throne room' Stormrider told us. I picked up Alex and said, "We are wanted
in the throne room immediately" the others followed me and James asked "how
did you know we were wanted?" I replied, "Stormrider told my through
telepathy. He was the one you two rode on last night" they both nodded and
we reached the throne room. I knocked on the door and it opened and I saw
all the others standing there with Snowfire and Stormrider. "What's going on

Chapter 8
"Well it seems that you lot are very special as these boxes arrived from the
king of all" Chris James and I were confused where as Kora's jaw dropped. AJ
passed us the boxes and I noticed one still sitting there so I asked, "whose
box is still sitting there?" they all looked shocked then Ash picked it up.
"It is for Alex bro so you better open it" I nodded as she passed me the
box. I opened it first and inside was a necklace with the symbol of fire
pendant hanging from it. I placed it on Alex. Kora had been given a mirror
that showed him what ever he needed with the symbol of lightning in the
edge. Chris had an earring with the symbol of air on it. I noticed that
another box was sitting on the table and went and picked it up. Inside it
was six bracelets with the symbol of earth on it. I passed them out to mine
and Kora's siblings then noticed that James had a ring with the symbol water
on it. I opened my box and it suddenly grew. Inside it was a sword with all
five symbols on it as well as a picture of a Pegasus used for the handles. I
attached it to my belt, as did Kora with his while the others put theirs on.
Mum and dad smiled at us and then said "Well it looks like we know the
leader of this bunch" I looked at them confused while the others just
nodded. "It has been proven shortie that you are to be the leader as you
have all five where as we all have one" JJ (my older brother James) replied
to my confusion. I nodded and said, "typical the youngest brother gets the
biggest job," they all laughed at me. 'Ok this has been a weird day' I heard
AJ think so I thought back 'yea well it just got weirder' he looked at me

so I gave him a hug just as Kora came over to join us.
That night when Alex went to sleep I started undressing Kora while he did
the same. Soon we were both naked and he was pushing me onto the bed while
we were locked at the lips. As I lay down I lifted my legs so that he could

I smiled and nodded back to him. I walked in and saw Kora waiting for me. "I
had to feed this one and Chris needed to talk for a bit," I told him he
smiled and helped me settle Alex back into bed. 'You have a lot of work on
your shoulders yet you handle it with ease angel' Kora thought to me. I
looked at him and said, "I have your help with the new stuff but helping
Chris and the others has been something I have been doing for years. Chris
is like my twin brother so helping him and James is like being there for the
others before they came here" we both climbed back into bed and fell asleep.
When I awoke I saw mum feeding Alex and she said, " I thought you two could
use the extra sleep" I nodded and said "thanks. I am glad that you got to do
it. I guess I just expected to do it all the time seeing you do it relaxes
me a bit" I walked over and gave her a hug and added "I know what you went
through now and hope that Kora doesn't if we are to have another I will do
it again to save Kora from the pain" she smiled and said "spoken like a true
leader" I picked up Alex from her and helped her to her feet and we walked
down to breakfast. The others were finishing up so mum and I had the table
pretty much to ourselves. 'Mum told me to let you sleep and she would feed
Alex' Kora told me. I thought back 'it's ok hun I am glad she did and I did
need the sleep' when we finished I went up and got Alex and myself dressed.
Before I walked out of the room I put on both my swords and noticed that
Kora had his with him. When Alex and I got to the others I gave Kora Alex
and said, "I am going to the practice room to try out my new sword. He
nodded and I walked off.
When I reached the room Alex said in thought 'Ashka is coming and all the
others are asleep help please daddy' I raced out with both swords in hand.
Ashka appeared and I stood between him and the others ''it is time to end
this Ashka. I will destroy you now" I yelled at him. Then I placed both
swords in one hand and they became one.
I swung the sword at him at it cut off his left leg. He tried to escape but
I called him back and pierced his chest with the sword killing him. The
others woke up and mum dad and Ashley walked into the courtyard. They all
stared at Ashka's body before it vanished leaving a book. "What happened
here?" dad demanded to know. Before I could answer my swords separated and I
placed them away and then explained, "Ashka came to kill us and put the
others to sleep. I was in the training room when Alex informed me what was
happening and I raced out here and I fought him until my swords became one
and he tried to flee. I used a spell Ashley taught me and pulled him back
stabbing him in the chest and it killed him" I then walked over and picked
up the book. It had my name on it so I put it in my robe to read later.
"What is that book about angel?" Ashley asked. I turned to him and said, " I
don't know but it has my name on..." I collapsed onto the ground
When I awoke everyone was fussing over me asking, "Is he going to be ok?" I
replied, "Only if you all let me breathe. I over used my powers fighting
Ashka and like the other times fell asleep only this time I used far more
and I couldn't get to a spot first" they all jumped back as I spoke and then
Alex said to me 'thanks daddy' I smiled and picked him and hugged him and
said to him "I will always protect you and the rest of our family son"
I awoke and saw a figure standing beside me. He beckoned me to follow him so
I got up quietly and got dressed then I joined him in the hall. At that
moment I recognized his face and I was surprised until he said "hello son. I
see you look more and more like me everyday. But I am glad to see you have
also learnt that you need to protect your child no matter what. But now I
need you to talk to some one and tell them our secret and I think you better
tell your brothers and sister the truth too. Follow me"
I followed my father's spirit to a house and he vanished. I knocked on the
door and an old couple answered the door. "Hello" they both said and I
realised why I was there. "Hello I have been sent here to escort you back to
the palace to tell you some sad news" I told them
