Subject: Me and My Brother Ch 9

Folks this story now has been reviewed to make sure that the names are not
changed as a friend did in the previous chapter.

The ones telling the story this time are Brian, Dennis, Kathy will be the
authors of the next chapter or chapters cause Kevin has dropped out of
sight since his major fight with Tony and Brad is looking for him. (From
the last chapter): The fight that followed Kevin asking Tony to be his
partner for life over a dinner held at Brian and Dennis' restaurant, that
caused Mark to have a major fight with his dad and Matt's mom Andrea.

Mark and Matt returned a few days later after Mark was released from the
hospital after what some would call a breakdown, because his dad and Andrea
thought that Tony can have a serious relationship with a guy in college,
but that Mark and Matt wanting to also have one was totally disgusting as
well as sickening.  Tony was as upset over all that had happened as well as
Matt and Coach Stevens to the point that Tony was now to live with his
brothers in the dorm at Alabama while finishing his remaining two years of
high school.

Brian was upset for Kathy because her son Kevin had run off into the night,
and Brad was not able to locate him anywhere. So they had to file a Missing
Persons Report with the local police precient.  She kept saying if only
Mark and Matt's parents had been as accepting to the fact that their sons
where gay, and in love with each other as well as another man ( in Tony's
case).  Dennis kept trying to figure out why Tony had blown up at Kevin
after he gave him the ring, and asked him to commit his love to Kevin as he
had done to Tony.  Tony finally called the restaurant to make reservations
for Mark, Matt,himself as well as Coach Stevens so that the coach could
find out first hand what had happened to cause Mark to go into like a shell
not wanting to talk to anyone and blocking his dad from his life as long as
he was at The University of Alabama.

Upon arriving at the restaurant after picking Mark up from the hospital to
have dinner, and talk with either Dennis, Brian, Kathy or Brad to get an
outsiders point of view on what had happened.  Coach Stevens did not want
to "Red Shirt or declare unable to play that season" Mark, instead he had
told the linebacker coaches that Mark would be available for the game
against Florida State University ( FSU) in two weeks since Alabama did not
have a game till then.  Lucy saw Matt walk in with Tony helping his brother
Mark re-enter the place where it all started the night before after the
loss to Maryland.  I was surprised to find out that the head coach of the
Crimson Tide had requested to have Kathy along with Brian and Dennis each
replay what happened to him separately so that he could compare the
stories.

I turned to Brain and suggested that we make Mark feel more like he was
accepted in our place of business, by giving the 4 of them dinner and
drinks on the house. At first Brian was reluctant since nobody knew where
Kevin was, and Tony had not even asked about the guy that had professed his
love towards him last night.  I asked Kathy if she wanted me to ask Tony
knew of any of Kevin's hide outs that we where not aware of at the
present. All she did was nod yes.  Tony can I talk with you just for a few
mins. I was very blunt and asked Tony,"Do you know where Kevin likes to
hide at when he is upset?" Tony replied Dennis why not look at the Adult
Video Stores or Movie Houses near Times Square cause when we have fought
before Kevin looks for a very dominate type of man.  You know that Kevin is
into BDSM as well as interracial submissiveness to men of color. Yeah we
have fought before, and he always looks for somebody like his Uncle Brian (
an aggressive black man). Why do you think that he passed over attending
Alabama on a full soccer scholarship and went to Miami instead?  Its cause
of all the guys of color especially those who like to dominate a submissive
white guy.

Once Kathy had finished talking to Coach Stevens about what happened last
night at the family dinner. Coach asked her to join us for dinner as the
three of us had been so helpful understanding why Mark had acted the way
that he did, and all his requests to make sure his father nor Andrea could
step foot on the campus.

