Subject: Me and My Brother Ch. 10

First off sorry that its been awhile since the last chapter but I had a
nasty beating thanks to my brother-in-law, and I just had the cast removed
so that I could start to type again.

The big question asked in the last chapter:Mark and Matt asked Dennis a
very unexpected question," Would you and Brian like to be our father's ?"


After a week of looking for Kevin, Brad finally decided to check some of
the underground newspapers both online as well as picking up a copy from
some of the local gay establishments.  He was shocked when he saw an ad:
Young gwm into total BDSM especially since return from FSU on break. If
interested in having a total slave or houseboy call Kevin at 201 -555-1122.
Brad thought for a short time than called Brian to see if he and Dennis
could help him and Kathy out as he thinks that he may have located Kevin.
Brian told Dennis to pick-up the extension and listen in to what Brad had
to say.  Without even asking Kathy, Brad had decided it was time that the
guys help save their son, before somebody killed him. Especially since he
did not totally understand the gay life style as well what the BDSM scene
may have done to Kevin.  Asking both Dennis and Brian to help was his only
hope to save his son, his marriage, as well as his own mental health.

Without even discussing the situation between themselves Brian and Dennis
told Brad to give them the contact number, and also they would use a
friends beachouse to start save Kevin.  Brad gave them the phone number
201-555-1122, and told them it was a pager number not his own phone number.
While Dennis made the call to Kevin to get him to contact them, Brain went
to the restaurant to call Tony and ask if there was any possibility of him
and Kevin getting back together.  Brian was not ready for the response from
Kevin. Tony in turned asked Brian if he and Dennis would consider becoming
Mark, Matt's and his dad?  The same question asked last week by Mark and
Matt to both of them while Coach Stevens along with Kathy and Tony where
present.

"What are you trying to blackmail us to save Kevin?" asked Brain.  No its
simple are you and Dennis interested in becoming our dad ?  As for Kevin
after he broke both my heart as well my arm, there is no chance in hell
that I will get back with him since he thrives on pain both getting it as
well as receiving it, and I told Kathy that I was sorry that he took my
decision to attend the University of Alabama over going with him to the
University of Miami.  Brian, I will help any possible way that I can, but
getting back with him as a couple is out of the question. I have one more
question for you Brian, " Would you have stayed with Dennis if he like to
inflict pain the way that Kevin does to me?"  Oh by the way it was Kevin
who pierced my nipples after I complained that his use of nipple clips hurt
me too much, and Brian he did it without any pain killers to easy the
severity of the pain he had inflicted on my body.  Ok Tony thanks for being
so honest with me Brain said before hanging up the phone.  How am I going
to tell Kathy and Brad that their son had inflicted physical pain on Tony?
I need to talk to Dennis about what Tony has told me before I talk to both
Kathy and Brad he thought to himself.

It was about an hour after his conversation with Tony that Dennis and Brain
talked about becoming the boys father, also Brain need to tell Dennis what
Kevin had done to Tony causing his change of feelings towards Kevin.
Dennis said," I need to talk to Mark, Matt and especially Tony before I go
to the shore to help get Kevin out of the BDSM scene."  A few minutes later
Kevin returned his page on Dennis's cell phone asking how serious he was
about getting together.  While on the cell with Kevin, Brain went into
their bedroom and made 3 phone calls. His first was to Kathy and Brad, than
he called Tony to ask for his assistance in trying to save Kevin, and
finally he called Coach Stevens to let him know that he and Dennis would be
willing to become Mark and Matt's fathers. He also asked Coach Stevens if
he could get the older guys to convince Tony to return to the Jersey Shore
as they where going to try to save Kevin's life from the downward spiral it
was in.  Much to Brain's surprise Coach Stevens told him that he along with
the soccer coach at Alabama would be with the boys heading towards the
house near Wildwood, N.J. first thing in the morning.

While all this was going on behind our backs I was being ridden like a wild
bronco by Mark who seemed to space out just prior to the best damn orgasm I
have had since we where heading towards The University of Alabama earlier
that summer. I did not give a damn about Kevin after Tony told us what
Kevin had done to him last year when he visited The University of
Miami. Hurt my little cousin ( ok brother its hard to believe still) by
piercing his body without any antiseptic or having pain relievers there for
him to use, and to tell him that if he really loved him that he keep his
mouth shut.

