Chapter 4

I awoke in the morning to a start, forgetting for a moment that I was in
the Solar Knights city. I put on some shorts and headed for the bathroom, I
took care of my morning rituals. Once done I headed to the kitchen and
started to make some breakfast, I was cooking eggs and bacon, as well as
some pancakes. I was finishing up the last egg and putting it on a plate
when Seth walked into the room. I set Seths plate in front of him as I sat
in my own spot and set my plate down to eat.

"You are actually good at cooking... Surprisingly." Seth said to me, to
which I glared at him.

"There is a lot about me you do not know." I say under my breath as I eat
my eggs.

Once finished I washed the dishes and dried my hands. Seth was waiting by
the door for me, with a look of impatience on his face. I rolled my eyes as
I followed him out and down the street towards a mountain range near the
city. We started to hike up the range, until we came to a clearing, there
was a waterfall here and some boulders with markings on them.

"This is where we will be training. I used to train here all the time."
Seth said to me as he waved at the boulders with marks on them.

He swung his hand out and a sword materialized in his hand. He swung it a
few time experimentally before he slashed the nearest boulder in two. I
stood there in aw at what he did, that was just not expected with him.

"I will train you to do things like this, to be able to summon your Armor
on demand, and your arsenal." He said to me as he started showing off
creating different weapons with his Aura, "You will learn to use these
weapons and learn how to fight with your Aura."

"Ok." I spoke quietly as I wondered just how I was supposed to do so.

"First, we will teach you how to use raw Aura as a weapon." As he said this
he created a sphere of his Aura and fired it at a tree, causing it to
topple to the ground, "This is going to be yoru first lesson. You will
reach into yourself and pull out your Aura. You will practice this
technique until you can create a sphere in under two seconds and fire it."

I sat down and held out my hand as I tried to create a sphere of my Aura
like he had said, for a bit I got nothing, but soon, small wisps of my Aura
could be seen. I focused more until I created a small orb of my Aura. I was
happy, until it disapated and I growled a bit. I focused again and
concentrated on making the orb faster. I was able to make a good sized orb,
but it took me a full minute to create, making it not fast enough.

"Well you will practice making that, it is the fundemental ability." Seth
said as he brought out some wooden practice swords, "Without the ability to
at least manipulate yoru raw Aura, you can not give it form."

"What are those for?" I ask him as I saw the swords.

"To practice your swordsmanship." He said as he tossed me one of the
swords, "I will teach you to use these, and get you adjusted to using a
real sword in time."

He took a stance in front of me. I got into a similar stance, and smiled at
him. He came at me with the sword up, trying to disarm me. I easily
sidestepped him and spun to face him, still holding my sword. He then came
at me from straight on, and we locked blades. I may not have used a sword
before, but I did like to learn about sword fighting as a kid. I would use
a stick and use it to play like I was using an actual sword, I would also
look up videos. We went back and forth, he was trying to disarm me the
entire time, I was just trying to fight back.

"Seems yoou are actually ok with a sword." Seth said as he was dripping
sweat, we had been sparring for a while now, "We are done for today."

"What?" I said as I realized how late it was, "Wow, did not realize it was
so late."

"We will start home after we wash up. The lake here is clean and we can
wash up, but follow me, there is a secret are just beyond the waterfall."
Seth said as he stripped and dived into the lake, fully naked.

I watched as he swam through the waterfall and disappeared behind it. I
stripped and dived in, I followed where he went and found myself in a small
tunnel under the wall behind the waterfall, there was just enough room to
have my head above water and swim to the end. When I came out, I found
myself in a hidden cave. I swam to the ledge that I saw ahead of me where
Seth was waiting for me. I pulled myself up and follwed him deeper. We
started seeing steam appear and finally a pool, there was water and steam
coming from it.

"This is a secret I found years ago. A secret hot spring inside a cave,
neat huh?" He said to me as he sank into the waters.

"Why show me this?" I ask as I too sank into the waters.

"I am showing you this, because when I first found this and soaked in
it... Something happened.." He said as he relaxed, "My powers sped up. I am
hoping it will help you too like it did me."

"Really?" I laughed a bit, "I need that much help?"

We soaked for a while before we finally got out and headed back to the
other side. Once out we dried off and headed home, I had to fight the urge
to look at his perfect body the entire time. I did not want him to be
weirded out by me. Once home, I started on dinner, making a chicken
parmesian in marinara sauce, I served it with some salad and
breadsticks. After dinner Seth actually did the dishes and I showered real
quick. Once in the shower though the images of Seths body and even his
