I want to thank Danny Oliver for writing this summery, which I've included,
as the story can be confusing. When writing about the future there are so
many variables that come into play, even without thinking about the affects
on individual people. By the way Danny has a wonderful story, Changes in the
Adult-Youth section.
. Edmund
Konica is the real name of the main character, however he looks like the
actor Thane Miller and is more than often mistaken by him. They're so
physically similar not because they're twins but because Thane is Edmund's
code-shadow. Nikki is Thane Miller's biological son. Andy is a codeshadow
host himself and that could be converted into another shadow. Com also said
that the few children from a code-shadow are very adult-like including
regarding sex and that would explain the eagerness for sex little Nikki has.





"Ked was called out of the room by the others. He laughed at the two boys
who were neatly trapped in the invisible cage.

"Stay comfy my dears, I'll be right back to watch you. You two boys make a
delightful living sculpture! Maybe I should re-consider and keep you both
myself."

Nikki made a face as he turned to leave their confine.

As soon as he left the room Nikki nudged Andy. "Andy looked at him and
whispered "Should we make our escape now?"

"No, there are too many of them in the other room, and we're in an interior
room, so we have to go through the building to get out."

"Then what should we do Nikki?"

"We need to wait for Kiyro, like I told you."

"Do you really believe he'll rescue us Nikki, I mean he's not real."

"Hush Andy, I don't want to hear that. But in a way you're right,  Kiyro
can't do all the work. We have to help him by escaping at the right time.
That's why we have to hide the force-field button, so the creep doesn't come
back in and see it..

Andy's eyes traveled down exploring their small space.
"Where can we hide it Nikki? We have no clothes and there isn't anyplace in
here."

"Good observation, but not good enough! I want you to slide it into my
hole."

"You mean your asshole?"

"Isn't that what I just said! It would be easier for you to do it than for
me. Here hurry, before they come back!"

Andy took the metal disk as Nikki hunched over. The boy yelped quietly as
Andy maneuvered the disk, using his fingers to launch it up Nikki's rectum.
He worked fast as the door re-opened. Nikki stood up, making his face
emotionless, standing as if there wasn't a metal bead causing him to spasm.
He felt his penis harden from the sensations so he whispered urgently to
Andy. "Masturbate me" He didn't want Ked to grow suspicious that he had an
artificial device causing him to be aroused. Andy could play with him, and
divert Ked from thinking that Nikki had the lost button in him. He still
hoped that Ked wouldn't check for it. So far Ked had pulled Nikki through
the field without dissembling it. It was too powerful however for the boys
to escape without help, or doing a de-scramble.

Andy slid his hand over Nikki's crotch, and wanked his penis back and forth
quickly. This caused him to harden as well, and he started to moan softly as
he bumped up against Nikki.

Ked and another man watched the boy's actives. "You are two of the horniest
boys I have ever seen. The minute my back is turned you're back at it again.
Your both incorrigible!" He then turned to the other man, "No doubt when
we're finished with them we'll get a high price for this pair!"

"I thought that Nikki was going to the bosses friend, and eventually he'd be
trained to be one of us?" The man looked at Nikki who had stopped his sexual
play with Andy and was listening to the conversation about his future. The
man looked abashed as he realized that perhaps Nikki wasn't to be told about
any of this.

Ked laughed, "Don't worry Opius, the boys already know. Or they think they
know what's going on."

The other man who Ked called Opius answered slowly. "Even the boss thinks he
knows what's going on. If the asshole wanted to run things he'd have been
here now while we're under siege, not dictating his orders from a metal
tower somewhere."

"The boss is allergic to laser dust burn." Ked pointed out sarcastically

"Who isn't!" Opius stated bluntly.

"We better get back to the control tower an see how our little war is going.
The boys can get back to their fun and games, we'll have time for them
later, after we crush Royal Tec's SIMM army." Stated Ked

"You sure no one's getting hurt?" Asked Opius.

"No human will be fired on as long as they don't cross the lines between our
company and Royal's. We had our war vouchers in for a month, and it was
broadcasted everywhere, so no one would be so stupid! But if they were! Say
they got some idea that they'll sneak through our lines during the battle to
rescue a few worthless boys, they would end up as human charcoal. But if
anyone were that stupid they wouldn't even deserve their place on the
food-chain, now would they?" Ked looked potently at Nikki as he left the
room again."

Andy opened his mouth to say something, but closed it as he saw his
companion in a trace-like state. Nikki seemed to evaluate the confines of
the room. Finally he spoke out. "He never even noticed that the force-field
button was gone." Nikki stated.

"What do you think that means?" Asked Andy.

"He's worried about something else."

"Like what?"

"I think Ked is trying to take over his own company. Once he wins his war he
is going to start a new one. You know what else is crazy?"

"What Nikki?"

"I know what the Royal company does. They create cartoons."

"So what?"

