Time has passed, plans have been made,new arrivals have adjusted, and a
hard road to recovery has begun forsome. We have successfully settled those
who wanted to move into theother colony and it is up and running fine. Much
to my and othersdelight Max, Aiden, and Jimmy have all decided to stay here
and notmove to the other colony. Adrien has been hard at work making
repairsto the ship and making his final plans to go to Alaska. The

or flaps of skin. "What thehell are those?" I asked. "If I had to take an

askedin amazement. "They resemble them from what I can tell. It's theonly
explanation I have." he said. "So he's a hybrid of some kindthen?" I
asked. "Looks to be. He seems to be part human and somehow part fish."

you." he said tremblinga little. "Dont worry we're not turning you over to
anyone. Who areyou running form?" I asked. "My home government. I escaped
fromthem and I eneded up on a beach some where. That is all I rememberuntil
now." he said. I could tell he was in pain and I wasn't sureif it was just
from him being sun burned or if it was something else.I noticed Zack
standing outside the door peeking in so I waved himover. "Zacky would you
please go and get me some water for him."I asked. He smiled and nodded then
ran to get it. "Are you hurtbesides being sun burned bad?" I asked. "I

After taking care of the new kids sunburn we allowed him to rest for a
while in the clinic while Adrienand I were bombarded by questions from
almost every one out in themain hall. We went through explaining who and
what he was from whathe told us so far, but there were some details we
needed to find outafter he wakes up. I was surprised to see AJ up and
around and heactually looked better than he has in a while. I made a point
to ashim how he was doing. "Ok I guess. I feel like hell and I have ahead
ache but I think I'm going to live." he said. I was so happyto see him off
the pills and in a much better mood than I had seenhim in some time. As I
looked around the place at all of the facesaround it was like something was
out of place. I couldn't quitefigure who it was but some one was
missing. It took me a few minutesbut I did finally figure out who it
was. Carry was no wher ein sight.I asked the twins where she was and they
didn't even know for sure. "Idunno I saw her a little while ago." Cole told
me. "Adrien anidea whats up?" I asked him about Carry. "She is
resting. Thebaby is taking a toll on her lately." he replied. "Yeah I
guessthat's probably so. Say how long has she been knocked up now anyways?"
I asked. "Too long." he replied. I started to luaghbecause I thought he had
made a joke but he was serious so I stopped."What do you mean?" I asked. "A
normal human pregnancy term is9 months, some times 8 or 10. she has been
carrying Michael in herwomb for far longer than that now. I can only guess
that it is due tothe hybridization. I am not sure at all of how long the
alien speciesin me's birth term is for. For all I know she may have to
endure thepregnancy for much longer, I just don't know." he sad with a
sadlook. I could tell he felt bad for her being in such distress andpain
from carrying his son inside of her. "Well why don't you goand check on her
fro a while. I got some things to see to. I gottahelp Donnie and the Amish
boys build the animal barn we talked about.They want to be the ones to be
in charge of taking care of thecritters." I said. "ok sounds fair I will
see you later."Adrien said before going to his space. Just as I was about
to findDonnie and the other 2 boys I was confronted by the twins
standingside by side with a puppy dog eyed look on their faces. "Oh
shitthis has to be trouble. What do you lil dudes want?" I asked them."We
was wondering if we can have a turn in the hologram room."Cole sad with a
smile. "Guys I don't know if that thing will work onthe two of you at the
same time." I replied and their smile turnedto frowns. "Adrien will the
ROOM work on two minds at once? Or isit strictly for one person at a time?"
