's pretty disgusting... I'm sorry."
"Don't be. I told you. It DOES happen at some point."

Crap on things! Did I do anything wrong? John fucked me good before and
it didn't happen. Ow shit I feel bad about it. Man that was awful!!! John
came out of the bathroom and I got in, closing the door behind me. John's
sperm came out of me along with some unpleasantries. I didn't know what to
think. But I knew that something had gone awfully wrong and John was all ok
with that... How come?
I took my time in the shower and by the time I emerged, John had already
drifted away. I turned on his computer and went online looking for answers
for what happened.
Soon later I slept, now a bit calmer after my 'educational' time. Still
I was gonna ask someone about that. Someone who knew more than I did about
the subject.

I woke up early the next day, while my uncle was still in the house and
he asked me to go buy some bread. I went and bought myself a pack of those
menthols. I lit one. It was before 7 am and that minty warm smoke invading
my lungs had a nice feeling. How many minutes less of life each cigarette
takes away? I heard that but couldn't recall the exact number. At the time
I thought it was totally worth it.

After breakfast, both my uncle and aunt went off to work and I decided
to treat John with breakfast in bed. So romantic. Soooo gay. Yes, I was
gay, so, who cared if I acted gay?

   "Rise and shine..."
"Oh... Hey you... What you got there?"
   "Breakfast... For my cutie cousin..."
"Oh, man... If you treat me like that, I'm gonna get used to it..."
   "Enjoy while I'm here..."

After feeding up my horny boy we went down on a delicious 69...
