From Chapter 9

We had a great dinner together and then we watched a movie
together.  Josh and Leif cuddled on the love seat while Mark
and Seth sat on either side of me on the couch.  After the
movie ended I announced it was daily spanking time.  Each of
my boy toys took turns going over my lap.  I gave each one
ten swats, but Josh got five extra for not asking for

Chapter 10

I pulled into the parking lot of our office at about 9:30.

I decided we needed an address for the new company so I went
across the street to a mail drop place.  I went in and the
owner was behind the counter.  I explained that I was
creating a corporation for a client and needed an address
for them but that the corporation was not yet completed with
the state.  He told me that normally he would have to have a
business license and incorporation info to open a box but
seeing that I had done a couple of favors for him in the
past he would go ahead and open one as long as I supplied
the information to him when I had it.  I agreed and paid him
for a years worth of rent on the box.  He handed me a key
and the rental agreement and I was off to the office.

My secretary greeted me warmly, and then told me there had
been a large fax that had come in from the state and that it
was on my desk.  I thanked her and went into my office.  The
fax had come for the incorporation bureau.  The fax cover
had instructions on it.  It instructed me to review the
forms and if everything was correct to sign the forms and
fax them back, if however, there were things that need
correcting to go back to the web site, log into my account
make the corrections needed, and submit the application
again.  I read over the forms and all appeared to be correct
except I needed to fill in the business address and the
stockholder information.  I called the shop to get the
information I needed in regards to stockholders.  We decided
that it would be a four-way partnership.  Bonnie and I would
each own 30 percent and Seth and Kerri would each own 20
percent.  I logged onto the state website and opened my
account and added the new information to the application and

I next called Edward, one of the junior partners, who was in
charge of real estate matters and asked him to come to my
office.  A couple of minutes later Ed was at my door.  I
explained to him that I was about to purchase some business
property using a new corporation I had just created and told
him I wanted him to take care of all the details; I further
told him that the seller was only to know that an investment
company was the purchaser and that he was the attorney of
record for that company.   I gave him the information about
the buildings address and the real estate agent that was
handling the sale.  Ed asked about the funds for the
transaction and I told him the money would be in the escrow
account by the end of the week but that I would deposit
earnest money in the account as soon as he told me how much
would be needed.  He told me he would get right on the job.

My next task was to deal with the bank.  I called my banker
and made arrangements for the money from the five CDs to be
transferred to the firms escrow account on Thursday when the
CDs came due.  I then arranged for the necessary business
accounts for the new corporation.  I told him I would pick
up the forms the next day and get the signatures needed for
them.

My secretary then came in with a new set of faxes from the
state.  I reviewed the papers, signed them then asked her to
fax them back.  I then asked her to have one of the
associates to come to my office as I had an errand for them
to run for me.

explained to him about the corporation we were creating for
a client.  I told him to go to city hall and get a business

note that the corporation packet would be in our hands in a
week to ten days and that the corporate seal would come in
about 30 days.  We also had a business license (for a

agreement was completed. The family porn business was now

coming over.  When the knock came on the door Josh answered
it.  Cindy had a woman with her.  She introduced her friend
Justine, to us.  We went into the living room.  Cindy told

I asked Seth, Mark, and Leif to give us some space so we
cold talk.

Bonnie told us that with Josh spending so much time with us
she had been free to explore her own desires.  She went on
to say that she had always known she was interested in other
females and had been exploring that.  Justine was her girl

I met with Ed first that morning to see where he was in the
building acquisition.  He had made contact with the real-

He told me the owner was asking for $300,00.00 for the place
but he thought we could offer $200,00.00 for it then settle
at $250,000.00 if that was agreeable to me.  I told him to
go ahead with those numbers in mind.  I asked about earnest

transfer that amount to our escrow account.

I called the shop and told them that Ed and the real-estate
agent would be by later in the day.  Then, I asked if I
could have lunch with Bonnie and Kerri that day.  We agreed
on a time and restaurant to meet.  Once we were at the
restaurant I planned on talking to Bonnie and Kerri about my
plans for Seth and our future as a couple.  We met at the
appointed time and place and ordered our meal.

