From Last Chapter:

After a couple of minutes to let Aaron come down off his orgasmic high
Connor got up and went the bathroom getting a warm wet wash cloth. Connor
returned to his bed handing Aaron the wash cloth so he could clean himself
up. Connor sat on the side of the bed waiting for Aaron to finish. Once
Aaron was finished Connor took the wash cloth from him and tossed it into
his dirty clothes basket. Aaron had turned back around in the bed as
Connor climbed back in cuddling up against Aaron. Aaron pulled the sheets
up over the two of them and pulling Connor into him. Aaron whispered, "Are
you OK?"

Connor whispered back, "I'm great. I have wanted to try that for a long
time now. I hope your not mad at me."

Aaron kissed Connor on the cheek saying, "There is no way I could be mad at
my little bud. Now go to sleep. I don't want you falling asleep in school
tomorrow."

Connor snuggled up against Aaron so he could feel Aaron's soft cock pressed
up against his smooth ass as he closed his eyes to go to sleep.

   Chapter 43
 *********

I was up and gone to work before any of the boys or Steve were even awake.
I love getting off work at 3pm but hate having to go in so damn early.
Steve made sure all the boys were awake before he left for PT. He was
surprised when he looked in Sean and Colby's room and didn't find Aaron on
the top bunk. After waking Sean and Colby up he asked, "Did Aaron decide
to go home last night after all?"

Colby was still rubbing the sleep out of his eyes and hadn't even noticed
that he was sitting on the side of the bed naked with a bit of morning wood
for all to see. Steve couldn't help but smile a little as Colby answered,
"I thought he was staying but he never came into our room last night."

Steve then went to wake Connor and was even a little more surprised when he
found Aaron in bed with Connor with Connor still snuggled up against Aaron
and Aaron's arm draped over Connor's side. Steve called out, "Connor,
Aaron, time to get up." Steve waited for Connor or Aaron to answer him
before he continued, "I'm headed to work and will see you guys tonight.
Love Ya guys."

Aaron mumbled, "Have a good day." as he started to rub the sleep out of his
eyes. Aaron was blind as a bat without his contacts in so everything was a
blur at the moment. Aaron and Connor laid in bed for a bit longer letting
themselves become fully awake. Connor was still cuddled up against Aaron
as he stretched his almost fourteen year old body. As he did he could feel
Aaron's morning wood pressing against his back. Connor reached reached
behind him taking hold of Aaron's hard-on and gave it a couple of stokes
saying, "Does this thing ever go down?"

Aaron laughed a bit and said, "Not when I have a little hottie laying next
to me."

Connor laughed a little before he climbed out of bed and headed to the
shower. Aaron got up and slipped on his boxers before going out to the
kitchen and pouring himself a cup of coffee. Sean and Colby came into the
kitchen right behind him. Sean asked, "Where did you sleep last night?"

Aaron said, "When I went to open your door last night I heard you two
making out so I thought I would let you guys have your privacy so I slept
in Connor's bed."

Colby answered, "I bet Connor liked that."

Aaron didn't say anything but quickly changed the subject saying, "Are we
going in for our workout and showering at school or here?"

Sean said, "We are not skipping our workouts. I'm liking the results I'm
seeing." As he said this Sean let his hand lightly run down Colby's bare
chest and abbs.

They all laughed and then got some breakfast for themselves. By the time
they were done eating Connor was out of the shower and dressed for school.
Aaron, Sean and Colby had all gotten their stuff ready and were about to
leave. Aaron asked Connor if he wanted them to drop him off at Hunters
house but Connor said he would just walk so the three of them hopped into
Aaron's jeep and drove off to the high school to hit the gym before class.
Connor waited about twenty minutes and then walked to Hunters house and the
two of them walked to the middle school.

That weekend I figured we needed to get the boys out of the house for a bit
so we planned another weekend on the lake. We spent most of Saturday out
on the lake. Of course both Aaron and Hunter joined us so it was a lot of
fun. Sunday we wall went to church and then out to lunch before spending
the rest of the day laying around the house watching movies.