I thought to him. "Goodquestion. It hasnt been tested to work on teo at one
time. I guessthis will be a good test for it. I will meet you and the
brothersthere after I check on Carry." he thought back. I waved the twinsto
follow me and the smiles quickly returned. Minutes later Adrienarrived
outside the ROOM and powered it up. "Now I must warn all ofyou this has
never been tried yet so if anything happens I amshutting it off. If either
of you begin to feel anything strangespeak up." Adrien warned them. They
stepped their cute little nakedbuns inside the ROOM. Adrien turned the
machine on and we watched asthe thing the boys wanted to experince came to
be. They wanted to goto Disney Land of all places. They looked amazed to
see themselvesnow fully clothed and in the middle of the magic
kingdom. They wereall smiles and giggles then. "I guess it will work on two
minds atonce." I said watching. "It would seem so but I am sceptic still.I
believe it is working for them because they wanted the sameexperiences and
they are so similar in their physiology." hereplied. "Derrik while we are
here I want to go over some thingswith you. " Adrien began. "First I have
come up with a plan torescue some if not all of the surviving hybrids in
Alaska. Second thespace ship will be repaired soon. And last but not least
I want youto make a promise to me." he said. "Ok lets start from 1."
Isaid. He told me of his plan for a small group of us to go to thebase in
Alaska and free the hybrids there and bring them home. Somewere possibly
sick or dying but he still wanted to try. Second thespace ship was almost
fixed and would be ready for flying again soon.The only catch was that he
had to use parts from the weapons torepair the rest of the damages so now
its defenseless. Thirdly wasmost important. "Ok now what did you want me to
do for you?" Iasked. "I know you already have enough to deal with here, but
Iwant you to make a promise to me." he said. "Ok sure I guess,what?" I
asked. "If something happens to me I want you to helpCarry raise Michael to
be the best person he can be." he replied.The statement cought me off
guard. I wasn't sure of how to respond. Imean with out a doubt I would help
take care of him, it was just thathe was confiding in me to raise HIS
son. The question made me feelhonored. "You know I will Adrien. I swear it
if anyhting happens toyou or Carry I will do my best to take care of him. "
I responded.And for the first time he stood up and like a man extended his
handto me and shook mine like a man. "Thank you. You don't know how
muchthat means to me." he said. Now that I see a tear escaping thecorner of
his eye I pulled him into a hug. After a few minutes hegrabbed a hand held
control device so he could monitor the ROOM and weleft the twins to have
their fun.






Donnie and the Amish boys were hard atwork feeding the animals we had
collected so far. We were going toturn an old shack that was used to house
landscaping equipment into abarn and stable for the animals. The pony we
found was now lookingmuch better with its wounds healing and it beginning
to put on weightagain. The three boys and I got to work on cleaning the
building outand gettign it ready by partitioning it off to make areas
forindividual animals. It was a sturdy building that we were
prettyconfident would stand up to the strong storms that occurred
heredurring the summer months. As we were working on the new barn my
mindcouldn't stop thinking about what the world has become. Going fromover
5 billion people to only around 50 thousand left scattered inpockets here
in there. I knew in my heart and from what Michael hadtold us that we would
have a bright future, but only if we did theright things when chance
presented its self to us. We were contendingwith two seperate alien species
that wanted our world for their ownreasons and in either account it meant
the extermination of man kind.What is it about our world that makes it so
desirable to otheraliens society to want to have. The monstrous aliens
wanted all lifeon earth for food and the other aliens wanted our world
forthemselves. Either way we had to fight back and over come againstboth of
them. "Derrik? Yoohoo Earth to Derrik did you hear me?"Donnie said snapping
me back to reality. "No sorry squirt what didyou say?" I asked. "I said do
you think we'll find any moreanimals out there?" he said. "Well bud i'm
sure there's lots thatthe monsters haven't found yet. There has to be a
whole lot in theoceans." I pointed out. "Yeah but we can't keep fish and
stuff inour barn." he said with a goofy grin rolling his eyes. "YesDonnie
I'm sure we'll find more animals." I said bluntly then. Wewent on working
on the building to get it ready for more animals.