"That means that all this is involved with stuff for kids, I mean most
adults don't go in for stuff like that, well actually Edmund did, he created
images."

"So you think they're after him."

"Maybe. Maybe they've been using us as bait."

"I understand how they would use you, but that doesn't explain me." Andy
tried to reason.

"I don't know, this is getting confusing. I think we need to find a way to
escape now. If we don't get back to Edmund, they will try to kill him as he
tries to get to us."

"But you said that Kyiro would be here to save us!"

"He will! I have an idea! If Edmund can send the cartoon image of Kyiro
here, he could use it to attack Ked.. I need to send that message out to
him, if we can get back my ear-pilot I could reach Edmund."

Andy looked at Nikki as they whispered their plot. They needed to get a
workman to disrobe, because they needed his clothes. Andy was taller, and
might be able to pass as a technician. They started to fight with each other
growing loud enough to attract one of the guards.

"Quiet in there!" He yelled.

The boys continued to grow louder.

"I'm sexier than you!" Andy screamed.

"No you're not crapass! I'm sexier!

The guard came storming back in where the boys gave him two impish smiles.
He didn't stand a chance.

Edmund looked at Com nervously. "Com do you mind if I drive?"

"You always liked to take the wheel didn't you Eddie, even when you were a
scrapper." Com admitted.

"Yeah, I guess I did." Edmund admitted. "He moved over into the driver's
seat and accelerated upward. It was a little tricky to get a gas driven
aircar upward. It seemed to want to stay on the ground."

"You got to pump helium into the twin engine." Com directed.

"Now you tell me!"

Finally they were at a safe level, about a quarter-city-block up when Edmund
could start to cruise towards the industrial district."

"So Com are you telling me that this age of enlightenment for boy-lovers is
really just a cover up to biologically alter boys."

"No, I never said that at all. In fact there are very few of you . No
Edmund, there are lots of men and boys who aren't going space-side. And
therefore they are just normal people living a good life on Earth.'

"Well I still puzzled. I never saw this Jupiter cartoon. What's that all
about?"

"It was designed to keep the romance and myth of space travel alive for the
next generation. You know space alters the human cycles. Prolonged space
travel is just as biologically rearranging as what we can do in the Labs.
They work in harmony, a new advance or information on one front applies to
another. The fact they had those slow personal computers back at the turn of
the millenium was a side benefit from the space program."

"Yeah, I knew that."

"So making man adaptable in space is one of the reasons we do the bio code
stuff."

"Well it bloody well is working freaky for me. Here I am in love with what I
gather is my own bio-son."

"That wasn't meant to happen I can assure you, but really what's the harm.
It's not like you can add to the gene pool naturally with him."

"Well I have to tell him that I'm not just his Dad. I am his Dad."

"Actually you're not, your code shadow is."

"Is his Mother a code-shadow as well?"

"No his Mother was a human. She was an astronaut."

"Was?"

"She went on a free launch, you know the quest to get to another galaxy."

"And"

"Black energy snagged her mission a few years ago."

"I'm sorry."

"So this poor homeless or should I say spaceless kid got raised in a Boy's
home. Why do they wait so long to let us adopt them. I would have taken him
when he was a baby!"

"That's the dirty little secret. These kids who have the gene we need to
codeshadow always turn out to be boys, by the way because we can only code
or shadow  the Y chromosome,   . Therefore our space boys have to be
quarantined until they're old enough for reliable tests. They try to shadow
them all, but only a handful takes, most are unchanged by it, and a few have
the shadow process seep into their neuron-functions which causes problems I
would rather not discuss at this moment."

"So what happens to them?"

"Sometimes they have to be speeded."

"Lunarshit, what does that mean?"

"Age accelerated. They  age pre-maturely, or if they are too high strung for
an adaptive life, but still functioning they are placed into a space travel
lot."

"Well I grew up in a boy's home, until you adopted me. I never saw any of
this."

"No, you wouldn't. Besides we weren't as technically advanced in those
days."

"This is entirely unbelievable, like a form of slavery."

"Space babies never have Earth rights."

"And I'm a space baby too?"

"One of the first."

"So now you're going to tell me that you were my father."

"No, although I would have been proud if I were. I tried to tell you things
when you were a boy, but you were always off on a computer somewhere
designing game creatures. I said to myself, let the boy be. Let him have a
life free of all this nonsense."

"Well it's not nonsense anymore!"

"So none of the boys we're talking about are codes, they are direct human
and human offspring."

"Right, Codes always get sent to space."

"And this cartoon that my code shadow is in Scarecrows from Jupiter is
coming from outer space."

"Yes as a matter of fact it comes from Jupiter."

"No wonder it has such great scenery!"

"Well we know that Jupiter is too cold to be a hospitable planet for
human-kind, but code-shadows can survive there, where they broadcast back to
us here on Earth."

"Who runs this colony?"

"We do, the Codeshadows work for us."

"Well-Com, even I have heard of the Boston Tea-Party."