Before we knew it it was the day of Brian's sentencing hearing. Both Steve
and I took the day off so we could take Sean to the court house. We took
Colby and Connor out of school for the day. We figured they wouldn't be
able to concentrate on school work any way. And besides I think Cobly
would have skipped school and run the fifteen miles to the court house to
be with Sean.

We didn't need to be at the court house until 10 am so I got up and made a
nice breakfast for everyone. After breakfast Steve took Sean aside and
asked him if he was OK and if he had thought about what he wanted to say in
court. Sean assured his dad that he was fine and told him that he had
given it a lot of thought and was pretty sure of what he was going to say
in court.

After we all got dressed for court we all loaded up into my truck to head
up to court. When we pulled in the parking lot I noticed Aaron's jeep
parked in the second row. I knew he wouldn't miss being there for Sean.

We got checked in and the prosecuting attorney asked Sean to come into his
office. Steve stood to go with Sean but the the attorney asked if it was
alright if he spoke to Sean alone. After Sean was inside the office the
attorney told Steve he wanted to speak with Sean alone so he was sure Sean
could handle himself on the stand.

About thirty minutes later Sean came out and the attorney said, "You got
one remarkable young man there. I'm sure he will do just fine today.
Court will begin in about ten minutes so if you all would like to make your
way into the court room I will take Sean to the witness waiting room."

As we made our way to the court room we saw Colby's mother waiting just
outside. Colby went straight for her and gave her a hug. After letting go
of her son she gave both Connor and Aaron a hug and then shook both mine
and Steve's hand before saying, "I hope you don't mind that I'm here. I
just wanted to be here to support Sean and Colby through this."

Steve smiled at her and said, "Thank you, and we are very glad that you are
here."

The bailiff came to the door and told us court was about to start so we
needed to come inside and take a seat. We all went in and took our seats
behind the prosecuting attorney in the fist row of seats. Aaron took his
seat first with Connor following him. I followed Connor so I could keep an
eye on him since I knew Steve would be focused on Sean when he came into
the court room. Steve followed me and took the seat next to me followed by
Colby and his mom. Once we were all seated I looked over at Colby and
noticed he and his mom were holding hands. I think it really meant a lot
to Colby that his mother was there to show her support to both him and
Sean.

As we took our seats I noticed Brian's parents and what I assume where some
of his other family or friends were already in the court room and seated
behind the defense table. Just before court was called to order Brian and
his attorney entered the court room from a side room and took their seats.
The bailiff ordered everyone to stand and called the court to order as the
Judge came in and took his seat. Once the Judge was seated the bailiff
told everyone to be seated.

Everyone sat quiet for a few minutes while the judge seamed to get his
papers organized and looked over a few documents before he cleared his
throat and then said, "Good morning everyone. We are here today for the
sentencing hearing for Mr. Brian Moore. Let the record reflect that
Mr. Moore is present in the court room with his attorney Mr. Goodrich along
with Mr. Muller who is representing the state."

The judge looked over at Brian as he continued, "Mr. Moore I have a few
things to go over with you before we get into the sentencing part of this
hearing and if you don't have any objections I would like to dispense with
some of the formalities of this court and address you by your first name.
If that's OK with you?"

Brian who was dressed in a nice brown suit answered very quietly, "That is
fine sir."

The judge then continued, "Thank you Brian but I'm going to need you to
speak up for me as my hearing is not what it used to be and I have to
actually hear your answers to the questions I'm about to ask you."

Brian cleared his throat and said, "Yes sir." a little loader this time.

"Very good Brian, now has your attorney explained to you and answered any
questions you or your parents have concerning the plea agreement you have
indicated you would like to enter into with the state?"

Brian said, "Yes sir he has and I understand the plea agreement."

