actions are fiction. It deals with sex between consenting and non

Chapter 60

When the smoke cleared in the conference room where the European Union was
meeting, there were two distinct groups. Those that agreed whole heartedly
and those that opposed a reduction in their Armed Forces.

The low countries plus Norway, Italy, Greece and Turkey had no problem with
most of the provisions. Turkey would not reject Moslems, Turkey was a
Moslem country. Italy and Greece had no problem with both the ejections of
non European people and a reduction in the Armed Forces in exchange for
oil. The low countries of Denmark, Holland and even Belgium agreed to all
provisions. Norway would eject non Europeans, but not reduce her Armed
Forces. Norway did have its own oil fields off its coast so was not so
dependant on the North Sea Brent. France and Germany rejected all the
provisions except the deportation of the Islamic Union.

"Quite a kettle of fish, eh gentlemen." I said to the council.

"May I make a suggestion Emperor?"

"Yes of course."

"WE might consider changing the target of the missile going into Italy to
one of Germany's Cities, possibly one with a nuclear power plant. Say Bonn
or Hanover."

"Your reasoning Peter?"

"Well we know there will be a nuclear exchange after Haifa is hit. By
hitting Germany, we make it look like it's the Islamic Union that is
retaliating. Rome and the Vatican could be hit with one of ours during the
exchange. That would draw Germany into a war against Iran and they would
demand France join them. France would then become a target."

"We know Iran has deployed Subs into the Med. We also know where they all
are."

"True, but none of them are nuclear armed."

"Germany and France don't know that. We didn't share the intelligence."

"Your suggesting Nuking Paris or Berlin from one of our subs in the med?"

"Or both. Yes Emperor."

"We know Iran has deployed a modified Gedong Cruise missile on their subs,
but not nuclear tipped. It would be kind of ironic, both Germany and France
helped Iran build it's nuclear reactor. Now if they got hit by weapons made
possible by that reactor, would bring it full circle. The old USA tried to
stop Iran from building that reactor. Fearing just exactly what we are
planning now."

I think we will hold off from Nuking France until we see if they go to war
against Iran. If they do you can sink a few of their ships in the med. That
should push them in retaliating against Iran, then Nuke their cities."

Also make sure the missile used in Germany is not too accurate."

For all intents and purposes, the European Union dissolved. The low
Countries even asked for assistance in expelling the Islamic Union, even
when we insisted that meant putting SS troops into their countries. A
period of relative peace took place. As food was shipped to the low
countries, Unionists were shipped out. We didn't bother to separate ages
until after the ships were at sea. As was the doctrine in all countries we
occupied only those between ages six and thirty were retained. All others
were simply executed and buried at sea.

The four young men from the new program were working out just perfect. Both
Edo and I enjoyed them at anytime. One now spent his time under my desk and
Edo even had one under his on occasion.

In reality, we were all in a wait and see mode. Edo I had put in charge of
the Final Solution, as far as the Jews were concerned. Hitler had tried and
failed. If Edo had been dictator of Germany during WW2, the solution would
be done with. He was much more ruthless than anyone I had ever met. Even my
two most trusted men, Sam and George were in awe of him and his
methods. Maybe his father was right, he should have been killed at birth. I
was very glad he lived, I loved him with everything inside me.

I have no idea what he had planned, but he spent a lot of time at Empire
Intelligence and Arum and even more time at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

Well I would find out in time.

Our forces were posed to invade Egypt. Almost ¾ of a million men, with
5,000 tanks and uncounted carriers stood waiting. Another 250,000 men were
shipped to Spain to augment Spain's forces. France was making all kinds of
threats, even to Holland and Denmark.

Edo and Arum finally came to my office alone.  "Well what have you to been
conspiring about now?"

"Well maybe to get into your bed more often my Emperor." Arum smiled.

"You only need ask Arum. I'm sure Edo has kept you busy too."

Both darkened a little and I burst out laughing.

"Now to what do I owe you for this visit? You both want to jump in the sack
with me or is there something else?'

"Actually Emperor, Edo has been using some of the closed files from the NSA
Data banks and needs permission to go further."

