This story is fiction as are the characters, if you think you see yourself
in this story that's cool as long as everyone remembers there's nothing in
this story that isn't pure imagination.

Chapter 4

Three months have passed and the stables have been completed and we're now
working on creating riding paths through the woods.  Larry had put on about
fifteen more pounds and has turned into one gorgeous hunk.  He and Glen
have moved in together in Larry's room and happiness was the word of the
day.  Billy who has asked that we just call him Bill (he's decided he's too
old to be called Billy) has learned to ride and ride very well, he's been
talking about riding in the equestrian games down in Kentucky so we've
hired a trainer named Robin who was an equestrian champion before an
accident ended his days of competing, Robin's job was train Bill who had a
lot to learn before he'd be ready to compete even if he has taken to riding
as if he was born for it.

We've noticed Glen and Larry often go riding together and Benjamin and I
thought we might have two more stables built and add a couple of more
horses so we could ride with them since it turned out that we all enjoyed
riding.  Glen turned out to be a top notch cook and finance manager as well
as the other jobs that needed attending to.  Ben and I have been discussing
a way for him to get back to his original intention of becoming an
anesthesiologist.  He was doing more than his share of work and would need
to cut back if he was to attend college.  We had to figure out a way to
make it appear that getting him back to his college studies would be good
for all of us. It would be kind of nice to have a doctor in the house.
First we needed to find out if he was still interested in pursuing that
field.

Enlisting Larry to our cause, we asked him if Glen ever talked about
returning to his interest of becoming a Doctor of Anesthesiology.  Larry
said sometimes during their after sex pillow talk he would bring it up, but
whenever Larry mentioned him getting back into it, he always said he's too
old and too busy to get back at it now.  "That's crazy, he's only
twenty-seven and he's already completed five years of study".  "We all need
to work together in a way that'll get him re-interested enough to check it
out".  Benjamin you and Glen have a nice relationship, I think he'd listen
to you as much as anyone, would you mind discussing this with him?"  "Of
course not, I'll see if I can get him to join me for a beer this evening on
the upstairs balcony and I'll try to bring the conversation around to that
topic".

Ben and Glen often spent time together on the balcony toward evening so
when Benjamin asked him to join him this evening Glen readily accepted.  As
they sat there watching the sun set behind the western stand of trees, Ben
mentioned that he noticed they were adding a new wing on the local
hospital.  Glen immediately added that he thought they needed it, as well
as bringing some of the old equipment up to date, "I'm afraid our hospital
is behind the times with all the advances in medicine and medical equipment
in the last five years or so".  As casually as possible Benjamin said,
"weren't you interested in becoming a doctor a few years ago Glen?".
"Yeah, but that's all in the past now Ben".  "What field of medicine were
you studying for?"  "I had completed five years toward becoming a doctor of
anesthesiology, I still had another year to go".  "A year, is that all, for
heavens sake why don't you finish".

"Well let's see Ben, there's money, time, and the fact that I'm not young
anymore".  "Oh I see since you're about to turn twenty-eight makes you an
old fart, and Glen if there's anything that we have an abundance of it's
money and time".  "You and Thomas may have money, I'm doing fine since you
hired me and are allowing Billy and I to live here but you have no idea
what it cost to finish med school".  "Bill".  "What?"  "Bill, not Billy,
remember".  Laughing Glen said, "yeah keep reminding me I'm so used to
calling him Billy it's going to take me a while, but I owe him that
respect".  "Respect yes", and you Glen owe yourself the respect you deserve
in completing your own dream of becoming a doctor".

"Ben I'm happy here and I have plenty to keep me busy".  "Most of what you
do the rest of us can take care of and the important part of what you do is
taking care of the financial business for us and you'll still have time for
that even being back in medical school".  "I want to be here for
Bill"....."you will be here for Bill, he'll be in school the same hours
you'll be taking your classes so you don't really have any more excuses".
"Benjamin there's the money and I do have other things to do".  Bill came
out on the balcony having been listening to our conversation and hugged his
dad, "still not too old to hug your old man huh?"  I'll never be too old to
hug you dad and you're not an old man, please will you do it for me, I know
you didn't finish medical school because of me, now you have a chance to
finish what you started, please do it for you and me both dad".  "Billy, I
mean Bill you have no idea how much medical school cost,... "I do and it's
all paid for so now what excuse can you come up with?"  Apparently Thomas
had been listening to our conversation as well.

