My Dad And Me: part 13

The week went by slowly. Jeremy and I had finals to study for. We spread
word in school for the restaurant opening as well. We passed all our finals
and we're ready when the last day of school came.

"Good morning, boys," dad said waking up. Randy was just opening his eyes
as well. We woke up just a few seconds before the alarm went off. "I hate
that sound, so annoying," Jeremy said, grumbling. "Aren't we all peachy
today," I said, smiling at Jeremy. He just glared at me and gave a half
smile. Dad laughed. "You two are a match made in heaven."

We got up and showered and went to get dressed. Randy was anxious because
his son was arriving today around noon. I asked him if I could talk, and
told dad and Jeremy we would be down in a minute.

"What's on your mind, son?" I hugged him and said, "I just wanted to let
you know that Jeremy and I are here for you today." Randy pulled me close
and hugged me. "Thank you. I think we will be ok. I just don't want to lose
my son, but it's his choice." I understood that. "Well whatever he decides
to do, we are here for you. And you have dad, he's gonna protect you no
matter what." Randy smiled at that. "I am blessed to have him. He is
everything I've ever wanted and more. Plus I am extra blessed, I have you
and Jeremy." I kissed him.

We went to the kitchen where dad and Jeremy were hugging. "What'd we
miss?," Randy asked. Dad smiled and said, "Just this. What did we miss?" I
told them what I told Randy and Jeremy came to hug Randy and said, "I agree
with Jay. You have us and Rick, always. No matter what Dan decides after
this weekend."

Randy hugged is all and kissed us, and said, "I am a lucky man. I love you
all so much." We held him close.

We sat down to eat breakfast and have our coffee. Dad smiled at Jeremy and
said, "You aren't a morning person, are ya?" Jeremy smiled and said, "I can
be grumpy sometimes." Dad grinned and said, "Next time, we will all pounce
on you and wake you up with sex." Jeremy laughed, "Deal, pops!" Dad smirked
at him and said, "I'll show you 'pops,' sonny boy." We all laughed. They
joked around like this a lot.

We left for school a few minutes later and joked all the way there about
dad and Jeremy's antics and joking. "I can tell you are happy, babe. And
I'm glad you are. Dad has always been fond of you and, now that we are
together, he considers you a son," I said. Jeremy smiled and said, "I've
always liked your dad. He's been a great man to me over the years. Now that
Randy is his man, he's been much happier. And I love Randy as well. I'm
close to each, just differently. It's hard to explain, but the bond I have
with Randy is different then with Rick." I understood. I was close to dad
in all areas because he is my dad. But I'm close to Randy in a different
way. I could talk to Randy about anything, just like with dad. The trouble
with his son brought us all closer, but the fact I was there and was a
listening ear, helped him.

It's hard to explain, how we are all close to each other, but in different
ways. We just all fit together perfectly it seemed, though no one or any
family is perfect. But we seldom fought, argued or got mad at each other.

We got to school as I was deep in thought about the new restaurant opening
Monday, and how life was changing again, but in a good way. Things were
falling in to place and I was thankful that nothing bad was
happening. After the funerals a year ago, that was enough hurt to last a
lifetime. Though I knew others had it much worse then I did, I was thankful
I was blessed to have a loving dad who took care of me, raised me to be a
good person and respect others and be helpful when I could.

School was boring that day. It seemed to drag out. It was only a half day
today, since the teachers had a meeting. So 1 took forever to get here. But
when it did, we were gone for 3 months. Jeremy and I got in my car and
drove to the restaurant. Dad was there.

"Hey dad, I thought you'd be at work?," I said. Dad said, "I left Danny in
charge with Rex to help if needed. Chad didn't want the responsibility of
being in charge, so Rex said he would help if needed. Randy went to get Dan
and said he would come here with him since they are running the site for
us." "When are they suppose to be here?," Jeremy asked. "Should be arriving
in a few."

And as dad said that, Randy pulled up with Dan. He didn't look excited to
be here, more nervous then anything. I saw them talking.

When Randy pulled up, Dan looked at his dad and said, "Dad, I'm nervous."
Randy looked at his son and said, "Why? You know Rick and Jason, and you
met Jeremy a few times." Dan said, "I'm still trying to sort this out,
dad. I'm sorry for how I acted before. It's just not been easy. My life has
changed. Losing mom, you coming out and apparently mom was fine with you
being gay all along. I just don't know. I'm not sure how I feel right
now. And yeah, I know Rick and Jason, and I remember Jeremy some. Please,
don't be mad at me." Randy hugged his son and said, "Dan, I love you. I am
the same dad I've always been. You just know the real me now. And it will
take time, but you will be fine." Dan hugged his dad and said, "Do you
forgive me for being a little prick?," Dan asked. Randy laughed and said,
"There's nothing to forgive." They got out of Randy's vehicle and headed
for the entrance to the restaurant.