"I wanted to get together with the two of you to talk about
where I want Seth and my relationship to go; but wanted to
do so without Seth being around."  I told them.
"Specifically, I want to ask for your permission to marry
Seth, seeing that for all intents and purposes you are his
parents."  Bonnie looked at Kerri and smiled; Kerri was also

"You have made us so happy." Bonnie said.  "Yesterday we
talked after the two of you left about just this thing.  The
way Seth looks at you it is clear you are not just his

Then, I have your blessing?" I asked.  "Absolutely you do."
They said in unison.  Bonnie then added as long as we are
invited to the wedding."  "Not invite the parents of the

you going to pop the question?" Kerri asked.  "I was
thinking about doing it at privet party we could throw
celebrating the completion of the newly expanded shop."
"So, it's going to be a surprise then?" Bonnie asked.  "Yah,
what do you think?" I asked.  "Perfect," Bonnie said, "and
don't worry we will not let the cat out of the bag."

We had a great lunch together and after it was over I went
to a local jeweler that does custom work.  I wanted a very
special wedding set for Seth.  I talked with the man that
would be making the set.  I told him I wanted a platinum
setting; the engagement band was to be a rainbow arrangement
of channel set colored sapphires, done in at least eight
colors.  Then for the wedding rings I wanted two bands
crowned with diamonds that would attach one to each side of
the engagement ring.  The man drew up a quick sketch of what
he thought I wanted.  He had gotten my idea down perfectly.
I asked him how much deposit he needed to get started.  He
told me $1,00.00.  I handed him my credit card and told him
to get started on the project as soon as he could.  He told
me it would take between eight and ten days to complete.  I
gave him my card and told him to call me when he was
finished.

I then headed back to the office.  As I drove, I thought
about how my life had changed in just a week.  I was so
thankful for everything that had gone on.  I was truly happy
with the way things were turning out.

When I got to the office I ran into Thomas in the hall and I
asked him to step into my office for a bit.  I explained to
him about my involvement in the shop, and the plans we had
for the expansion. I told him I needed him to do some
research for me.  I wanted information on where we could get
professional sewing machines, leather-working machines and
what kind of equipment we would need to do the furniture
manufacturing.  He told me he would get right on the job and
report back as soon as he had the information I needed.
Then I said to him, "On a more personal note, do you have a
boy friend or lover?"  He was a bit taken aback by the
question, but recovered quickly.  "No, not at the present
time," he told me; "how did you know I was gay?" he asked.
I told him I looked him up at the shop.  "Oh, Ok" he said.
I then told him he should come over to the house for dinner
some time soon and meet my family.  He told me he would like
to do just that.  "Great, let's set something up for next
week." I told him. "Sounds like fun, I look forward to it."
he replied, then made a hasty retreat from my office.


When I got home the boys were fixing dinner.  Seth told Mark
to make me a drink; in no time flat I had a rum and coke in
my hands.  I went into the living room to relax before
dinner.  Mark and Josh offered to give me a massage while we
waited for dinner to be done.  The boys took the cushions
off the couch and placed them on the coffee table then
started to undress me.  Soon I was face down on the table
with four hands working the kinks out of my back.  I was
just about to fall asleep when Leif announced that dinner
was ready.  Seth had prepared a wonderful stew with cheddar
biscuits.  The stew was rich and thick; the biscuits were
hot out of the oven and dripping with real butter.  A dish
of chocolate ice cream topped it all off.  After dinner we
played a game of Monopoly as a family.  Sadly, I went broke
first.  When the game was over I was ready for bed.  The
boys got their spankings and we all went to bed.  Leif
kissed me good night, spooned up to my back, and rapped his
arms around me and was out in a flash.  I was not far
behind.

The next day was a full one, but we got most of what had to
be completed for the shop done.   I worked a little late and
got home just in time for dinner.  The boys wanted to go see