Just after we came out from taking a shower together the damn phone rang
until the voice mail picked it up. I was not in any mood to talk to anyone,
especially after I twisted my ankle suffering a "high ankle sprain".  It
would cause me to miss more practice as well as possibly the next game
against the Florida Gators Saturday Night in Gainesville, Florida.  Laying
back with ice on my ankle trying to catch-up on some back school work, when
the damn phone started to ring again.  Tony entered the room saying we
needed to talk, but first he answered the phone.  God how I wish he had
left it ring so it would go to voice mail again.  It was Brad and Brian
calling from some place in New Jersey, and Brian's request of me seemed
more like he and Dennis would only become our dad if we agreed to his
request.  I told Tony to put it on speaker so he could hear Brian and my
response so that both Brian and Brad knew exactly how I felt about Brian's
request.

Go ahead Brain repeat it cause the phone is on speaker mode so Tony can
hear your request, and you all can hear my response especially as part of
its going to directed towards Anthony.  Tony knew I was upset since I only
called him Anthony when I am mad at him, and both Dennis and Brad
remembered me saying that I always called him Tony, but when I was pissed
or mad it went back to Anthony.  Matt walked in hearing me call Tony
Anthony, and he asked not knowing the phone was on speaker phone,"What has
you so pissed Mark?"  Why not ask Brad and Brian ?  How can since they are
hundreds of miles away, and its just you me and Tony here. Again I was
pissed. So I corrected him its not Tony its Anthony, and the other two
heard you as the phone is on speaker mode.  Now ask then question again,
because I want nothing to do with a straight guy that is using Anthony here
to try and blackmail us into helping him, Dennis and Brad, but I have been
hurt so bad when I was in New Jersey the last time that it would take a
miracle to get me up and to go there again.

Brain, why have you not repeated your question like I asked you to since
the conversation is being heard by all three of us here in Alabama.  Well
ask it or I am hanging up as I need to have Anthony placed into foster
care, and get back to my studying.  If I hang up Brian, I want you to
understand this," Never call here again or I will have you arrested for
telephone harassment."  Ok Mark I will repeat the question and than go into
a mute mode so you can discuss whether or not you are going to help or not,
also its not a form of blackmail like you believe.  Especially since Dennis
talked to Coach Stevens to see if he could help out by directing us in the
right direction to adopt you all as our sons. Matt and Tony, I asked Mark
in a round about way if you guys would be willing to travel to Wildwood,
N.J. to help us save Kevin from the BDSM scene that he has gotten himself
into.  Mark told me that once he heard how Kevin had hurt Tony by doing
nipple piercing without any antiseptic or pain killers for young Tony when
he made that trip to the University of Miami last year.  Tony yelled back
do you know how old I was when he did it?  Both Brad and Brian thought that
Tony was almost 17 years old, but they soon found out that Kevin did it to
a 13 year old who was a brain thus he was in his senior year now while at
high school.  Yeah I was still in middle school when he decided that he
wanted to make me his by forcing himself on me, and then he pierced not one
but both nipples cause his use of nipple clamps hurt me so much. Tony
turned to Mark looking at his older brother crying after hearing all that
had just been said by him, and than Tony told Brian that he did not need a
father who would blackmail his boys into helping him with a sick and
perverted son of a .  He than remembered how much he like Kathy so he
said," let me rephrase that to perverted asshole", because I like his mom,
and his dad sounds like a nice guy.