Over at the other colony everyone wasgetting along great, aside the fact
that Rebecca had to keepreminding every one to pick up after themselves
constantly. Heryounger siblings have come to our place at least every other
day tovisit and play with their friends here. Of course as soon as theyshow
up the clothes fly off. Alicia and Phil are getting along greatand they are
becoming closer than either of them thought theypossibly could. Holding
hands and the occasional kiss is the normfor the two of them now. Phil on
the other hand enjoys the ocassionalhand job or blow job from Alicia since
she wasn't quite ready for sexyet from having baby Crystal
recently. Rebecca on the other handcried herself to sleep nearly every
night from the depressingfeelings of losing her parents and the rest of her
family. She knew she had to be strong for her brother and sister and the
other'sliving with her now. Still her sense of self asteem is in the
toiletso to speak. She has this huge responsibility on her shoulders
andbeing a young adult and being forced into it all is straining herresolve
to the core. Deep down inside she desperately wishes tat shedidn't have to
be the one to deal with all these problems around her.But this is how life
is for us now. She must carry on for the sake ofher siblings and the others
if not to save her own sanity.




I sense that a tired and sore Alexey isawake some time later so I decided
to knock off the work on the barnfor the day and go see how he was doing. I
walked in the clinic tosee him sitting up and smiling at me. "Hello my new
friend." hesaid in that Russian accent. "Hi there. How ya feeling?" I
asked."Better. I do need to rehydrate thow." he said. "Well I can gityou a
glass of water if you want." I suggested. "No no my friendyou do not
understand. I must submerge my body in water. If I do notmy skin and gills
become dry and irritated." he told me. "Oh, Isee now. Well are you strong
enough to get in the bath tub or wouldyou rather go down to the beach?" I
asked. "Beach please." hesaid. I helped him to his feet wich took him a
minute to gain hisstability. I walked next to him as we were accompanied by
a everincreasing number of kids as we walked through the main
building. Bythe time we reached the door leading out to the beach the
twins,Zack, Justin, Nathan, Donnie, and Gaige were walking with
us. Theywere all marveling at this new kid they just met. They were
allshocked to see his special features that the hybridization had
givenhim. "Wow look at his fingers and toes." Cole pointed out thewebbing
on them. "Yeah and look behind his ears guys hes got gillslike a fish so he
can breath under water." I showed them. They werein awe of his special body
additions. "Can you talk to fish andstuff?" Gaige asked him. "As matter of
fact yes." Alexey toldthem. "Cool show us." they almost all said. Alexey
walked hisnice naked ass into the water and dove in. he emerged a few
minuteslater a little ways from the beach out in the waves. "Wow he heldhis
breath for almost 5 minutes." Nathan said. "No Nate he wasntholding his
breathe. He can breath the water like a fish." I said.Just as I finished
saying that a small pod of dolphins began to jumpout of the water between
Alexey and us. The little guys were thrilledand I was impressed.  "Can we
go out and play with them?" Gaigebegged. "I dont know buddy lets see what
Alexey says. "Alexey isit safer for the little ones to be in the water
now?" I thought tohim. He never answered but hitched a ride on the dorsal
fin of adolphin and had it bring him to shore. He stood in the knee
deepwaves and smiled. "Absolutely these are friends." he sad as thedolphins
were splashing all around him and making their clickingsounds. That was all
the boys needed and they ran full force out tothe water and junped in. "Can
I ride one of them please? Please?"Gaige begged. "I will ask." Alexey said
before sticking his headunder water to converse with the animals. "They say
yes but onlyfor a short ride." Alexey replied after taking his head back
out ofthe water. Gaige cautiosly walked over to him and the dolphin
andgently climbed onto the back of one. "Hold on tight to fin."Alexey told
him. Gaige grabbed hold of the dorsal fin and off thedolphin went taking