"For crying out loud, who else is back there listening?"  With that Larry
and Robin both stepped out onto the balcony, "why do I get the feeling this
is a plot against me?"  Thomas said, "Glen it's a group effort for you not
against you".  We're all with you on this one hundred percent and please
forgive me for sticking my nose into you business but I've already checked
with the medical school you were attending and found out you were at the
top of your class when you left and the administration will wave the
classes you didn't complete because of your grade average, you can finish
your remaining courses in one year".  Bill knelt before his dad putting his
head in Glen's lap, "please dad it's important to me that you do this".
Knowing his son was still carrying feelings of guilt about him not
finishing college Glen pulled Bill up and hugged him saying, "Okay, for you
buddy, I'll do it for you".

Larry stepped out carrying a tray with six glasses of champagne, "we'll all
drink to that Glen and we're going to hold you to it".  "Champagne, you
guys were pretty sure of yourselves weren't you?"  Benjamin said, "we kind
of figured your son would clench the deal".  "What'd you guys do rehearse
this or something?"  Laughing Thomas said, "only a couple of times and I'd
say it went fairly well".  Glen asked, "Just what do you think you're doing
with a glass of champagne Bill?"  "I'm drinking a toast to my dad, the
doctor", with that we all tipped our glasses and broke them in a pail that
Robin had been hiding behind him.

That night in bed Glen had way too many thoughts running through his head
to fall asleep so Larry decided he had to get his mind on something else.
Turning on his side Larry started running his fingers around Glen's
nipples, making a figure eight from left to right, then leaning over to
lick across them.  He could see Glen's cock was fluffing up, he leaned up
and run his tongue across Glen's lips before kissing his nose, and blowing
in his ear.  Licking just below Glen's ear lobe was causing Glen to moan

Larry pulled slowly out once again, Glen said, "put your fingers back Larry

Three months have passed, Glen is back in college and doing well, Thomas
and Benjamin have had two more stables built and Robin had brought his
horse so they now had seven which kept Larry, Robin, and Bill busy.  Robin
and Larry had taken over most of the duties for caring for the horses since
Bill was back in school.  Thomas was having an equestrian track developed
for Bill's training, Robin had designed the complex and it was on it's way
to completion, hopefully in time for spring training.

Thomas and Benjamin noticed Robin who had become a welcome addition to our
family had also become close friends with Larry and Glen.  Robin who at
twenty-five wasn't only a great trainer for Bill but was also a great
looking guy who had managed to stay in exceptionally good physical shape
considering the injuries he suffered that kept him from competing
professionally.  The three of them would often ride off to the woods
together laughing and enjoying each other`s company.  Benjamin and I
couldn't help but wonder how that friendship would work out.  Sometimes a
third spoke became a hindrance in a relationship.

On one occasion as the three of them came back from riding, I happened to
be brushing the Pinto that I often road.  I could hear them laughing and
talking as they put their saddles and equipment away and started brushing
their horses down.  Robin said, "I really love you guys, I'm grateful that
you accepted me into your relationship as an equal, I was attracted to you
both right away but would never have done anything to interfere".  "We both
were attracted to you too Robin and if we felt you would have tried to come
between us we wouldn't have fallen in love with you".  "We didn't know if
three guys living and loving together would work, but I think I can speak
for both Glen and I when I say the love the three of us have for one each
other has made us all stronger and even more understanding of the
differences that bring people together".  "Glen added that he wanted the
three of them to talk to Benjamin and Thomas about us sharing a room
together, I want this relationship to be open and honest".  Robin and Larry
agreed.

Robin going to the next stable to get an additional brush noticed Thomas
busy brushing his Pinto.  "Afternoon Thomas". "Hi Robin, I see you guys
have been out enjoying a ride on this nice Indian summer day".  Larry and
Glen hearing the conversation stepped over to Thomas's stable, "we didn't
realize you were out here Thomas".  "Yeah I kind of gathered that from your
conversation, I didn't mean to overhear you guys, but if it's of any
comfort to you I think what the three of you have is unique and wonderful
and you have my blessing and I'm sure Benjamin will be thrilled to hear
that the three of you have fallen in love.  "I'm also glad the three of you
were coming to Ben and I with your situation, it's nice to know you realize
we love all of you and we think of you as family, there's never a need for
secrets among any of us".

