of the power facilities.

Moved to the bunker were a surprise for Edo. One hundred new slaves from

come into full force in Israel and all that refused DNA manipulation to
become black would either be put to death or sent into slavery. I know some
of the more Orthodox elements would need to be exterminated, but we are
willing to do just that."

of all the changes that happen with the transformation."

"It does follow our Father and Master's edict. If they are willing to

"First off, all pregnant women in Israel will be terminated. No
exceptions. Until the DNA process is complete no one will be allowed to
bear children. Any that refuse DNA changes will be publically executed, by
the garrote. The Attack on Haifa will take place, you will need a plausible
excuse to retaliate against Iran. Your second strike will be with chemical
nerve agents. You will also take care of the Palestine, you may use any
method you like. They are after all Arabs. The EDICT will take effect
immediately. Exceptions to the Edict will be the Armed Forces, but not the
reserve. In effect Mr. Prime minister you will condemn almost 3 million
people to death at once. Those ten C-130 aircraft will stay in place until
you have carried out your side of this bargain."

"Black uniformed SS will replace your police forces. They will assist you
in the transformation of a Jewish State into a Slave State of the
Empire. You Sir are of course exempt."

"In return the Empire will guarantee the State of Israel. Weather a Jewish
State or a Black State will be up to you."

"As a slave state I expect 100,000 men and women between the ages of 16 and
20 shipped to the Republic every year beginning immediately."

I will take your word now. If you agree we have an accord. If not you know
the consequences."

I watched as the Prime Minister thought about Edo's edict. All kinds of
emotions crossed his face. Uno kept his glass full. He did drink a lot.

He finally stood.

"I agree."

"Good. Sam have the Ambassador and his two Sons brought to the central
rotunda."

Edo walked to me.

"Come my love, a bit of entertainment is always good after negotiations."

We walked up to the main entrance to the Mountain. I saw a metal stake had
been welded to a platform. The Ambassador and his two sons were brought

computer to access the list and print it off."

The round up of Jews in the Republic and other States would go ahead
unabated.

Edo and I both laughed at the changes. We gained another slave state and
another 100 thousand slaves without the loss of a single man and had
permission to move SS into Israel. I found out later almost a thousand SS
and Armed forces men and women were interrogated as spies and executed in
Washington. Most were simply bled out on our Father and Masters Statue.

If anyone had any doubts about myself and Edo, it became very clear over
the next several weeks. The five Kiloton Airburst over Haifa killed
outright almost 300 thousand people. The hit on Bonn or to be exact on the
outskirts killed almost a million. It brought Germany and France into the
war against Iran. The sinking of two French Destroyers our of Marsalis
caused the French to dispatch nuclear subs into the Atlantic. Both were
sunk by Empire hunter killer groups.

Israel's retaliation against Iran was devastating. Releasing the platforms
ensured that Tehran and Om died in a fiery blast of nuclear fire. Soon
after Rome was hit with three 10 kiloton warheads. The Vatican ceased to
exist, along with the pope.

The invasion of Egypt went off with a few problems. An order to just kill
was put into place and civilians as well as army were executed if
captured. It did stiffen resistance, but the far superior forces of the
Empire won out in the end. It didn't end at Egypt, the far ranging armored
and infantry forces soon took Jordan and Syria. Even most of Saudi Arabia's
oil fields were under control.

Edo and I laughed as we watched the beheading of the leaders of Syria and
Jordon as they were being executed. Iraq fell without a fight and Iran was
now in my sights. With the loss of Tehran and Om, Iran was leaderless, it
didn't stop their Republican Guard from fighting, but caused uncounted
casualties. In three short weeks the Empire controlled almost 90 percent of
the worlds oil reserves. It was not lost on India and China.

The World now knew of those two platforms and knew that I could with just a
word destroy any country on Earth.

As the dust settled, negotiations were now the order of the day.

I put Edo in charge of exacting exactly what I wanted.

Pakistan and India were both nuclear powers, but both had limited range
missiles. Both had developed their arsenal as defense against the
other. The very real part of Damocles had yet to be initiated.

Edo's plan was both ingenious and very deadly.

Edo, through their embassies sent a message to all states that were in
effect at war with the empire. He ordered all heads of State to convene in
Geneva at the UN Headquarters. There we would discuss our terms for ending
the war once and for all. He said if any country did not send the first
minister, that country would not be spared. He also said I would attend the
meetings.

He gave them two weeks to answer in the affirmative. If any country failed
to answer, the Empire would continue its attacks from the platforms.

Although he said I would attend, I had no intention of going. A look a like
would take my place and fly in on a specially converted 747. It would be
under heavy escort and my fill in would be put up at the Fortress like
structure that was the Empire Embassy in Geneva.

Once confirmation was obtained that all heads of State were in Geneva and
at exactly 12 midnight, the evening before the meetings would begin, four
20 kiloton nuclear weapons would hit Geneva. At the same time every single
Command and control Center along with every Capital in all the belligerent
States would be hit. In one shot we would decapitate the head and body of
all warring Nations.

Several more weapons would be used on missile fields of China, India and
Pakistan. We were pretty sure most of those countries would sue for peace
on our terms.

It did nor bother me or anyone else for that matter that we were about to
kill several million people. Once we had control over most of the world
100's of millions more would die. It would mark the beginning of a Black
Earth.

In a full council all of us agreed to the plan.

Edo and I enjoyed the comfort of several boys in our bed the night the plan
was adopted. Neither of us had any problem sleeping.

We decided to remain in Colorado until we were sure no country could
retaliate against us. Running the Empire from here was not as easy. But the
work continued.

The round up of Jews and other Religious groups in the Republic and
elsewhere continued. As family or group was arrested, they were
separated. Those that could be trained as slaves were sent to training
facilities. Those that were of no use were sent to Chicago for elimination.

Over the years the termination of unwanted bodies was refined. Using human
bodies as fuel was not the best solution. Nor was it very efficient.  The
human body had too much fluid in it to burn easily. Even when dropped into
3500 degree furnaces most took a while to be consumed.

Several methods were tried to eliminate the majority of the blood in the
human body before the rest was consumed by fire. The first experiments had
the body suspended by its feet and the throat was cut allowing the body to
bleed out. This method greatly slowed down the process. The final solution,
although it did not get all the blood out worked best. All prisoners were
emasculated before being dragged off the platform by the neck. By the time
they reached the conveyor, 80 percent of the blood and other fluids had
drained from the corpse. It did cause a real headache to keep the platform
above the kill floor clean and safe for the executioners, but a fine spray
of water was used to wash down the platform continuously.  Edo and I
watched the first execution of Jews and Clergy in Chicago. The video was
good and in deadly color. It didn't surprise me that I was hard as a rock
as I watched the film, but then so was Edo. What surprised me was both Uno

In Africa I removed the order to stop killing Arabs. Occupation of Egypt
made it necessary to eliminate a large portion the predominant Arab
population. Some were of course enslaved, but the vast majority were simply
killed.

The same policy was followed in each country occupied the Empire. The Armed
Forces, if they swore allegiance to me were exempted from the Edict, along
with their wives and immediate family. In most cases it worked, however in
some the Empire troops were forced to fight. When it happened no one was
spared.
