Subject: A Kiss Around Midnight Ch. 11

I would like to take the time to thank everyone who's been very supportive,
I have met very interesting and amazing people througout this adventure,
and like everything in life things must come to an end. I recently finished
my other story Once Upon a Night and will soon finish this, the guys
recently gave me their last chapter and it looks like it will reach 15
chapters. I will be editing the rest soon and will post them as fast I can.

I have shared all the positive feedback with "Kieran and Caleb" and they
both would like to thank everyone who has enjoyed their story. one of the
most common questions that I get is about their age, this story took place
last year so that makes them 13 and 14 now, "Kieran" being the oldest.

Remember that love has no gender, don't label yourselves as anything
because that only limits who you are, labels are boxes and prisons that
only hold you back, be true to yourselves and enjoy life! -Kieran

A Kiss Around Midnight Chapter 11

Deep within the boy a fire was burning, a fire that was ignited by a love
he had never felt before. His life had changed forever the instant he heard
Caleb speak words that seemed to be spoken with absolute truth, was it
possible for a person to have lived before only to come back in another
time, in another body? Those were questions he had no answers to, answers
to which he didn't care to learn. What captivated him the most was the
sincerity that emanated from his boyfriend, his life partner, his soul
mate, he knew that Caleb truly believed that they had been together in
another lifetime and that was all that mattered to Kieran.

"Come back to me..." He heard a distant voice call to him.

Caleb had been intently looking at Kieran as he had made it to the living
room and sat down on the couch with a distant look in his eyes. He wondered
what Kieran was thinking about but he looked too peaceful to bother, he
didn't want to disturb Kieran's obvious euphoric state. He wondered if he
was still feeling the effects of the love making they had just experienced
or if it was something else. He patiently waited and continued to watch,
his heart fluttered as his mind began to replay what they had just done,
flashes of memory came rushing back as he leaned back and closed his eyes,
he wanted to relive the most intense and loving moment he had ever
experienced in his young life.

The sounds, the smells, the intense feelings all came rushing back to him
in an instant, his member began to throb for attention, his hand moved down
to his crotch as if his penis had absolute control. He began to rub himself
over his clothes as he saw their young beautiful bodies intertwined in a
lustful yet loving act. Caleb's heart was racing as beads of sweat began to
form on his forehead, his breathing was now becoming erratic as electrical
like pulses began to run throughout his body.

He opened his eyes to see Kieran still in a trance like state, he was now
breathing heavy because of how intense and vivid the memory had been. He
sighed and got up from the couch to get closer to his boyfriend, he noticed
that Kieran looked almost catatonic, he knew that whatever he was thinking
of it must be something intense to have placed him in such a trance like
state.

Caleb leaned in close to Kieran, "Come back to me..." he whispered in
Kieran's ear.

He watched as Kieran blinked for several seconds before looking back at him
with his beautiful and radiant eyes.

"There you are..." Caleb whispered again.

Kieran smiled and grabbed a hold of Caleb's hand.

"I love you so much and nothing is ever going to change that" Kieran said
as he smiled.

"Not even if I break this up to get food?" Caleb said as he pulled his hand
away from Kieran's grasp.

The boys spent the rest of the morning lounging around in the living room
relaxing and enjoying each other's company. At around noon Caleb's best
friend Karlan decided to call Caleb and check up on him, the phone call was
very brief but they decided to meet up and hang out.

Caleb excitedly invited Kieran because he wanted to formally introduce him
to Karlan. Kieran was a bit nervous about meeting someone so important to
Caleb especially because he had recently revealed that he too was gay and
had feelings for Caleb. He thought the meeting was going to be awkward so
he prepared for the worse.

What Karlan failed to mention was that while Caleb was enjoying the company
of his boyfriend he had been working diligently trying to solve the issue
between Jeff and Kieran. Karlan had taken it upon himself to help the boys
out mostly because he knew that Caleb had a temper and would not stop until
he felt that the threat had been dealt with.

When Karlan spoke to Jeff he was pleasantly surprised to hear that he felt
horrible for doing what he did, everyone knew that Jeff was not a bad kid,
at times he made the wrong decisions but what kid doesn't? They spoke at
length about everything including the break up and the subsequent jumping
of Kieran. Karlan thought that Jeff's regret sounded sincere enough to set
up a meeting between everyone involved so he set up a plan to finally make
peace.

His plan was to get the boys together and to have Jeff apologize in person
to Kieran and to Caleb for acting like a complete douche. At first Jeff had
thought it was a horrible idea (he was afraid that Caleb would attack him
because he knew that in a one on one fight he had no chance against him).