We saw them hug and knew everything would be fine. When they came in, we
greeted each other, then sat down to talk. We did some catching up, asked
Dan how college was going and he told us his major of business
administration was a tough choice, but what he wanted to do.

Then dad asked if we were all hungry and we said yeah. "Jay, why don't we
try out our new equipment? Place some orders and you fire up the grill and
cook?" Randy said, "Let's do it. Jay, I'll show you how it works. It's a
simple program and easy to use." So we looked at the menus and we placed in
the orders and it worked smoothly. The orders printed off in the kitchen
and it didn't take long to get things up and going. Dad had gotten a few
nice big roasts marinating in the fridge, which we would throw in the oven
tomorrow.

Jeremy wanted a smothered chicken breast with grilled mushrooms and onions
on top with melted cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Randy wanted the
same thing. Rick ordered a onion and cheese stuffed hamburger with the
works and fries. Rex and Brendon wanted the smothered chicken breast also,
and Danny and Chad wanted the burger Rick ordered, but onion rings instead
of fries. Dan ordered the smothered chicken breast as well.

So I fired up the grill and deep fryer, and had to let the oil heat
up. Randy came back to help me cook and the rest stayed in the front,
talking. It was nice to see Randy at ease with his son. "I see Dan hugged
you in the truck," I said. Randy smiled and said, "Yeah, he was having some
issues with all the changes that have happened. His mom dying, me coming
out to him and just trying to adjust. He lashes out when he doesn't know
how to take everything in. We talked and worked it out. He's just hoping
you guys won't hold it against him." I smiled and said, "No, I wouldn't
push him away like that. He is family. He will adjust like we all did. It's
different for him since he's not gay. But, he will come around, and we will
help."

Once the deep fryer was hot enough, we got everything out and going. I only
used enough ingredients for what we ordered, so I wasted less. We got the
fries going, the onion rings going and everything else. It took about 30
minutes to cook all our food. I got all the chicken on one grill and the
burgers on the other. Randy watched the chicken and burgers while I got the
fries and onion rings put in the fryer. I also made a small packet of
gravy.

When everything was cooked, we loaded up the plates and carried them to the
tables. Dad wanted to say grace, and thank God for the blessing of the
restaurant and the help to run it with our friends. Then we ate.

I made myself the smothered chicken plate and it was really good. Dad,
Danny and Chad said the burger was awesome. Randy, Rex, Brendon and Dan
loved the chicken. I did as well. We were full by the time we were
done. Randy and I cleaned up the kitchen and ran the dishwasher and put
everything away.

We all headed for home after a bit more of talking. When we got home, dad
wanted some cake I made a few nights ago. So we sat down and all had a
piece and talked. Dad asked Dan, "Where will you be living after college?
You have a year left, right?" Dan nodded and said, "Yeah, one year
left. I'm not sure yet. Wherever I can get a job I guess." "Well if we hear
of any jobs like that here, we will let you know. I'm sure Randy would love
to have you near by." Randy said, "I would like that yes. And I hope it
happens." Dan smiled.

We talked some more and then we decided to shower. Since Randy and dad
didn't want Dan knowing we all slept together, they had beds in each of the
other rooms, and Jeremy and I crashed in the spare next to dad and Randy's
room. Dan got the other next to the one we got. Each room had its own
bathroom and shower. So we all showered in our rooms and got in bed.

"Babe, that was some damn good food tonight," Jeremy said. "Thanks. I was
hoping it would turn out good. Most of the dishes in the menu are things
dad and I cooked growing up. There's a few I made up myself by learning how
to mix ingredients and seasonings." "You've always known how to cook,
babe. Your just being creative and having fun with it. That's what counts."
I kissed him and said, "Thanks for believing in me." Jeremy hugged me and
said, "That's what husbands are for."

We made love that night. Slow, passionate. Just how we like it. I held
Jeremy close and was kissing him, rubbing his nipples, moving my hands up
and down his back, grazing his ass. He was moaning. He positioned himself
under me with my cock in his face and his in mine. We sucked each other for
a while, slowly. We licked each other's balls, he licked under my sack and
got to my hole and was licking it and sucking on it. Made me groan louder
and I started really sucking him. He had to stop me because he was almost
ready to blow. His balls had pulled up on both sides of his cock.