Matt than took the floor so to speak even though it was his dorm room also.
He started in on how sorry he was for Kathy and Brad that their son turned
out the way he did, but when it comes to Dennis and Brian trying to use a
request that they made because they thought that they could trust both of
them to become their adopted fathers. Especially since all three boys,
Mark, Tony and himself are gay as well as where Brian and Dennis.  Brian he
started," I am normally the more quiet of the two of us between Mark and
myself, but I have to tell you that what I heard happened to Tony at the
hands of Kevin.  I feel like you are trying to blackmail us into either
helping you with Kevin or there will be no chance of having nice gay guys
as our dads."  Now I want some answers ASAP from both of you as well as
Dennis and Kathy.  I want to know if Kathy has any idea of what you are
doing? and How much pain its causing between the three of us?  Mark told us
all at dinner that he never calls Tony by his given name Anthony unless he
is really pissed at him, and guess what Brian. You have caused that divide
between brothers who did not know each other before this summer, and I have
known Mark longer than Anthony so guess what its two against if Anthony
wants to then he can go and not return.  I like to hear from Kathy and
Dennis within the hour because Anthony is laying here crying thanks to you
and Brian.

Almost an hour had passed when the phone rang again.  This time it was
Coach Stevens and some guy who was introduced as Alabama's Varsity Soccer
Coach a Mr. Wagner, asking us to join them in Coach Stevens Office. I told
them it was hard as we where expecting a call from either Brad and Brian or
Kathy and Dennis if not all four of them.  What I did not tell Coach
Stevens was that Marks ankle had swollen even more than before when we had
our original conversation with Brad and Brian.  Coach Stevens said," Your
phone calls will be transferred to my office", but Coach Mark and I have
school work to finish for classes on Monday.  He than stated," Its not a
request its an order."  After he made the introduction of Coach Wagner, it
seems that Brain and Dennis can not mind their own business, because Coach
Stevens boldly told us that we all are going to the Jersey shore to help
them with Kevin.  I got up and stated, " Sir, I will go, but as soon as we
return I am going to suggest to Matt that we transfer to a college where
outsiders can not run our lives, or get the coaches to go beyond their
duties."  Coach Wagner, I do not know you personally but if Tony goes
through with this scheme than he is yours to raise since he is a minor as I
will wash my hands of Anthony all together.  Also sir I do not call him
Anthony except when he does something that really pisses me off big time.
So Coach Stevens unless there are any other orders for me and Matt, I want
to return to the dorm as the time limit for a return call from Kathy and
Dennis concerning Brad and Brian's actions over the phone to us earlier
today has come and gone.  Coach Stevens then told me to hold on as Kathy
was on the extension, and he thought that it was only proper if we where
going to refuse to help with Kevin to tell her ourselves.

The next voice that we all heard was that of Kathy's along with Dennis who
had picked her up before heading to the Wildwood, N.J. house.  Mark, she
started off I had no idea that Kevin did that to Tony, and please accept my
apology.  I know that you feel like Brad and Brian where using blackmail to
get you, Matt, Tony to help us with Kevin, but I can only speak for myself
that I had no knowledge of what they planned on doing, and now I like you
to talk to Dennis if you would.  Dennis, than repeated everything that
Kathy had just said, plus he added I be glad to have the three of you as my
sons. If you still want that after all the trouble that Tony has been
through, plus Brian does not speak for me.  What he and Brad did over the
phone makes me want to pack my bags, and head to North Carolina to my late
grandmother's old house.  Now guys here is Kathy again because I am so sick
thinking that they tried to get you involved in something that nobody knew
about, except maybe for Anthony.  Anthony, I am so sorry for any pain that
Kevin may have caused you as well as if Brad and Brian have caused trouble
between you and your newly found brothers, especially since I remember that
Mark usually would call you Tony unless he was really angry at you.
Unfortunately Tony both Kathy and I have heard Mark and Matt call you
Anthony a number of times, and believe you me we are so sorry for any
trouble it maybe causing you and your brothers.  Hold on guys as Kathy is
in the bathroom and she wants to talk to all three of you.  Yeah sure but I
have studying to do Mark yelled with a very angry tone in his voice.

While waiting for Kathy to return to talk again.  You could hear Dennis
yelling at Brian calling him an idiot for going along with Brad on such a
stupid scheme to get Mark, Matt and Tony up to the shore house.  He also
yelled at Brian I would not be surprised if the three of them never want to
see us again, especially Tony as he was only 13 years old when Kevin
pierced him without any type of protection for either of them.  Than you
could hear Kathy yell at Brad that he better pray that we do not sue them
over the stupid and idiotic things that he and Brian did earlier along with
what Kevin had done to Tony last year especially since " Your Son" took
advantage of a minor.  Finally Kathy returned to the conversation with us
only after I asked Coaches Stevens and Wagner to leave us alone for the
remainder of the call.  I had turned to Matt and Anthony after they had
left the office and told them that I was going to use Kathy and Dennis's
own words to bite them back big time.