 Jeff finally relented the moment that Karlan reminded him that they were
all friends and that they had known each other for a very long time,
including Kieran who they had known for years but never really hung out
with him. Jeff finally realized that the best thing to do was to finally
confront Kieran and man up about the whole situation; he was willing to
accept the consequences of his action including an ass whooping.

Kieran and Caleb both slowly walked over to Karlan's house not expecting to
see Jeff there, as they walked together they simply enjoyed the sun's
radiance that was warming their skin, a cool breeze was blowing making the
temperature not feel so stifling. What they both were enjoying the most was
each other's company. Kieran thought about everything that had transpired
and couldn't really wrap his mind around the fact that his life had been
forever changed in such a quick way. He felt strength, joy, and peace now
that he had professed his love to another boy, a boy he had admired from
the distance. Caleb on the other hand was more reserved, he had fear about
his parents or anyone else finding out about his sexuality, he was
especially afraid of his brother and knew full well that if he found out he
would be ridiculed and might even be physically assaulted.

The butterflies in his stomach no longer felt like butterflies but bats. He
was resolved to stick it through and accept his brother's rejection for the
love of Kieran. There was something about Kieran that made him feel safe,
and whole. He had always felt alone even amongst all of his friends, he
felt as if something was missing, perhaps it was because he was not being
truthful about who he was or perhaps it was because Kieran completed him.

When they finally made it to Karlan's house they were greeted by Becky who
dotted Caleb with hugs and kisses making Karlan giggle. Caleb introduced
him to Becky who kissed and hugged him just as much as she had done to
Caleb. Kieran didn't mind, he loved this sort of attention especially if it
was genuine. The boys walked up to Karlan's room and were shocked when they
saw Jeff sitting on Karlan's bed. Caleb felt absolute rage the moment he
locked eyes with the person who had inflicted pain on his boyfriend, he
wanted to break his neck, he wanted to punish him for all the shit he had
done.

Kieran sensed the anger that just poured out of Caleb, he immediately
grabbed him by the hand and held him tightly knowing that Caleb wanted to
hurt Jeff. As for him he felt anger but was able to better control
himself. They didn't know what else to do so they just stood at the
entrance of Karlan's room not saying a word.

"I know what you guys are thinking but before you do anything just sit down
and listen okay? Please" Karlan begged.

The boys calmly walked over to where Karlan was sitting at but remained
standing, they were unsure of what was going on and wanted to take every
necessary precaution.

"Okay so I've been talking to Jeff about everything he did to Kieran and he
is very sorry for everything and is ready to apologize" Karlan continued.

Caleb didn't want to hear anything from Jeff, he didn't want to hear an
apology because he thought that it would only be a lie. Kieran was more
curious and open to what Jeff had to say, he wanted to know the real
reasons why Jeff attacked him.

"So...umm Kieran...I..uh...I am really sorry...honestly...I feel like shit
for doing all that" Jeff began to say when Caleb suddenly interrupted him.

"You piece of fucking shit! I told you not to do anything, you gave your
word" Caleb angrily spat.

Jeff flinched at his words knowing full well that he had indeed broken his
promise, his word "I know Caleb, I am so sorry it's just that I was kinda
forced by my friends, they heard he choked me out –"

"-SO FUCKING WHAT!?" Caleb interrupted again angrily yelling at Jeff.

Jeff flinched again and was expecting Caleb to punch him on the face but
was glad to see that Kieran was still holding his hand.

"Please let me explain" Jeff begged "I was walking home and Tony came up to
me and heard I got choked out, he told me if I didn't he was still going to
do it anyways...I'm sorry"

When Caleb heard Tony's name his demeanor softened, he had known the older
boy from skating around town and knew that Tony was a complete asshole and
a thug that had nothing better to do. He loved to terrorize those he
believed to be weak but only attacked them with his friends and never
alone. Jeff at one point had been one of his many victims so when Caleb
heard the name he knew that Jeff was probably afraid and only went along
with it to save his skin.

"Look dude, you promised me you wouldn't and you still did it" Caleb said
again.

"I know but I honestly was going home and all that shit happened, Kieran
please forgive me...you too Caleb I don't want to lose you as my friend"
Jeff said allowing his head to drop, he was ashamed for what he had done,
he was ashamed for hurting a boy he really didn't hate but was only angry
at.

"So why don't you like me? You don't even know me" Kieran said speaking up
for the first time, his voice made Jeff jump once more, he truly looked
dejected and even humiliated.

"I – I was jealous" Jeff softly said, his cheeks turning a bright
crimson.  "What? Jealous of what?" Kieran asked incredulously

"How my ex wanted you and not me" Jeff responded.

"Dude...I'm gay..." Kieran suddenly said surprising everyone in the room,
they all looked directly at Kieran and then at one another.