Mark was talking to Dennis about relationships between gay men. He mainly
was talking about how much that he loved Matt, and wanted to get his degree
so if he was not drafted than the two of them could always be secure
together like Dennis and Brian seemed to him.  Listening to the
conversation that Dennis was having with Matt caused him to ask Kathy, "Do
you think that they will always be together? and My love for Marks not
wrong is it?"  Lucy took Matt's hand as she looked him in the eyes before
saying," The love that you have with Mark is special, and if you do not
tell anyone that you really are brothers than I can see or hope that one
day you two will be so in love to get married."

As the group sat there chatting like they where old friends it soon came
tumbling down when in walked Andrea and the boys dad returning to the scene
of their crime.  Coach Stevens saw who entered than turned to Brian asked
him to call the police as there is a restraining order out against both of
them.  Brian not wanting to make a scene walked over to them to inform them
the restaurant was closed as it had been rented out for a private party,
and he also made it quite clear that they where not welcome in the
restaurant again.  Andrea said," Look faggot I want to take my son out of
this hell hole." Upon her saying that Dennis called 911 to have both
arrested for violating a restraining order and trespassing into a private
party.  Coach saw what had happened with Brian and he asked Kathy to please
have the owners press charges against the couple, because the father needed
to learn that just because he is a US Marine that is stationed at the White
House. So Kathy told Brian and Dennis that they had to press charges to
teach the father a lesson, even though it was Andrea who was so disgusting.

Later after having dinner and arriving at the Hilton for one last night
before heading back to Alabama. As they where walking by the bar in the
lobby they heard a "Breaking News Bulletin" The Defense Department has
decided to send a marine stationed at the White House over to Iraq for
being arrested not once but twice as well as violating a restraining order
issued against him.  This marine was not above the law even though he has
acted like he is over this past weekend while in New Jersey and New York
City, and his insubordination has earned him a loss of privileges that most
20 year service men are given. When Mark heard this he yelled and what
about the homophobic bitch that claims she is my mother.  Oh Andrea did not
get off as easy as her US Marine husband, because of the "Patriot Act" the
fact that she was born not in the United States meant that she would face
deportation.  Supposedly Matt showed no remorse towards her because of all
the trouble that she has caused.

After closing up the restaurant and promising to pick up Matt, Mark, Tony
also Coach Stevens so that they could catch their afternoon flight from JFK
International Airport. As Danny and Billy headed home after dropping Kathy
off at her place. Brian started to tell Dennis about his conversation with
Tony about the possible location of Kevin.  To be mild Dennis was shocked
that Kevin was into BDSM as well going to clubs that had backrooms to
service guys of color. The next question was how do we tell Brad and Kathy
about their son, and his kinky habits especially doing it bareback in
backrooms or tearooms as some where called.

Coach Stevens had arranged to take Kathy out to Brunch on the day that we
had to leave, because he felt sorry that her husband had to look for their
son.  He told Kathy that if they wanted Kevin to get his degree than to
just ask and he would contact Alabama's head soccer coach about giving
Kevin a scholarship. He was sorry that it could not be a full scholarship,
but he told her that the NCAA refuses to allow any student athlete who
refuses to sign with a given school prior to his freshman year, and than
goes to another college to play club or for that college the student is
only allowed a scholarship that covers 75 % of all fees including books and
dorm life.

Brian and I arrived after borrowing a neighbors mini van to pick up the
boys, Kathy also Coach Stevens ( he seems like he really cares about the
kids as well as Kevin's well being) so that they did not miss their Delta
flight back to Alabama scheduled at 4 PM.  Mark and Matt asked Dennis a
very unexpected question," Would you and Brian like to be our father's ?"
When Tony heard that he chimed in by asking to be included also cause he
felt closer to us than he did his real dad.

Both of us where taken by surprise by the request from these very handsome
young men. Than Kathy stated,"Dennis and Brian you always wanted to be
parents and I could not think of three better guys to have as sons, and she
continued that we would be excellent role models for them all."


In the next part of chapter 9: Brad locates Kevin also Dennis and Brians
response to the request from Mark, Matt and Tony.