him for a gentle ride occasionally shooting aspout of water into the air
from it's blowhole splashing Gaige. Thelittle guy was beside himself with
giggles as he was having thethrill of his life. The other boys all borded
dolphins as they rodearound in the small lagoon we used to swim in. Alexey
swam with themas they were were having fun. "Join us my friend." he called
tome. I said what the hell and jumped in and swam with them. No sensein me
missing out on fun for once. We had a total blast out therewith those
animals as Alexey and the dolphins put on a platful showfor us as they
jumped and splashed out of the water into the air. Allto soon the fun was
over and the dolphins needed to go catchthemselves some food. The boys and
I bid them all goodbyes and rubbedand petted them all over as they began to
swim away from us. Justinwaled over and smiled at Alexey and asked, "What
else can you do?"in a hopeful tome. "Oh nope that it for today guys. Let
the poorguys rest. Maybe he can call them back to have fun with us some
othertime." I told Justin putting a spoil on the fun for today. I toldthe
others to all go take a shower to wash the salt water off and asalways the
twins go the idea to have a group shower. More like agroup suck session is
I knew those two. They all ran off leavingAlexey and me on the beach. "So
how about you, do you need to washthe salt off?" I asked. "Yes please. It
dries skin out terribly."he said. I showed him to my bungalow and I allowed
him to use myshower to wash off. "Are you not joining me my frined?" he
askedme from inside the shower. He didn't have to ask me twice to get
inwith him. "So do you take showers with other guys often?" Iasked. "On
submarine always yes. Other prototype and I showeredtogether always. It was
neccisary." he said. "So there was morethan one of you?" I asked as I
washed myself off. "Yes 2 of us.He and I were made from same dna strand."
he said. "Wait same dnastrand? Then wouldn't that mean he's like your twin
or something?" Iasked. "Yes. Only difference between us was he had small
fins and Idid not. He had fins on arms and legs I have none." he
said. "Wellyou do kinda have a little fin on your back like right in
themiddle." I said touching it on his back. "Yes so did he. Finsmade him
much faster than me in water." he said in that thickaccent. "Were you guys
weapons or what? I mean why did they makeyou?" I asked. "We were amphibious
soldier prototypes." hereplied. "So basically you've never known what life
is like besidesbesing a controlled test sublect. Man I hate how you hybrids
aretreated. What happened to your twin by the way?" I asked."Destroyed when
submarine was attacked." he replied with a hintof dispaire in his voice. He
turned away from me slightly then. I putmy hands on his shoulders and
turned him towards me. I looked intothose sad looking eyes and hugged
him. "You loved him deeply didn'tyou?" I asked in his ear. "Da. da." he
said in Russian beforehe began to cry some. I just held him why he cried
over his loss of aloved one. "It's ok to let it out. Everyone here has lost
some onethey love so everyone knows how you feel." I said to
him. "Net.(Russian for no) You can not know how this feels. He and I were
partof each other. I felt what he felt, he felt what I felt. We wereperfect
team." he said wiping his eyes. "Well i'm sure I don'tknow how it feels
exactly, but trust em I know how it feels to losesome one you love
dearly. Let;s hurry up and get cleansed so you cango and meet the
others. There are a bunch you havent seen yet." Itold him. I couldn't help
but admire his firm toned little body. Hestood a few inches shorter than me
but looked great regardless. Hisphysique was obviously nice and he knew
what I was looking at. "Youlike my penis?" he asked after reading my
thoughts. "Umm, yeahactually." I said a little red faced then. "Is ok I
dont mind."he said then he reached out to my delight and grabbed m swelling
toy.At first I didn't know what to do, but I decided to use my big headofr
once instead of the one he had in his fingers. "As much as Iwould love do
to that I'm not sure notw is the right time. Let's justwash up and get out
of here for now." I said. He didn't seem to bemad or anything but just
agreed and let go of me and finished washinglike what he just did was
second nature to him.




