Subject: Corrupted Purpose Part 4

Disclaimer: Most events occurring are purely fictional and have no relation
to me or any other person I know, however my life has been the basis of the
character in certain ways but not many. Although the story does start out
with the main character from birth, nothing explicit occurs until the
character is over 18 years old.

This story includes Male/Male sexual encounters and possible violent
descriptions, nothing too an extreme extent though. If it is illegal to
read in your country or if you are too young, then please head this warning
and do NOT read any further. That last thing an author wants is for his
readers to get in trouble.

Note: Considering this is my first story posted on here all feedback is
requested, whether you send a message saying you loved it or just to ask a
question about the story. Please do not send a "poisoned dagger" (a email
which basically says stuff like "YOU'RE STORY SUCKED!!!" etc...) as it will
not only be an entirely ignored email but will also only make you look less
intelligent by having to hide behind harsh remarks as opposed to
constructive criticism or helpful ideas. Email me at

-------- Chris: --------

I woke up feeling odd, and found myself strapped to a table. "What the fuck
is going on?" I looked around the room and saw nobody and wondered if I had
died. I looked at my body and noticed that I had several scars. I tried to
look back into my memories as to what happened, but all I can remember was
that I was in battle with the strongest Demon I had ever faced. He had
killed off my entire team in one sweep and when I rushed him, he cast a
spell and then... Nothing. My memory was fuzzy from that point.

I had to get out of these restraints, but right when I started several men
walked into the room. I had known these men to be scientists of my sector
and had been, like me, under jurisdiction of Josh. "Hey, what's going on
and why am I tied up?"

One of the scientists I had known looked at me and spoke. "Do you not
remember?" I shook my head and he fell to the ground sighing. "It's good
everyone, the effects of it are over." The scientists started releasing my
restrains one by one. When I was free they gave me some new clothes to put
on, which I did in front of them, not being ashamed of my body.

"What happened to me?" I asked the man I recognized.

"I don't believe it's my place to tell you, besides we don't have the time
now." He said shielding his eyes from my nakedness. I looked at him once I
was done and before I could even ask my question he had started to answer
it. "Josh needs to see you in his office stat." He led me out of the room
and down the hall into the courtyard. It was midday and beautiful out as we
walked through an array of flowers to the living quarters section of the
mansion. He led me to Josh's office, knocked and announced himself. "Sir, I
have brought Chris with me. His condition is all clear and no trace of the
spell is left."

"Very well, send him in." I was led into the room. The man left as soon as
I was in and Josh stood up to greet me. "Chris I know you're very confused
as to what will happen now, but we don't have much time as the body is
starting to enter it's final stage."

I looked at him puzzled. "Sir? What body?" He explained of a boy who was
part of the prophecy. He told me that he had a nephew who was going through
a cleansing from a were-wolf attack. "Wait! How was he cleansed? I thought
that was impossible to turn a were-wolf back to human."

"No time to explain, listen he will die soon unless you help us. He has to
live on for his uncle's sake, otherwise the prophecy might go horribly
wrong." He looked fearful at the thought of this happening.

"Ok so what services do you require?"

"Well there is a small problem. During the boy's cleansing, his inner wolf
had struggled, trying desperately to stay with him. He ended up running
grounds with a knife in the hand of the very person trying to heal him. He
will die, unless he is reborn. I had originally considered turning him but
then I remembered something else. Listen to me when I say no one must know
of what is going to go on here. You have to promise that you will keep this
secret." I nodded, as I knew he was proposing a complete fixing of the body
and soul. The major problem was that the process required a heavy amount of
power and one mistake could mean it all being released in a rage of
destruction.

"Isn't what your proposing a little dangerous though? The last time someone
even tried this they ended up killing a whole town of people because of one
error." I stood up, ready to move.

He got up and started leading me to the room we needed to be in. "Well that
was just one person that one time, this time they'll be two so it'll be
easier. Know this however, if you or I mess up then the consequences will
be much greater than that one time. We must be completely focused in order
to bring this boy back to life."

We walked into one of the ritual rooms, in which there was a table with a
covered person on it and I assumed this was the person we were trying to
save. There were also the usual marks for revival but this time the marks
were one more than usual. It was one I had known to be a sign of life in an
old forgotten language. We both stood on each side of the boy and held out
our hands, palms facing his body and we started chanting.