Mark, Kathy said over the phone are you still there?  Yeah I am here
looking through the yellow pages for a good Lawyer to handle Kevin's action
against my brother Tony, also the fact that Brad and Brian tried to
blackmail us to help them get that pervert Kevin back into Brad's hands.
So Kathy, did you realize that Tony was only 13 years old when Kevin
molested him, as well as do body modifications without his consent nor his
parents consent.  Also I do believe that Brad is paying Kevin's way through
college, so for him to even approach us as he and Brian did earlier today
is unforgettable.  Dennis if you can hear this conversation I did not care
that Brad and Brian contacted our Head Football Coach Stevens, to get us to
do as they wish dealing with Kevin.  Kathy and Dennis, if I where you I'd
consider all your legal options because this part of our conversation does
not have either one of the coaches that you two talked to earlier.  If you
think that I am mad Kathy, let me in on secret that Tony just let Matt and
I know while waiting for you return the call.  Kevin besides doing the body
piercing on Tony, he also dislocated my little brothers elbow when he was
under Kevin's care at the University of Miami.  Now I think that its time
for you and Dennis to talk this over, and if you want to discuss it with
Brad and Brian than let Coach Stevens know in a couple of minutes since we
are headed back to the dorm, so we can study as well as waiting to hear
from you in our room.  Bye for now Kathy and Dennis and our lights out is
at 10 PM unless Coach tells us otherwise, and the decision better be fast
as I will contact a lawyer first thing in the morning to start all possible
legal proceedings.  <click>

It did not take Kathy and Dennis long to place another call this time to
the dorm room, but it was a three-way since they called the restaurant
talking to Brad and Brian about our conversation earlier.  When the phone
rang Matt answered it than placed it on the speaker so that we all could
hear what was being said since Tony was now sleeping in our room.  I said
hello to Kathy and Dennis along with the other two, but only Kathy and
Dennis returned the hello Mark.  Well since this seems to be a repeat of
our earlier conversation Kathy and Dennis, Matt and I are going to go back
to studying while Anthony takes his shower since he has to get ready to
finish high school in the morning.  Just as I was about to disconnect the
call I heard Brad scream ok you win damn it.  Sorry but I only talk to
civilized people and with that I hung-up the phone, and started to count to
ten knowing damn well either Kathy or Dennis would call back.

Just as I thought Dennis called back to make an attempt of apologizing for
Brad's outburst, and I told him bluntly that he does not have to apologize
for Brad or Brian as they are the ones that need to learn to be more
civilized.  Kathy than got on the phone asking to talk to Anthony.  Yes
Kathy, Anthony said.  Tony I need to let you know how sorry I am that Kevin
has robbed you of your teenage years by molesting you when you went there
to visit him last year.  Please tell Mark that I heard Brad's rude comment
" Ok you win damn it", and after talking to Dennis we both have decided to
separate from our partners, but Dennis and I still would like to stay close
with you, Mark and Matt if that is ok with you.  Looking over at me, I
whispered to Anthony " I do not trust them", and Matt repeated my comment
word for word.  Its your call now Tony, but make sure that you realize if
you go visit them or anything that is the end between the three of us.
Sorry Kathy and Dennis, but blood is thicker than water, and to be blunt I
do not trust anything that you have just stated over the phone.  With that
he hung-up on both of them.

Trying to relieve me of any stress I may have had Tony asked me if he could
join us tonight when we had sex or as he called it made love to each other.
Yeah Tony we can make love to our baby brother, but remember if it hurts
please let either Matt or myself know because we do not want to cause you
anymore pain than what you have already gone through.  Looking me right in
the eyes Tony than very manly stated," I love you and want you to make love
to me please", and than he turned to Matt and repeated the same words with
the following added: " I love you my unknown relative and want you to make
love to me also please Matt."  We answered him in unison, "Sure Tony".