The judge nodded his head as he continued, "Good, and you understand that
you have agreed to testify for the state in regards to the state's case
against a Mr. Dennis Jones. And for this testimony the state has agreed to
drop the charges of aggravated assault, which is a felony and instead, has
accepted the charge of assault with bodily injury which is a misdemeanor.
And do you also understand that if you fail to hold up to this agreement
the state can reinstated the felony charge of aggravated assault."

Brian answered, "Yes sir I understand."

"OK then Brian are you ready to enter a plea to this court to the
misdemeanor charge of assault with bodily injury and if so what is that
plea."

Both Brian and his attorney stood before Brian said, "Sir I would like to
enter a plea of guilty."

The judge said, "Thank you Brian." and then looked over at the prosecuting
attorney and asked, "Mr. Muller does the state have any objections to this
plea?"

Mr. Muller stood and said, "No your honor, the state has no objections to a
plea of guilty."

The judge said, "Thank you sir, and Brian you may be seated. The court
accepts your plea." while making several notes on the documents he had in
front of him. The judge continued, "We will now begin the sentencing
portion of this hearing. Mr. Muller does the state have any
recommendations to this court."

Mr. Muller stood before saying, "Your honor, due to the severity of this
assault the state recommends the maximum sentence sir."

The judge smiled a little and before saying, "Why doesn't that surprise me.
Mr. Muller does the victim of this assault wish to speak to this court?"

Mr. Muller, who was still standing said, "Yes your honor, Mr. Sean Bracero,
the victim of this assault would like to speak."

"Very well, bailiff would you escort Mr. Bracero to the court room please."

As the bailiff went to get Sean. I looked over at Steve and Colby and could
see the worry on their faces. I took hold of Steve's hand and discretely
held it between us, giving it a little squeeze to give him a little
reassurance.

Sean came into the court room and immediately looked around to find us.
The bailiff escorted Sean to the witness box and I saw him make eye contact
with Brian for the first time. I could see him have to take a deep breath
to calm himself down. The judge introduced himself to Sean and asked him
if he was OK. I saw Sean nod that he was. I looked over at Brian who kept
looking at Sean and then down at the table.

The judge began, "Mr. Bracero, is it alright if I call you Sean?.

Again Sean nodded, then the judge said, "Thank you Sean but for now on I
need to you to answer out load so everyone in the court room can hear your
answers, OK."

Sean answered, "Yes sir."

The judge nodded toward Mr. Muller who began, "Sean can you state your name
for the court please."

I could hear the nervousness in his voice as he answered, "Sean Michael
Bracero."

Mr. Muller then asked, "Sean where you assaulted earlier this year at the
high school?"

Sean, "Yes sir."

Mr. Muller said, "Can you tell the court what you remember happened that
day?"

Sean said, "I don't remember much of what actually happened. I remember
most things before the assault and then it's pretty much a blank up to some
point in the hospital."

Mr. Muller said, "Just tell us what you remember in your own words."

Sean continued, "Well I remember going to school that day and was had just
finished one of my classes and as I normally did I took a short cut back to
the main building that my good friend Aaron had showed me. I remember as I
walked around the back of the gym something hit me in the head and
everything went black. I remember thinking to myself what had hit me and
then I remember thinking why I felt something hitting me over and over
again all over my body. Then the next thing I remember is waking up in the
hospital and found out that some one had beaten me up."

As we sat a listened I could feel Steve squeeze my hand as the his anger
built in side of him. I squeezed his hand to remind him that I was right
there. I looked over at Colby and saw the tears running down his face.
His mom had let go of his hand and had rapped her arm around him to hold
him. I wanted to do the same thing to Steve but know that I couldn't do
that out in public. Aaron had put his arm around Connor who also had tears
running down his face. I could tell that Sean was avoiding making eye
contact with anyone but Mr. Muller. I'm sure he knew that if he made eye
contact with one of us and saw us crying that he wouldn't be able to keep
control of his emotions.

Mr. Muller then asked, "Sean can you tell the court the extent of your
injuries?"