Both of our hands started to release a glow that was normal but what wasn't
normal was the warmth I was feeling from mine. As I had started to think
why, Josh looked and me and shouted, "Focus!" I went right back to focusing
on the boy. I could not see his face but something about him was familiar
and I had an odd lust for it.

After about a half hour I started to doubt if it would work, then at that
moment the body had started to float up. Josh and I both let our hands fall
and we watched the amazing spectacle unfold before out eyes. The boy was
glowing a pure white color and as we watched his soul was removed from his
body. "Sir! What is going on?"

"Heaven is claiming the boy. I guess it wasn't our right to try to prolong
his life." Josh started to cry a bit. I had no idea why though as I had
just woken up and could not even tell who this person was.

"You are half right." A voice spoke. I looked up and saw a figure in a
white rob floating there holding the boy's soul. "We are claiming his soul,
but not as if he were dead. We know everything about the prophecy and we
know how much this boy means to Austin. We will claim the soul to mend
it. After all it has been through it needs it. First the turning to
were-wolf, then the attempted cleansing, the rebirth from you guys. The
soul is tainted with confusion, fear, and hate which would all be released
upon one person, Austin."

"So what do we tell him then?" Josh spoke with a slight fear in his voice,
not so much about what to say to this boy Austin, but rather at the site of
this angel. I can't say that I wasn't surprised, but being younger than
Josh I certainly have seen my fair share of modern oddities.

"Tell him the truth about everything, but tread carefully. We observed it
all and if you can recall, he dropped the original knife when he followed
his guardian. He had no way of obtaining another knife, other than the only
thing possible. His other side had not agreed with him so it took a spare
to finish off any stragglers, in this case, his own nephew. We fear that he
might be punished for failing and we don't know how that might work
out. Watch over Maxon as well, he is in the most danger. Although both
sides of Austin feel the same, one will have a more devious ritual planned
out for him. We can't say anymore, as that is all we know, good luck." The
angel returned the body to the table and took the soul with him.

I looked over at Josh and he looked at me worried. "We've got to go check
up on Maxon and Austin." He started to rush off.

"Sir, wait. I just woke up and I have no idea what this is all about." He
continued on so I followed him as he was walking away I shouted. "LOOK AT
ME!" He stopped in his place, as I had never yelled at him like that
before. "I feel hurt at the moment and I don't know why. I know you're not
telling me something and I want to know what it is."

He turned around slowly and sighed. "Ok do you remember anything from AFTER
your most recent mission?" I shook my head. "Well you were put under a
spell and this spell caused a brainwashing frequency. It caused you to kill
one of our own and then run off." I was shocked and was unable to do
anything but stand there. I had killed someone without knowing it, what
would I be feeling now if it was Josh or Maxon? "You were missing for the
past 5 months and then you attacked on orders from your controller. You
were to bring the prophecy's subject back to Hell with you. If it wasn't
for Maxon being assigned to watch over him, you would've succeeded and
ruined it for all of vampire and man kind." I felt devastated but then
remembered another question that I had wanted to ask.

"Why is it then we are going to check on Maxon now?"

His eyes widened and he turned and ran in the direction of Maxon's
room. "Shit!" I followed him as everyone walking in the hallways moved out
of the way for the two of us. As we rounded the corner I felt an immense
feeling of destructive power but also a giant amount of purity. We kept
running through the hallways and we eventually rounded the corner to the
sleeping quarters. As we approached Maxon's room the feelings increased and
judging by Josh's sudden stop, he felt it as well.

"Josh, what the hell is going on?" I asked as we slowly moved towards the
door to the room. He placed his hand on the handle and turned to face me.

"Back up. If anything happens I want you to run and grab the crisis team."
He slowly turned the knob.

"Josh, what exactly are you expecting to be in that room?" I asked starting
to shake due to the combined anticipation and fear of what was in that
room.

He faced me once more and with the biggest look of fear on his face. "I
have only hope that it's not what I fear." He pulled the door open
slightly. Suddenly a huge blast sent the door flying open and Josh into the
wall behind him. I fell down in surprise at the immense power I felt but I
mustered up my strength and went to go help Josh onto his feet. When he
finally regained his strength we both looked into the room, and both our
jaws practically dropped to the floor.