"Me too" Caleb said raising the hand that was locked in an embrace with
Kieran's hand.

Jeff was stunned, he was left speechless, he really didn't know what to say
or how to react, he wasn't grossed out, angry or even felt hate towards
them, no, it wasn't that, it was just pure shock at the whole situation,
here he was pouring his soul out, feeling so ashamed for doing what he did
and Kieran just dropped this gigantic bomb on him. He didn't know what to
say even though he tried to open his mouth but nothing came out.

"Sin-Sin...Since when?" Jeff stuttered.

"Umm, birth?" Kieran giggled.

His giggling seemed to ease the tension in the room because all the boys
joined Kieran and nervously giggled right along.

"How `bout you Caleb?" Jeff asked.

"birth also" Caleb replied

"Wait...are you...you are aren't you?" Jeff asked in complete shock the
moment he figured out that Kieran and Caleb were going out.

"What? Going out? Yep!" Kieran happily responded.

This was too much for Jeff, he didn't know what the hell was going on or
what he needed to say, he was definitely not expecting this.

"Whoa this shit is just..." Jeff began to say before Caleb interrupted

"- fuck you Jeff! We're not going to let you talk your shit about us" Caleb
said as he pushed forward aggressively trying to get to him.

Karlan rushed to stand between him and Jeff to avoid a confrontation, "dude
relax, he's prolly just surprised is all man" Karlan said.

"Yeah...trust me I'm okay with you guys being gay that's not what has me in
shock, it's just that my ex was going all gaga over Kieran, little did she
know huh?" Jeff said smiling weakly at Kieran.

"Yeah I've been trying to tell her I wasn't interested" Kieran replied.

"Really?" Jeff asked.

Kieran nodded yes, Jeff sighed loudly in relief, he had been worried that
Kieran was actively pursuing his ex which caused him to act out the way he
was acting out.

"Bro I'm so sorry I thought you wanted to go out with her" Jeff groaned

"What? Nah no way man, she's hot but she's not for me" Kieran replied
surprised.

"Forgive me?" Jeff asked extending his hand out to Kieran.

"Yeah" Kieran said as he took a hold of Jeff's hand and shook it.

All four boys talked about the whole situation and resolved their
differences, Caleb was still not wanting to trust Jeff again but decided to
wait things out. The boys talked and joked around, Jeff and Kieran both
were really enjoying their time together making Caleb feel more at ease as
the minutes passed. Seeing Kieran and his friends really enjoying their
time together really gave him the strength to confront his parents about
his sexuality, he felt ready, he felt that the time was perfect for it.

"Hey listen guys I gotta go, I gotta talk to my mom and dad about this
whole thing" Caleb said interrupting Jeff in midsentence.

"I thought things were cool between us now" Jeff whined.

"Yeah, but no, not that, I was talking about me and Kieran" Caleb said as
he started to leave.

"What?" Kieran called out.

"Yeah I gotta go man, I gotta do it now before I puss out" Caleb sighed.

"Wait, let me go with you" Kieran called out again but Caleb said nothing
back.

Caleb's walk back home seemed to be longer than usual, time had slowed
down, his heart was racing but was ready to face his parents. He looked up
at the sky and said a silent prayer, he was completely afraid of their
reaction but was more afraid of his brother's reaction. He was afraid that
this would ruin their relationship to a point that it couldn't be repaired.

As he walked into his house he smelled the comforting and welcoming smell
of his father's cologne. He knew that he would be relaxing on his recliner
and felt bad for disturbing him but this conversation had to happen.

"Hey dad...is mom home?" Caleb asked his father who was watching T.V

"Yeah she's here somewhere" His father replied.

"MOM!" Caleb yelled out.

"Caleb! I told you not to yell out like that!" His father quickly
admonished him.

"Sorry..." Caleb apologized.

"Is something wrong?" His father asked now realizing that Caleb wanted to
have a serious conversation.

"I'll wait `till mom is here to say it". Caleb replied as he took a seat on
the couch.

A few minutes later his mother showed up and saw that Caleb and his father
were sitting very quietly, her heart sank and knew something was wrong.

"What's going on?" She nervously asked her husband.

"I'm not quite sure..." He said as he now looked towards Caleb.

She sat next to Caleb and placed her hand on his lap making him start to
tear up, she noticed this and became even more nervous.

"What's wrong hun?" She asked Caleb.

"I'm just going to come out and say it...I'm gay" Caleb blurted out as he
closed his eyes expecting all hell to break lose.

His mom and dad looked at each other and smiled, they had known for quite a
while that their son was gay, it was something that they had spoken about
and were ready to confront, they were surprised that it was stressing him
out this much considering the close relationship they had with him.