In the work shop Adrien was hard atwork monitoring the twins ROOM
experience and working on plans toboost our level of security. "Hey whats
goin on?" I asked as Iwalked in with Alexey trailing me. "monitoring te
boys in the roomand making plans." he replied. "Plans for what?" I
asked. "Iwant to steal a gun attack ship from the monsters." he
replied. Inearly choked when he said that. "What the hell for?" I askedwith
gawking eyes. "Derrik I truly don't know how long our shieldwill hide us
from detection. I want us to have some kind of truesecurity from the evil
ones, both species of them." he saidreferring to both kinds of
aliens. "What exactly did you have inmind?" I said. "Well I have been
sifting through these files we'borrowed' and I have discovered that this
type of ship has a strongenough power generator to not just cloak us but to
truly protetectus with a force shield. It should repel any attempts to
attack us.The real plus of it is the cloaking/ force shield will cover
thisisland and the bigger one next to us with plenty of area around it."he
said with a smile. "Well that would be nice to not have to worryabout being
attacked any more. Ok what do we have to do?" I askednow being in on his
plan. He brought up a hologram showing us whatexactly he had in mind. "So
we need to steal or catch another oneof those hunter robots don't we?" I
asked listening to his idea. Heconfirmed my question and so we made plans
to catch one. The plan wasto go to the mainland after the space ship was
fixed and set up atype of lure to bring one or more of the robots in. once
they were inrange we would zap them with the glove of doom and bring them
backhere to be reprogrammed. He informed me that the ship was almostready
and we could carry out the plan soon, within a day or two. Aseh was
explaining I had a brain storm. "Hey Adrien why not steal 2ships? I mean we
need one for parts to make the shield, but why notsteal another one to
replace our beat up old ship? I mean it is onit's last leg basically isn't
it?" I asked. "True, that is true.See you do have good ideas once in a
while." he said with a smirk.So now that we had a plan of action all we
needed to do was finishthe ship.




A few days later we have completedrepairs on the ship enough to get it to
do what we need this lasttime. It had no defenses now except for the
cloaking shield. Theengines hardly worked but they did just enough to get
us there andback, no more super high speed flying any more. Adrien, Josiah,
and Igot outfitted and ready to go. We decided to take Joey for
hisstrength, we weren't sure what kind of things we would run into.Adrien
had constructed a small device that emitted an electricalfield that should
draw in the hunter robots like bees to honey. Ittook us a while to get
there this time but we arrived at the coast ofFlorida and landed near the
beach. Joe and I exited the ship with ourmini cloakers on to set up the
baiting device. Once it was on thethree of us set up in strating positions
around it so that we couldcatch any robots that show up. Sure enough within
minutes we heardthe low droned humming sound of one of the robots
approaching. Adrienhad the glove and was ready to zap it. It approached
thedevice and began to slowly circle it. Before it could send out asignal
telling what it found Adrien zapped it shutting it downcausing it to drop
to the ground. We ran over to it to make sure itwas shut down. "It's
de-acrivated, hurry let's get it in the shipand get out of here before more
of them show up." Adrien said as hechecked it. Josiah used his super
strength and picked the droid upand carried it in the ship. We secured it
then took off form theback for home. We turned the baiting device off
before we left thebeach but as we fly homeward we could see several hunter
robotsheading towards where we just were. "Looks like we got out of
therejust in time." I said watching the robots. When we got home werushed
the robot to Adrien's work area before we could be hastled byten million
questions. We set it up and he got to work on it rightaway. Luckily it
wasn't damaged by our ubduction and he had littletrouble reprogramming
it. Once the new commands were loaded all itneeded was a jump start, so to
speak. Adrien hoked it up to our mainpower supply and got it turned back
on. He had it programmed torespond to his commands from the hologram system
in his work shop. Itpowered up and began to hover off the ground waiting to
carry outit's new mission. We opened the doors outside and let it
out. Onceoutside Adrien hit a few buttons and the robot shot upward
andaccelerated as it got higher. When we lost sight of it we ran backinside
to watch the hologram, it would show what the robot could see.All to soon
we were entering the monsters mother ship. "Ok come oninto the ROOM I have
set it up to show a 360 degree view of what herobot sees." Adrien said. He