A couple of weeks went by after the three of us had made love to each
other, and it was the first of many times that we would have man 2 man sex.
Right after Matt and I returned to our room following the "Alabama Tide
shut-out Eli Manning 30-0 in our first home game after the whopping that
Florida gave us the week before.  Tony was on the phone as we walked in,
and than put the conversation on the speaker and asked Kathy and Dennis to
please repeat the last part as both his brothers had just walked in the
room.  Ok Tony as you wish or you can tell them and we will listen to make
sure that it worded properly.  What ever Kathy enough games before the
number is changed and New Jersey and New York phone numbers will be
blocked.  Ok Mark and Matt, first off nice game watched it on cable with
Dennis before we decided to call your dorm room to update you on my and
Brad's status along with what Dennis has to tell you also about himself and
Brian.  Ok let me go to the john, and than get more comfortable as I took
some nasty shots as you saw during the game.  It maybe about 20 mins
because the trainer is headed up here to ice down my ankle, right shoulder.
Kathy if you prefer us to call you back, or have us call as soon as the
trainer has left our room, please let them know while I am away.  Matt and
Tony tell Mark that we will call back in 30 minutes.

Here is the conversation that happened as soon as Skipper our team trainer
left us while we waited for Kathy and Dennis to call us back.

Tony: I think that just maybe we should give them a chance this time
because I was on the internet during the game and Dennis and Brian's
Restaurant has an add in the NYC gay newspaper with a notice "Closed Until
Further Notice"

Matt: That might just mean the health department has closed them down
because of bugs

Tony: Yeah but also in the straight New York newspapers under legal notices
they had this listed: Kathy Summers and Brad Summers announce their
separation with Mrs. Summers getting the beach house, the home near the
college and both the BMW as well as the Hummer2.

Mark: Yeah I also logged onto the New York Times and Daily News yesterday,
and saw it.  I called the papers to find out when it was placed, before I
called the lawyer to see if they had been served with the criminal papers
regarding Kevin's abuse of Tony.  It seems that they where served only an
hour before both Kathy and Brad called into place that notice in the legal
section.

Matt: I thought Kathy was ok, but it sounds more like she is nothing more
than a female version of Brad.

Tony: I am so confused now.

Mark: Here Tony read this sworn statement from the person who served them
both court papers and notice where they where served.

Tony: Holy Shit !!!!!! They where served at the Restaurant which is now
under a different name: The Dungeon owned by Brad, Kevin Summers and Brain
Lawson.

Mark: When she calls back act like I am asleep and ask about a new
restaurant that you heard about in NYC from cousin who plays at St. John's

Matt: Should we see if they take it hook line and sinker?

Mark: Lets have Tony do it since she and Dennis seem to want to make nicey
nicey more with the little brother so he can cool off the big bad brothers.

Tony: What about the legal section statement?

Mark: Our lawyer has contacted all the papers, and if no formal separation
document is on file they must make a retraction along with stating why it
was retracted.  <Phone Rings in background>

Matt: Hello, may I help you?

Lawyer: Yes this is Mr. Adams the lawyer retained in the matter of the
People vs.. Kathy Summers, Brad Summers and Kevin Summers

Mark: Please forgive the way Matt answered the phone, but Kathy and Dennis
had called while we where playing football talking to Tony.  They wanted to
speak with me even after I gave them a bullshit line about the team trainer
having to visit for icing down legs and shoulders.

Matt: Mr. Adams please accept my apology for the rudeness that I answered
the phone.

Mr.Adams: Do not worry about it Matt.

Mr. Adams: Tony thank you for following my instructions and keeping them on
the phone for excess of 20 minutes because we where able to trace the call.

Mark: I thought that only calls locally could be traced?

Mr. Adams: Correct again they are about 4 hours from the campus staying in
a Red Roof Inn.  I want the three of you and your Coach to here within the
hour.

All three: Ok here but Coach Stevens not sure about.

Mr. Adams: Ok guys just give me his extension number

Matt: Its 2245

Mr. Adams: Ok that was 2245

Mark/Matt: Yup