Maxon was on the bed obviously in a deep sleep, even though he never slept,
but that wasn't what shocked us. Above the bed floating with his feet to
the ground was a boy. But it was more than that what shocked us, on each
side of his back was a giant mass. His right side had a giant black wing of
an eagle while his left had white wing of an angel. Both were at massive
proportions and were unmoving in a very eerie way, that even if a gust of
wind had come across them they would remain solid and still. His eyes were
two different colors, his left being a bright, glowing blue and his right
being a piercing red. In addition his face was two different faces in
one. The right side was a red eagle with a small horn on the forehead,
while his left side was the face of a pure white lion mixed with a human.

We watched in horror wondering if he was awake and what he was going to do
to us when a hand fell on both of our shoulders we both jumped and were
dragged away from the door as it was shut. I turned around to see who the
person was and my breathing was stopped as I was staring at absolutely
nothing. I felt Josh put his hands on my shoulders as my breathing started
up again. "Do not wake the boy." Said a voice with the most amazing and
comforting tone I had ever heard.

"What are you?" I asked.

"I am that boy's guardian angel and I have to tell you both that you're
lucky that he was not woken up from his sleep." I looked around for where
the voice was coming from and continued to see nothing. I then looked back
into the room to see that the creature floating in the room was the boy she
was talking about.

"What do you mean SLEEP? He looks pretty awake to me!" Josh asked in
fear. "Care to explain what is going on here?"

"The boy has reached a point in his life where everything about his powers
is currently at equilibrium. When he goes to sleep the forces of good and
evil are constantly fighting within his body to take control, it's in
moments like this that cause the physical change. Any disruption of his
sleep could cause the soul and body to be torn apart which would
unfortunately result in his death considering his burden. The only ones who
can be around him are those who he trusts, and you two are not part of that
category just yet." I couldn't believe what I was hearing, 'So basically,
this kid is the most destructive thing on this earth,' I thought to myself.

"When will he wake up?" Josh had calmed down at this time although my
emotions were still shaken up as I still was only listening to a
disembodied voice.

"Subjective, probably around the time his mate wakes up as he is now
connected to him. There is also the concern that, depending on his emotion
before he reaches sleep he might succeed in taking only one form. When this
does occur he will have no control over what happens, as his body will be
possessed fully by the being he has taken form of. Strange though, it seems
that he has not brought his partner up into this state with him."

"What is that supposed to mean, he could potentially turn Maxon into the
same creature as well?!" I asked this in fear for my friend.

"Not hardly, your friend would remain as he is, the only difference would
be that which ever creature Austin takes form of would wrap his mate up in
his wings as a form of protection. I'm guessing at this moment since the
body feels no threat that it didn't feel it necessary to so, however it's
odd since even if it felt comfortable with it's surroundings it would still
create the shield. I assume that since he is currently fighting both sides
it can't create the prote......" The voice stopped talking and we suddenly
felt a presence change within the room.

I heard a sudden screech coming from inside and I felt the entire energy of
the room lighten up. We suddenly heard Maxon shout from inside, "WHAT THE
FUCK!" I rushed to open the door and when I opened it I saw that the boy's
body was transforming. His body was returning to the form of a boy and he
appeared to be in immense pain, I looked over at Maxon, who had cowered to
a far corner, and his face was horror stricken at the event unfolding.

As I looked back at the boy I saw his face return to normal and I felt a
sudden jolt to my brain. "FUCK! IT HURTS!" I started to tear up and cry as
I relived events that I could not remember. I saw multiple dead bodies and
a boy was just standing there with Maxon behind him. Suddenly the boy
stabbed himself in the stomach and I felt his pain, then he went for his
leg and I fell to the ground feeling the pain from his wounds. I looked at
my own body and saw blood running out of me faster then ever before. My
heart stopped beating and I couldn't breath almost instantly and as I
stared back at him I saw the dagger pointed at his heart. I started crying
as I was brought back from the nightmare and I realized that the boy from
my vision was the same one transforming in front of me.

I watched the boy return to normal and float over towards Maxon who stood
up shocked at what was occurring. The boy fell into his arms and started to
open his eyes.