He had me move and lubed my ass up a little. I wanted it so, I was ready. I
sat down on his cock and he entered me with ease, I was relaxed. I always
was with him. His smile, his eyes, full of love for me and I didn't ever
feel uncomfortable with him.

I rode him for a while and rubbed his chest, his hair was so soft. I swear
it was getting thicker. He rolled me over and started a steady fucking
motion with me on my back. He was starting to breathe heavy and I knew he
was close. He positioned himself where he was thrusting upwards more in me
and he was hitting my spot. He gave a few more hard thrusts hitting my
spot, and as soon as he hit it the last time where he started to cum, I
blew at the same time as him, literally. I wrapped my legs around his ass
as tight as I could hold him there in me, and he leaned over and kissed
me. "Wow, babe. That was intense and the best cum I've ever had, so
far. Wow,!" Jeremy said, panting. I smiled, panting myself, and said, "I
know. That was a damn intense cum for me, too. You've made me cum hands
free before, but the way you were thrusting upward was awesome!"

We kissed again and talked more, me staring in his eyes. He smiled and
said, "What babe? You keep staring at me." I said, "I'm admiring how sexy
you are. You have this look of love, caring and protectiveness in your
eyes. I love seeing it." "Well, you are mine, and no one else will ever
have you because I'm never letting you go. I love you, Jay. With all my
heart and soul." I kissed him and laid my head on his chest and listened to
his heartbeat. I said, "I'm going to sleep right here babe. Listening to
your heart." Jeremy squeezed his arm around me tighter and said, "That's
how I like it, my love." And we went to sleep.

Rick and Randy were having their own love making session. Randy was more in
to it then before. They were kissing and rubbing each other all over. Dad
flipped Randy over and shoved his face in his ass, going go town. "Damn
babe, you want it huh?" Randy was grunting as Rick said, "I do babe. I'm
gonna eat your ass and then fuck you good. Make love to you." Randy was all
for it. Rick went back to his ass and was licking, sucking, and fingering
his ass. Randy was breathing heavy.

Rick flipped him over on his back and since Rick made a lot of precum, he
rubbed his cock against Randy's ass and squeezed his cock to get more out,
then shoved it in with no resistance. Randy said, "Go to town babe." And
Rick started a steady motion. Rick was so horny he didn't last long, but he
and Randy were satisfied. Rick gave a few more hard thrusts and as soon as
he shot, Randy unloaded as well. Both had hard cums and were breathing
heavy after. Randy hugged Rick to him and said, "I love you babe. That was
so amazing." Rick kissed him and said, "Yes it was. It's the best because
we are in love and it will always be that way."

They went to sleep wrapped in each other's arms and slept good that night.

Dan was too nervous to be horny. He was thinking about everything and how
his life has changed. His moms passing, how he missed her voice, her
advice, and just missed her period. He let a few tears fall and said
quietly, "Mom, did you really tell dad to be true to himself and find his
partner, a man? I just don't get it. He always seemed like the ideal
man. Strong, deep voice, butch if you want to call it that. And now,
this. He's living with Rick and his son and his sons lover. I don't care
about them being gay. It's just hard to see dad go from being with you and
in love, to being gay and in love. I just want him to be happy and if that
means him being with Rick, then I will support it. I love him, mom. He's
still a great dad." Dan cried more, not from being hurt, but that he
finally accepted his dad as he was. He wanted to go wake him up but thought
better of it.

The next morning after everyone showered and was dressed, Randy went to
check on Dan since he hadn't made an appearance yet. He knocked, "Dan, you
awake?" Dan woke up and said, "Yeah, come in, dad." Randy entered and said,
"We have breakfast ready, son." Dan looked at his dad and asked, "Dad, can
I talk to you, please?" Randy said yeah and sat down on the bed. "What's
up, Dan?" Dan took in a deep breath and hugged his dad right. Randy held
him. "Dad, I finally get it. I know this will sound weird, but I talked to
mom last night. In her own way, she was able to help me understand that you
would never lie to me, so I know she made you promise to find your partner,
your husband, before she passed. And I finally get that you were always
gay, but you and mom made it work for me. I also know that your happy,
here, with Rick. And since he makes you happy, then I'm all for it. I don't
want to lose you, dad." And Dan hugged his dad again and cried.

Randy held Dan close and let him cry it out. Dan wasn't an emotional guy,
but when his dad and he had the fight, he realized how close he was to
losing him. When Dan calmed down, Randy said, "Thank you, son. And you
won't lose me. You never would have. I would have given you your space to
figure this out. You just happened to sooner then later. I am happy, and
I'm more happy because I have my son back."