Sean had to take a few seconds before he could answer, "I remember being
told that my Brian had swollen due to the trauma to my head and that they
had put me into a drug induced comma for a few days to allow the swelling
to go down. I also had a broken right arm and some broken ribs along with
a lot of cuts and bruises."

Mr. Muller then asked, "How did you find out who had caused these injuries
to you."

Sean stated, "Well I remember become very scared in the locker room after
practice one day. My friends Aaron and Colby were with me. I was waiting
on them to finish showering. Brian was also in the locker room and when he
walked by me the smell of his cologne freaked me out because I remember
smelling that same smell when I was attacked. When I got home Aaron and
Colby told my dads what had happened and Mike called the investigator and
told him. The detective went to Brian's house and I guess Brian confessed.
Later my dads told me that it was Brian that had attacked me."

Mr. Muller gave Sean a few seconds to keep his emotions under control
before he asked the his next question. "Sean can you tell the court how
this attack has affected your life?

Sean again took a couple of deep breaths before he started. "Well besides
the pain of the actual attack I missed a few weeks of school and missed out
on the second half of my first year of being on the school swim team. I
couldn't swim with the cast on my arm. Missing school wasn't that big of a
deal because a lot of my friends would bring my home work to me at the
hospital and with the help of Aaron and Colby I was able to keep up with my
school work. I guess the biggest thing was feeling scared and vulnerable
when I went back to school because at that time I didn't know who had
attached me so I was scared to be by myself. Aaron and Colby and some
other friends made sure that I was never alone so after a few days it got
better."

Mr. Muller said, "OK Sean your doing fine and I only have one more question
for you. Now that you know it was Brian that attacked you how do you feel
towards Brian?"

Sean was silent for a couple of minutes. The judge looked over at Sean and
asked if he was OK. Sean said, "Yes sir, I'm am. I have been thinking
about this since I was told that I would have to testify today and to be
honest I'm not sure how I feel towards Brian. I don't understand why he or
anyone else would attack a person that hadn't done anything to him. I
think that Brian realized that I am gay and for what ever reason he thought
that my being gay effected him some how. I'm not sure how since I have
never really talked to Brian. He was on the football team and I was on the
swim team. About the only time I ever saw Brian was in the school gym or
in the locker room. I would like to know if I did something to Brian. I
don't hate Brian and I want Brian to get the help that he needs and to know
that he can't do what he did to me to any one else. My dad asked me what I
thought should happen to Brian and at first I wanted him to go to jail for
this and I hoped that someone would beat him up like he did me. But then I
thought would good would that do. Brian is young and has his whole life
ahead of him. Now I just want him to get some help so he can understand
why what he did to me is wrong and once he figures that out to explain it
to me why he did what he did."

Mr. Muller let everyone think about what Sean had said for a few moments
before he said, "Sean is there anything else that you would like to say?"

Sean said he did not and Mr. Muller told the judge that the state was
finished. The judge looked over at Sean saying, "Thank you Sean for coming
in today. You seam to be a fine young man and I'm sorry that this happen
to you. I do have just one question for you. You understand that Brian
has plead guilty to a misdemeanor of assault with bodily injury. That
offense carries a punishment of up to two to ten years in prison and or a
ten thousand dollar fine. In your statement you just gave you said that
you didn't want to see Brian go to jail is that correct?"

Sean looked over at Brian for the first time and saw tears running down
Brian's face. Looking Brian right in the eyes he answered, "No sir I don't
want Brian to go to jail for this. I don't think it would allow Brian get
the help he needs to understand what he did was wrong and why it was
wrong."

The judge looked over at Brian and saw the two of them looking at each
other eye to eye and then said, "OK I thank you again Sean and you are
excused and may have a seat with your family." Sean got up from the
witness stand and came to sit with us. As he walked by Colby's mom and
Colby they both gave him a hug as did Steve and I. We made room for Colby
to sit next to his dad and Colby who immediately took hold of Sean's hand
not caring who saw.

Then judge took a few moments to make some notes and then turned to Brian
saying, "Brian before I pass my sentence is there any thing you would like
to say?"