Having said that I noticed a flicker of guilt in Glen's eyes knowing he has
never confided to us what he went through with that monster Terry.  I
didn't mean for that to happen, I could see the joy has faded from his
face.  God forgive me, I need to be more careful with my words.  Glen
turned and started to walk away as I called to him, "what Thomas?"  "Glen
please come sit down for a minute will you?"  "Glen my heart felt like I
tore a hole in it when I saw the look on your face when I mentioned there
was never a need for secrets among any of us".  "We've all been hiding a
dark secret and I'd like to clear the air right now, but I'll leave that
decision up to you".  "What do you mean we all have been hiding a secret?"

Taking Glen's hands in mine, I noticed Larry kneel behind Glen and put his
arms around him with his chin resting on Glen's shoulder.  "Glen there's no
easy way for us to work into this so I'm going to just spill it, you can
say stop at anytime and I'll stop and it'll never be mentioned again".  "We
all, with the exception of Robin, are aware of what Terry forced you to do
in order to keep Bill safe and a roof over his head when you were out of
work".  My heart broke when I saw Glen's face crumble into agony and tears,
Larry hugged him tight not willing to let go, we all cried together.  With
red eyes Glen looked up at me, Billy?  No Glen Bill doesn't know any of
this as far as we know, nor does Robin.  "How'd you find out?"  "Ben was
worried that something was seriously wrong and followed you home the night
you came to thank us for helping Bill".  "He never meant to see what he saw
but the fact is he did see and we knew we had to get you out of that
hellish situation, we never wanted you to know we were aware, but after
seeing the joy leave your face when I spoke about secrets I knew I had to
tell you the truth".

Looking into my tear stained face Glen pulled me into a hug and whispered,
"I love you all so much".  "We all love you just as much Glen, please
forgive us for keeping this from you".  "There's nothing to forgive Thomas,
I've wanted to tell you so many times but just couldn't bring myself to,
I've been so filled with shame".  "Glen the shame is Terry's, the honor is
yours, you kept your son safe and fed".  "In your place I would have done
the same".  "I've been so afraid everyone would hate me if you knew,
especially Bill, I wouldn't want to go on living if I thought he hated me".

"You're not giving that wonderful son of yours enough credit Glen".  Just
then Bill stepped around the corner of the stable and threw himself at his
dad, "Dad I knew all along what you were doing to keep me safe, I saw what
Terry was making you do through the basement window one night, I never said
anything because I knew you wouldn't want me to know".  "I used to pray
that God would make me die so you wouldn't have to continue going through
that, I even thought of killing myself".  Benjamin spoke up saying, "Bill
do you know what joy you have brought into our lives, we all think of you
as our son".  "I know and I feel so lucky, how many kids have five dads
looking out for him?"  "Dad you can let it go now, you're free, I couldn't
love you any more than I do right now".  "Glen just look at this great kid
of ours, and it's because of you that he's here with us, you can't imagine
how proud we all are of you for taking care of him and keeping him safe".
"We all think of you as our hero".

Glen was so overcome with emotion that he just sat there hugging Bill with
Larry still wrapping him in his arms.  Finally he said, "I'm so lucky you
guys found Bill and I, we live here in this beautiful home loved by all of
you, I still have to pinch myself now and then to make sure I'm not
dreaming".

Robin who had remained quiet through all of this drama knelt behind Bill
and put his arms around him as he looked into Glen's eyes and said, "Glen I
have no idea what took place in your life before I came here and I don't
need to know, but I want you to know I love you and Larry with all my
heart, when I came here to train Bill, I was like an empty shell, you and
Larry have given my life back to me and for that I will be forever
grateful".  "I didn't know what real happiness was before I met all of
you".

"Robin, no secrets means no secrets, Larry and I can fill you in later and
then that part of my life is gone forever".  "My life began here when Bill
and I moved in with these two gracious and loving men, falling in love with
Larry just made my life that much more fulfilled and now with you as part
of our family we really are complete, thanks for your love and trust".
Looking deep into Glen's eyes Robin said, "thank you for being everyone's
hero, you sure are mine".