and I walked in and sure enough it waslike we were inside the monsters
ship. "Dam Casper this is wild,it's like we're really there." I pointed
out. He shooshed me as therobot went on carrying out it's mission. It first
went to a maincomputer terminal of some kind and tapped into it. "What are
wedoing?" I asked. "Downloading data and uploading the commands toget the
ships prepared." he said. A few minutes later the robotleft the terminal
and went to some sort of transporter. In a flashthe robot left the spot it
was before and was now in the ship hanger.We looked around and the place
was massive. It was larger thananything I had ever seen in my life. Larger
by hundreds of times ifnot thousands than any sports arena in the
world. The robot beganmoving and found the two ships that had been prepared
for it. "Um,Adrien wont the monsters be kinda suspicious of a robot taking
two oftheir ships for now reason?" I inquired. "Not really. I embeded
acommand that said the ships were needed to transport animals caughton the
surface back to the ship for food." he repleid. "Oh, ok ifyou say so." I
said shrugging my shoulders. "If they didn't buythe story the ships
wouldn't be there waiting for us." he said makinghis point. The robot went
in one of them and the other was set tofollow the commands of the other
ship. The door closed once it wasinside then the robot connected its self
to the control panel of theship. After that the dispalys lit up and the
ships were ready to go."Ok cross your fingers here we go." he said and me
being thesmart ass I am I did just that, I crossed all of my
fingers. Theships lifted off and began towards a large opening door
leadingoutside to space. One after the other they exited with no problem
andas soon as we were out he cloaked them both and had them streaktowards
the surface. As I watched what was going on around us itdidn't look like
the ships were coming here. "Wait where are yousending them?" I
asked. "Some where safe. I couldn't exactly justtell the ships to come here
that would give our position away to themonsters then they would know where
we are." he explained. "Oh Iget t now. Good thinking." I said patting his
shoulder. He had themland just outside of Miami and left them cloaked. "Ok
they'rewaiting for us now. When we get there we must act fast to disable
thelocator becons inside them. After we do that the monsters wont beable to
track the ships anymore and they will be ours." Adriensaid. "Ok but don't
we kinda have a problem? Who are we taking tofly the other ship home?" I
asked. "Ian is the only other onethat has the capability to pilot the ship
be have back safely so hehas to go." Adrien said. With that decided I went
and fetched Ianfrom his new buddies the twins and got him dressed and ready
to go.The three of us explained to everyone what was going on then
departedto get our new prizes.




The three of us landed near the twowaiting alien ships and kept a sharp eye
out for anything out of theordinary. Adrien rushed into the first ship and
showed me what to doto disable the tarcking becon in it while he wen to the
other ship todo the same. "Ok Derrik do it now." he thought to me telling
meto disable both becons at the same time. "Ok let's get out of here,they
know where these ships were last so they will come looking forthem when
they realize both becons aren't working." Adrien said. Heand I got in
position to fly the monsters ships while Ian stayed inour old cluncker ship
and piloted it back home ahead of us. We stayedclose to him because aside
from the cloaking shield he was totallydefenseless. It took some time to
get home but we just barely made itbefore our old ships engines gave out
completely. The good thing wasit was only about ten feet off the ground
when Ian was landing whenthey did decide to die out. The poor ship slammed
to the ground witha loud thud and I'm sure it took Ian by surprise. Adrien
and I landedour ships close to Ian and ran to see if he was ok. We managed
to getthe door open and rushed in to get him. He was thrown to the floor
ofthe ship and it looked like he was crying. "You ok bud?" I asked."I am
not sure. My eyes are leaking and I have pain in my arm."he said. "Ok well
your eyes leaking is fine, you're crying that'ssupposed to happen when you
feel pain. How bad are you hurt?" Iasked. "I have pain here but I will heal
and survive." he saidtrying to shrug the pain off. "Ian I know you're new
at thisemotions stuff but it's ok to cry we all do it. If you are hurt
thenlet's go inside and take a look at it." I suggested. The three ofus
left the broken ship and walked out to a waiting crowd wonderingwhat
happened. In the end Ian's arm was just bruised up and he wasoverall
ok. Our poor original space ship has finally bit the dustand is more or
less a junk pile now. It's all good though because itgave its final trip to
secure us a new means of transportation.