"Caleb, open your eyes" His father spoke up. Caleb nodded his head no
making his father chuckle.

"It's okay Caleb, look at us" his mother spoke softly as she pulled him in
for a hug.

Caleb felt as his mother's warm embrace enveloped him causing him to break
down, he began to weep uncontrollably, his father couldn't stand to see his
son be in this much pain so he sat next Caleb and reached out for him.

"What's going on?" They heard a voice call out. Caleb's father looked up to
see his son Micah looking at them with a bewildered look on his face.

"Nothing son, it's okay" His father replied.

Caleb's heart began to pound even faster the moment he heard Micah's voice
but was still determined to tell his brother about his sexuality. He stood
up, wiped his eyes with his hands and walked up to Micah.

"Please don't hate me Micah, please..." he begged. Micah was in shock by
his words, they stung because there was no way he hated his little brother,
he loved him and always wanted the best for him. "I'm gay" Caleb finished
as he launched at Micah squeezing him tightly. He was now shaking and
crying once again uncontrollably.

Micah looked at his parents in confusion, he had known about Caleb's
sexuality for a very long time and had never hated him for it, it was
something the entire family had known about but never confronted. He
squeezed Caleb back and gave him a kiss on top of his head.

"I know you dumbass, I've been knowing" Micah said trying to sooth his
little brother.

Micah's words surprised Caleb, he stopped hugging him and looked up at him
"How? I mean when?" he asked.

"Dude, HELLO? It's my business to know everything you do, I've seen you
kiss Karlan so yeah it's no big deal dude, I love you no matter what, why
do you think I've been trying to toughen you up, I knew this day was coming
and wanted you to be all tough and shit" He said trying to comfort his
brother.

"Language!" His mom said the moment she heard Micah curse.

"Oops sorry mom, just trying to comfort the dumbass" Micah said pushing
Caleb away.

"Hey be nice!" His father said now admonishing Micah.

"I am...I'm not breaking his neck for getting snot all over my shirt am I?"
Micah smiled winking at Caleb.

"So you guys knew?" Caleb asked surprised that they had known about his
sexuality for a while now.

"Of course, we're not stupid, we also know that you and Kieran are going
out, we were just waiting for you to tell us, and look for us it's no big
deal as long as you're healthy and happy. If this is who you are it does
not matter to us, don't get me wrong, it's important to us but it's really
no big deal, so you like boys, that is OKAY" His father said.

Caleb continued talking to his parents about his sexuality, how he came to
terms with it and how he was handling things. The uncomfortable
conversation about sex came up and he also confessed that he had been
sexually active with Kieran. They supported him being gay but were a bit
disappointed about him having sex at such a young age. They spoke to him
about the dangers and the do's and don't's making him blush a number of
times.

They told him that they did not condone his sexual activity because he was
far too young to do it but if he was going to be sexually active they
preferred for him to be safe about it. Caleb even had the courage to
confront Micah about the way he had been treating him. Micah had not
realized that he was being too harsh to his brother and promised him that
he would ease up on things as long as he understood that the thing he was
doing to him were normal older brother harassment.

Later in the day after a long conversation with his parents he invited
Kieran over and formally introduced him as his boyfriend, Caleb's parents
were pleased that things were now in the open and they accepted the boys
for who they were. They had settled things with Jeff and Caleb's parents,
the stress was finally eased making both boys feel more at ease.

It's been a year now since all of this occurred, they continue to be
together and have now completely come out to everyone. They are fully
accepted by their friends and are supported at school. There has been very
few incidents of people being negative towards them, they have a number of
supporters so they are usually pretty well protected. They have also
started to speak to other students about the hardships of gay teens, they
work hard every day trying to educate other kids about homosexuality, Caleb
and Kieran's goal is to educate the world about true love and how it has no
gender.

They have helped other gay teens come out and continue to support them.
Their relationship has gone through changes and some hardships, like all
teens their life is full of drama but they are happy for the most part.
They have been grown on me like some sort of weird fungus, just to remind
you "Caleb" is my little cousin who I love very much, I will always support
him and will always love him. Kieran is someone I completely admire, his
talent for music is so amazing, I promised their parents to protect them
and not reveal who they are which is a shame because the boys have many
hilarious YouTube videos you all would get a kick out of, especially Kieran
who has some videos up of him DJ'ing at Raves. It is pretty cute to see
this tiny blond haired boy wearing stunnaz and DJ'ing for people much older
than him, trust me I have gone to the raves he's dj'ed at and man is he
good, anyways the story ends here. They wanted me to write more, especially
about what is going on in their life but I said fuck it, it's too much
work, I rushed the ending of this one because I am kinda busy now. Hope you