---------- Austin: ----------

I felt myself wake up from the deep sleep I was in. As I started to come to
I felt I was no longer in the bed and I started to open my eyes. I looked
up, my vision clearing, to the site of my lover looking down at me. He had
a shocked look on his face and I felt a feeling of worry grow in me. "Baby,
what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost."

He smiled and stood up carrying me over to the bed and laid me down slowly.
"Nothing is wrong, just..." I felt watching eyes and I looked over to the
door. I saw three people standing in the doorway, Josh, my guardian,
and... I felt my emotions darken and a certain presence started to surround
me.

"What are you doing here?" I slid off the bed standing and stared at the
boy who stood in the doorway. "You have some fucking nerve showing your
face in front of me!" I watched a red cloud start to surround me as Maxon
moved away from me.

"Austin, calm down." Josh started to walk towards me slowly with his hands
in front of him shielding him from me. I raised a hand to him and moved it
to the right as Josh flew out of the way into the wall. I rushed up to
Chris and held his neck in my hand and lifted him off the ground.

"I'LL MAKE YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" I squeezed his
neck harder and harder until I heard his breathing get slower and I watched
his face redden. 'I'll avenge Aaron's death caused by you involving him.' I
thought to myself.

"STOP!" I felt a pair of arms embrace me from behind and I let go of
Chris. I could feel Maxon's tears falling down my shoulder. I looked down
at the sorry excuse for the person who I just almost ended.

That was when I felt it, a pain so severe it caused me to fall out of
Maxon's arms to the ground. I had fallen out of a peaceful state of mind,
conflicted by the feelings of my desire to kill Chris and my desire to
please my lover. I ran out of the room away from the stress of my
conflicting sides. I continued running through hall after hall finally
stopping and looking to see a doctor standing there with a tray of medical
tools. I grabbed a knife and walked into the nearest bathroom I could find
and shut the door, standing against the wall I slid down to the floor.

I pressed the knife against my left arm and proceeded to apply pressure as
I slid the knife over the skin, eventually irritating the skin to the point
of breaking through. I continued to administer this procedure to my left
arm and when I felt satisfied with that arm I moved the knife to my right
arm. When I felt completely free of the emotional pain I hovered over to
the toilet forcing my fingers down my throat triggering my purging to
distract me from the physical pain in my arms.

I fell to the floor tears falling out of my eyes and mixing with the blood
all over the floor. I saw feet block the light emitting from the bottom of
the floor and I heard voices speaking recognizing one of them as Maxon's
however I was unable to make out what he was saying. The loss of blood and
the fact I had forced several cases of purging I was too tired to focus on
anything. I started to fell myself slip out of consciousness as I watched
the door open.

---------- Maxon: ----------

I ran over to Josh to help him up. "Josh! I'm so sorry I had no idea he
would react that way." I lifted him up as he winced from the pain of being
flung against the wall.

"It's fine, we have to find him before he hurts someone else though. I had
expected serious emotional fluctuations but nothing to the point of hurting
others." I followed him out of the room to see Chris sitting there catching
his breathe.

"Chris, are you okay?" I asked him, his eyes staring at me with complete
fear of what had just happened. I reached out my hand, which he took, and
pulled him up. I put both my hands on his shoulders. "Please tell me if
anything is broken." He shook his head and kept his gaze at the ground.

"Maxon, we don't have the time!" Josh shouted running off down the hallway
stopping only to ask where Austin had ran off to.

"Chris, just wait here for us to return. I promise I'll keep that from
happening again." I ran after Josh, "Hey wait up for me!" We continued
following the directions that everyone kept giving us. Finally we reached a
scientist who had fear stricken all over his face.

"What happened?" Josh asked the man.

"He just... He just ran up and looked at me with the most evil eyes I've
ever seen." He was shaking all over and his hand was holding onto a tray of
medical tools. I noticed that the tray was in disarray, which wasn't simply
caused by his shaking.

"Did he take anything from you?" I asked remembering whom we were dealing
with.

"He took a knife and ran into the bathroom, his back was bleeding profusely
and I heard screams of pain coming from the bathroom. I couldn't dare walk
into there." I put my hand on his shoulder.

"We'll take it from here, continue on with your duties." He nodded and
walked off still shaking. I looked at Josh who looked at me with an urging
expression while nodding his head towards the bathroom. I nodded and
started to walk forwards preparing myself for any monstrosity that might be
waiting. "Austin, are you ok?" I asked opening the door.

