will take turns being here to open and when you get out of school, you can
help. We will open at 10am and close at 10pm." Dad said. Randy said, "We
will have 2 food servers for lunch time and 3 for dinner. This place may be
big, but it's not big enough for that many workers. And Jay, you will be
cooking the dinner time here. And either Rick or I will handle the lunch
here. So that leaves just a few food preps needed."

Dad and Randy had it all figured out. We went over more plans and such
while we got things cleaned and set for the next day. We got home about 7