They talked a bit more and Randy went to join the others while Dan showered
and dressed. Dan came down and they all hugged him. Randy told the good
news.

So, we decided to spend the day swimming and talking. Randy made burgers on
the grill, Rick and Jeremy did the potato salad and made deviled eggs, and
I did the baked beans and sliced up the tomatoe, onion and pickle for the
burgers.

We ate, then watched a movie and by then, it was time to go to the
restaurant to load the roasts in to cook. They smelled good, dad always
made his own marinade. We got them in the oven, made sure everything was
good and ready to go for tomorrow. Dan was able to stay till early evening,
since his college was just an hour away.

We got home, ate some of the leftover burgers and all, then watched another
movie and then went to bed. I cuddled to Jeremy again. I was liking that he
wanted my head on his chest and to hold me at night. And I loved his soft
chest hair. I dozed quickly, as did he. And that's how we woke up the next
morning as well. We slept hard.

Rick and Randy slept the same as the night before, and woke up a little
sprawled out. But they were rested too.

Dan slept good, better then he had in a long time. He didn't fee so
confused now.

We got up, showered and made breakfast. By the time we finished eating and
cleaned the kitchen, it was almost 9. Dad and Randy had asked Danny to
oversee this morning since they wanted to be there for the grand
opening. He said he would and would call if he needed their help.

So we loaded up and got to the restaurant within 10 minutes. I got in the
kitchen and got everything up and going. Started some prep work for the
lunch rush. And Randy was helping me get things going. Dad and Jeremy were
setting up the tables, turning on lights and making sure the register and
ordering screens were on.

By the time 10 came around, I was nervous. I had all these thoughts going
through my head of, what if they hate the food and no one eats here? Things
like that. Randy sensed my nerves and hugged me and said, "Relax, son. You
are going to do good. Remember how we all loved the food the other night?
Have faith in yourself, you will be amazing at this. I believe in you."

Dad came back to tell me they were opening up and we had about 15
outside. He saw my face, came around and hugged me and said the same thing
Randy did. "You got this, Jay. You made some damn good food the other
night, you can do this. I have faith in you. I love you no matter what." I
smiled, dad and Randy always were on the same page with their words of
encouragement. I said, "Ok, I can do this. And I have you all here
helping. Oh, where is Dan?" Dad said, "He said he could help with the
register and seating of the customers." Randy said, "That's probably the
best for him. He's not a real good cook, and not that we didn't try to
teach him, he just isn't good at it." We laughed.

So that's how it started. The lunch rush wasn't as bad as I expected. We
didn't get behind, food went out without an issue. A few of dads crew came
in to have lunch there, including Chad and Danny.

Dan got more at ease and even helped serve and place a few orders. We
stayed busy for about 4 hours, then things settled and we had a chance to
get caught up on some dishes.

Dad had asked Danny how it was going and he said good, no issue and things
were going smooth. Dad said he was gonna come see and help in a few, and he
did when the lunch rush calmed down. Jeremy said he could handle any other
customers coming in.

Dad, Danny, Rex, Chad and Brendon all showed up around the same
time. Dinner was in full swing. Brendon took over what dad was doing and
dad came back to the kitchen. 15 of dads crew came in for dinner that
night, 5 were from earlier at lunch and said the food was amazing, so they
and 10 others came back. We got slammed.

Dad and Randy were doing the deep fryer and helping with the grill and I
was busy cooking the meats. If I didn't have dad and Randy there, I would
have flipped out. We made it though. Chad and Jeremy and Brendon handled
the front with ease. Dan had to leave before the dinner rush came, but he
was a changed guy. You could see it in his face.

We started shutting down the grill around 9:20. Around 9:50, everyone was
gone and we got the clean up started. We sold a lot that day. Dad counted
the drawer and did the bank drop, and said we did good for our first
day. And I felt good because a lot of the customers said they were coming
back, the food was amazing.

I thanked everyone for their help. Chad said, "We are family, that's what
we do for each other." I gave him a hug, as did Jeremy. We hugged Rex,
Brendon and Danny also. We headed for home, we were all tired.

A fast shower and in bed we went back with dad and Randy. Yeah, the cooking
part freaked me out, but I remembered what Jeremy said, I enjoy cooking, so
have fun with it. And that's what I'm gonna do. I have more ideas for
dishes I want to make, so I'm going to have fun with it.

Be watching for part 14!