My eyes widened and I backed away from the door falling backwards, my face
turning white as snow. "Maxon! Are you ok?" Josh asked concerned about what
I had seen. My breathing was irregular and I was pretty sure that had I not
trained myself to handle gory and unsanitary situations I would've thrown
up then and there. I shook my head as my tears fell and pointed at the
door.

Josh helped me up as we walked closer to the door to the hell beyond what I
ever wanted to experience. This time he went first and he froze the second
he saw the site. "What the fuck?!" He exclaimed. We walked into the area,
which was covered with blood and in front of the toilet was Austin with two
huge scars in his back. After moving closer a few steps I saw several deep
slashes within both of his arms and in the toilet was blood mixed with
vomit. At this moment I did end up throwing up over to the side.

Josh immediately shouted out of the bathroom, "Someone get me a medical and
janitorial squad stat! It's ok Maxon he'll be fine, it's within his nature
to do this." He rubbed and patted my back trying to comfort me. I looked up
at Josh still pale as hell.

"What is natural about this?! I know he's able to harness powers through
self- mutilation, but this had nothing to do with harnessing powers! He is
unstable because we brought him into this with us! Why can't he be relieved
of this pain?!" I stood up and pushed Josh away, tears still falling like
waterfalls. I moved closer to Austin and regardless of my stomach, I placed
my arms around his bleeding body and lifted him off the ground. I cried
over the limp body feeling the greatest sadness I had ever felt. "Why?" I
whispered, as I looked into his beautiful blue eyes, barely visible under
his slightly open lids. "Why do you have to suffer?" I looked at his arms
and was shocked by what I saw. "Josh, tell me what you think the marks on
his arms say."

"What are you talking about?" He moved closer to me and observed Austin's
arms. "My god." from left to right his arms read SAVE ME END THE
PAIN. "Did he do that deliberately Maxon?" At that moment the squads rushed
to the door and banged it open.

"Give us the boy!" They shouted at me practically tearing him from my
arms. Josh held me back from going out of control at having him ripped from
my arms. I fell to the floor crying as I watched them take him away from
the room, but before he left my site I saw his hand twitch and his eyes
locked onto mine. In that instant, I felt every emotion that he was feeling
at that moment. I felt torn, hurt, sad, confused, and the strongest feeling
was loneliness. I broke down due to the high emotional sensitivity I had,
tears continuing to fall but these weren't mine, they were his.

"Maxon?" I watched Chris walk into my view, and an emotion I had never felt
towards him shot up out of me. My eyes turned bright red and my fangs shot
out as I roared loudly. I stared at Chris and his eyes showed nothing but
fear and I knew that he deserved to die but once again I knew it wasn't my
emotion. I held my head screaming trying to force the emotion back so I
wouldn't end up killing Chris. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I turned
around snarling expecting to see Josh but he had apparently left the room,
bringing Chris with him to keep him out of trouble. Instead I saw nothing
but I knew something was there and I watched a figure start to fill in the
emptiness. Within seconds a beautiful woman was standing in front of me and
it didn't take me long to fall to my knees in a bow.

"Stand, please." She spoke with the most soothing voice and I had no choice
to obey.

"What... I mean... Who are you?" I asked puzzled at the woman standing in
front of me.

"Ah we have never met. I am Austin's guardian angel I've kept him safe for
the past 18 years of his life, until you came into the picture just
recently. I know what you must be experiencing, as I have been going
through it watching the boy do this to himself constantly it seemed at
sometimes." She walked out of the room to one of the windows in the hallway
outside starring out into the daylight as she motioned me towards her and
continued to talk. "I understand you are his lover."

I blushed as my head fell to the ground in embarrassment for being sought
out so easily from this angel. "Don't feel ashamed," She said as she turned
towards me and brought my eyes to meet with hers, they were equally as
beautiful as Austin's, actually, they were almost identical. She smiled and
laughed, "I see you've seen through my disguise haven't you." I stared at
her in confusion and started to speak when she put her fingers to my
mouth. "I am his mother. I was never assigned to watch over him, when he
was adopted my husband and I decided to watch over him to keep him on the
right path. I understand you must have some questions about his state."