"Why? As Proconsul he has access to everything I do."

"The files deal with chemical and biological warfare agents."

"You have something in mind my Love?"

Edo explained his entire plan to me.

"I think this is something we need the council of four for. Peter call the
council for this afternoon at two."

"Yes Emperor."

"Now you two come with me."

I ordered Umtata to take care of the boy under my desk and dismissed my
guards. It was too bad the boy was really good.

"Join us Peter after you have made the calls."

"Yes Emperor." He smiled.  Inside my inner sanctum, it only took several
seconds for everyone to be nude. After Edo and Peter fucked Arum, I did
too. As I rimmed Arum of all my loves and aides juices, Peter entered me
and Edo entered Peter. The rest of the morning was a continuous suck and
fuck session. I'd never get enough of Edo's, Arum's or Peter's cock in both
my holes. After getting everyone happy, I called in Uno and his young Thai
slave. We all enjoyed both and they happily cleaned us up when we were
done.

Sitting and having a light lunch, the main course I already had, we talked
about his plan for a bit. At near Two we headed for the secure conference
room on the lower level of the Palace. All three of the other council were
already waiting.

"You have the floor Edo." I said.

Edo explained his plan to the rest. They sat with their mouths open when he
was done.

"Why is the attack with the fakes going to happen after the nuclear
strikes?"

"Simple George, Iran is going to loose. Best intelligence gives Iran about
twenty warheads in the 5 to 10 Kiloton range. Israel has nearly 60. After
you fire at Tehran and Om, Iran might like to use a second strike with
chemicals. We know they have chemical weapons. By firing at Israel after
the nuclear exchange, Israel will believe Iran is using chemical warfare
and retaliate in kind. Israel has a very good supply of nerve agents."

"You said it was not a 100 percent solution. What is the percent? Sam
asked.

"In the very young or very old it will be 100 percent. Also women with
child will abort and probably succumb too. The rest about 99 percent,
spread over two years. The same goes for the vaccination for our troops. It
doesn't work all the time and we'll loose about 1 percent."  "Acceptable
loses." George said.

"All I need now is permission to continue and set the date for the drop of
the agent on Israel. Vaccinations will be completed in a month."

"What kind of time line are you looking for?"

"I think one day before the initiation of Damocles will work good."

"That's cutting it close."

"The Agent will be dropped from standard supply run C-130 Hercules aircraft
over flying Israel. Supplies move to our troops on a daily basis out of our
base in Turkey. This particular day there will ten such runs."

"On the same day as the nuclear exchange you can begin rounding up all Jews
in the Republic. All those deemed useable as slaves will be
sterilized. Both men and women. The rest use standard procedures."

"Yes Proconsul" both George and Sam said.

With just a word, Edo had condemned 15 million people in the republic and
another 50 million world wide to death, either now or in the future.

There were no other problems to discuss. Everything was in a countdown
mode, waiting for the end of Ramadan. I invited Simon back to my office for
a drink along with Edo and Peter.

I'm hoping you are available tonight Simon. Its been too long since I felt
that big snake of yours inside me."

"You too Edo and Peter. With Uno and Umea, I think it will be a very
enjoyable night."  Some future historian might wonder why I had ordered the
killing or enslaving all Jews. In reality I had nothing particular against
them. Our Master and Father had listed in his master plan for the world
them as one of the races for eradication. There were others, the Arabs,
white Russians, Jews, Indians, as in both Native and Eastern Indians and
whites. To me it was simple, I followed my Masters plans to the letter.

Edo's plan would, over a two year period kill about 30 million in
Israel. There were near 10 million in the republic and about another 30
million elsewhere in the world. It would not end it overnight, but by the
time the world was in my hands they along with the rest would be dead or
slaves.

In the older section of Chicago along the docks, had been bull dozed and
largest extermination camp in the republic had been built. No less than
four huge power complexes had been built. Built along the same lines as the
original in Arizona, these power complex's needed almost 30,000 per day to
keep them operating at full capacity. Most of the Islamic Union were
shipped here and this was where most of the Jews would be sent too. After
the start up Edo invited me to tour the plants. I accepted.