I nodded, "Why does he, of all people, have to go through this pain? Is
there any chance he can just let it all go?" She smiled at me and ruffled
my hair as if I were her own son.

"This is something my husband and I never intended. You see, he is
naturally our son by flesh, blood, heart, and mind. However his soul is
that of a Demon. It is his souls destiny to destroy Heaven but his Birth
Right to protect it. This causes the massive battle of power going through
his body at the moment. Unfortunately this makes it impossible for him to
not go through it, I'm sure you must understand it."

I nodded once again, "But what can I do? He's gone through so much pain and
I've never known someone who self mutilates them self for power or
pleasure. I feel like I barely know him but my feelings are more then I can
handle and all this unknowing is an even bigger burden. I can't be there
for him but I feel obligated to be there for him. He etched a message into
his arm, but how can I fulfill it?"

"Listen to me Maxon," She said starring at me with intensity. "You wouldn't
be able to see me right now if his love wasn't so strong for you, so don't
worry about your relationship, it'll smooth out through time. As for his
self-mutilation it's true he has to do it for power harnessing but make no
mistakes, he never enjoys it. The only reason he does it other than that is
the same reason as many other humans do it, as a comfort from the emotional
pain that one faces. This is something that can be changed and only one
person can guide him through that change. You, Maxon." I looked up at her
and she smiled and nodded. She started to walk away but she stopped and
turned around and faced me again over her shoulder. "There is a way you can
save him from his problems and pain with what he is."

I faced her with a fierce feeling of desperation. "How?! How can I save
him?! I'll do anything to keep him from his pain, just tell me and I'll do
it! Please!" She looked at me with utter seriousness.

"Turn him." My whole world fell into darkness. Normally one within our
Council would wait a full 2 years before turning a human and it was rare
considering the possible birth of vampire children now. Even when a person
was turned there was no guarantee that they would survive. "Would you do it
Maxon? Would you turn him if it offered him comfort?"

I was speechless as it was such an intense question. I had of course
intended on turning him, but after recent circumstances, I questioned the
safety of it. I snapped out of it and stared into the direction they took
him. "I would do anything."

She moved up to me and put her hands on my shoulders and forced my face to
lock directly with hers. "Then heed this warning, there are several
emotional conflicts that will transfer over with him. He has Thanatophobia,
the fear of death. This might hinder the process from occurring seeing as
technically you vampires are dead. Normally if a person didn't turn then
the process would leave them dead, but he would be induced in a coma for
several days instead due to his power. Also once he is turned he has to
feed, although you no longer need to kill our victims, he will consider it
killing and will be troubled by the process. You would have to force him to
face this fear if you turn him." I nodded and started to turn but she
grabbed my shoulders one more time and looked at me sternly now forcing my
brain to only focus on her. "There is something else. You two are mates
and there is no doubt there will be a sexual desire from you both that will
require satisfaction but there is one problem. He is a Genophobic, in other
words his biggest fear is sexual intercourse." I turned to ice, what
happened to my mate that made his life so fucked up. The angel laughed as
she once again read my mind. "Nothing happened, humans are flawed as well
as any other, yes he is technically my son and not a normal human but the
body and mind are uninfluenced by that factor. You will need to guide him
through this process as well, but know that if you disrespect his word,
your bond with him will break... and I will kill you." I felt nauseous all
over again and she smiled and walked down the hall away from me fading into
the sunlight.

I slid down the wall and was caught up in my thoughts again. How long had I
lied there? One maybe two hours, certainly felt that way. I moved my way to
my room and as I walked in I saw the imprint of Josh on the wall. I waved
my hand over the area and it all resolved back into a flat marble wall. I
went over to the bed, crawled in and closed my eyes, preparing to go into a
meditative state to regain my energy. I grabbed my pillows and smelled
Austin's scent as I allowed the tears to fall out of my eyes.

--------------------------------------

Well thank you for reading this next section. I have been pretty busy
recently so that's why I hadn't written this one as fast as the other 3
parts. I kept going back and forth on a lot of ideas and it took ages to
finally solve the plot. A small announcement, I have a lot coming up these
next couple of months involving my music and acting careers so my focus on
this story will be minimal. I know not many probably care, but for those
who do, I am not giving up, just moving my priorities into play.
